Reviewed Jul 22, 2026This hotel exceeded our expectations! Stylish, Excellent amenities, wonderful staff, great central location and comfortable bed and pillows! We had an 8 week trip and found the vast majority of places had terrible pillows, even in pricier hotels. It was refreshing to get a decent sleep at the end of our trip. We also very much appreciated the fact that even though we booked a non- refundable, non-flexible room rate, they were accommodated moving our booking from the start of the trip to the end of the trip due to changes in plans. A big thank you and job well done - very grateful! 🙏🙏🙏

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026This place was great and served its purpose. Its very centrally located. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easy access and walkable to everything that we wanted to explore in Athens.
The building entrance needs a renovation. But it doesn't seem to be the properties fault. The location is very busy as well. Sometimes there's loud noises/street performers on the street below until about 11pm/12am. Overall we didn't spend too much time in the room and just needed it for sleep so it was fine. We just cared about the location.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location is excellent, close to all restaurants, bars, shopping, on the main street for shopping and the action. Our room faced the street so during the day there is lots of noise and city sounds of people and music playing from street musicians. At night it was quiet and we were able to sleep despite the liveliness of the day. We only stayed one night before an early flight home back to US. The room was very clean and immaculate. The front desk reception person was so sweet and helpful in arranging our early morning departure taxi. We also had an issue with hot water which they were aware of and had a technician already on the problem. When we came back from dinner, the problem was solved and hot water was resolved. Excellent service and responsiveness.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026I loved my stay here! Such a beautiful hotel and great location!! Close to everything you’d want to do and see in Athens and like 2 minute walk from syntagma metro station. Lovely hotel Staff and super comfortable beds are a long flight was amazing
Rooms facing Ermou street will get the noise from down there but that is beyond the hotel control and not their fault at all. Only saying to make people aware before booking
