Amazing location in the old town, close to everything. The split level suite is great nice and spacious. The air conditioner is really good. Lovely hosts who were kind, responsive, and always willing to help.

Pas de parking, difficile de se garer au parking public pas toujours libre. Loin pour les personnes âgées J'ai trouvé la chambre étouffante car pas de vue dans une ruelle chaude avec un bar un peu bruyant. Mais la chambre était moderne et très bien équipée. Mettre un rideau pour la porte, trop de lumière pour dormir. Petit déjeuner salé, pas de salle, apporté par un traiteur, bon mais trop soffistique. Prendre le petit déjeuner dans le quartier est mieux. Piscine juste pour faire jolie, très petite J'ai fait de la claustrophobie dans cet hôtel. Dommage car le lieu est jolie, Bien pour 1 nuit.

The room and the hotel gallery had a noticeable damp and musty smell. Although the staff were very helpful and attentive, all the rooms faced the gallery, and we had to use the shared balconies in the gallery to dry our personal belongings, which was neither comfortable nor private, and smells must The bathroom in our room was located upstairs. This meant that anyone sleeping downstairs had to go upstairs during the night whenever they needed to use the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient.

החדר היה בקומה התחתונה ממש ליד הקבלה ולכן בבוקר שמענו רעשים.. הבידוד לא מספיק טוב בנוסף הבריכה היא לא ממש בריכה.. אלא יותר מקווה ולא נכנסנו אליה כי היה נראה שהמים אמנם נקיים אבל עומדים..

Miniappartamento nel pieno centro di Rethymno, dotato di tutto quel che serve. Molto pulito e confortevole, ottimo per girare e conoscere la città. C'è anche una mini piscina per rinfrescarsi dopo la visita.

Non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Solo un paio di suggerimenti: dato che i letti hanno un doppio cuscino, metterei anche un set di cuscini più bassi: aggiungerei una tenda nella porta del piano di sotto in modo da oscurare la luce per chi dorme lì (noi abbiamo usato una coperta)

I don’t have words to say how much I enjoyed my time in Rethymno. The property is super well located, close to everything and the owner was very friendly and helpful. My room was really beautiful and was cleaned every single day of my stay. Everything was new and well maintained.

I would like to stay more. If I come back I’ll definitely stay in Casa de Gaga.

The property was lovely, exceptionally clean and had a warm environment. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate with lots of space, modern and beautiful with a great vibe. It had everything you would need. We would definitely come again and 100% recommend.

It was really clean, and looked so modern and nice. The center place with the pool looked like a little paradise. The family running the place was so nice, and tried their best to take care of everything that was needed. We had the most amazing stay here and it really made our week of vacation!

Rien sauf peut être le petit déjeuner.Les tartines pain-beurre nous ont manqué.

Breakfast is the only thing they should improve. Since it is a small hotel, they bring it from a nearby restaurant, and the quality is average.

מקום מהמם ברמה גבוהה, נקי מאוד , יש כל מה שצריך לשהייה קצרה או ארוכה יותר, בלב העיר העתיקה ליד כל המסעדות והחנויות הכי יפיות, כמה דקות הליכה מחוף הים, בעלי המקום אנשים מקסימים, הכל היה מושלם ובטוחה שאם נגיע שוב לרתימנו נתארח שם.

Superb staff: Manolis helped me and was a delight. Friendly, knowledgeable, hospitable, discreet, and kind. I enjoyed his help throughout my stay and warmly commend the property owners for finding a very suitable local host. The location is excellent in Old Town Rethymno a step or two off the main tourist areas for some quiet and less crowding, with good value and decent accommodations. The restored property is comfortable. Nothing spectacular but that was not expected. The food is good and served directly to the rooms.

The main drawback has nothing to do with the property: The lack of safe, clean, available drinking water in Old Town Rethymno was a major drawback for me. Constantly asking the staff for refills of bottled water -- which I did, and they provided -- was an inconvenience. Likewise, the Old Town is generally loud, hot, and crowded. For those who like Venice, this is a little Venice, with a beach instead of canals or lagoon -- Rethymno was a former Venetial colony and ironically, centuries after their political separation, the tourist experience is somewhat reminiscent: Big crowds, a tourist center with little other local activity, decent accommodations without surpassing quality, and the inconvenience of a downwardly mobile economic environment. Find the locals and see what they are doing nearby at the large graffiti-filled square behind the minaret and you will see how little there is for locals besides tourism. But the town is charming and this hotel recommended for those looking for a beach holiday.

We hadden ruime en schone kamer met kleine keuken om zelf iets te maken als je dat zou willen. De communicatie met het personeel was goed en prettig.

Η πισίνα που ήταν υπερβολικά μικρή και δεν την έβλεπε ο ήλιος ούτε είχε ξαπλώστρες να χαλαρώσεις. Μόνο τραπεζάκια.

