la chambre était grande et les lits simples aussi. Yuni, la personne sur place est très gentille et serviable.

C'est vraiment dommage que les lieux ne sont pas entretenus en profondeur. La chambre a des taches d'humidité, idem pour la salle de bain.

Wir verbrachten ein paar Nächte dort und genossen unsere Zeit dort sehr. Mit dem Roller ist man schnell in der Stadt bzw. am Surfstrand. Check-in war easy und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich.

Perfect place to stay in Kuta Lombok! We planned on staying 3 nights at first but stayed 11 nights because we felt so confortable. The room is really clean, and there is good AC and wifi. Its 5 min from city center by scooter so it is really calm! The owner Iwan and Yuni are so kind and really responsive. I REALLY recommand this place! I will come back for sure.

Nos despertaron a las 10 y30 de la noche con golpes fuertes en nuestra puerta de la habitación, no les abrimos pensando en que se darían cuenta que era tarde y parece que no les bastó porque volvieron a picar insistentemente con grandes golpes, decidimos abrir por si era una urgencia y nos encontramos con dos chicas que trabajan allí diciéndonos que mañana teníamos que hacer el check out a las 12 , empezaron a explicarnos que teníamos que pagar la moto, le corté y les dijimos que mañana hablábamos las cosas que era muy tarde ( a todo esto ellas mirándose y riéndose todo el rato ). Al día siguiente cuando hicimos el check out nos cobró un día de moto de más, el primer día que llegamos nos preguntó si queríamos moto y le dijimos que si, una pequeña, nos dijo que ahora no la tenía que nos esperáramos a la tarde y aceptamos, todo y con eso pensamos… bueno venimos de un largo trayecto descansamos ahora y esta tarde nos vamos, llega la tarde y nada, tampoco hay nadie en el Homestay estábamos solos no pude pregúntale cuánto más iba a tardar, nos duchamos nos ponemos el pijama y a las 21 aparece otra trabajadora con la moto nos pica y hacemos el esfuerzo d probarla para mañana no tener problemas y poder contar ya con ella, ( la probamos 2 minutos, la recta del hotel) la dejamos y entramos a la habitación, eso fue lo que usamos la moto. NADA Aquí tienen todos algo en común y es que si pueden aprovecharse de ti lo van a hacer les da igual cobrarte de más o incluso cobrarte x7 lo que es el valor real, me he encontrado con gente que me ha querido vender un pareo pequeño por 40€, un imán el típico y sencillo que pone Bali por 10€ cada uno!!!!!!! Otro punto a destacar de Bali que me pareció una auténtica locura son las condiciones en las que tienen a los animales y la de basura que tienen las playas.

The Kind Homestay was such a pleasant stay with such a nice hostess. The bedlinnen were clean and the room was quite spacious. The bathroom was also lovely! Really gives you an outdoor nature vibe. Also the hostess could quicky fix a scooter for us so that was wonderful service. All in all, had a wonderful stay at The Kind Homestay!

The amneties, and the hospitality of the hoast, they gave us all we asked for. The rooms are simple but clean and made with good taste, kitchen is very well equiped. Really good value for money.

Maybe good idea to have bathroom furniture refresh.

Very easy communication and forthcoming staff. With just a simple text we organised transfers and scooters for our stay.

Super super recomendable!! la habitación divina con una cama super cómoda. Las instalaciones andaban perfecto 👌🏻 Si bien el lugar queda un poco lejos del centro (10 min), podés alquilar un motito en el mismo hospedaje 👌

Perfect accommodation, very quite and comfy! Planned to stay 4 days, kept extending to 14 days! Really recommend:) It is a bit outside, but you can rent a scooter and be totally fine:) Kitchen is also nice. Will come back again

Precio calidad excelente, de lo mejor en nuestro viaje por lombok/bali. La habitacion es bonita, espaciosa, las dos camas twin son de plaza y media, sabanas blancas limpias y un buen AC. Una mini terracita con mesa y silla para comer, leer tranquilas. La ubicacion es perfecta para moverse a las playas mas lindas de Kuta Lombok, cercana a la carretera principal pero sin ruidos ni barullo del centro (a 10 min en moto). El camino de acceso es apenas complicado pero luego de 1 dia en moto lo haces facil. La atencion y servicio excelente, siempre atentos al whatsapp. Nos han alquilado moto por el precio mas bajo y de muy buena calidad tanto motos como cascos. Tiene una cocina comun que viene bien para prepararse desayuno y ofrecen agua potable ilimitada para beber.

