AIRIO Athens Luxury Suites

Great location

Pulizia, personale, servizi

Very clean. Great service

Modern aplliances and spacious room and real king size bed.

Lack of kitchenette

Location was great, the room was beautiful and we received an amazingly warm welcome! Thank you so much!

Alexia, the receptionist, treated us very well!

Location, staff, room design

Room size

The spacious and clean rooms are complemented by a wonderful breakfast delivered to your room. The friendly staff adds to the overall pleasant experience.

Convenient check-in arrangements. The staff are available 24/7 via WhatsApp, very friendly and helpful! The room was pleasant, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

ottimo hotel

The staff, especially Alexis were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was going smoothly.

The only thing that wasn’t the greatest was the smell coming from the pipes under the sink. Very minor and only thing I didn’t like.

Very clean overall, new furniture, nice design, lighting and atmosphere. Very comfortable bed, breakfast brought in the room was a biiiig plus (it had a variety of products and quite satious), nice coffee machine. It was a quiet area but still close to anything you might need. Blackout curtains, well isolated windows and efficient AC - guaranteed our comfort.

The host was helpful, provided all the details for a late check-in and organised our breakfast takeaway when we left early on the last day.

The shower head was broken in the shower, however there was an option to use the rainfall showerhead instead.

Super śniadania do pokoju. Super obsługa klienta.

Beautiful staff, property is also in a great location accessible by foot to the nearest shopping and transport. The ladies at reception are so helpful and prompt. The breakfast delivered to the room in the morning is a huge plus! Waters refilled in the room free of charge. Nespresso machines in the room aswell. Will stay again. Xx

Emplacement

Location was good , 15 mins walk from downtown, many restaurants & bakeries nearby. Facilities were great, nice staff, very clean & comfortable.

Great location, coffee shops and restaurants nearby, 15 mins walk to the center. Great reception and staff, facilities were good, the room was clean and comfortable!

Annoying staff didn't respected Do not disturb. Very noisy office next to the room

La posizione è centralissima, la camera pulita, molto ampia e ben condizionata. Bagno e doccia grandi e pulitissimi.

The location was great – it was really close to the metro, making it easy to get around Athens. The neighbourhood also felt safe. I only mention this because when we were researching where to stay, so many guides warned about dodgy areas, but we never felt uncomfortable here. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in the Queen Suite, which was a really good size and had plenty of space. The room was spotless when we arrived, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. They were all so friendly too. Communication with the hotel was via WhatsApp, which I thought was really convenient and made it easy to ask any questions. The hotel also partners with a few local food places, so we could order good, affordable meals straight to the hotel, which was a nice bonus. Finally, the breakfast was really good, and having it delivered to our room each morning made it feel that little bit more special.

There were only a couple of minor downsides. Sometimes the breakfast arrived a little cold, which I imagine was more of a logistical issue than anything else, as the food itself was always good. On our last morning, one of our breakfast orders was incorrect. We sent a message about it, but unfortunately it wasn't responded to, so nothing was done to resolve it. It was a bit disappointing, especially as we had an early flight to catch that day and breakfast was particularly important. That said, it was the only issue we experienced during what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay. One other small thing was that takeaway deliveries had to be collected from reception rather than being brought up to the room. We were staying on the first floor, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, but room delivery would have been a nice added touch.

Muhteşemmm

Herşeyi

Great location - everything was very walkable! Comfortable beds and spacious room.

Mouldy bathroom.

Great location - close to main attractions but not enough to be in a loud place, great accommodation - cool room, comfy bed, awesome shower, and awesome and attentive team. I'll recommend it to everyone :)

Nothing to add

Nada.

Merkeze yakın temiz ilgili personel

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was so friendly and kind. When you enter the hotel, it gives relaxing spa vibes and made the whole experience better. Air condition and bed was very good. The stay was amazing and so much better than we expected, totally recommended. Also, we went two girls and it was safe and close 10 mins walk to city center.

Nothing.

Colazione e pulizia camera e in generale tutto

Espaço interno, decoração e chuveiro.

Stuff

The room was spacious and clean

Great hotel! The location is excellent—we walked everywhere. Our room was both spacious and very clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful with our special requests. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Athens!

Locatie en schone kamer.

Geen faciliteiten buiten de kamer.

Alles was prima.

It is located in a quiet area, yet very close to the city center. The reception is available from morning until 11 PM. Entrance to the hotel and the rooms is done via a digital code. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel during reception hours. We stayed in a large room, which was very spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was big and comfortable. A huge plus for Greece: the windows have mosquito nets, which is definitely a necessity! Breakfast is available for an extra charge and is delivered straight to your room at whatever time you request. There are 4 different breakfast options to choose from.

The only downside is that sound from the corridor or other rooms can easily travel into the room.

Personale gentile e disponibile!

Locatie was top

Ontbijt, keuze had

A funcionária é extremamente antipatica e indiferente .

DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were excited to spend our last two nights in Athens at Airio, but had the WORST experience. The staff was unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and accused me of lying about the issue we experienced. After the first night, I asked for our room to be cleaned as we left for the day. Upon returning at night to sleep, I noticed that a gift bag containing two bracelets that was on our desk was no longer there. I immediately notified front desk that the bag with bracelets in it was missing. I told them that, they were in a white bag on the desk and maybe the cleaners accidentally threw out the bag. She proceeded to tell me that it is not possible and that there is nothing they could do as the cleaners went home. I even asked if I could look in the garbages but was told no. In the morning I checked again. They said the cleaners did not throw it away or take anything, but had no explanation of how the bag with the bracelets in it went missing from the desk in our room. The front desk attendant was extremely unhelpful, rude, and did nothing except say “it is not possible the staff did anything with my items” implying that I was lying. The manager was called but we had to leave for the airport before he could arrive. In the taxi the manager called, shaken up by the experience at the front desk I asked my partner to speak to him, however he insisted on speaking with me. The manager began by saying it is not possible the bracelets were thrown away or taken and said I must be lying or confused. He said my “story kept changing” which was a blatant lie. He then proceeded to argue, yell, and speak over me for 10 minutes. At one point it seemed like he said that items go missing a lot there, which was shocking! He then tried to quickly fix his statement when I raised concern. Not only were my concerns about missing items and safely not heard, I was actively blamed, gaslite, called a liar, and spoken down to.

Ansonsten gut!

La colazione in camera molto scomoda

Super

Mir fällt nichts ein 🤔

Excellent place to stay, close to good restaurants and attractions. We loved the cleanliness and the service!

Vriendelijk personeel.

Ik heb geen negatieve punten

Ottima posizoone, camera comoda e moderna

La cassaforte.non funzionava

Realmente excelente, en todo sentido. Muy bien ubicado, atención excepcional.

Personel cok yardımcı, odalar temiz ve buyuk
