I like the hospitality and service provided :) The staffs were really helpful! Thanks for an enjoyable stay, the pool was nice, the entire place were super pretty and clean. I like that the breakfast was served to our room too. And thanks for providing free shuttle in Kuta Beach area.

Beautifully styled villas with very comfortable interiors.

It was a little slippery around the pool edge when water got on it due to it being tiled.

The property is absolutely gorgeous - much prettier than the pictures and it felt secluded and personal. The staff were wonderful with excellent communication via what’s app. Super comfy bed and pillows and great amenities. Security were fantastic and even put a cover on our motorbike at night so we didn’t have a slippery seat.

The outdoor seating around the pool looks cute but is impractical. The space could be better used for a day bed or sun loungers. The breakfast was mediocre - we ended up having another breakfast .

Spa was excellent and beautiful accommodation, helpful staff and they even made me a takeaway breakfast

Während unserer zweiwöchigen Reise war das Lina für uns das absolute Highlight. Die Villas sind wunderschön gestaltet, die Betten sind ein Traum. Auch die Klimaanlage ist flüsterleise. Wir fanden die Lage sehr praktisch. Im lauten Kuta ist es in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke; es war nichts zu hören vom Lärm der Straßen. Zu den Restaurants ist es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alle Sonderwünsche der Kinder fürs Frühstück gerne umgesetzt. Das Frühstück hat uns allen auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir fanden alles super! Man muss wissen, dass Lombok bzw. Kuta laut und dreckig sein kann. Traumstrände gibt es trotzdem und das italienische Flair in Kuta ist auch spannend.

Ce lieu est magique, au calme et à proximité du centre agité de Kuta. Havre de paix, avec un logement aux inspirations berbères, mais très chic, reposant, avec piscine privée, splendide! Spa très abordable pour des massages relaxants et tonifiants et service parfait.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lina Boutique Villas & Spa. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. The place immediately reminded us of Taghazout in Morocco, with its beautiful atmosphere and refined aesthetic. The property itself is spotless, the craftsmanship and renovations have been done to an exceptionally high standard, and the decoration is both elegant and tasteful. Our private pool was simply superb and made the villa feel even more special. The staff deserve a special mention: they were incredibly kind, attentive and always happy to help. The concierge service was outstanding extremely responsive and efficient, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We also loved the range of services offered by the hotel. The excursions and visits we booked through the hotel, the drivers, and the massages at the spa were all excellent and perfectly organized. Everything was seamless from beginning to end. Thanks to the team at Lina Boutique Villas & Spa, our stay in Kuta Lombok was truly fantastic. There is honestly nothing negative to say everything was perfect. Check in was a bit fussy. We arrived, gave all our passport details and left luggage as it was too early. Came back later at check in time and new staff were confused at how we were ‘checked in’ yet didn’t have a key as well as access to our passports, which they have already put in our room with the luggage we left earlier. Not a huge issue but communication between staff would’ve been appreciated

New, clean and spotless place! Spacious rooms, incredible polite staff. Very close to Kuta center. High quality massage in good price. Great VFM hotel.

Breakfast could be improved with bigger portions and more choices. (You have 1 main plate, coffee and juice). But other than that hotel is really good. You can also skip the breakfast choice cause nearby there are so many places you can eat and the coffee in Kuta is amazing.

The beautiful luxury villa with a private pool was absolutely stunning, with spacious and comfortable areas and the most wonderful beds with high-quality linen bedding. The spa treatments were exceptional, and we would like to give a special compliment to the entire spa team for their professionalism and care. The overall service was outstanding, with thoughtful touches such as the afternoon tea and the convenient scooter service that made our stay even more enjoyable. The most beautifully designed and decorated villa we’ve stayed in. Immaculate with beautiful Moroccan touches. Immaculate and feels like the most indulgent haven away from the hub of Lombok.

We absolutely loved staying here. The rooms were beautiful and everything was thought through with all the facilities you could need. We also loved how quiet it was, you couldn’t hear any noise from the outside. The pool area was also nice and shaded so you didn’t have to worry about getting burnt. Breakfast was lovely and the shops were a short walk away.

