Helnan Hotel - Port Fouad

Nice beach. Friendly staff. Good price for value. Great location.

A bit loud at night because of music on the pool. The hotel is relatively new but some facilities are not working well.

The pool was good

Very Disappointing Experience at Helnan Port Fouad Unfortunately, my stay at Helnan Port Fouad was quite disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel of this level. The check-in process was extremely slow, with an unreasonably long waiting time despite having a reservation. The service in general was also much slower than expected. The room maintenance was not satisfactory, and several aspects of the room required better attention. In addition, the room cleaning was below an acceptable standard, which significantly affected the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in service speed, housekeeping, and maintenance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience, because the location and potential of the hotel deserve much better service.

Mr. Ahmed Shehab from the reception was very helpful.

Cleaning services were not up to standard

Location was good. Lobby area was pleasant and spacious. The hotel is close to several coffee shops and restaurants as well as a supermarket. Water, snacks and a plate of fruit were present on arrival.

The room was very shabby. The small coffee table was broken with sharp peeling edges. The floor lamp, balance and hair dryer were not working. There was no soap in the bathroom. The shower head could not be fixed to the required height as it was broken.

Everything is good Helpful staff , smilling Breakfast was good Room , in average . Pool was clean , available lifeguard. Beach was good and clean

The mattress was old.

Very good hotel Very good level of cleanliness Very good breakfast Swimming pools are clean and big Rooms are clean and good size AC working well

1. Check in, Check out process is very poor and slow..clearly they need more staff in Reception. 2. Food from restaurant (Room service) is very bad and needs a lot of improvement. 3. They need more staff in Restaurant during breakfast time . 4. Guest relations team should be improved.

Environment,pools

There was no porter to help you in luggage at the entrance, just help your self, At reception there was receptionist who seemed to be overload, distracted and exhausted and there was an issue regarding the 2 rooms location miss Rewan came and she was cooperative and solved the problem Also , the finished of the unit need some refinement to be optimum for a 5 star hotel

very good

just fine

Sea view room, pools, breakfast and the calm, safe sea (almost no waves).

The beach needs more attention to continuously remove trash from the small bin attached to the umbrellas and from the sand.

Mr Mohamed Gamal , cooperation and nice greeting . He is very helpful trying to do his best to make us happy . All the staff in the hotel are trying to help as much as they can , trying to provide anything. The seating areas in the hotel are nice and clean. Quality of food in breakfast is very good

Nothing

Fantastic hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location. The bed was super comfortable, and the entire property felt modern and well-maintained just pay attention that extra charges were applies to the mini bar! .The absolute highlight of our stay was the beach. It's steps from the rooms, with incredibly soft sand and crystal-clear water. The hotel provides plenty of high-quality loungers and umbrellas, so we never had to fight for a spot. Having beachside drink service delivered right to our chairs made it feel like a true luxury escape." Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town."

Consideration should be given to incorporating entertainment or evening shows.

Beach, location and space

Cleanliness, floor mats and smell of a/c

Beautiful hotel and good location

Cleanliness and guest service need improvement. I requested room cleaning and fresh towels twice with no response. The only issue handled quickly was my room change due to fleas in the bathroom. The replacement room also had drainage problems and stagnant water in the shower. Food options were very limited. Overall, the trip was great, but the hotel needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance.
