Zentrale Lage und doch leise. Zu Fuß zum Zentrum ein paar Minuten. Laundry auf dem Weg zum Zentrum.

Frühstück kam von extern daher war die Suppe leider schon kalt, wurde aber schnell wieder aufgewärmt. Die Dusche ließ sich in der Temperatur nicht regulieren. Zum Glück gibt es ja dort eine zweite Dusche da klappte das perfekt.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jati Kuta Lombok! Everything was perfect and made our stay truly enjoyable. Our room was perfect: comfortable, functional, and with an amazing private pool. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and generous portions. We also really appreciated the kindness of the whole staff, who were always smiling, friendly, available, and helpful. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. It is very well situated, in a peaceful area but only a 2-minute walk from the main street of Kuta Lombok, which makes it very convenient to enjoy the restaurants, cafés and shops while still having a quiet place to relax. A very special thank you to Jae, who accompanied us during our trips around the area. He was a fantastic guide, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and really contributed to making our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend Jati Kuta Lombok and would happily stay here again!

Precioso alojamiento en Kuta. Se trata de un pequeño hotel situado a 2 minutos andando de la calle principal de la ciudad. Cabe destacar la amabilidad del personal, siempre atentos y pendientes de las necesidades que pudieran surgir. Las habitaciones son pequeñas villas muy tranquilas (a pesar de la cercanía al bullicicio de la calle principal), conformatbles y preciosas.

Les villas sont très agréables et bien équipées, le personnel de l'hôtel est aussi très agréable et disponible pour toute demande, très bon séjour chez Jati ! Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et très bon, les options indonésiennes aussi !

Pas vraiment de commentaire négatif à faire, faites juste attention à ne pas planifier vos transferts trop à l'avance, les prix indiqués ont tendance à fluctuer et être différents le jour J.

Jati è un posto meraviglioso a due passi dal centro di Kuta ma quando si è all’interno della villa regna una pace assoluta. Le ville sono meravigliose curate in ogni singolo dettaglio, le colazioni sono ottime. Il personale è gentilissimo e ci tengo a fare una menzione speciale per Alfin che con la sua estrema cortesia e disponibilità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più bello.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Trubel in Kuta was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Frühstück war immer frisch und sehr lecker. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat einem die Wünsche schon fast von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war einfach nur Traumhaft und ich kann es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Everything is top quality, from start to finish, very well managed accommodation.

The one thing that was tricky were the showers, the water is heated by the AC, s you need to be mindful about that, and there is not much pressure either.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful and clean, and the breakfast is excellent! The entire property is set in a lush tropical garden, which we really enjoyed. The scooter rental right at the hotel is also very convenient, and the prices are very reasonable! It’s worth noting that Jati Kuta is committed to operating sustainably and reducing waste. Thank you for that—we hope that many more Indonesian businesses will follow suit very soon.

The only drawback of the room is that there’s very little storage space for clothes.

Jolie Villas bien équipée. Villas deux chambres avec deux salles de bains ouvertes sur l extérieur. Petit déjeuner qualitatif avec plusieurs choix possibles servi dans la villa.le personnel est juste incroyable !! chaleureux attentifs à chaque besoin . Idéalement situé restaurants, bureau de change,laverie au coin de la rue et la plage de kuta a quelques minutes a pied.

Quelques éléments supplémentaires pour accrocher et poser ses affaires dans les chambres. Cela reste un détail...

Alles klopt bij Jati. Het huisje, de tuin en het zwembad, het is echt een paradijsje. We hebben ook genoten van de heerlijke ontbijtjes. Als je een tripje wil maken, boek dan niet bij een van de vele boekingskantoortjes maar ga met Jay op pad die bij Jati werkt.

Everything was well thought out. They even included mosquito spray, repellent and coils. Staff were lovely and friendly, they helped with dinner suggestions and coconut water on arrival. Breakfast was not included in our room rate but they offered it to us for free as they were trialling a new menu, which was much appreciated

We stayed in one of the villas for 3 nights and honestly had one of the best experiences ever. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful - every piece of furniture and decoration felt carefully chosen with so much taste and attention to detail. The whole place has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff (special mention for Alfin and Jae) was amazing during our entire stay: incredibly kind, welcoming and always helpful. The breakfast was also excellent every morning. The location is perfect, only a 3-minute walk from the main street of Kuta, close to great restaurants and the lively center, while still feeling calm and quiet. It was also super easy to rent a scooter at Jati and explore some of the most beautiful beaches around Lombok. Our only negative point: we were so sad to leave and honestly wanted to stay much longer! Thank you for making our stay such an amazing experience. We would absolutely come back again.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start — I loved absolutely everything. Everything was just spot on. The lush greenery, the incredibly friendly staff, the lovely owners — and the location is perfect: right next to the center of Kuta, yet tucked away from all the noise and crowds. It’s the perfect balance: relax in peace, then step out for drinks whenever you feel like it. I slept incredibly well — those beds are super comfortable — and waking up to the sound of birds was just amazing. If you’re looking for breakfast, you’ll find plenty of great options just around the corner. This will definitely be my go-to place to stay in Kuta from now on.

