Отличные апартаменты, особенно удобные для остановки перед вылетом. Очень удачное расположение: центр находится совсем рядом.. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить шикарный душ и действительно удобные кровати — удалось прекрасно отдохнуть. Чисто, уютно и продумано до мелочей.

The property was very clean and in a great central location. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left a personal item behind, and they called me right away to let me know and arrange for me to collect it. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

équipements modernes et premium tout en design. Literie confortable, climatisation silencieuse et efficace. Grandes Smart TV. Coin calme et très bonne insonorisation. Salle de bain grande et pratique. Petite cour intérieure jolie. Prix hyper compétitif pour une nuit.

Appartement au sous-sol sans fenêtre hormis la cour intérieure. Cela ne nous gênait pas, mais certaines personnes peuvent ne pas aimer. La cour intérieure partagée avec 2 autres appartements est adossée aux sorties de clim, ce qui est un peu bruyant et ajoute un peu de chaleur

Struttura nuova, pulita, e vicina al centro. Soluzione consigliata solo per una notte e per chi non va al mare.

Era praticamente un loculo con una sola finestra grande ma che era praticamente ad altezza del marciapiede quindi impossibile da sfruttare. Si è costretti a restare chiusi dentro e accendere aria condizionata anche di notte. Non c’è una zona dove poter stendere costumi e asciugamani se si va al mare.

The shower was excellent, the location was perfect, the place was quite clean, and everything was comfortable and well-equipped.

The Wi-Fi was weak in most parts of the apartment and kept disconnecting. There was cooking equipment available, but no basic essentials such as salt, pepper, or oil, which are usually provided.

Η τοποθεσία καθώς ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης και δεν χρειάζονταν να παίρνουμε αυτοκινητο και η διακοσμηση.

Δεν υπήρχε χωρος για άπλωμα των ρούχων. 4μελής οικογένεια καλοκαίρι σε νησί και έπρεπε να απλώνουμε μαγιό & πετσέτες στο καλοριφερ του μπάνιου. Επίσης, όταν αναβαμε το aircondition έπεφταν χνούδια και σκόνες. Το βράδυ δεν μπορούσαμε να το ανάψουμε γιατί όποιος κοιμόταν απο κατω θα έτρωγε τα χνουδια. Μάλλον δεν είχε γίνει συντήρηση. Επίσης, η καθαριστρια μπήκε, αλλαξε πετσετες και σακούλες στα καλαθάκια, δεν σκούπισε καλά και όταν επιστρέψαμε μια κατσαριδα μας περίμενε στο κρεβάτι.

Very nice apartment where everything seems new. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen (though we didn't use it), spacious and comfortable bathroom. Clean and fragrant sheets and towels, nice furnishings, and plenty of storage space. The apartment is located right in the center and very close to a square full of restaurants. There's also a small free parking lot a few steps from the entrance.

The only downside is the soundproofing: some neighbors returned home late at night, obviously very cheerful after a night out, and it sounded as if they were in our room. But that's obviously not the owner's fault!

Sopra la porta di ingresso c’è una luce blu che rimane sempre accesa e che di notte mi ha disturbato il sonno. Il letto era molto molle e i cuscini pessimi, di quelli cha fanno venire il torcicollo. L’appartamento NON HA UN ARMADIO, ma solo un angolo in cui lasciare la propria roba. Non il massimo…

Tout est parfait dans ce logement, depuis son emplacement jusqu'à sa propreté. Nous y avons passé une excellente nuit !

Podobało mi się dosłownie wszystko. Od wystroju po wyposarzenie i lokalizacje. Apartament z dużą przestrzenią i pieknym tarasem. Na stanie wszystko czego człowiek potrzebuje do funkcjonowania: ekspres do kawy, czajnik, lodowka, mikrofalowka, płyta infukcyjna, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, szmapon, odrzywka, żel pod prysznic itd. nawet mała apteczka. Lolalizacja też rewelacja. Blisko sklepy i retauracje. 10-15 min spacerkiem do kluczowych węzłów komunikacyjnych dzieki czemu w krótkim czasie byłam w stanie zwiedzić dużą część wyspy. Polecam to miejsce z czystym sumieniem.

We had only one short night. Check-in/-out was very easy. The apartment was very clean and high standards. We were positively surprised that the terrace area was better than in the pictures.

Personale gentile: abbiamo fatto una prenotazione la sera stessa per via della.cancellazione del volo: in pochi minuti abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni per il self check in. Posizione comoda, a pochi passi dal centro

Ο ιδιοκτήτης επικοινώνησε άμεσα μέσω μηνύματος και υπήρξαν αναλυτικές πληροφορίες για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών και άλλα σχετικά θέματα. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε σφραγισμένο μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο, κέρασμα (παστελάκια και ρακί), καθώς και ατομικά σφραγισμένες συσκευασίες με μπατονέτες κλπ. Υπήρχαν σίτες σε πόρτες και παράθυρα και το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ μοντέρνο και λειτουργικό.

