We loved the decor and the theme of the apartment. The balcony was a nice touch although it was shared with next door. The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed for a short stay.

The view from the balcony didn’t reflect the photos, we were looking out on to multiple different apartments and there was construction work directly opposite us. There were some finer details in the bathroom that could have been fixed like big holes drilled into the walls and fixtures.

The property was well situated, quiet and very well appointed, including 2 balconies. Kitchen had everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable. We were upgraded free of charge from studio to an apartment which was fantastic. Loved the elevator.

Hotel nella parte sud di zermatt a pochi minuti dalla stazione, dotato di varie opzioni, dalle classiche camere agli appartamenti, noi abbiamo preso quest'ultimo e ci siamo trovati molto bene, finiture curate, ben arredato e personale molto gentile, spa bella e moderna, vicinanza a supermercato

Decoración, ubicación, muy propio para la zona y decorado con el Matterhorn. Muebles de madera buenos, cocina nueva. Nos encantó la ubicación, espacio para los 3 y cerca de los lugares turísticos. Igual falta en el apartamento información turística de la zona.

Faltaba un mueble en el baño para guardar cosas, o estantería. El resto, perfecto. Fuera del apartamento también había lugar para aparcar bicicletas, pero igual un poco escaso. Éramos los únicos que teníamos bicicleta, pero si hubiese habido otra familia, ya no hubiésemos tenido espacio.

The spa in the hotel, the massage and the location.

The bathroom with mold, the reception staff, the elevator in the apartment building and the fact that there were no cleaning cloths despite having to clean the kitchen before leaving. Last but not least the apartment was pretty dark.

Nice neat and has everything you need

Close to train station, close to main town / village, quiet, clean. Nice except the bathroom - which was fine, but it looked out of date.

Bathroom did not match the rest of the apartment - it needs updating but functioned fine. I did not like having to take out my own trash at the end and find a disposal place without very clear instructions. Also - for 4 days, it would be nice to have more toilet paper and coffee pods

Quiet and close enough to train station and town center. Wrap-around terrace on two sides was nice. Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage service at resort a short walking distance away was very convenient.

The location was perfect for us because it was close to the train station and the Matterhorn Express. We were there as a starting point for the Glacier Express and to see Glacier Paradise. Check-in was easy at a nearby hotel and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was not only beautiful but clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything you need to make a simple meal. There was even a fondue pot in the cabinet. The grocery store was a quick walk up the lane.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche super Lage zum Bahnhof, schöner Balkon und sehr sauber. Wundervolles Spa, was gegen einen Aufpreis von 20CHF mit benutzbar war.

Pas très clair au niveau de l'entrée ainsi que l'accès à la piscine Cela sentait le renfermé dans la chambre. Il serait bien d'aérer entre les clients.

綺麗で使いやすかった。アップグレードもして頂き、大変広い部屋でゆっくり休めた。 駅にも近く、日本橋等にも徒歩圏内です。

天気が良かったので一度ホテルの方に行って部屋キーを貰うのも苦ではなかったが、天候が悪いと少し面倒だと感じるかもしれません。

Loved the Murphy beds! There were two single Murphy beds. So my niece and nephew each had their own bed and I got to have my own room. Very nicely appointed apartment. Compact and lux. Also loved that there were two balconies with tables and chairs to eat alfresco or just admire the mountains. Check-in was very easy even though it was a 4 minute walk away. We stored our luggage and waited in the cool lobby and had free snacks while we waited and was able to get in 10 minutes earlier. They also allowed us to check out at 11am. They have shower gel if you don’t have your own! Even the towels felt luxurious!

Having stayed at two other places in Switzerland this bed was not as comfy. However, I did totally sleep and I’m a princess and the pea! So I’m just really picking, I would totally stay again.

Bed is too small and mattress is shink especially for head, so that is not comfortable.

Was a great location for access to the Glacier Express. Quiet street and a very pleasant room. Heated floors for people coming back from skiing. Staff where we picked up the key were very helpful.

This is a general annoyance with European accommodation as they are built to retain heat. The rooms are stuffy, but we were able to open a window in this room, so all good.

