Location was good

Very expensive for what it was, rooms were tiny and really disappointing. Offered 50% off spa treatments but then no availability to book. Room had no natural light with window looking into another wall. Rooftop bar was nice but didn’t open on time and no staff working at it!

Le petit déjeuner est correcte. Pour les oeufs, que 2 possibilités: Brouillés mais archi cuits ou oeufs durs. Dommage. Le plus agaçant sont les guêpes et les abeilles que l'on doit constamment éviter. Très pénible. Le sol de la douche est des plus glissant. Très dangereux. Le lit est particulièrement bas.

Very modern, nice location, great breakfast, and amazing view.

It was very loud. Even with windows closed you could hear everything outside. Additionally you can hear everything happening in the hallway through the door. I am not a light sleeper but woke up many times.

Instalaciones modernas en el lobby, el rooftop es una pasada, vista espectacular del acrópolis, desayunar con esas vistas un plus. Desayuno bastante decente. Locación céntrica, fácil de ir caminando al centro.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, apenas hay espacio para moverse y dejar dos maletas de mano en el piso. Nos dijeron que nos habían dado upgrade y al entrar a la habitación sentimos que era la misma o peor de la que habíamos reservado, la ventana era un sensación porque daba a una pared a menos de 1 metro de distancia.

Bit noisy

Está muy bien ubicado y la azotea está muy bien. El bufet, aunque no es muy amplio, tiene un poco de todo.

Caro para lo que ofrece. Las toallas estaban bastante desgastadas por el uso. La habitación no es muy amplia y, para dos, se queda pequeña.

Location is perfect for central Athens and this was our third stay at the Lekka. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is now showing it's age and is not being maintained. Toilet seat broken, shower tap broken and just left in the soap dish. Shower bottles, tired, worn and didn't work. Simple little things that could easily be fixed. Breakfast was ok but staff didn't seem to want to clean up when people left, leaving plates for bees to swarm and birds to pick at wasted food. Too busy talking or looking at phones. Next doors room service plates left out all day and not cleared. All just little things that take the shine off a stay.

Le ménage n’avait pas été entièrement réalisé (oubli de bouchons d’oreilles usagés dans la chambre) Le petit déjeuner impossible à prendre à cause de la présence de frelons. L’hôtel n’y est pour rien cela dit.

Boa localização. Os funcionários eram simpáticos. Os dois quartos eram exatamente igual às fotos. Rooftop com boa vista para a Acrópole.

Apesar de aparentemente estar tudo limpo, o hotel precisa de uma limpeza mais profunda, principalmente nos azulejos das casa de banho nas juntas e cantos porque naturalmente com a sujidade e humidade vão ficando com pontos pretos, e precisa simplesmente ser bem limpo. Também sobre o pequeno almoço ser no rooftop numa sala de vidro aberta sem refrigeração suficiente face aos 30 graus que faz logo de manhã. Tendo a comida ao calor e entrando abelhas e vespas pois vêm naturalmente pelo cheiro da comida.

הגענו בשעות הערב למלון ופקיד הקבלה אמר לנו שלום בעברית והיה מאוד אדיב ונעים. החדר היה מעוצב מאוד יפה ונעים. על הגג היה בר מקסים עם נוף מטורף לאקרופוליס, הברמנית היתה חמודה מאוד והכינה לנו משקאות מגניבים. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה מאוד, מגוונת ונעימה.

Breakfast was quite good. Location with view of Parthenon was great.

Although it was a large room and bathroom, there were not enough places to hang or store clothes, or to put wash kits or toiletries in the bathroom.

The hotel was very clean, centrally located, and close to pretty much everything. The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was also quite large, with plenty of space for all our toiletries. The rooftop was definitely one of our favorite things about the hotel — it has a beautiful view of the Acropolis, and it was really nice to sit there and relax. The rooftop bar was also great. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Another nice touch was the seating area right in front of the hotel entrance, which was very convenient and comfortable for waiting for a taxi or Uber.