La mezquita esta cerca y se oye pero esto sucede en toda la isla.. nada nuevo, sugiero dormir con tapones. Quizas podrian haber limpiado la habitacion en nuestra estadía de 6 noches aunque pedimos nuevas toallas y nos la dieron sin problema. El jardin de la zona comun precisa de un poco de amor y cuidado.

This was my favourite accommodation in Kuta Lombok. The place is an absolute hidden gem. The rooms are very spacious with a large spacious outdoor bathroom. There’s a kitchen for use too. The outdoor area of the room has a practical seating space too. Great AC. Super clean too. The rooms have smart TV’s, the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect because, getting into town is only a short ride away and so is Tanjung Aan, Bukit Merese and Gerupuk. I really loved my stay here and would absolutely come back. The host is great at replying to messages too and helpful. Best of all is Yunis. She is amazing at communicating and helping with anything you need. She is excellent and makes the place even better!

The rooms could do with a mirror inside the actual room (there is space) although there is a mirror inside the bathroom. The bathroom door needs to be blocked out to avoid the morning sunlight coming in but these are very very minor issues.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Besitzer antwortet superschnell und ist lösungsorientiert. Man kann direkt bei der Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis Roller mieten.

Die Amaturen im Badezimmer waren massiv verkalkt und nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Das Bad war generell nicht richtig sauber. Leider laufen ständig Straßenkatzen auf dem Grundstück und betteln penetrant nach Essen.

I went with couple of best friends and we found it as hidden gem. Located just few miles away from Koeta, and across of Mandalika circuit, we were surprised this accommodation fits us well, the room is pretty new and huge for homestay category and the best thing is the bed is very comfortable. Only one small thing, our shower floor keeps leaking but it was not a big issue the owner is very accommodating to our requests. We will stay again if we visit.

Hidden gem in Kuta lombok! Around 5/10m scooter ride to the center in a quiet little guesthouse , just with other three rooms . The staff is amazing and the rooms are super comfortable !

Only thing is the mosquitos that come in the room from the sliding doors , so a mosquito net could be useful!

A nice, lovely place in quiet area, about 10 mins away from bustling Kuta by scooter. The bed, pillow and blanket are super comfy. Room is clean. Air con, hot shower and WIFI works well. There's a shared kitchen and free drinking water refill.

I got room number 1 and there is no toilet seat. That is the only downside but overall is 10/10.

Beautiful, clean, spacious rooms, comfy big bed, hot water shower. The property itself is very pretty, it is easy to find and the host was kind. Only stayed one night but if we had more time would’ve loved to stay here longer. If we find ourselves in Kuta again will definitely stay here! Great value for money. Highly recommend :)

Couldn’t fault a thing.

It´s a really nice homestay! It´s a very nice, clean room with comfy beds. The AC also works well. The bathroom is really stylish. The owner was also really nice. We extended our stay multiple times. It´s also pretty quiet.

It´s halfway between Kuta and Tanjung Aan. So the way to the surfspot isn´t that far anymore, but also you have to drive a couple of minutes to go restaurants in Kuta.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, you can rent a scooter there which is convenient. The bathrooms were lovely (better than what we were used to indonesia)

The kitchen could be a little better equipped (no knives)

The room is modern and very clean. The property has everything that you need. We are very thankful with Yuni, she helped us get a scooter and got help when we had a flat tire. The free water refill is really practical. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Big room with comfy beds. Clean and nice bathroom. Staff was very friendly. 10min to Kuta with scooter was not a big deal.

The stay was excellent and very peaceful. The accommodations had everything we needed. We initially booked for 4 nights but ended up extending our stay for an additional 5 nights.

The property was very close to town, and mini marts. But yet feels like a real home stay tucked away. Bed was comfortable, great outdoor shower/toilet. Lots of space in the room, so great for luggage’s being open. Working desk, and has working wifi.

No fridge in the room but no problem as there’s a shared communal kitchen/bar and can use that fridge.

We stayed for one night and can highly recommend this place. The stuff was extremis kind and the place very clean!

The location is a bit outside the city and you need a scooter to get around but you need that for almost any hotel in the area so we didn’t mind at all!

We loved our stay at this place. It's quiet, peaceful, the beds are big and comfortable, good working airconditioning and a warm shower. Juny is the kindest woman, always available to help with anything you might need. The kitchen has a fridge and simple stove to make something yourself. There's also drinking water available.

Can't think of anything. Just keep in mind that the Kind Homestay is a few minutes away from Kuta by scooter.
