Gentile Suite & Spa Vomero

Insonorizzazione penosa Colazione pessima

Posizione.

Le formiche in bagno.

Property was very clean, nice area for Resturant’s & shopping and located right at the metro stop

It was difficult to find when we first arrived. No markings or identifiers for Gentile Suites & Spa. No staff on site except in the mornings. Communication is done through What’s App.

Excellent location, closed and silent rooms , garden . On the top of high street in absolutely friendly district. Metro in -1 floor :) Shops, pizzerias, supermarkets and citadel in 5 minutes walking. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Staff is friendly and welcome. Good selection of pasties and croissants in the morning. wifi was ok.

Niether fruits nor vegetables for the breakfast. I had to bring my tomatoes and prosecco. Eggs only in boiled form. No selfservice coffee machine, so you have to ask waiter lady each time. No kettle or espresso in the rooms. side note: Prepare a handful of 10 cent coins for the elevator if you have luggage or have difficulty with stairs.

Very clean excellent value for money . Good location

The location was good

Little details: mold in the shower, few broken lights in the ceiling, hair from previous host on the towels (although clean). Nothing major but unfortunate, I hope these feedback will help improving even more future stays.

Sehr gute Lage! Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Rezeption nur sporadisch besetzt.

Pulito. Posizione ottima.

Niente

I appreciated very much the cleaness of the apartment and the breakfast was very good and the host massimo helped me a lot because i forgot something at the apartment and he very gratefully helped me and sent it back to me the next day

Struttura nuova e completa di ogni servizio. Posizione al centro del vomero.

Nulla, tutto perfetto

Peccato.

Everything was PERFECT.☺️ MASSIMO was very friendly and helpful. 👌👌👌

Colazione buona, posizione ottima

Good location. It is clean.

Hard to bring the lugguges. The lift is too small and old. Parking is not convenience.

Bel emplacement

Good location, the metro station is 1 minute far from the hotel. The rooms are clean.

The breakfast is from 7.30 am but they aren’t ready if you want to eat from the beginning time.

was a clean room nice space confortable

the cleaners werent broght ys cleans towels, nether toilete papers

Location

Ligging was super.

Clean and nice place, fabulous location right on the piazza!

A szembe lévő via Alessandro Scarlatti utcában több hangulatos étterem, kávézó is megtalálható.

Dunque niente vasca idromassaggio .

I would not recommend this place. For a similar price, you can easily find much better accommodations in Naples. The location was acceptable and we received instructions prior to arrival, but the entrance was poorly marked—hidden behind a tall, unmarked door that didn’t look like a hotel at all, especially at night. Inside, we were shocked to find a very old and unsafe elevator, which felt dangerous to use. The room itself was clean but extremely small, with no proper view—more like staying in a storage room. Loud construction noise started early in the morning, making rest impossible. The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. We stayed for just one night and didn’t enjoy it. In my opinion, the experience was worth no more than €50–€60. Definitely not good value for the money paid.

Buonissima

Top come sempre

Nulla

The room was were clean and the stuff were very nice. The Breakfast was very good also.

There was no blanket at the room and at the first night we couldn't sleep at all. The day after, they put blankets and it was better feeling.

Die Sauberkeit, die Lage und das Frühstück

Es war alles super!

Pulizia, Posizione,

Pulizia e tutto molto Smart e partivo

Great location.

Very good location, just next to the metro station. Great coffee at breakfast (we had cappuccino).

Our room 118 was just next to the entrance door, which was open by the PIN code, and we could hear every time when the doors were opening/closing, even very late at night. The room was not soundproof at all, so we had a terrible sleep. After two nights I asked for room change, and our host was very kind to give us another room, better located, and there it was ok! So here it really depends which room are you given, worth paying more for better room. In our first room there was also mold in the bathroom and damaged entrance door, so overall impression or the room was not great. On the pictures it looks nice and new, but this is not the reality u fortunately. Overall, we would not come back here, as good sleep is the most important for us.

Both hotel and location were perfect! Breakfast was great, everyone was polite and especially Massimo was extremely helpful to whatever we asked him. It's an excellent choice if you want to live in a safe and quite area of Naples.

Relax di coppia

Pulizia eccellente, posiIone ottima davanti alla metro e colazione molto buona e varia!

location excellent, bed very comfortable, clean, easy to access, near metro in a safe and busy area with a lot of things to do.

AC in the room operated well. only for temperature below 20 degrees, for anything above it was too warm like the ac was not working. Except from the cleaners that they had a very social and happy approach, the rest of the staff were moody.

Localização ótima

Ar condicionado não funcionou passamos calor

Inside the hotel is clean, stylish and with a great location. I would recommend a sign once you pass the gate. Fortunately the neighbors guided us where to go.

Niente

Sufficiente e con qualche coccola. Servita in ambiente luminoso e ben posizionato. Servizio eccellente

L'insonorizzazione delle porte di ingresso. Assolutamente da rivedere.
