Comfortable studio apartment set in a quiet residential area on the edge of Johanneberg district. A short walk to good transport links. Local attractions such as Universeum and Liseberg Park plus the ice hockey (and other events) stadium, Scandinavium, are also easily accessible on foot (downhill walk with steps therefore not suitable for all). Two single comfy beds/pillows, comfortable two seater sofa, TV, table and chairs, a well equipped small kitchen area and WC/Shower room c/w washing machine.

Läget och lägenhetens utformning. Sängen var väldigt bekväm också! Åtminstone för mig som tycker om när den inte är stenhård.

Inte för att det var jobbigt i sig, men man blev lite stressad av att man själv skulle komma ihåg att ta ut soporna och se till att allting var diskat för att slippa extra avgift.

Jag tyckte inte om att spisen inte fungerade, snopet när vi skulle koka frukostägg och spisen inte fungerade.

Fin lägenhet, på ett bra ställe i Göteborg. Väldigt tillmötesgående personal/ägare, stort plus.

Fanns inga rullgardiner eller annat för att kunna skärma av solen. Väldigt varmt, och det var en av anledningarna till man vill kunna mörklägga. Lukta rök inne på toaletten.

Ruhig gelegen, sauber, geräumig, alles da, was es braucht: Waschmaschine, Abwasch, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, voll eingerichtete Küche, und so weiter gemäss Beschreibung auf Booking.com. Ladestation für Elektroauto– separat zu bezahlen. Via Weibler App. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, eigener Parkplatz, der gemietet werden kann.

Es fehlt ein Ganzkörperspiegel, das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, aber alles da

Location, washing machine, kitchen, comfy beds. Parking (which we booked) was essential if bringing a car as there were restrictions all round. Lift when working was useful

It’s a bit noisy but it’s an urban location with lots of flats around.

Wohnzimmer und Küche recht geräumig

Das Apartment ist renovationsbedürftig und das Bad ist zu klein. Als wir ankamen, roch die Wohnung unangenehm muffig und in der Toilette roch es nach Urin. Die Klobrille war gelb/braun verfärbt und in der Küche war der Boden klebrig. Die Wohnung was ausserdem auch sonst nicht besonders sauber. WLAN war auch mehrheitlich unbrauchbar.

An excellent bright and airy apartment with loads of room. The kitchen was great and well supplied. The beds were very comfy. Close to the bus stop and a few cafes. Supermarket in walking distance.

The bathroom was very tiny and this was a real negative. Also the location was a 15 minute bus ride from central station which was a bit difficult with luggage.

Mattress in main bedroom too slidy. Curtains too small in the living room, so couldn't get it dark. Sun woke us up early. Would have been nice if washing powder left for the washing machine.

Rent pænt og nemt til det hele. Der var alt vi havde brug for i køkkenet. Gode senge osv.

Wifi virkede ikke. Meget lav signal. Ellers alt andet godt.

Lugnt område och nära till centrum. Busshållplatsen låg bara några minuter från boendet. I lägenheten fanns allt man behöver (förutom en diskpropp).

Das Apartment liegt auf dem Johanneberg in Göteborg,d.h.,dass man einen Auf- und Abstieg hat. Mit dem Bus, der häufig und regelmäßig fährt, war das aber kein Problem. Die Anbindung an das Zentrum ist also sehr gut. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit einem Park und einigen Restaurants in der Nähe und war sehr nett eingerichtet. Einige Details waren sogar recht charmant und ungewöhnlich und haben uns ein wenig an den " Bauhausstil " erinnert (Einbauschränke, Türgriffe, das Küchenfenster "über Eck", etc.), sodass wir uns dort sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Außenverkleidung der Häuser mit Kupfer und die alten inzwischen verriegelten Müllschlucker aus Chrom im Treppenhaus zeugen von einer hochwertigen Anlage, die wohl aus den 50iger oder 60iger Jahren des 20..Jahrhundert stammt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ebenfalls sehr gut. Eine Rezeption oder Personal vor Ort gibt es nicht ,aber die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch der Parkplatz liegt direkt an der Wohnung. Bis zum Fahrstuhl muss man einige Stufen zu Fuß bewältigen.

