Очень опасный район, в квартире грязно , вокруг отеля ходят бомжи и наркоманы, в квартире не работал и протекал душ, ужасное место никому не советую никогда тут останавливаться

Сучасна смарт квартира,,все необхідне було,,недалеко від центру,,але це район де живе багато іноземців,,до вечора вулиці захаращені сміттям.

Fairly comfy beds.

The rooms weren't too clean, starting with a bathroom, the drain in the shower was so clogged that we had to wait 30 mins between to let the water drain. Then our kettle was causing the fuse shortage when turned on, and when escalating that to the managers, I was informed that the replacement was issued and it never came so we had to boil our water in the kettle. The coffee machine was also advertised on the flat description but it wasn't there. The second bed set was just a retractable sofa bed that we couldn't fold in to get more space in the room. There was no physical reception and we weren't even given the room numbers with the booking confirmation. There also weren't any cleaners coming for a daily tower changeover or else.

Le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement j’ai retrouvé des cheveux dans les draps, du papier toilette dans la salle de bain et l’évier était bouché par le piston et repli d’eau quand je suis arrivée le ménage est complètement à revoir

Good facilities and comfortable

It was in a rough neighbourhood, in the metro station nearby you could often find the military with dogs and arresting people. It didn't bother us much, but it can definitely be a problem for a family or a sensitive person.

En entrant dans l'appartement, forte odeur d'égout. Une des housses de couette était tâcheée. L'environnement de l'appartement ne fait pas secure, nous n'avons pas osé laisser notre voiture dans ce quartier. Les loueurs ont été très réactifs aux mails et ont changé la housse.

Gros problème de clé : je ne pouvais pas entrer de façon autonome dans la chambre. Il me fallait appeler David, l'intervenant "Hey" qui m'ouvrait la porte à distance. David a été très serviable et présent, merci à lui, mais c'était un gros inconvénient.

Appartement moderne, propre et bien insonorisé. Literie parfaite. La climatisation et le ventilateur mis à disposition très appréciable. Idem pour le sèche serviettes fort utile après une bonne averse. Poubelles de tri et recyclage pratique et bien pensé.

Manque une machine à café, le sèche-cheveux mis à disposition marchait par intermittence. L'ajout de rideau serait un plus ainsi que la possibilité d'entrouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer, car verrouillée par clé non fournie. Quelques regrets quant à l'emplacement avec un trajet à pieds entre gare/appartement laissant un sentiment d'insécurité et d'impropreté (accumulation de déchets et bouteilles vides de gaz hilarant ). Toutefois nous n'avons jamais été accosté durant notre séjour.

The stay was really great. The apartment looked exactly like in the photographs on the website. Everything was clean and functional. I received the door codes through the Booking app and there were no issues. The host communicated well through Booking chat and we had no problems. The apartment has two front doors to the building and then of course the door to the studio. Everything was secure. No one bothered us during our stay. The check in and check out are automatic. The bathroom was clean and warm water was never an issue. The kitchen worked perfectly. There was plenty of space for clothes and our things. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great. The apartments are about 15 min walk from the Brussels - Zuid train station which is connected to all other cities with frequent trains. There is an underground train station about 10 min walk from the apartments which has trains for other parts of Brussels. The trains there were always on time. We love walking so being 20ish minutes from the Grote Markt (center of Brussels) was not an issue, but there is also an underground train connection (less than 10min ride). All in all, great stay.

Everything about the apartment was great and as advertised. I think that some of the bad reviews about the location are exaggerating a bit. Sure, the location is not the center and it is very lively, sometimes noisy and it is ethnically diverse, but no one ever bothered us or made us feel uncomfortable. If the noise was ever too much, the windows are good enough to block it out when closed. I get why the location would not be everyone's cup of tea, but it was no scarier or much more dirty then the rest of the city. The street is near the canal so yeah the smells outside were interesting sometimes. It really depends on what a person prefers and what kind of neighborhood they like.

Neighbourhood didn’t feel welcoming and was too crowded with folks gathered right outside the hotel doorstep. Neighbourhood isn’t well maintained.

Escalier , un vrai problème pour nous personnes âgées dont une ayant subi récemment une opération du genou. Cette situation nous a été désagréable dès notre arrivée.

Te piden un depósito de 80€ diciendo que te lo devuelven en 10 días hábiles cuando es mentira. Porque si no haces el depósito no te dejan entrar en la habitación y te avisan que tienes que realizar el depósito cuando ya estás en el apartamento. A día de hoy sigo esperando dicha devolución.