Μας άρεσε που ήταν ευρύχωρο στο κέντρο της πόλης είχε όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σπιτιού σε περίπτωση που ήθελες να μαγειρέψεις ήταν όλοι οι χώροι άνετοι

Το μόνο που θα μπορούσαμε να αναφέρουμε ειναι η τοποθεσία των ποτηριών κάτω από την σκάλα θα ήταν πολύ πιο υγιεινό να ήταν τοποθετημένα σε ένα ντουλάπι για να μην πέφτουν σκόνες.

L'établissement est très beau et bien placé. La chambre de qualité, très bien équipée et décorée. Nous avons aimé et recommandons.

A noter toutefois : les chambres ne sont pas toutes aussi lumineuses que sur les photos et le petit déjeuner n'est pas réalisé sur place (et peut être pris facilement à l'extérieur).

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, in einer ruhigen Seitengassen, war prima.

Unser Zimmer, eine sogn. „Junior Suite“ im Erdgeschoss, war nicht das, was wir erwartet haben. Klein, sehr dunkel, Tageslicht kaum vorhanden. Frühstück wurde durch einen Lieferservice bereitgestellt - das war mittelmäßig.

Si vous voulez de l’intimité ou si vous avez besoin de vous reposer il faut éviter les chambres aux rdc car l’isolation n’est pas bonne.

The room was great, fully equipped, very clean and comfy. Nice that you do not need to carry a key but just memorize a code for the room and main gate! The location is also fantastic, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just around the corner. The amazing thing is that it still is very quite even if in the center!

Communication from the staff could be improved to make this feel like an actual luxury stay. I assume this is a family run business and the owners were all very nice but the first day our room was not made up even if we were away for most of the day. The second day we explicitly asked for it and the room was nicely cleaned. The reception told us to have the tag “make up the room” hung outside, but we were not informed that this was the procedure at check in. We were also asked if we needed extra pillows, we said yes, but there were no extra pillows when we got back. Small things that could be improved with more effective communication. Another example, the guy hanging downstairs at the reception rarely greeted us when we walked by, although he was very nice and he accommodated all our requests. In addition, the door of the bathroom did not close properly, and the blinds were not really blocking the light so it gets quite bright early in the morning.

Situé au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la réception, sans aucune ouverture sur l'extérieur, on a le sentiment d'être dans une caverne..... impossible de lever les rideaux côté réception car on risque d'être vus. Le lieu devient vite oppressant et aucune discussion possible avec le gérant.

Excellent location, right at the heart of the old town, very peaceful. The atrium with plants gave it a splash of freshness and the feel of a natural surround. Ergonomic and elegant interior design. If you come by car then there are two payable car parks 4 and 10 mins away. The second one located at the marina is the most affordable. The owners were always present to respond to our requests and to make our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Very approachable and welcoming. We would highly recommend it as your main place to stay and explore the city and this part of Crete.

Sa position géographique, tout se fait à pied. La disponibilité du gérant et son sérieux, l'aménagement de l'appartement, malgré que tout petit pour4, l'espace est bien pensé et optimisé.

Il est dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la piscine car en nettoyage, dommage elle aurait déjà dû être disponible au vu de la saison.

Das Frühstück wurde am Vortag vorbestellt und morgens an die Zimmertür geliefert, und auf dem Zimmer eingenommen. Es war reichlich und sehr gut

W-Lan Empfang auf dem Zimmer war etwas schwach. Daran muss noch gearbeitet werden. Sonst absolut keine Klagen!

Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί, φιλόξενοι! Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε τέλειο σημείο στα σοκάκια της παλιάς πόλης, πολύ ήσυχο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πεντακάθαρο και άνετο το κρεβάτι, κοιμηθήκαμε σαν πουλάκια.

La lumière nous a empêché de dormir, porte fenêtre… tout laisse passer la lumière. Nous étions dans la « suite » (qui est en fait pas plus grand qu’une chambre) au rez de chaussée, les gens passent pour rentrer dans l’hôtel, et beaucoup de bruit dans la rue également .. c’était très bien mais on ne peut pas nommer ça « luxe ». La salle de bain est très petite et pas d’intimité toilette / Sdb car porte transparente …

The units are beautiful and clean. The modern washroom and fresh towels/bed sheets are wonderful. We liked it so much we stayed on for a couple of more days! Mano the host is friendly and incredibly helpful. I would recommend Casa di Gaga to anyone coming to Rethymno.

This is a really beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of historic Rethymno. It was very easy to walk down to the waterfront and we were surrounded by lovely restaurants and bakeries. The staff were extremely helpful with everything from organising where we parked our car to recommending great places to eat.

I personally loved the beautiful split level room, but it was a problem for my husband that the bed and the bathroom were separated by a flight of stairs. That's obviously a personal issue than a problem with the room per se.

Um alojamento cheio de charme, com uma decoração lindíssima e uma localização imbatível mesmo no coração da cidade. Tivemos pena de não ficar mais tempo! O quarto, com kitchenette, traz um conforto extra que fez toda a diferença na experiência.
