Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Great stay and fantastic location! The apartment was comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and having a little balcony was a lovely bonus. It was also really convenient for exploring local food places. with plenty of things within easy reach supermarket. Would definitely recommend!
If we could've we would have way more pillows. Maybe a more classic bottle opener, everything else was great!

Il divano letto, infatti, è sprovvisto di un materasso e le lenzuola sono state messe sopra il divano che non aveva un materasso, quindi sinceramente l'ho trovato non proprio pulito.

Photos de l’appartement sur Booking trompeuses. On s’attend à un super beau et grand balcon, nous nous retrouvons avec un balcon où nous pouvons pas mettre de table dessus donc inutilisable. Dommage que les photos du logement ne sont pas celle de celui en question mais d’un autre (le plus jolie et spacieux de l’immeuble..).

Reviewed May 5, 2026"Το θετικό του καταλύματος είναι η εξαιρετική του τοποθεσία. Όλα τα υπόλοιπα ήταν μέτρια και κατώτερα των προσδοκιών μου. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη. Το τηλεκοντρόλ δεν δούλευε, άλλαξαν οι μπαταρίες μετά από αίτημά μου. Επίσης, η τηλεόραση δεν είναι στο υπνοδωμάτιο αλλά στον δεύτερο χώρο και δεν με βόλεψε καθόλου.
"The positive of the accommodation is its excellent location. Everything else was mediocre and below my expectations. The value for money was not as expected. The remote control was not working; the batteries were replaced only after my request. Also, the TV is not in the bedroom but in the second room, which was not convenient for me at all."

Beautiful high ceilings in the apartment and very comfortable bed with a view to some nice big green trees. We had wonderful sleep. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some meals. Loved that they had an app for guests ftom where you could order clean towels and other necessities👍 will definitely stay there again😉

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026De locatie is in hartje Heraklion. Wij zaten in het penthouse. Mooi ruim appartement met een prachtig balkon. De communicatie met de verhuurder was uitstekend. Meerdere keren een bericht ontvangen waarin ze extra informatie doorgaven of vroegen of alles naar wens was. Lees goed de instructies die je wordt toegezonden. Hierin staat alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Let op dat je een schakelaar voor warm water moet omzetten. Dit moet ongeveer een uur voordat je warm water wilt hebben. Weet dat je echt in het centrum zit, dus je kunt wat overlast ervaren van geluid. Voor ons was dit zeker geen probleem. Dat weet je als je in het centrum een appartement huurt.
We hebben echt een prima verblijf gehad. De matras van het bed is aan de harde kant, maar was voor ons prima. Een klein nadeel is het parkeren. Wij hebben voor € 15,- per dag geparkeerd in parkeergarage Central Parking, adres Arkoleon 1. Als je meteen voor meerdere dagen betaald, reserveren ze een plaats voor je. Zal zeker in de zomer handig zijn om je te verzekeren van een parkeerplaats. Wat heel makkelijk is je geeft de auto af en zij parkeren voor je. Vanaf de parkeergarage is het nog geen 2 minuten lopen naar het appartement. De accommodatie kan er natuurlijk niets aan doen dat je moet betalen voor het parkeren. Je zit dan wel in het centrum van Heraklion.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Ήταν ολα υπέροχα. Μείναμε 1 μήνα, 2 ενήλικες κ ενα παιδι 4 ετων για τις χρισρουγεννιατικες διακοπές μας. Ηταν πεντακάθαρα. Το διαμέρισμα στα παρέχει ολα, εκτός πλυντήριο, αλλα σε πολυ κοντινή απόσταση με τα ποδια υπάρχουν στεγνωκαθαριστηρια για όποιον τα χρειάζεται. Είναι κυριολεκτικα στην καρδιά του κέντρου, οτι χρειάζεσαι θα το βρεις σε λίγα μόνο βήματα. Η επικοινωνια μας με τις κοπέλες για τυχόν έξτρα επιθυμίες ηταν επίσης άψογες. Εαν επισκεφθούμε το Ηρακλειο ξανά για χειμερινές διακοπες, σίγουρα θα ειναι το διαμέρισμα αυτο η πρωτη μας επιλογή!

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Περάσαμε υπέροχα, το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, μέσα είχε περισσότερα από όσα χρειάζονται, η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ βολική ποιο κέντρο δεν υπάρχει και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν φοβερή, ότι και να χρειαζόμαστε ήταν πρόθυμη να βοηθήσουν. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!!!

Weder Parkhäuser/-plätze noch öffentliche Parkmöglichkeit im Umkreis von 300/400 Metern weil Fußgängerzone, daher muss das Gepäck noch ein Stück getragen werden. Unterkunft super, gute Klimaanlage, netter Vermieter. Wir würden wieder buchen.
Bohrarbeiten am frühen Morgen, kann aber der Vermieter nichts dafür. Haus relativ hellhörig, dünne Zimmerwände. Durch die Parkplatzsituation ist man entweder gezwungen, einen Parkplatz für 15€ AM TAG zu nehmen, oder sucht wirklich sehr lange - wir haben eine Stunde gesucht.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Lokalita v priamom centre mesta, priestranný apartmán, čistota, servis, rýchla komunikácia a dobré tipy na návštevu mesta a okolia. Aj napriek tomu, že sa nachádza v rušnom centre, zvonku bola dobrá izolácia zvuku.
Mohli nás upozorniť na prebiehajúce stavebné práce priamo pod apartmánom, ktoré začali už od 7.00 ráno. Miesto retro dizajnových kohútikov v kúpeľni a kuchyni by som uvítala vodoúsporné pákové batérie.

Lors de la réservation nous recevons un lien où tout est bien expliqué! Réponse très rapide sur booking aussi ! L’hôte m’a rendu un énorme service. Et petit plus : nous pouvons laisser nos bagages dans une armoire à code après le check out.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Η τοποθεσία ήταν στη καρδιά του Ηρακλείου ,με οτι σημαίνει αυτο , προσβασιμοτητα, ασφάλεια, αλλά κ αρκετη βαβουρα σε κάποιες ώρες που όμως δε διαπερνούσαν υπερβολικά στο διαμέρισμα.
Ίσως πιο σταθερό έπιπλο φύλαξης των ρούχων. Κ να κλείνει πιο μαλακά η κεντρικη πόρτα. Πρέπει να τη συνοδευεις για να μη κλείνει δυνατα , σεβομενος τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες.

Outdated bed (very creaky) and the room looked bigger and nicer in the pictures. There was also a weird unsanitary smell during our stay at certain times, and some of the plates were not cleaned properly..

The light in the hallway kept turning off when I was trying to lock my room putting me in the dark. No smart tv, tv didn't really work which was a shame, would of been nice to pair my phone to the tv & watch some movies or something

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Staff were available on the phone, very pleasant and helpful, with my special thanks to Katerina. Room size was good and had a great balcony. Sofa was also used as a bed which was very comfortable. Clean with all required facilities. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine. Best location, at the center where all is accessible on foot. Walking distance to the museum, port, and the main road for local buses, also to the main bus station and most touristic places.
There was a security alarm, fitted for extra security, but despite using the fob and later the manual instruction given by staff, it was not activated each time we tried. But the place was so safe that we had no concerns. A safety deposit box would have been good. I hope they install one when I go there next time :)
