⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 — Absolutely Incredible! This villa was absolutely incredible — honestly, one of the best villas I have ever stayed in in my life. Everything was beyond my expectations. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were incredibly spacious, and the whole villa was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. I loved every minute of my stay and truly didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone without hesitation. It is a very special place, and I will definitely be coming back every year. I can’t wait for my next stay! 10/10 — absolutely perfect!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked about the villa. Everything was exactly what I was looking for, from the incredible views and spacious rooms to the comfort and overall atmosphere. I genuinely cannot think of one thing I would change about my stay. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and I would happily stay here again.

All great place to stay, wonderfull location quite , lovely pool, and view, perfect breakfast and it have his own restaurant for the only 7 room great food normal prices. You need a car or motorbike to come but 100% the best place.

For use no problem but villa is at a hill so always stairs to go in and out.

Een luxe hotel met gigantische kamers, brandschoon, en vriendelijk personeel.

Hoewel de staff net als overal vriendelijk en behulpzaam is (we kregen zelfs 2 mails met de vraag of vervoer naar het hotel voor ons geregeld kon worden), en de kamers dus echt heel ruim en heel erg schoon zijn, mist er ons inziens wat sfeer in het hotel. De inrichting is mooi maar niet perse warm. Helaas rook het in een van de badkamers steeds naar riool, maar dat komt veel vaker voor en is ook begrijpelijk gezien de ligging. Maar het komt ook wel door die ligging in een gebied dat nog in ontwikkeling is, waardoor er nog veel gebouwd wordt, dat wij minder enthousiast waren over het hotel en juist ook de ligging dan gehoopt. Het uitzicht op het Mandalika circuit zal voor sommigen een feest zijn, voor ons deed het juist wat af aan de charme. Van de racers heb je niet veel last - het is hoorbaar in de openbare ruimten, maar er wordt alleen op vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag getraind. De ligging buiten de stad tegen de berg aan is ook wel onhandig in de praktijk: je bent zonder eigen vervoer aangewezen op drivers, waardoor wij veel aan het plannen en nadenken waren over waar we op welk moment wilden zijn en of dat te combineren viel etc. Als er in de directe omgeving meer te doen zou zijn, zou dat anders gevoeld hebben. Overigens is het hotel behulpzaam hierbij en hebben zij een shuttle service tegen bijzonder redelijke prijzen. Het zwembad vonden wij helaas ook wat tegenvallen tov de foto's op booking die nogal hoge verwachtingen hadden geschapen bij ons. Laten we wel wezen, dit zijn allemaal dingen die een verblijf niet verpesten. Het is nog steeds een prachtig hotel, en er wordt echt gestreefd naar een hoge standaard. Misschien zijn wij als gezin met tieners gewoon ook niet helemaal het juiste publiek.

Stunning location, spacious room and views from the hills were spectacular. You can even see monkeys in the distance in the forestry!

We had scooters/transport so you’ll need to have transport to get to the Villa. Taxis are super cheap so don’t let this put you off.

We had a wonderful time at your hotel. The location was ideal – close to the beach for surfing and nature walks, with peaceful surroundings and stunning views. Being not far from the Kuta area made it convenient for us to explore, and renting a motorcycle added to the fun and flexibility of our trip.　Overall, your warm hospitality and the beautiful setting made our stay memorable. We look forward to returning and will happily recommend your hotel to others.

We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant. One small area for improvement would be cleanliness of the food area. I understand that being on the hill naturally brings birds and insects, but a little extra attention to keeping the food space clean would make the dining experience even better.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Speisen, Transport nach Kuta und Flughafen wurden spontan und zuverlässig organisiert.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen auf einem Hügel, sehr gute Aussicht auf die Bucht, aber fussläufig nichts erreichbar, man braucht definitiv eine Transport, der wurde aber problemlos vom Personal organisiert.

All the staff were lovely and welcoming, our room was spacious and clean. We had a great stay, breakfast was very good every morning with lots of options and fresh fruit, we got a lift to town for free on the first night as well before we had rented a scooter

De douche duurt even voordat het water warm is en het is lastig om een kleine wijziging aan te geven bij bijvoorbeeld ontbijt. Ze spreken nauwelijks Engels. Maar hel vriendelijke en lieve mensen.

Het hotel is een echte aanrader, de kamers zijn groot, schoon en comfortabel. Het uitzicht vanaf de heuvels is geweldig. Onze host en eigenaar van het hotel Miki heeft voor ons een eigen excursie samengesteld waarbij we zijn rondgereden naar de belangrijkste attracties. Zo konden we in korte tijd genieten van al het moois dat Kuta te bieden heeft. Het was een onverwachte verrassing en er is alles aan gedaan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Het complex heeft geen sauna.

Очень классное место! Вид шикарный на Мандалику, номера большие и просторные, еда и коктейли отличные. Спасибо большое Рине и Мики, помогали во всем, сервис супер! Можно арендовать байки прямо в отеле, организуют трансфер в аэропорт или в другие места Ломбока. Сам отель небольшой, уютный, компактный. Ребята во всем помогают. На байке можно добраться до Куты и до любых пляжей поблизости. Спуски нормальные для опытных водителей, для новичков пару раз проехать нужно, чтобы привыкнуть :) В общем, рекомендуем 100%!

