There is a feeling of living in a quality house spilling out to a lovely pool area that is enhanced by being encouraged to become family in the time that you are there. Very relaxed atmosphere surrounded by original art and quality furnishings.

The owner is so friendly and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. And located in a very quiet location. Easy access to beach and good places to eat.

Nana is a beautiful human. She was so welcoming and warm and easy going. She made us feel welcome and at ease right away. The accommodation is absolutely stunning. It was exceptionally clean, no mould or damp, beautiful clean linen, plenty of towels and everything you needed supplied. The location was great within walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to the main part of sanur and beaches The gardens and pool were stunning, so clean and beautifully maintained. It was a haven to sit out on the menu day beds and seatings and enjoy the sun and beauty of the garden. The home is unique and very western in style opening up with beautiful glass big sliding doors in our room to the garden and pool.

Perfection in Sanur. We come and stay in Sanur 4 or 5 times a year, so have stayed in many places. But now we will only come back here!

Nana and her helpers can't do enough for you. The whole stay felt like we were visiting friends and family rather than checking into a guest house. Everyone is very helpful and super friendly.

Felt like being around family. Nana cooked food everyday and invited me to try. We sat and had laugh with her family/friends. Nana and I bonded and I was sad to leave.

It was my first accom in Bali and I thought the bedroom door didn't lock, but then at a later villa, I learned it takes two clicks to lock, so may be user error

Tout était exceptionnel. Nana nous accueille comme sa propre famille, tout le staff est aux petits soins du matin au soir et on se sent littéralement chez soi. La villa est magnifique, impeccable et située en dehors de l'agitation de Sanur. Il est possible de tout faire à pied à proximité. Le jardin avec la piscine et les oiseaux est un véritable havre de paix. Ce n' est pas une guest house comme les autres, c'est une expérience unique en son genre !

Devoir partir ! J'aurais aimé y rester beaucoup plus longtemps et j'ai déjà prévu d'y retourner très vite :)

Nana is the perfect hostess and couldn't have been more accommodating with nothing being too much trouble. My large room was located on the ground floor and the marble bathroom was huge with a large spa tub. The whole house is beautifully furnished and immaculately clean and breakfast was fantastic with a variety of dishes to choose from. The pool and surrounding garden is also very pleasant. The property is located only a short walk to the beach at tbe end of a lane which makes it a quieter location than some of the beachfront properties. Wifi is also very good. I highly reccommend Guildwood Villa for your Sanur stay. Thank you Nana, Lena and Alfie I can't wait to come back!

Das war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, fühlt sich an wie zu Hause. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nanna is werkelijk de meest liefste, zorgzame en attente vrouw die je je kunt voorstellen. Op mijn laatste dag voelde ik me niet goed door zeeziekte, maar het was geen enkel probleem om nog wat in de tuin uit te rusten. Ze bracht me thee met honing en toonde zoveel meelevendheid dat ik me meteen beter voelde. Het huis zelf is prachtig: ruim, gezellig en gevuld met bijzondere kunstobjecten. De kamers zijn groot, met een goede douche en comfortabele bedden. De tuin is sfeervol en heeft een mooi zwembad waar je heerlijk kunt ontspannen. Ontbijt is beschikbaar op aanvraag en smaakt uitstekend. De locatie is ideaal: slechts 5 minuten wandelen naar de zee en ongeveer 20 minuten naar het centrum van Sanur. Het huis ligt bovendien in een rustige doodlopende straat, waardoor je echt kunt genieten van de stilte en kalmte. Als je ergens warm welkom wilt voelen, dan moet je hier zeker zijn. Nanna is gewoon the best!

Nana goes above and beyond. She is an exceptional host and all her staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. She is the most welcoming person I have ever met in my entire life. The breakfast is amazing.

I have never stayed somewhere so unique. A beautiful house turned into a tranquil place to relax. Nana, the host has such a wonderful attitude and greeted me with warmth. If you want somewhere that is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle this villa/ home stay is for you

It may not be for everyone. The distance to the main part of Sanur may be a negative but Grab rides are only $2-$3 Aud Walk in for exercise and grab back