The Unit was a short walking distance to town and supermarkets. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals during our stay. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. It felt like a home away from home.

All the facilities we needed, a bath, spacious appartment, great location close to the station, balcony so we could cool off outside. Very friendly staff who gave us tips for hiking and possibility to drop luggage before check-in. Also the check out was very convenient were we did not need to go back to the hotel.

Some small maintenance work is needed. The water was not draining properly in the shower and bathroom sink. The doors from the shower/bath were bit unstable/could not close completely and there were some broken tiles on the balcony.

The location was great for trains and buses, lovely large one bed apartment with balconies, the lift and the decor to match Zermatt. Staff at check-in hotel were friendly and welcoming. All communication re check-in was accurate and easy.

Bathroom could have some shelves. Some instructions for appliances (oven/microwave) would be handy on the guest portal.

Beautiful building with beautiful views. The grounds are well kept with flowers and the room/ apartment was well sized for 3 people. My husband used the pool/ spa and said it is one of the nicest, if not the nicest facility he has ever been in. The Pearl is convenient to a grocery, many dining places, but still far enough from the downtown area that it’s quiet.

Nothing they can do about it—we came at a time of unusually hot temperatures and there is no air conditioning.

Great location, very comfortable accommodations. Really liked the extra space of an apartment. Very cozy.

Only couple of suggestions, put a mirror near one of the wall plugs for hair dryer usage. No plug in bathroom at mirror. Likely a space issue, but making shower surround a little larger would be helpful.

A wonderful room with excellent design, everything you need to cook, and shops nearby. Very easy access to the ski lift to Sunnega.

Very modern facility with great kitchen appliances, huge bath tub, lots of windows, balconies with door from bedroom, and from living room. Very comfortable murphy beds in living room. Significant lounge space (sofa, dining table) even with murphy bed opened. 5 minute or less walk back to train station.

Had to go down to Alpen Resort and Spa to pick up keys. 5 minute walk, but bit of a hassle with bags after long train ride. small elevator (but about avg for Swiss lodgings).

The apartment is very well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were lucky to be upgraded to a twin apartment that was a very generous size. The kitchenette is well equiped and easy to use. The bathroom is good, but had obviously not yet been refurbished and was quite dated.

It was the best accommodation amongst the 4 we stayed during this trip and one of the best we ever stayed of all time. We were lucky to get free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious for two ppl. I saw two hidden built-in extra beds so I assumed it could accommodate up to 4 ppl. It was spotless clean and all the furniture are brand new, given that it was renovated in December 2025. The bed and sofas were firm but comfortable. There were a couple of closets with lots of hangers and many hooks here and there. The kitchen was fully equipped with a built-in dish washing machine. Though we would prefer a laundry machine and a dryer over the dish washing one. There's a supermarket near by. The check in/out location (hotel) was around 5 minutes walk from the La Perle. The staff at the check in hotel were lovely too.

The only tiny downside, though it was pretty warm inside, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the window slightly open for some air, given that our apartment was on ground floor. It would be good if a fan was provided but we didn’t find one in the unit or we might have missed it. Still overall, it was above our expectation and we loved it.

Modern facilities.

The apartment had been recently remodeled. It was a high quality job. The apartment was roomy and well laid out. I don't have any negative comments about the apartment itself. The process of check in left much to be desired.

The apartment is a short walking distance from the train station. However, there was major street construction being done and that confused us. We arrived in town on the Glacier Express at 6pm. It was raining. When we finally found the building, there was a note to check in at a different hotel. I think the check in process could have been handled better. Also, the apartment had great balconies but no view of the Matterhorn.

Following a misunderstanding regarding the check-in, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment, which we highly appreciated. The apartment was clean, well equipped with all necessary facilities and it is highly recommended for long stays.

Check-in registration is done at Alpen Hotel, which is within walking distance of La Perle. If you miss the check-in instructions, you may end up going directly to La Perle with all your luggage. Additionally, after completing the check-in registration, guests have to carry their luggage themselves to La Perle, as no porter service is provided by Alpen Hotel.