So where should I start. First we stayed 3 nights in their other villa called Villa Teraum. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to try also Villa Valito. As soon as we walked in, we felt like we’re home. We got up-graded to the honeymoon suite which is superb. The view from the balcony, which by the way is as wide as the room, is great. Bathroom is so big that it’s like an extra room. Room and the pool is cleaned every day and the facilities are spot on. You have multiple options to choose from for breakfast. Location is 10 minutes scooter drive from busy Kuta, which makes it ideal for us. Over here you are on top of the hill with amazing views in peace. Mickey, the owner, and his staff has made our stay extra special. I’ve traveled in close to 30 countries and Mickey’s hospitality has been the best I’ve had. Everything you need, he’s helped us with. He has take us for dinners in both Kuta and Mataram, capital of Lombok where I had the best sea food ever, waterfall tour, golfing and you name it. Safe to say, we have become friends. We also visited Kuala Lumpur before we came here and we were able to leave our luggage to him during our trip. Overall I think we have extended our stay at least 3 times. We just enjoy it here so much that we don’t want to leave. So my warmest recommendations to Villa Valito and Villa Teraum. You won’t regret coming here. 10/10.

Very big room and equipped everything. I like breakfast here.

The road to the hill is steep but road condition is great. But I'm not good at driving Scooter and still felt scared.

The distance from town etc. the property provided everything but would have had a bit more freedom with a bike or car. However it’s the best place to slow down and take a breath after Bali.

The staff were lovely and always willing to help. The views were gorgeous being further up the hill. The room was huge, clean and modern.

It was a little difficult getting to and from the main bars/restaurants by taxi if you aren't confident enough to use a scooter!

Personeel is vriendelijk en ruime kamers.

Slechte locatie erg moeilijk bereikbaar hoog op een berg lastig om daar te komen. Veel trappen geen lift. De kamers zijn erg vies, de deuren en ramen zijn niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor veel spinnen, wormen en vliegen binnen komen. Aangebroken drinken en repen chocola die in koelkast nog lag van vorige gasten.. Stroom viel plotseling uit midden in de nacht waardoor het erg benauwd werd in de kamer wat meer ongedierte aantrok. Boven onze kamer werd er gewerkt aan de vloeren waardoor alles te horen was. Wordt geen rekening mee gehouden met de gasten..Prijs kwaliteit is niet in verhouding. Voor een 5 sterren verblijf verwacht ik veel betere service en kwaliteit van kamer. Gelukkig is het personeel wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam jammer dat eigenaar de hotel zo verwaarloosd!

The property itself is very nice and fairly clean, except for some of the glass fences. The room we got was very spacious and well kept. Our balcony had a very nice view. The villa’s surrounding area is very quiet. The equipment and furniture is new. Special thanks to Jofi and Fikron for making our stay better.

There are no nearby restaurants or other places of interest, so we had to eat at the villa. The food and beverages provided at the property are of awful quality and most of the items on the menu are not available. A beach is 10 minutes away, however most attractions there have been recently bulldozed, making it empty now, further solidifying the fact that there is almost nothing to do near the villa. They offer transportation to the nearest city at a hefty price. Some members of staff do not speak English well. We also had some issues with the shower, where hot and cold water would flow uncontrollably. We expected more for the high price of our stay.

Postone! Vista panoramica eccezionale... Camere enormi e pulitissime , piscina a sfioro e un ristorante dove si mangia bene . Dopo questa sviolinata (meritata),vi dico solo una cosa, con pochi euro in più rispetto ad altri posti... vi godete la vacanza!

Le uniche cose a 5 stelle di questo hotel sono l'idea, è pensato molto molto bene sia come stile che come posizione, la vista, e la competenza e professionalità di Rina, receptionist e tutto fare dipendente della struttura

La struttura ha un potenziale enorme ma viene gestita molto male sotto diversi punti di vista: la pulizia fondamentale è a posto, ma vetrate (coperte di sterco di volatili) e pavimenti comuni della zona bar sono pochissimo curati (di lunedì alcuni ospiti hanno rovesciato un caffè durante la colazione e quando siamo andati via di sabato c'era ancora la macchina a terra), le formiche sono dappertutto nella zona colazione/piscina, uno dei due lavandini nel bagno della camera perdeva e quando l'abbiamo fatto notare non è stato sistemato, sempre in bagno negli orari di "punta" (dalle 7.30 e dalle 19) c'era un fortissimo odore di fogna che permaneva comunque nell'arco di tutta la giornata, l'unica receptionist attenta era Rina, con gli altri per esempio chiedevamo di avere lo scooter per il giorno dopo ed è capitato un paio di volte che non fosse disponibile (parlando con un altro ospite spagnolo, anche a lui era successa la stessa cosa) piuttosto che l'ordine della colazione, fatto tramite whatsapp quindi facilmente consultabile, venisse completamente sbagliato, in camera era disponibile una cassa per ascoltare la musica, peccato che fosse scarica e non ci fosse il cavo per caricarla, sempre la stanza (davvero enorme) potrebbe essere un po' più riempita di mobili perché per larghi tratti è semplicemente vuota. È un peccato, oltre che un disagio, andare in una struttura così bella ma così mal tenuta.