The location and the villa itself are great – very beautiful and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Jay in particular was amazing. During our trips he showed us many interesting places and explained a lot about the area, which we really appreciated. In hospitality and accommodation the experience is mostly created by the people, and Jay definitely deserves recognition for that.

Breakfast could be a little more varied and richer, but it was still good. The only real downside was that in our villa there was probably a mouse nest somewhere in the ceiling. In the evenings we could hear mice running and chewing inside the roof, which was a bit unpleasant when trying to sleep.

The staff - Adi, Alfin & Jae were amazing and very helpful. Never a dull moment. The location was great and peaceful.

Great location, clean and fresh. Private pool was great and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, breakfast was the best we had in Kuta. Very helpful and informative staff that really made sure you felt like Home. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Lombok. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fint litet hus med uteplats och egen pool. Nära huvudgatan men lugnt och tyst. Fantastisk frukost som serverades på uteplatsen. Boendet har inga gemensamma utrymmen. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Fanns endast ett bord för en resväska. Ingenstans att hänga kläder.

Everything. Jati Kuta is one of the most exceptional accommodation experiences my wife and I have ever had. Not only is it a fantastic location (far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to all the action of Kuta), the room was genuinely beautiful. But most importantly, the staff were incredible and have taken our experience from great to one will remember for the rest of our life. To Alfie, Adde (SBS), Yemen and of course our number 1 driver Jae and all the staff at Jati, thank you. You have made us feel so welcome and have truly gone above and beyond for us.

Mooie huisjes, prima locatie, vlakbij de hoofdstraat en wel nog 20-30 min lopen om naar het strand voor toeristen te komen, maar ze verhuren alles, fietsen en scooters. Adi was top en heeft ons goed geholpen. Het ontbijt was prima, we hebben er helaas maar 3 nachten ipv 7 geslapen ivm ziekte. Maar de accommodatie is zeker aan te raden

Er waren wel echt heel veel muggen, komt door het zwembad.

Exceptional hospitality from the always jovial staff mainly Ardi and Jae; they have been most helpful with all kinds of information and helped us with booking a car to take us to the places we wanted to go in Kuta especially when it rained. Even before coming to stay in Jati, the Jati team had been very responsive online to promptly answer queries-this was why I was most confident that I booked the right hotel for my visit-the Jati Team and the hotel didn’t dissapoint. Jati is well located-a hidden gem surrounded by a serene tropical garden ( each villa has its own curated tropical garden), a short walk away from the main road yet tucked away from the traffic and crowd. Very convenient location to reach good cafes, restaurants, spas, convenient stores, pharmacies, shops, etc. Walking is safe even at night from Kuta town to Jati Hotel service is top notch. The Jati team organised our airport pick up and drop off for a very good rate and even helped us with arranging table reservations at local kuta restaurants. Nothing was too difficult for the Jati Team, we just had to inquire and help always came promptly from the Jati Team. Communications with the Jati Team was swift and always open through WA-very convenient and assuring indeed Everything was good, cleanliness, the amenities in the little villa( coffee/tea facilities, even insect repellant was available!) made us feel like we had our own little house in a well maintained garden with our own private swimming pool-what a bonus!! Privacy was well maintained.This hotel also maintains good green practices. Breakfast choices were very good,especially the avacado toast, the granola bowl and the bread basket and accompanied with fresh cut fruits in season. Loved the coconut water and the papaya and lime juice!! Thank you, Jati team for an awesome tome in Kuta and a lovely, serene, restful time in Hotel Jati!!

While the lay out of the interior and exterior of villa is nice, I think the lighting inside the villa could be improved a bit. While the the open concept for the toilet is good it may not be so convenient when it rains heavily( and yes, it does pour especially hard in december, sometimes it rains throughout the day!) rain water would drench the toilet, the shower area so that toilet paper, towels, floor mats must be moved away from the rain.

Exceptional villas in central Kuta, yet still tranquil. The 2 bedroom was spacious with private pool. Staff were amazing and took great care of us. Nice choice of healthy breakfast. Have travelled all over the world and this place ranks among the best.

Beautiful garden sanctury, excellent staff and fantastic location. We upgraded to the two bedroom as it hada living area and kitchen with more space the one bedrooms have no living area , although they do have an outdoor table and 2 chairs.

Everything was excellent but the bed was a little hard.