This was such a calm respite from the busy streets of Kuta. The free bike shuttle (anywhere within a 5 min radius) was so helpful, and the location was great. The room was really comfortable, love that they serve breakfast to us each morning. Special shoutout to the team for making my birthday a memorable one.

We absolutely loved our stay - everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the accommodation and facilities were beautiful and so comfortable. The spa was 10/10. Overall incredibly relaxing and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Service was impeccable. We always managed to get a ride to or from the villa to the main thoroughfare. They accommodated all our (reasonable) requests and we always felt well taken care of. The villas are beautiful, the breakfasts were delicious and carefully prepared, WhatsApp messages were always promptly responded to.

The scent of the shower gel…but that’s kind of subjective so I would not put that down as a criticism. Just a personal preference. I would have liked something more light & refreshing than heavy.

This was the most exceptional stay! The staff are so attentive to anything you need, the food is delicious, and the spa service is extremely professional. The location is perfect for escaping the bustle of Kuta, but close enough for you to walk to great food options. The rooms were very comfortable. I wish I could have stayed for longer.

Everything is perfect. Amazing villa with a pool in a stunning small hotel. The bed is so confortable, amenities are so thoughtful. The staff was so nice and helpful, they drove us every day to the city center. We had a 2 hours spa session as well, best massage we had during our trip. We loved everything!!

Helpful in sorting us a bike to rent across our time there and convenient being directly through the hotel Great location - quiet and relaxing but a 10-15 minute walk to the main road in Kuta We enjoyed visiting the Tan Anj beach too during the day!

Breakfast each morning was delivered to the villa which was really lovely, and the food was good - especially the Shakshuka! The breakfast order and time for each morning had to be decided the evening before, which could sometimes prove a little tricky when out and busy/not on phone.

Our family love the villa: kids enjoy the pool, wife and daughter like the massage service, breakfast is serve in the room with diverse choice of local, moroccon and continental on the menu. It’s a unique experience of Moroccan experience with local culture. The afternoon tea and cookies is delicious. We like the scooter shuttle service to go to near restaurant and marts We also asked Lina to arrange for our trips during our stay. They will advise whether it is suitable to visit based on weather condition on trip day. They also have good links with other restaurant and facilities. For example, they arrange a transport for dinner at milky way japanese food

A very minor thing will be the local breakfast. Nasi goreng and mee goreng can be improved with more spices and ingredients

We really liked the architecture, interior and colors of the villa. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

We had the most amazing stay at Lina in Lombok. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome - everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our trip. What really made our stay special was how the team went the extra mile to arrange beautiful engagement decorations in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion unforgettable. The hotel also helped organise scooters for us, which made exploring Lombok so easy and stress-free. On top of that, we had one of the best massages during our stay - the perfect way to relax and unwind. Everything about Lina felt personal, warm, and boutique in the best way possible. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and would absolutely love to return someday.

Sehr schön gestaltete Anlage. Das Haus war sauber und modern, das Bett sehr bequem. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Orten in Kuta war es sehr ruhig und man hat keinen Lärm von umliegenden Baustellen gehört. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, man konnte alles sehr leicht über WhatsApp klären. Massagen kann man auch in-House buchen, wir haben verschiedene davon ausprobiert und waren zufrieden. Das Frühstück wird im Haus serviert und man kann am Tag vorher von einer Karte bestellen und eine Uhrzeit festlegen, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen (und es kam auch pünktlich und hat geschmeckt).

Die Schiebetür unseres Hauses war leider defekt, so dass man sie öffnen konnte auch wenn sie zugeschlossen war.

I tried one of everything and must say I could not fault any of them. The spa facilities massages and Hummum treatment were top quality. The staff very professional and respectful. Do yourself a favor and stay at this villa you will not be disappointed

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich nochmals ganz herzlich bei ihnen bedanken. Die Villa hatte einen sehr schönen Stil und war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben.