I servizi (lavanderia e motorino) si possono pagare solo in contanti. Un poco più di pulizia nella stanza. La struttura è pulita ma da un 5 stelle ti aspetti la perfezione

Lo que más me gustó es la habitación, muy amplia y muy cómoda. Gran tamaño de la zona de noche y del cuarto de baño. Tres cosas que no me gustaron: 1- Desayuno : muy muy flojo el peor desayuno tras 20 días en Indonesia. No hay nada en el desayuno que sea realmente bueno. 2- El personal : casi no hablan inglés con lo cual es muy difícil comunicarse 3- Ubicación está en lo alto de un camino con una pendiente muy importante que impresiona y es algo peligrosa.

-pulizia quasi inesistente, probabilmente per il poco personale l’intera struttura non è mantenuta come dovrebbe, la villa ha 2 anni ma sembra ne abbia 10 purtroppo da come è tenuta, allego qualche foto. Inoltre in camera (camera Java) il condizionatore perdeva acqua quindi macchia il muro, il rubinetto sinistro è completamente rotto e perde acqua ovunque, dal tombino di fianco al wc esce odore di marcio costantemente e la doccia era tutta rotta tranne il soffione più piccolo… -consiglio una manutenzione e pulizia generale molto più accurata perché di questo passo purtroppo tra un paio di anni cadrà a pezzi definitivamente…. Lascio la sufficienza solo per lo staff che è stato meraviglioso.

L’hotel est très raffiné et les employés aux petits soins. Ce fût un réel plaisir d’y séjourner lors de notre passage à Lombok.

We stayed in a junior suite — spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The room offered a stunning view of the ocean, and the location was just a 10-minute drive from Kuta Beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mickey, the owner — a fantastic person who made us feel truly welcome. He was genuinely touched that we chose his villa for our honeymoon, and we were equally touched by his kindness and assistance. So truly, thank you, Mickey, for making our stay so special.

Had a couple of drivers say it was a little bit tough to find and get into to(secluded and quite hilly) Not really a walkable property but that makes it more quiet than in town

Fantastic 😍 relaxing!! We loved everything. This place would everywhere in Europe get easily 5 stars! The service is great, the staff very nice, the food OMG!!! Everything is prepared freshly, ingredients high quality, the taste amazing! The view is stunning. The rooms are very spacious, the bed is very comfy. SO clean. The place is still pretty new and you can see and feel that the owner put a lot of effort to design and built up everything very safe and comfortable. All the materials have a really good quality. We arrived late 8/9 pm, we had been doing a long trip and when we arrived we were very exhausted. But within ten minutes we started to relax and from minute to minute it became even better. We didn't want to leave! But for sure we are hoping to come back again. Also I want to emphasize the great hospitality of the owner - thank you for the wonderful stay Mickey!

We loved staying here and it is the best property by far during our 3-week trip. The rooms were huge and luxurious and very comfortable. Everywhere was immaculate and the infinity pool and amazing view were the icing on the cake. The staff were all amazing and super helpful. The food was also worthy of special mention and delicious! We extended our stay as we loved it here so much and used it as a base to explore south Lombok. Thank you!

It was perfect.

The property is a very peaceful place on top of the hill. The staff and specially Komang was above and beyond. He treat me as I was very special person. Next to the city center.

It’s hard to get taxi with no previous reservation.

The location was amazing and at first sight the design of the villa. Tazan, was the stand out staff that went out of his way to assist us. Thank you Tazan.

We are really disappointed with the villa as it was rated 5 stars. There were many things that were far from expectation. 1. Upon arrival, we had to carry a few luggage up 4 flights of stairs before the staff assisted us. 2. Hot water in the shower was not working for two whole day. We had to shower with cold water and was told they didn’t know it was solar powered. 3. 4 room toilets had clogging problems and smelt of pungent urine that stunk the room up. 4. 2 rooms had air condition that was leaking. 5. Breakfast prepared and served were cold. 6. Ingredients and cooking utensils prepared were covered in flies. 7. The staff team didn’t clean up in a timely manner when we finished eating, causing more flies. 8. We booked Villa Valito but was assigned to Villa Teraum. 9. Everything was dirty and hygiene level is sub par

Beautiful big rooms, clean and comfortable, and great location close to Kuta but still a bit more remote and with an amazing view. Professional service off all the staff. Good breakfast choice and quality. Beautiful clean swimming pool outside of your room.

Excellent service from Multazam. Multazam went over and above to make sure my stay at Villa Valito was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa. The pool is one of the best!

Beautiful location high on hillside overlooking the moto gp race track. The resort is new and very clean and staff are super friendly. Joffi was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

The view is incredible with mountains, beach and the moto GP circuit. The staff is super friendly starting from Jofi, the manager plus the chefs and also the staff at the restaurant. The food is delicious and for us the most touching was Tazam who went the extra mile and provided a small little yellow helmet for our 2 year old son in literally 5 minutes. We will not forget this gesture.