Θα ήταν ωραίο να έχει δεσμεύσει χώρο στάθμευσης στο δρόμο έξω από το κατάλυμα, ή να έχει κάνει συμφωνία με κάποιον από τους γειτονικούς χώρους στάθμευσης για να υπάρχει κάποια σημαντική έκπτωση με την επίδειξη της κράτησης (ή κάτι αντίστοιχο), καθώς εκεί στο κέντρο είναι σχεδόν αδύνατο να βρεις να παρκάρεις. Το βοηθητικό κρεβάτι στο διαμέρισμα 3 δεν ήταν και πολύ αναπαυτικό για ύπνο, είχε βαθουλώσει.

Nous avions un appartement coté cour . Bouteille d’eau fraîche , raki et petits biscuits nous attendaient. Également Café et thé . Tout est récent et propre. Douche spacieuse. Petite rue très calme. Bonne literie. Porte fenêtre sur terrasse intérieure.

Un peu sombre mais rien de très embêtant . On entend un peu les avions.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Έμεινα για μία νύχτα και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Το apartment ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με καινούργιες και προσεγμένες εγκαταστάσεις. Η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη, με άμεση ανταπόκριση και μεγάλη προθυμία να βοηθήσουν σε ό,τι χρειάστηκα. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό πάρα πολύ ωραίο στο κέντρο .

Το μόνο που δεν μ’ άρεσε που δεν ήταν και πρόβλημα ότι δεν μπορείς να σηκώσεις το παντζούρι γιατί ήταν ο δρόμος δίπλα

Ήταν ημιυπόγειο διαμέρισμα ενώ αυτό για μένα τουλάχιστον δεν φαινόταν στην καταχώρηση... επίσης υπήρχε πολύ φασαρία τά ξημερώματα άτομα μπαινοβγαιναν..... και κάναν θόρυβο με δυνατή μουσική....... Τά διαμερίσματα ήταν ξεκομμένα οπότε πέρα από εμάς δεν άκουγε κανείς το θόρυβο...

Very noisy after hours of 11pm to 6am. I also was not happy that other people were leaving the front door open which became a security issue and fire hazard.

La localisation

The location of the apartment is excellent—within easy walking distance of the seafront and the old town, with its many restaurants and shops. Despite being so centrally located, the apartment is situated on a quiet street, making it both convenient and peaceful. During our week-long stay, the apartment was cleaned regularly, which made the experience especially comfortable.

Occasionally, you could hear people arriving or leaving early in the morning, but that’s to be expected in any accommodation.

Very modern apartment in the city centre, all toiletries are there, coffee machine and kitchen

Nespresso machine was not cleaned before our stay, so had to use something else to make coffee.

Πολυτελές διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του κέντρου. Η ιδανικότερη περιοχή για να μείνεις αν δεν έχεις αυτοκίνητο καθώς πηγαίνεις παντού με τα πόδια (μαγαζιά, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ). Το δωμάτιο μας έβλεπε στην πίσω αυλή, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πάρα πολύ βολικό για οικογένειες. Η οικοδέσποινα ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα σε οτιδήποτε. Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε!

Studios are indeed luxurious and just just at the center. The owner was very helpful and replied quickly to each message. We are grateful for the early check-in.

These are studios, not apartments, located in a SOUTERRAIN and have just one window. The terrace is in a small, poorly maintained backyard in which there is a water pump that works at intervals round the clock; the noise could be heard even at closed window. The window of the second studio we had rented was overlooking the street and was just 30 cm above the ground level. Central, but run-down location; narrow streets congested by cars; our car was badly scratched while parked - be aware free parking is almost impossible. If you decide to go there by car, use the nearby municipal parking at 18 euro for 24 hours. While looking at the place it wasn't clear the access is with codes. They were sent around noon of the check-in day, making us nervous and wondering whether something has went wrong.

Camera molto bella, letti comodissimi, posizione ideale per la città con parcheggio davanti molto comodo (a pagamento). Staff molto cortese, hanno risposto prontamente alle mie richieste

Μοντέρνος και προσεγμένος χώρος. Όμορφη διακόσμηση και άνετο κρεβάτι. Κεντρικό και ήσυχο σημείο με ευκολία πρόσβασης σε όλο το εμπορικό κέντρο.

Η ηχομόνωση από την είσοδο του δωματίου με τον υπόλοιπο χώρο και λίγη περισσότερη προσοχή στην καθαριότητα από τις τρίχες προηγούμενων πελατών.