Eigentlich war alles wirklich sehr gut, es gab nichts Negatives. Die Villa war sauber und sehr gepflegt – lediglich das Badezimmer hätte vielleicht noch ein kleines bisschen sauberer sein können.

The villa was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It is conveniently located nearby the main road, making it easy to access surrounding areas. The breakfast provided was also very good with a nice variety of options. Overall, the villa was huge, comfortable, and a great place to stay.

One thing I didn’t like about the villa was that there was no TV provided.

We had an amazing stay at Lina Boutique in Lombok. The staff truly made the experience special; everyone knew my name, was incredibly friendly, and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. After I accidentally left my computer behind, they arranged to bring it back to me, which I was so grateful for. They also helped coordinate snorkeling trips and our taxi to the airport, making everything easy and stress-free. The little touches throughout the stay were wonderful too, like the evening tea and chocolate service. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the massage was one of the best parts of the trip. Overall, the hospitality here was exceptional and made us feel genuinely cared for. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lombok.

The villas are amazing (we had the one bed with private pool) - just like in the pictures. Location super good to walk around shops and restaurants (10min). The property also offers free scooter rides to nearby locations, which we found very convenient. The Spa is beautifully designed and the treatment (I had the 90min aromatherapy massage) was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back here!

There were couple of minor cleaning issues however the staff was very attentive to solve them.

Property was super clean and staff were super helpful. It is not in the directly center of Kuta but they are offering free motorbike service. Breakfast was delicious and they have many options, they’re even boiled eggs for our baby. They helped us to rent a car and to find surf school. We tried spa in the property it was good as well. We were happy with overall stay.

They should have shuttle service with car as well for the families with kid.

Just beautiful all around. All details were thought of carefully to create the most peaceful and restful ambiance even with a large drinking water dispenser in the kitchenette. Beautiful spa and had the best experience there.

It’s glass half empty or half full. It’s a ten minute walk to the main road with restaurants and shops. A ride service is provided to locations in Kuta. However that’s precisely the point. To be away from the noise of scooters and busyness of the town.

Loved the rooms!

The included breakfast was excellent. We generally like to go out for breakfasts but ate in our villa each morning because the whole family loved it. The villa was perfect for our family of 5, our 2 year old slept comfortably in the cot we requested and the bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous. Our 11 year old twins spent all the time we were home in the beautiful private plunge pool.

Bästa hotellet vi någonsin bott på! Vi kände oss direkt välkomna av den trevliga och hjälpsamma personalen som verkligen gjorde det lilla extra. Maten var fantastisk och allt höll hög kvalitet. Villan var otroligt vacker och hade allt man kunde behöva för en bekväm vistelse. Vi älskade verkligen att bo här och kommer gärna tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt! ✨

The privacy also makes that you can’t see other guests anywhere so it’s not very social.

The staff were very courteous and efficient. The facilities and attention to detail was excellent! It also was only a 5min ride to the centre of kuta where restaurants were.

Super schöne Villa im marokkanischen Stil. Es hat ein privates Schwimmbad in der Villa. Das Frühstück kann man auslesen. Grosse Auswahl betreffend Frühstück und man kann gemäss eigenem Zeitplan das Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen. Am Nachmittag kann man Tee mit feinen Beilagen haben.

Leider ist die Anlage etwas weit vom Zentrum und dem Strand entfernt. Jedoch bieten sie in der Anlage einen Transfer mit Scootern an. Wenn man sich bewegen möchte, dann muss man einen Scooter oder ein Auto mieten.

This place is so special, staff are so kind, the accommodation is spotless and beautiful, the spa is wonderful and the room service food is delicious. It’s just a short walk into town too. We stayed with our children and they could play in the pool then we could enjoy a nice meal when they went to bed. Thank you for a fantastic stay we are very grateful!

Absolutely gorgeous! The design and the aesthetic is extremely appealing! The staff are always smiling and nothing is ever too hard for them. They are always willing to go above and beyond expectations . Oh and the villa day spa is a must do!
