Staff are very friendly room and surrounding space is excellent

Breakfast is a bit hap hazard first morning we had to fight for a table given a pop up shop was on site so you were competing with shop visitors having coffee and cake Would recommend site put by a separate dining area for staying guests

Beautiful buildings and decor. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. Staff were very professional.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the place had a wonderful atmosphere. It also has connections with some significant names from 60's/70's rock bands as a bonus. The Roger Dean gallery is a must for fans of thet period in rock music. Sunday Jazz and Roast event was great, and the place has a calming and relaxing vibe.

Gorgeous quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely continental breakfast. Pleasant courtyard with a fountain. Loved the art gallery and the shop in the main building. It's a venue that's well looked after and we'd definitely return.

Courtyard twin was comfortable but a little compact for 2 people who aren't a couple.

Ottimo cottage immerso nella campagna inglese. Comodo e spazioso, non mancava nulla. Lo staff cordiale e disponibile, abbiamo trovato un lavandino otturato e la proprietaria è intervenuta tempestivamente con un tecnico per risolvere il problema, quindi il nostro soggiorno è proseguito serenamente.

Colazione solo dolce, avremmo preferito trovare qualche prodotto salato come da tradizione inglese. Abbiamo però sempre trovato yogurt, frutta fresca, bevande calde e fredde, cereali. Non siamo certo rimasti digiuni.

A warm welcome, nice location, peaceful and spacious, quirky building, we visited for a music event which was a very nice sit down meal in a lovely room which was perfect for the occasion. Drinks prices reasonable. Staff lovely.

The ypung lady behind the bar at brealfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble.

Had to get a full refund of £545 13 so I think that speaks for itself. Awful stay, awful apartment, filthy and unsafe.

Exceptional stay at Trading Boundaries. Had a courtyard room which was lovely. The staff make it there! Hayley was amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Also Ben and Sienna and all the crew there. My Mum and I had lunch there which was fantastic.

Different experience to a traditional hotel

Rooms are on the ground floor and although it had curtains there was nothing to provide privacy from the path which ran past the window when the curtains were drawn back.

De kamers waren ruim en sfeervol ingericht. De bedden lagen prima.

Het was erg warm toen we aankwamen en hadden slechts 1 ventilator voor 2 kamers. We hebben ook even moeten zoeken voordat we de ontbijtruimte vonden. Dat zou iets beter aangegeven kunnen worden.

It was a beautiful setting, lovely converted rooms that were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was served in a lovely bright carefully decorated dining/entertaining area and consisted of creaks, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and sourdough toast with choice of drinks allowing for a selection of milks and orange and apple juice. There was an extensive gift shop, small art gallery and amazing grounds to wander.

I would have like nicer pillows.

All pretty good. It seems to be mainly a wedding venue, so fairly quiet on Sunday night.

Breakfast was all gone when we came down, but it was replaced after we asked.

Great location, very quiet, beautiful place to stay

Just a few little niggles, not enough cutlery, dishwasher rack rusted and broken.

Beautiful setting, great location for Sheffield park. Grounds well kept and staff attentive and helpful. We have booked to come again but in the winter when the rooms will be cooler, we came with dogs who likes the walks close by.

This is only a negative due to the time we booked. Being a barn room the heat was intense. We were advised most guests sleep with the front doors open as it is too warm, however due to us having dogs we couldn’t keep the door open to let the heat out. We slept on the floor due to the heat in the room. If you are travelling with dogs in the summer I would suggest bringing a baby gate so you can leave the door open and dogs can’t escape. My poor dogs were super warm. Gluten free option for breakfast would be good also

The breakfast was tasty and we could make tea in our cottage. We booked at the last minute to stay after Glynborne and the staff were very accommodating about early or late check-in.

The second bathroom is off the kitchen which was a bit odd, but everything was fine for us.

We stayed during a heatwave and although a fan was provided the room was a bit too warm. I think because the courtyard rooms had high vaulted ceilings so there was no buffer from roof heat. I would stay again but probably not in such warm weather.

There weren’t many places to put clothes.

We absolutely loved our stay at this delightful place. Beautifully furnished rooms round a very pretty courtyard, lovely interiors/gift shop & a very interesting exhibition of the work of Roger Dean. We were lucky & happened to stay on a Thursday night when they hold a Cocktails & Sharing Platter evening which was very popular. There are no evening meals provided but we drove a short distance to the excellent Griffin pub. The following morning we had a simple but very nice continental breakfast with excellent coffee & croissants. All the staff were delightful & couldn't do enough to help. A true gem of a find & we will definitely be back to sample one of the music events.

A really friendly welcoming short stay. A huge comfortable room with vast superb bed and shower facilities. The staff were terrific and we will definitely stay again. A really cool place.

Only one opening window was slightly inconvenient but this was only because of the unusually high night time temperatures.

Wonderful stay in a beautifully renovated county home, with "old" Indian decorations. Rooms are beautiful and super comfortable. Breakfast is great. Excellent to relax and visit nearby towns and gardens.

Everything was great!

Quirky, quiet, welcoming staff, continental breakfast. Art gallery in main building. I had a morning to kill before going on and found a well marked footpath at the back of the property that led into shady woods. Turned in a 90 minute out and back walk. Beautiful.

It’s a nice rural location. It’s actually an event venue that offers guest rooms to stay over. It has an artisan shop as well as a magnificent art gallery with a permanent Roger Dean collection.