Das Zimmer war nicht so groß wie angegeben die Villa eher halb so groß wie ausgeschrieben. Das Frühstück war immer dasselbe. Es war zwar sehr fein, aber man konnte nur das aussuchen.

The individual villa was very nice. A plunge pool was refreshing, the bed was comfortable, the staff were great and the location was perfect.

The only thing that was slightly lacking was any storage space/wardrobe, but it would have been very difficult to fit one in. It’s possibly more of a short stay property, rather than longer term.

Der Check in ging sehr flott, das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Villa war sehr sauber und es wird hier auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet. Die Lage ist super, man ist in kurzer Zeit mitten im Geschehen. Für schöne Strände braucht man allerdings einen Roller. Frühstück kann man sich jeden Abend für den nächsten Tag auswählen. War immer sehr lecker. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Schönes kleines Boutique Hotel mit insgesamt 5 Villen. Es fühlt sich sehr familiär an. Tolle Lage, keine 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt, dennoch ruhig. Man muss bedenken, dass das Bad offen ist. Man sollte keine Angst vor Tierchen haben. Frühstück wird in der Villa serviert. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Anmerkung: Die Villa hat insgesamt 70 qm, keine 130 qm wie bei booking angegeben.

From the moment I was picked up at airport, the driver n staff very helpful. The Villa was spotless n the choice of breakfasts each morning was delicious. Definitely my choice of accommodation in Lombok

Our stay was simply amazing. It was quiet, peaceful and clean. But very close to the bustling streets with many restaurants. It was a hidden paradise that we never wanted to leave. The staff were amazing - always willing to help, extremely nice and friendly people! If we are ever back to Kuta, we will definitely stay here again.

hot water is based on water generated from AC usage, which makes the pressure of that a little bit too low, even though AC was running whole day. it’s no surprise, they tell that as the very first thing when checking in. However the crew do what they can, they turn on AC even when you forget about it. Just a minor thing, but still staying was nearly perfect

We had an amazing time in Jati Kuta First of all the villa was just amazing, it feels like a paradise. The location is perfect, two minutes walking from the main street and we found the breakfast option really good But most importantly the people..Jae and Yamin they made our stay wonderful, by always being present and sharing nice talks and smiles with us. We also had the chance of meeting the owners which are lovely people and their passion into making Jati Kuta a wonderful place to stay was tangible. I cannot recommend enough Thank you guys, Margherita & François

Was happy to be in a super quiet place with a magnificent outdoor living room and kitchen, while being in central Lombok, future local Saint Tropez, all differences considered as well. Great attentive service, advice, great surfing experience with the partner school. My teenager children also loved the experience of immersion in the Lombok life with such welcoming people. Filtered drinkable water installations are a great plus!

Minor comment: more knives in the kitchen. We cooked ourselves a few times.

We had the best experience. We had the two room villa and as a family with two young children it was perfect! The outdoor living room in our villa was perfect to work while the kids played in the pool. The staff was very knowledgeable, so sweet for our girls and very helpful in anyways. Especially our driver / guide Jae who took us to the waterfalls and also snorkeling at the secret gili’s en even dropped us off at our next hotel in Senggigi. He is so nice, full of fun and will tell you all about the island and its culture. Will definitely go back!

Great staff, great location, beautiful rooms

It is a beautifully designed and decorated villa hotel with a nice, secluded location while being at the core of Kuta. The villa is well-equipped and furnished with taste which creates a great feeling of calm while one still has the busy street of Kuta at 150 meters away with plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff is very attentive and kind and can provide and arrange very nice activities and day-trips. We loved the private boat snorkeling trip to the Secret Gilis and the surfing and beach discovery day trip! The personnel is easy to talk to and very knowlegeable of the area. Special shout to Yamin at the hotel reception who was very attentive and helpful and to Jae (also our driver and guide) who was simply great and provided us with great advice, cultural information and tips on where to go and drove us safely around - he made our trip super nice!

Looks amazing - just as the pictures show. Pool was great; amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. Property offers a lot of privacy which was very convenient for us. The staff made this place even more special - extremely kind and helpful to all our needs.

Outdoor toilet unfortunately wasn’t for us mainly due to insect and mosquito bites.

Beautiful place, you can see all the attention to details. Bed was super comfortable, beautiful plunge pool, outdoor bathroom was well designed and felt private. Breakfast was good too! I was a big fan of a little water feature that blocked the noise from outside the villa. And the biggest surprise, first time in Indo I’ve seen this - safe, filtered water in taps! Lastly, I appreciated the clever heating water system using the AC making the stay a little bit more eco friendly.

We only stayed for a couple of nights, so that wasn’t an issue, but having more storage would be nice to unpack the suitcases