ひとえに女主人であるナナさんのお人柄、それに尽きます。明るく優しい温かい人で、ここで働いているスタッフの方々、一緒の時期に泊まっていた常連のご夫婦やご近所さん、とにかくここに集う皆さんのひとりひとりがとても素敵な方々ばかり。 皆さんがそれぞれに、ある日はナイトマーケットやスーパーへの買い出しに誘ってくださったり、カラオケパーティーに呼んでくださったり、滞在中のちょっとした時間を使って私の英語の練習にまで付き合ってくださいました。 朝起きて日の出のタイムラプスを撮りに出かけ、宿に帰って美味しい朝食を頂き、その後はちょっと昼寝かプールでゴロゴロ、昼過ぎに街やビーチ沿いを気ままに散歩して、その日の気分でスパやお買い物、ローカル飯で早めの晩御飯を食べて帰り、自分の部屋に戻る前に素敵なリビングでみんなと楽しくおしゃべりタイム、その後ゆっくり湯船に浸かって身体のメンテナンスをし、ふかふかベッドでNetflixを観ながら寝る。 いつもの自分のお気に入りルーティンを保ちながらも、普通のホテルに宿泊していたら絶対に経験できないような「本当の旅」が出来ました。 設備やサービスが良かったからまたこのホテルにしようと思うことは今までにも沢山ありましたが、純粋に「この人たちにまた会いに行きたい」という思いで再訪を決めることはこのホテルが初めてだと思います。 ナナさん、皆さん、忘れられない特別な１週間を本当にありがとうございました！ 今から来年のバリ島旅行が楽しみです！

Warm hostess, great conversation, accommodation with a human touch, not corporate at all, elegant and tasteful decor, feels like home.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful villa tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Staff was exceptional and hospitable. Nana, the owner, was more than helpful, making us feel at home and giving recommendations and making reservations for us. Backyard pool was delightful. Breakfast was delicious. This is truly the best place I have stayed in years. Met many guests who return every year to see Nana and her staff.

Nana and her sister were wonderful and warm and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The room was beautiful, and the house was also beautifully decorated. The pool and grounds outside were stunning; such a tranquil space. Close to the beach and shops, and great restaurants nearby. I will be returning on my next trip to Bali.

We had the most wonderful stay in Nana her house. She is the best! Her hospitality and kindness are 10 out of 10. She invited us to celebrate New Year’s Eve with her and her family and we felt so welcome! We had great food, drinks and sang Karaoke in the garden!

I stayed here in September and I chose this location because the reviews were really good. And everything in the reviews was true. Nana and the family are amazing! So friendly and helpful🫶 the rooms are spacious, cleaned regularly and great bathroom with hot water. The pool is lovely with the trees hanging over it, perfect temperature and in the garden there are sunny areas. You can get breakfast at the accommodation which is really good and a lot (and good price)! One reason to stay here was also because it was really quiet away from the busy streets of Sanur. It does mean you need to take a taxi or scooter into the center but easy to order! Food recommendation nearby Jhoii Local Eats, delicious!! Really recommend staying here!

Excellent, bountiful breakfast made to order was 85,000 IDR pp. Owner was present and involved and therefore the place was spotless and nothing you could ask was too much trouble. The location was ULTRA quiet, and one can't even hear a call to prayer or construction. The pool was sparkling, as well as the huge rooms. Air conditioning and hot water were good. TV included.

Absolutely beautiful home, rooms and pool. A very very very lovely family, friendly but to intrusive. I stayed an extra 2 nights, because I liked it so much. I slowed down and enjoyed a relax. Very comfortable, good aircon and wifi. Immaculately clean! I found plenty of places to eat to suit my needs, including a nice vegetarian. Lots of laundry and mini mart and close to the Sanur beach path.

Die Villa ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Pool. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Betten sind bequem. Zum Strand sind es 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeberin Nana ist supernett und mit ihrer herzlichen Art schafft sie es, dass man sich bei ihr sofort wohlfühlt. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da, durften aber bis zum Nachmittag bleiben und auch den Pool nutzen. Danke Nana für alles. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Nanna is an amazing host! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home and very welcomed. The house has great facilities and a really lovely, comfortable feel. It’s about a 20-minute walk to restaurants, which was perfect for me. I organise my own activities. Will stay again.

연날리기 국제행사가 열리는 로컬해변이 가깝고 고급주택가에 위치해 있어 조용함, 오래된 주택이지만 관리가 잘되어 깔끔하고 침구가 깨끗해서 매우 좋았음, 작은 정원과 수영장이 있어 잠깐씩 수영하기에 좋음, 호스트가 친절함

큰 주택의 1,2층에 있는 룸 3개 정도를 숙소로 활용하는 것으로 보이며 메인도로에서 골목으로 많이 들어가야해서 위치가 조금 아쉬웠음, 조식은 따로 신청을 해야하며 룸에 냉장고가 없어서 불편했음

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in Villa van Nana! Wat een bijzondere ervaring – vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. Nana en haar zus Lena zijn zo vriendelijk en gastvrij dat het echt voelt alsof je bij familie verblijft. De locatie is perfect: je loopt zo naar het strand. Tijdens ons verblijf was er zelfs een vliegerfestival op het strand, wat extra speciaal was. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, het bed supercomfortabel en alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Kortom: een plek waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Nana and her team. The house was spacious, furnished beautifully with comfy sofas and a large dining table, gorgeous garden and pool area. Our room was large, quiet with a very comfortable bed and pillows.