The rooms are good but unfortunately we stayed when it was very hot. The room was boiling and no air conditioning. A big fan was provided which kept it bearable but it did make a lot of noise.

We absolutely loved our stay at Trading Boundaries! Location was just perfect, beautiful and the staff were so so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and wonderful stay

The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the fact that we stayed during a heatwave and it got pretty hot at night, we had to open the windows which meant mosquito galore.

Lovely room, small but with all the facilities required. Good en-suite and shower. Comfortable bed. Adequate continental breakfast, more fruit would be good with the muesli and yoghurt. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room was quite stuffy during the night because of the external heat. The fan was quite noisy and would disturb our sleep so we didn't have it on. Would be good to have more breakfast tea bags in the room, just 2 is not enough for 2 people

We liked the concept of the place. The cottage was very nice. The breakfast also.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, great shower, and truly wonderful continental breakfast! All the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful in making sure I had a really good fan to cool my room in the heat of the summer.

I can't fault anything. As I say, the room was warm due to the summer heat, but the team was very helpful in finding me a super fan to cool it down.

A very nice atmosphere, à wonderful staff, a pleasant place to rest in a heaven. We also meet several deers while driving back to the hôtel at night. A dream ! Very nice products in the bathroom

Somewhere a little different, friendly staff, clean comfortably room in a lovely courtyard setting. lovely bar and outside seating area for relaxing.

We had a very large stylish room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had fluffy towels and Rituals shower gel etc. The continental breakfast was delicious.

The windows were quite small so it was a bit hot.

A delightful, quirky and very attractive place. The rooms are round a courtyard, and are very spacious and comfortable. We had an individual entrance and could sit outside and have a drink in front of it. Breakfast was delicious. Very convenient location for Glyndebourne.

Quietness of the evening in a large garden. Breakfast in the majestic music room that enjoys performances from KiKi Dee to Tony Christie and many other famous people.

Underfloor heating on during 33C heatwave with no way to turn off. Fan was provided which was appreciated but very weak air flow although better than nothing.

This is quite a quirky place: an 18th-century coaching inn, but very much Indian-themed. We had a small but quite pleasant room in one of the outhouses surrounding a courtyard. The restaurant isn't always open for dinner, so we went out for that, which was no particular problem. There's plenty of parking space and dogs are welcome.

The extra charge for a dog is £20. That's the highest I've ever paid, and the only time I paid it before it came with a bed, matching bowls and treats. As usual with Booking.com, I only found out about the charge after booking, by sending a message to the hotel asking if I could indeed come with the dog. (I always do this, as some hotels, even though listed as pet friendly, have a limited number of pet-accessible rooms.) Booking.com needs to manage the question of pet rooms and charges better as I chose a room at a rate of £88, then found myself paying £20 more for the dog. Breakfast is a touch minimalist: a set continental breakfast with no choices.

We had a lovely stay. It was a well proportioned room, lovely en-suite bathroom with a great shower and super fluffy towels. We were given a friendly welcome, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

We had a wonderful weekend at this venue, staying in one of the cottages. Blessed by warm weather, we could have drinks on the communal patio areas near the bar, and wander the lovely, peaceful grounds. The continental breakfast was just right, with a large, warm croissant, sourdough toast, and a small pot of yoghurt, fruit and honey, all served in the attractive cafe bar. The cottage was spacious with very comfortable beds and two sofas. There's a very small seating area directly outside but another larger grassy place behind the cottage block. The communal garden and patio is even nicer. Shop, art gallery too! Extremely nice staff throughout the experience.

Our small TV had a poor picture and weak reception, but we fiddled with the aerial behind the fridge and this improved. The rubber on the dishwasher had almost come away on one side, but we pushed it in and managed to use it once. It would be a problem for a longer stay. (All small problems which didnt spoil our stay. We'd definitely go again!)

Lovely place in a lovely area

I thoroughly enjoyed our night stay at trading boundaries and highly recommended, staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to please us, breakfast was continental which the whole family thoroughly enjoyed.

There was nothing not to like

Lovely peaceful location. Plenty of parking. Room was very large and beautifully decorated. Decent wifi connection which you will require. Some nice walks close by. During our walk to the lake we came across deer, foxes, buzzards and plenty of ducks Has a cafe onsite that is open 10 till 4. For evening meals there are nice pubs locally. It is a continental style breakfast in the mornings with unlimited tea or coffee. Very comfortable large bed with various pillows. All the staff were lovely.

Breakfast could have included some protein, such as eggs, cheese and ham.

The property was absolutely full of interest. Parking was right next to our room. The proprietors could not have been more helpful. We were going to Glyndebourne and I was uneasy that we wouldn't get to them within the check-in times - when I phoned they agreed to let us call in early and pick up the room key. We loved the place.

We only stayed one night, but if we had stayed longer would have liked a small wardrobe in the room.

Leuk appartement. Voldoende uitgeruste keuken. Slaapkamers nogal warm, geen Airco. ER waren 2 badkamers maar helaas konden we er maar 1 gebruiken want in 1 badkamer werd de douche niet echt warm. Wij hebben dat ter plekke gemeld maar daar werd niets mee gedaan.

Helaas geen airco in het appartement waardoor het erg warm werd vooral op de slaapkamers. Helaas was 1 badkamer niet bruikbaar waardoor we met 4 man 1 badkamer moesten delen.