The room didn’t have much storage space or closets, which made it a little difficult for us to organize our belongings, especially when traveling with a baby. Unfortunately, the bathroom door handle was broken during our stay, although it didn’t have a major impact on our overall experience. Another thing we didn’t like was that during breakfast there were quite a lot of bees around the food area, which made it a bit uncomfortable to eat there peacefully, so I often had to take my food to the room to avoid being bothered.

Ouverture du petit déjeuner trop tardive pour aller sur excursions tôt le matin ( du coup réservation de petits déjeuners 3 matins pour 4 personnes ) et avons finalement pros le petit dej qu’un seul matin . 2 eme jour , avons pris le petit déjeuner au roof top , que nous avons trouvé décevant : pas d’eau froide , pas bon .. Manque d’eau dans la machine à café ce matin dans le hall ( départ taxi à 6h45) et petit dej fermé , personne à l’accueil .

The building itself and everything inside is quite dated. Some rooms have windows into the narrow lightwell, not really pleasant. Thankfully we had a room with a window to the enclosed courtyard, better than lightwell.

In spite of requesting a twin room almost 8 months prior, they did not give us one. Although to rectify, they did end up giving us another room for free

Não tem zona de receção no hotel, tem uma mesa minúscula que não fez muito sentido e não combinava com o espaço. Por 2 vezes quando chegávamos ao quarto víamos o carrinho das limpezas “meio abandonado” na saída do elevador. Algumas reparações são necessárias, porta do wc não fecha, etc De ter ficado apenas 1 noite

It is located in a busy street near Sintagma plaza we didn’t sleep well because of the noise.

VERY noisy - overlooking the road and very hard to sleep for the noise. Breakfast was nice but clearly an afterthought. Very limited selection. On arrival no staff around for around 10 mins to check us in or welcome us - reception was empty.

There was an awful drain smell in the room you couldn't get rid of. The pics of the place had lots of the top bar but all the bottles were empty there which was odd.

We had a bit of an emergency in our room and could not contact anyone all night. Staff was supposed to arrive by 7am (we had to leave for our ferry) but arrived 20mins late with no responses to our irate what’s app messages (valuables locked in safe that we couldn’t open). It caused quite a lot of stress and we nearly missed our ferry

La camera era spora, sul soffitto era pieno di cicche, non c’era manutenzione, molte strisciate sui muri, una macchia davanti alla porta, lo scaffare della doccia che stava cedendo. Lo staff molto poco attento, all’arrivo 15 minuti di attesa prima che qualcuno si presentasse alla reception, alla colazione ragazze svogliate e poco educate, il servizio di house keeping non ha più riempito l’acqua nel frigo bar nonostante lo chiedessi ogni sera. La location centrale ma molto rumorosa

While the pictures make it look very design led the reality is quite different, the room was very very small with no space to open your luggage let alone emptying it to settle in the room (also super stuffy). Dead mosquito blood stains everywhere on the walls and even though we never opened the window, somehow there were mosquitos inside the room (and no repellent). The staff while being respectful and helpful when you had questions, do not feel part of the coherent hotel experience, indifferent attitude and not quite the Greek hospitality you encounter in other hotels. A small detail but they are dressed as if they just rocked up randomly rather than hotel staff clothing with name tags. The breakfast is on the terrace and while this is a very nice detail the food is displayed openly (with no lid) in the heat and with no cooling trays so everything looks mostly tired, butter melted, I wouldn’t risk the eggs for example. Overall service is lacking the attention to detail and customer experience.

Central location but still out of the noisy streets. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast can become a bit chaotic if you are not really.

No gym. Rooftop bar could be a bit more vibey. The view is stunning and it has potential to become something special. Could not really see the Parthenon from room.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having the option for a massage was very nice, although it is supplementary to the sauna.

The rooms are way too small and the bathroom lacking privacy owing to the transparent door. The jacuzzi was not working and you need to reserve the sauna to have access (which can only be used one at a time which makes it very limiting). The breakfast was rather disappointing, with not a lot of choice. The windows were not double glazed, meaning it was very loud at night. Overall, these issues would not justify the price which was very high!