Das Bettsystem sollte verbessert werden, denn die Auflage war nicht optimal, d.h.,dass sie schnell verrutscht ist.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut und die Lage des Apartments war sehr ruhig.

Die versprochene Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Bei unserer Ankunft war es, bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen, sehr warm im Zimmer. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn wir wenigstens einen Ventilator gehabt hätten. Das Zimmer konnte nachts nicht gut verdunkelt werden, da die Vorhänge viel zu dünn waren.

First rental place ever, that I can give topstar rating on cleanliness!! I’m so happy with everything in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, pillows and comforters great, kitchen was well equipped, loved the balcony! The location was superb and suited our exact needs. Instructions for trash and parking were detailed and prompt. I will book the same top floor place again when needed. Thank you for giving me back my hope to one day pay for something I’m fully satisfied with. 10/10 rating.

Only thing I can think of is that it would have been nice to have another set of towels for our kid. He’s 4 so he stayed for free, but he still needs to shower :)

Perfekt med en lägenhet så att vi kunde ordna egen mat. Viktigt för oss som spelade Boule-SM varje dag hela veckan och behövde ha med oss matsäck. Fin utsikt då vi bodde högst upp.

Jag har inget större att klaga på. Bara detaljer som att det varit bra med en lite mindre kastrull och att persiennerna var krångliga att få ner.

Great location and a nice little flat that had everything we needed. Clean, cosy and well designed. The flat felt bigger than it really was and we really liked our little home away from home. It is really close to Götaplatsen which was very convenient.

Cannot really think of any thing we did not like.

There are two HeyStay buildings in the same block that connect into one car park. One message referred to one location, another referred to the one we booked. The same code is used for entry for both which was confusing and concerning. The code to get in the door often would not work unless entered really rapidly. It also took a few tries to lock the door using this code system every time we left the apartment, as it wouldn’t close properly. There was a bunk bed in the living room but the curtains did not cover the full window which was at street level. This not only lacked privacy but it also meant sun came streaming through the window at 4am in summer. The check-out instructions listed to remove all food and clean all crockery. But there was food left in the fridge which shows that no-one had checked it because one of the items was out of date by 4 days. Glasses and plates had also been put away dirty.

L'emplacement est le point positif du logement, entre centre ville et parcs. Le studio était parfaitement equipé, j'ai passé une super semaine et le logement y est aussi pour beaucoup.

Da wir mit dem Fahrrad unterhalten waren, war die Lage oben auf dem Berg bei der Anfahrt etwas anstrengend.

Bright and spacious apartment on the first floor of a large block in a very quiet location. Easy simple access via coded locks. Large kitchen diner with neat well equipped kitchen, big living room. Main bedroom very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space. Second bedroom a bit cramped with two beds so we moved one into the living room. We really liked the area, which was close enough to walk downhill to the city centre, though you might want to get the bus home. Excellent little Swedish restaurant around the corner serving the obligatory meatballs. It should be noted that the living room is open to the hallway and the kitchen (the door to which has been removed) so is not ideal as a third bedroom!

It was very clean, quiet and comfy. There was a nice balcony and I enjoyed the view to the greenery. It was bery bright as well. There was instant coffee and tea bags.

However, the last night, unexpectedly, the landlord sent an email saying a 250sek wouldl be charged if any dishes, glasses or cutterly weren't both properly washed and placed in the wardrobe. It would be charged if any of them were washed but remained in the dish washer. The dishwasher took more than hour to wash and I had to leave early in the morning, what was a serious inconvinient. The same penalty would have been applied if the trash wasn't have placed in a specific room on the other side of the building. These rules should have been stated in the booking process and not a few hours before rhe check out.

Sauber und gepflegt in ruhiger und schöner Lage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Infos zum Check-In kamen rechtzeitig und waren sehr präzise. In direkter Umgebung ist ein schöner kleiner Wald.