Nothing could have been better.

Accommodating host, clean space, quiet and peaceful vibes. They close the doors at night so it's not for party-goers who come and go anytime. My stay was for winding down, relaxing and sleeping/waking at healthy hours and this space provided exactly that.

Great location, villa is situated in a lovely part of Sanur quiet close to the beach and easy access to restaurants and shopping. On arrival greeted warmly by our host Nana, beautiful villa open bright and airy, the garden and pool a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. On hearing of my love of golf I was invited to join a golf day with Nana and her friends. Nana arranged transport and hire of golf equipment for me. I enjoyed an amazing day out at the beautiful Handara Golf Resort. Thank you Nana your kindness and generosity was overwhelming, you made us very welcome in your lovely villa. Thank you also to your family and friends for making us feel at home.

Am Ende einer dunklen engen Sackgasse, so dass Grab nicht drehen kann / nicht alleine zu Fuß. ohne Willkommen bei Ankunft- mussten selbst fragen, ob wir richtig sind, dann half die 3. Person. Schuhe müssen vor der Haustüre abgestellt werden, ohne dass Schlappen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das Frühstück muss selbst angefragt werden / wenig aber ok - an großem einzigen Tisch, während bei offener Küchentür gekocht und gespült wird. Handtücher muss man sich selbst aus Schrank nehmen, bunt gemixte dunkle Farben ohne weiß. Mehrere Stufen im Bad. Duschbrause auf Max 1,60 in Badewanne. Bettwäsche dunkel gemustert. Nur 1 Kissen. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasserspender. Info, unsere Restaurantauswahl sei schlecht - wir waren begeistert.

Super quiet location (no roosters or barking dogs). Very comfortable spacious room and nice big bed. Super friendly family run villa Highly recommend.

Het huis is echt een parel! Smaakvolle inrichting, romantische tuin, vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Super plek om te relaxen, dicht bij het strand en centrum maar toch erg rustig gelegen. Goede Warung om de hoek en een fantastische eigenaresse die alles doet om het je naar de zin te maken.

La maison : propre, chaleureuse et décorée avec soin, avec un très bel extérieur. Un véritable havre de paix. La situation géographique : dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais proche de la mer et du centre avec toutes les commodités. La chambre : spacieuse et confortable, avec une belle salle de bain et une jolie terrasse. L'accueil et la gentillesse de Nana et de son équipe : on se sent comme à la maison !

We can only second the other positive reviews as it’s clear that Nana is passionate and highly skilled at what she’s doing. Not only is she a super welcoming and outgoing host but she also provides a beautifully decorated villa in a quiet area where you immediately feel at home. Cleanliness is top, to the beach is only a short walk and there are good restaurants nearby. Perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay, also for a longer period.

Loved everything about our stay! Spotlessly clean, beautiful house, pool is really lovely, and fun to have the billiard table there. Great balance of privacy vs chatting to other guests in communal areas. Short walk to the beach in a relatively upmarket neighbourhood. Host is exceptionally welcoming!

Staying here feels like having a friend with a beautiful home in Sanur. Nana is a wonderful host and her staff are very kind I arrived with a terrible cold and Nana went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. The villa looks just like the photos, is spotlessly clean, and super comfortable with a lovely garden pool area. Don’t miss out on breakfast, it’s delicious.

It felt a little far from the beach and shopping streets for walking to and from the villa after dark as a solo female but Grab is very easy and inexpensive.

Guildwood Villa exceeded all my expectations. Everything looked even better than in the photos on Booking.com. The location is fantastic, as it's close to the beach, allowing me to enjoy a run along the shoreline. Nana and the entire staff made me feel completely at home with their warm hospitality. I would definitely consider coming back with friends or family. Thank you, Nana, for this wonderful experience and for making me feel so welcome! 😊

Very comfortable accommodation with personal service from Nana and her staff. Each room is beautifully furnished, roomy with huge bathrooms and spotlessly clean. Guildwood Villa is a most relaxing place to stay and the pool is gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious. Thank you Nana for the baked treats!

If you could find something not to like then you must be one very fussy person! We loved everything about Guildwood Villa. Nanna, Mel and staff are amazing hosts.

Everything about our stay with Nana was perfect. The beautiful property is spotless and every effort has gone into making a visit to Guildwood comfortable and homely. Nana really goes above and beyond to make everyone feel special. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious,beds super comfy and just an all round lovely experience.

Nana & Mel shared their wonderful home with us. We are extremely grateful to them. They were the most fantastic, hospitable and gracious hosts. It was a privilege to share our lives and experiences. We stayed for a week and we will return.
