Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Perfect for our stay and conveniently located within walking distance to stores and bakeries. The upstairs room with balcony, separate toilet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make the most of our family time together. Big Balcony for morning breakfast.
Road construction which did not impact us, since we arrived with backpack but could be annoying for people with suitcases. The proximity with Air Zermatt could be noisy but we were early risers any way

Construction project in the path of entry was difficult to traverse and the directional signage sent us up a long hill to the wrong location. Inadequate instructions for reaching the unattended location.Yhere should be signage identifying which floor your apartment is on since numbers don’t correspond with the floor numbers.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Nice apartment, easy walk from the trainstation. Kitchen facilities were well appointed. Standard studio spacious and nice patio. Comfortable bed and nice bedding provided.
Selfcheckin machine gave us cards that wouldnt open the doors, had to call for new ones to be brought over. Rubbish was left in the bin from the last guest.

The only downside was that the check-in instructions could have been clearer and more detailed.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026部屋が広くて洗面も含めて綺麗だったこと、シャワーの水圧も良くお湯の温度も調整ができてとても良かったです。 またバルコニーからマッターホルンも見えて朝焼けもしっかり見えました。 チェックインはホテル下の機械でできて、予約者の名前やホテルからメールで連絡が来る予約番号などから登録でき、スムーズでした。
たまたまホテルの前の道が工事していて最後の5mぐらいが砂と石の道だったことですが、これは道路の工事なので仕方なかったなと思います。

The pillows in the bedroom were unbelievably soft and we only had one each. The mattress however was very comfortable. The curtains didn’t really shut very well as there was only one net curtain.

Check-in automatico dalle ore 16, senza possibilità di anticipare. Ma offrono la possibilità di depositare i bagagli anche fuori orario.

Found the check in process very confusing with unnecessary procedures. Check in machine at property, didn’t work but no one at reception there so had to walk back to a reception in entirely different location to check in and get keys. When we finally got into room no bed was made up (and no towel) for the third person.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Easy walk to & from train station and town center. Apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Balcony off living/dining room had great view of the Matterhorn. Three bedrooms and sleeper sofa easily accommodated our family of six adults. All bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms. No air conditioning, but with skylights open the apartment stayed cool and comfortable even during the hot August days. Kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment is associated/managed by the nearby Alpen Resort, so there are amenities at the hotel that are available (for an additional fee) to guests at the apartment. The front desk staff there was friendly and responsive when we called with a maintenance and housekeeping request, and when we stopped by to use the tennis court.
While we were there, a landscaping project was in progress in front of the building, which required a detour up a temporary sidewalk to access the building. It was easy to navigate, and is not a permanent fixture of the property and did not detract from our enjoyment of our stay in any way. Once we were inside, we could not hear or see this construction from our unit.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Uns hat alles gut gefallen (2-Zimmer-Apartment u. Balkon mit Bergblick - auch ohne Matterhornblick war es schön), wir haben sogar den Reiseadapter nicht gebraucht. Dank der Partnerkooperation mit dem Hotel Alpen Ressort wurde uns mit den fehlerhaften Schlüsselkarten und der nicht funktionierenden Kaffeemaschine schnell geholfen, vielen Dank! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bett und das Schlafsofa waren gut. Man hat eine super Möglichkeit, das Gepäck am Abreisetag beim Partnerhotel abzustellen, um den Tag für den Aufenthalt in Zermatt oder eine Wanderung zu nutzen. Der Gepäckraum hat eine Umkleidekabine - ein extra Pluspunkt. Wir würden die Residence Patricia weiterempfehlen.

Getting to the property was horrible. We are all elderly and had many suitcases. The staff at the Alpen Hotel Resort desk was rude and very unfriendly.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026체르마트에서 가성비 좋은 아파트입니다. 시설은 잘 갖춰 있고. 테라스에서 마테호른이 보여서 정말 좋았어요. 비싼 스위스에서 밥해 먹기 좋은 아파트입니다. 위치도 역에서 걸어가기 어렵지 않고 언덕에 있을 줄 알았는데 캐리어 끌고 가기 힘들지 않은 오르막이라 불편함은 없었어요. 셀프체크인으로 키를 받았는데 작동하지 않아 체크인 기기 옆에 있는 인터폰? 같은 걸로 연락하니 10여분 정도 후 직원이 새 키를 갖고 왔어요.
전자렌지와 세탁기가 없었어요. 전자렌지가 없다는 건 햇반족 한국인들에겐 좀 치명적이죠. 알펜호텔 스파를 이용할 수 있다고 해서 무료로 이용할 수 있는 줄 알았는데 40스위스프랑인가 돈을 내야 한대요.

L emplacement: proche de la base de secours d hélicoptères. Rotations toute la journée et des le matin. Travaux a l entree et aux abords .. .bruit le matin. Pour se rendre de l Alpen Ressort a la gare avec des valises est facile mais pour aller jusqu a la résidence Patricia, mieux vaut ne pas etre chargé.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The apartment itself was nice and comfortable with an amazing view. With the kitchen and spacious apartment it can be ideal for longer stays.
I received all together like 10 different messages from the accommodation but no useful information. They mentioned there is an alternative way to the place but not including any details, and at check-in (which was another joke itself) gave me the map for the old, not accessible way, mentioning nothing about the alternative one. Accessing the accommodation took us more than an hour due to check-in and route issues. The house keeper just walked in the first morning. Next morning, when we supposed to leave so no need for housekeeping, banging the door like something was going on. When I opened they said sorry, housekeeping and left 😳. The extra toilet paper rolls were kept on the toilet brush 🤮 The pillows were horrible, construction to fix the sidewalk was starting around 7

No criticism. Only suggestion would be to have an iron and ironing board in the apartment. Otherwise everything we needed was provided.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Se encuentra muy bien ubicado para visitar el Zermatt. El apartamento es cómodo y amplio, buen lavabo y cocina completa.
El balcón/ terraza es compartido por los otros dos apartamentos, lo cual si tu quieres dormir, debes cerrar las ventanas y cortinas para que nadie te vea. Además la persiana de la ventana con salida a la terraza no estaba instalada, solo la de la ventana más pequeña. Con el precio que cuesta, podrían dejar como en el resto de hoteles y apartamentos que alquilamos al menos un presente (no es caro un chocolate, una botella de vino, una flor....todo eso es extra si lo quieres)

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Liegt in Fuß Nähe zum Bahnhof. Balkon mit Blick aufs Matterhorn. Burger 🍔 Restaurant mit Freigetränk war toll mit sehr netter Bedienung.
In Zermatt ist trotz Auto frei ,extrem viel los auf der Straße mit Baustellen, Baustellen Fahrzeugen und Elektro Bussen . Als Fußgänger hab ich mich nicht wirklich sicher gefühlt und es war eher stressig zum Hotel zu kommen über die Baustelle direkt vor Ort und dann weiter zum Haus Patrizia. Der Helikopter Landeplatz gegenüber der Unterkunft mit mehreren Hubschraubern in der Luft verstärkt den Lärmpegel noch.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Las vistas del Matterhorn desde la terraza. Apartamento muy amplio, habitación cómoda con un buen armario y superficie de sobra para dejar la maleta y la mochila. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Baño con una ducha bastante espaciosa.
No hay nada que merezca la pena mencionar.