Das Doppelbett, das aus zwei Einzelbetten besteht, fand ich unpraktisch und einer der Stühle wackelte sehr und sollte repariert werden.

Kupaonica je stara i wc daska djeluje kao da je neoprana. Nakon vise pokusaja pranja,prljavstina se nije mogla ocistiti. Nacin komunikacije osoblja je takoder vrlo autoritativan te se vise puta dobije mail koje su kazne ako ne ukljucite masinu za pranje nakon odlaska. Takode na moj mail da mi se posalje racun nije odgovereno.

Parken ist sehr teuer. Wäre in der Nebensaison nicht nötig gewesen.

Het was een fijne, comfortabel appartement.

Het bed was zachter dan ik gewend ben.

Läget, passade bra då vi var 2 vuxna och 2 15-åringar. Vi fick även checka in tidigare om än mot en avgift och bra med parkering.

Att vi inte fick information om pågående renovering av utsidan och att den balkong vi såg framför oss inte gick o använda. Så vi kunde inte vädra eller sitta där och det var gött väder ute. Sedan var den smal också vilket heller inte framgick om man skulle sitta där. Vi var där 3 nätter o det hade varit gott o kunna använda den. Vi valde lgh p.g.a. Balkong o läge o att vi alla fick plats.

Ніяких зайвих зустрічей чи очікувань. У помешканні є абсолютно все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Рекомендую!

Znakomicie wyposażona i przestronna kuchnia. W łazience, pomimo małej przestrzeni, też było wszystko co trzeba. Dużo miejsca do spania, dużo miejsca w szafach. Bardzo spokojna okolica, park w pobliżu.

Najmniejszy pokój ledwie mieści dwa osobne łóżka, ale to nie jest duży problem.

Appartamento funzionale, e ben curato.

Più che cose che non sono piaciute, voglio esprimere due accortezze. Essendo italiani, abituati a ore di ombra più lunghe durante la notte, il fatto che sorgesse il sole alle 4:30/5 e non ci fossero tende oscuranti un pochino disturbava la mattina. Consiglio personale: forse sarebbe utile mettere dei cuscini più robusti per chi li utilizza.

Spacious and clean, well equipped even for longer stay.

Door code did not work, needed phone call to sort it. Not really in centre, but good bus service. Currently scaffolding on building, so couldn't use balcony and had to have curtains closed.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable.

There was construction during out stay. It would have been nice to know this in advance instead of being greeted by a workman right ourside our window.

Decent apartment. Very compact. Got access codes in advance which was a bonus as often this is a service failure

Pillows were very high and no spares. Room smelt stale and we had to have the windows open all the time. Food remnants under the bed. There are no staff at this facility so when you are not told there are different blocks, we tried to access the wrong block. Parking is booked on line and is confusing when you arrive.

The location is perfect, as is the neighborhood. Great connection with the city center, or any other part of the city. The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped. The bathroom was clean, there was shampoo and conditioner for the hair, washing machine, toilet paper... Additionally there was also an iron and dishwasher. The only thing missing (although it was some Nescafe, sugars and tea) is seasoning, oil, salt and pepper...(It's not a problem it's just a positive constructive criticism). The owner was super polite. :) All in all definitely recommend!

Comfy beds and good kitchen facilities, Wifi worked well for duration of stay

Wasn't even to enter the apartment as the code did not work on the door, phone number provide did not work so had to email to get another number (Eventually got in after 30 mins of trying). Bathroom was dirty with hairs in the sink. Codes on the welcome sheet are completely different to the ones sent via email for entrance to the building, this was really confusing. I was sent a message saying that if I did not clean the dishes and take out the bin I would be charged 250 SEK (£20) - this is the first time I've experienced a fine for not cleaning (The message also said I had cleaning included in the booking fee), to be honest this made me feel uneasy on check out and the bins were not obviously located. The building is also at the top of a very steep hill, would be very difficult to reach if not fit.