Nada. Patio interior sucio, con basura. Sofá cama súper duro, horrible. En el dormitorio con 1 cama, sólo había espacio para la cama, no podías estar x tanto en la habitación ni hacer la cama, ni nada de nada. Por no haber, no había ni un triste televisor. En la cocina no había ni un triste paño para pasar la encimera. Horroroso todo. Un barrio muy sucio y con muestras de abandono...

Air Conditioning worked propertly, beds were confortable and the room was quiet without noises from the street, neighbours or other rooms, so it was possible to sleep and rest during the night. The location is convenient for visiting the Abbatoir Market but it is only open on fridays, saturdays and sundays. The 2 Michelen stars La Paix in from of the Abbatoir Market since his opening in 1892, has closed his doors recently and will move to a more convenient location inside a de luxe hotel in the city centre next autumn.

Bathroom stinks from the first day to the last day of our week stay. Apparently it was not due lack of cleaning (bad odour was mixed with the smell of cleaning products used on the appartement and corridors) but it permeates directly from pipes. The windows were provided with drapes, so that no light goes in during the night, but not with sheers, so there was no privacy and natural light during the day. The dedicated WhatsApp account to communicate with the staff was served by a boot with apparently no human on the loop, so no action was taken to solve any issue that needs human intervention. Only when the message was repeated using the Booking.com app some action was finally taken. As an example we asked to replace the electrical kettle by a new one. The kettle was leaking water from the bottom of the water container and was not usable due to the risk of electrical shock. Only when repeating the message through the Booking.com message system was a new kettle provided. But the new kettle solved nothing. The kettle switch on-off button malfunctioned and stays permanently on even after it reaches boiler point. After browsing the brand and model on the internet we found that this kettle was recalled at the request of French authorities for risks of burn and electric shock and that was not in compliance of EU regulations. They acknowledge the reception of the information we provided but no further action was taken neither to replace the kettle, nor any indication that they would work on solving the issue. Not only the appartmente management but also the local authorities do not take seriously their obligations. The local council neglect garbage removal to the point when ravens puncture the uncollected garbage bags to feed themselves, and unused cartoon boxes accumulated and remain for days on the pavement. The most convenient entry/exit to the nearest metro station, Delacroix, close at 20:30H for unspecified reasons.

EL LUGAR NOS ENCANTO, ES INCREIBLE Y MUY COMODO, PERFECTO PARA DESCANSAR. SIN DUDA ES UN LUGAR AL QUE VOLVERIAMOS Y RECOMENDARIAMOS AMPLIAMENTE.

The neighbourhood is really bad and unsafe and makes the whole experience overall really bad. Think twice before making a reservation here and have a deep look into the neighbourhood so you don't have any bad surprise

El tamaño del apartamento y que hubiera aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación

El barrio muy sucio, la basura está días en las calles, las aceras y plazas sucias durante días, la zona no es nada atractiva y de noche no es agradable pasear por sus calles. No hay supermercados cerca ni establecimientos de hostelería, que atraigan entrar. Está lejos del centro de Bruselas (algo más de 30 minutos andando), realmente no está en la ciudad de Bruselas, sino Anderlecht. No lo recomendaría para familias con niños, ya que una de las calles que lleva desde la estación MIDI hay gente consumiendo drogas. El apartamento, las máquinas del local de al lado suena en mitad de la noche, la ducha no se regula bien, solo 2 opciones frío o muy caliente salvo que te duches con el grifo de la ducha de rodillas que si se regula, se avisó, pero no se solucionó en toda la estancia. No hay cafetera para tomar un café por las mañanas, ni tostadora de pan.

The appartment was airconditioned and clean. The staff were friendly.

The location is terrible. It felt extremely dirty outside and a bit unsafe. The door code also malfunctioned, meaning we lost about an hour and a half of time to explore. However, the staff were great at responding quickly and coming to fix the door. My details were also hacked somehow, with details of my stay, dates, name etc all used in a Whatsapp scam message trying to get me to click a link. After confiriming with the staff, it was indeed a scam, however no one has updated me on how my personal information was leaked. For these reasons I rate it as I have.

Le logement est propre, décoré et fidèle aux photos. Il y a de quoi se faire du thé ou du café. La climatisation était agréable par ce temps chaud. La communication avec l'hôte était fluide et précise.