There was no 24 hour reception and not enough information that arrival was only possible after 7.30 am. We arrived about 5 am and had to hang around for a long time outside the hotel . Booking.com info about hotel was inaccurate as no pool was available

A localização é, sem dúvida, um dos maiores pontos fortes deste hotel. O rooftop também é muito agradável e oferece uma vista excelente. Gostei bastante do facto de o lobby disponibilizar café, limonada e bolachas durante o dia, um pequeno detalhe que faz a diferença. A zona exterior junto à entrada é muito acolhedora e convidativa. O pequeno-almoço era variado e de boa qualidade. Além disso, os funcionários foram sempre muito simpáticos, prestáveis e atenciosos. Não experimentei o spa, por isso não posso dar uma opinião sobre esse serviço.

O principal ponto menos positivo foi o quarto. Já sabia, pela descrição, que seria pequeno e, como apenas ficámos duas noites, isso não foi um grande problema. No entanto, para uma estadia mais longa, não o recomendaria. Além disso, o quarto não tem praticamente espaço de arrumação, nem sequer um armário para guardar a roupa, o que acaba por ser pouco prático. Embora o hotel pareça relativamente recente e tenha uma decoração bonita e moderna, deu a sensação de que os materiais utilizados não são da melhor qualidade. Já era possível notar vários sinais de desgaste e alguns elementos danificados, o que acaba por retirar um pouco da boa impressão geral.

Très décevant pour un hôtel qui se présente comme un 4 étoiles. Le principal problème est simple : nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi. Malgré une chambre située au 4e étage, nous avons été réveillés par les bruits de circulation, les allées et venues dans les couloirs et les nuisances provenant des autres chambres. L’isolation phonique est clairement insuffisante. À cela s’ajoute un autre point incompréhensible : les rideaux n’occultent pas correctement la lumière. Dès le lever du jour, la chambre est baignée de lumière, ce qui rend le repos difficile. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas, la télévision était inutilisable, et la salle de bain présentait plusieurs défauts : manque de propreté, porte de douche qui ne ferme pas correctement et qui provoque une inondation à chaque douche. Certains éléments de mobilier, notamment un pouf taché dans la chambre, témoignaient également d’un manque d’entretien général. Nous pensions malgré tout terminer notre séjour sur une note plus positive lors du petit déjeuner. Malheureusement, dès 7 h 30 du matin, nous avons assisté à une discussion particulièrement bruyante entre plusieurs membres du personnel, visiblement en désaccord. Ce type de scène n’a rien à faire devant les clients et ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de cette catégorie. De plus, le petit déjeuner en lui-même est très décevant : produits de qualité médiocre, peu de choix et rien de particulièrement appétissant. Là encore, on est loin du niveau attendu pour un hôtel de ce standing. Plutôt que de papoter, le personnel aurait mieux fait de nettoyer le cafard présent au buffet petit déjeuner… Pris séparément, ces problèmes pourraient être considérés comme des détails. Mais leur accumulation donne une impression générale très éloignée du standing et du confort que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons pas.

Location was wonderful. Close to everything. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast on the rooftop was very good.

We had room for 4 with bunks for the kids. It was functional. No complaints.

Rooftop bar was incredible for sunset drinks. Rooms are well appointed with everything you need and the reception staff were very helpful .

The property is advertised everywhere as having a 24/7 reception. This, coupled with communication with the team before arrival lead us to believe they’d be open for bag drop off when we arrived at 3am. This was not the case, as security told us to go away and come back at 7am. The team later confirmed they are open 7.30-11pm. Very disappointing as we had to wait with our bags in a near by MacDonalds until the would take them. Totally understand if 24/7 isn’t possible, but don’t advertise it if that’s the case as we would have stayed elsewhere.

Nous avons eu un jour de pluie et le petit-dejeuner tourne vite a la catastrophe. Il pleut sur et dans les plats, le personnel balaie l'eau temps bien que mal. C'est le seul point négatif de notre séjour.

We only stayed one night. Room was ok, good size but it is a noisy area. The breakfast is great & the view is awesome. Staff were lovely & helpful.