L'emplacement de cet appart hôtel est catastrophique. En plein milieu d'un quartier chaud, nous avons dû marcher de la gare au logement parmi les détritus, du traffic de stupéfiant en pleine rue. Le quartier entier est anxiogène et dangereux. Nous n'avions malheureusement pas vu que ce quartier faisait partie des quartiers à éviter dans Bruxelles. Dommage car le logement est bien sinon.

Tout était prévu, pas loin de la gare Bruxelles Midi avec des commerce et un très bon marché à proximité

The apartment is spacious and has really nice furniture. It was easy to find and the location is great - a few stations from the city center and a 15 minute walk from Gare du Midi. The air conditionning worked great and we had great communication with the host.

The neighbourhood is not very safe for a group of girls, we felt rather unconfortable, but the apartment was really nice.

This place is located in an extremely dangerous, unsafe, and sketchy neighborhood, which is completely hidden and misrepresented in the listing description and pictures. We felt our personal safety was seriously at risk, so we refused to check in and had to leave the area immediately to find a safe hotel. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you care about your safety!

El lugar muy lindo

La facilitat que donen els propietaris des d’un primer moment per a tot

Byliśmy grupą 9-osobową i zajmowaliśmy 3 apartamenty. Nie można się doczepić do niczego w nich. Wyposażenie adekwatne do ilości osób. Pokoje czyste, ręczników wystarczająco. Klima działająca. W pokojach nie ma telewizora, dość dziwne w dzisiejszych czasach ale nie był w opisie więc nie jest to żaden minus. Same pokoje duże, łóżka wygodne. Czytałem wcześniejsze opinie o okolicy i faktycznie jest to dzielnica zamieszkała chyba w całości przez imigrantów z Afryki. Nie wracaliśmy do hotelu po zmroku (w czerwcu po 22 jest jeszcze jasno) ale nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z wrogim nastawieniem mieszkańców. Oczywiście jest to dzielnica brudna, ze śmieciami na chodnikach. Ale nie czułem się ani razu zagrożony podczas wracania czy wyjść z hotelu.

Flat with air conditioning, basic things at hand. Although the location is in an ethnic neighborhood, there is noise insulation. Frequent communication and all the time. Any help at hand.

Parking in the area is a bit difficult but we found a street parking place not too far away.

10/10 Excellent stay in Brussels! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and very professional throughout my stay. The location was convenient, and everything was exactly as described. I particularly appreciated the quality of the accommodation and the attention given to guests. I highly recommend HEY to anyone visiting Brussels and would gladly stay here again in the future.

The room was exactly as described basic but functional.

It was incredibly difficult to find and once located equally difficult to get into the building and then once in the building we couldn't get in the room and it took 45 minutes of messaging remote staff for assistance. The QR code sent is not needed at any part of the process and ultimately led to the difficulties in getting into the accommodation. Booking.com does not explain the location of the hotel is in a seriuosly deprived area that was not pleasant as a tourist to find onself in.

El lugar es espectacular! No quieres salir, muy cómodo, limpio las instalaciones son increíbles, si quieres descansar y desconectarte de la ciudad podrás hacerlo allí, la cocina está totalmente equipada. No tiene casi personal porque todo es digital pero el personal que te encuentras es muy amable y servicial

La ubicación no es la mejor, el sector se ve inseguro y es retirado del centro caminando, el transporte en bruselas es costoso, te queda cerca de la estación del tren pero lejos del centro para conocer Solo tiene personal en la mañana y hay problemas con las claves digitales, tuve q pagar un depósito considerable $$$$ por eventuales daños, ese depósito no se indicaba al inicio de la reserva

Great place for a holiday with excellent service. High level of cleanliness, rooms, corridors, doors, floors, toilet, kitchenette, shower etc. Very comfortable stay.

We hadden enkele recensies over de buurt gelezen die ons een beetje onzeker maakten, maar eerlijk gezegd vonden we het geweldig. Het is een levendige, multiculturele buurt, vol energie. We hebben ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld. De studio zelf is een echte kleine cocon, heel netjes en perfect uitgerust.

A localização não é boa, bairro inseguro e com pessoas estranhas na porta do prédio. Para uma mulher sozinha, não recomendo. A quantidade de água aquecida para o banho não é suficiente para duas pessoas, é necessário aguardar mais de 30 minutos para ter água suficiente para a segunda pessoa tomar banho quente.
