Сотрудники этого здания были приветливы и максимально пытались быстро заселить в номер. Кровать единственный удобный предмет, большой номер по площади

Очень старое оборудование и мебель, на одну ночь заселиться можно. Это частное владение-строение, состоящее из несеольких номеров, бывших квартир. Нет стсиемы заселения и выселения, рабочие, дежурившие отдалт ключи не проверяя брони.

نحن انا وزوجتي رفضنا استلام الغرفه والمبيت بها حجزنا كان شامل الإفطار والعشاء لم نقيم في المكان لأنه ليس مكان أصلا يصلح للاقامه غير امن غير نظيف هي عملية خداع من مكان الاقامه تم سحب ٦١ دولار تقريبا قيمة ليلة واحده لأنه كان غير قابل للاسترداد وعند وصولنا ظهرت عملية الخداع وعدم المصداقية وهذا يرتقي الي عملية تعمد في إخفاء الحقائق صاحب المكان حاول ان يضيف تقييم في نفس يوم وجودنا واضاف تقييم وهمي بان مكان الإقامة استثنائي مكان الإقامة لا يرقي الي مكان او حتي نسيمه مكان يصلح للاقامه صاحب الفندق سيحاول ان يرد علي تعليقي هذا باني طلب منه طلبات معينه وأنه حاول إرضائي و وووو وهذا غير صحيح ويعلم الله هذا وقمت بدفع ٢٠٠ جنيه لإبنته الصغري عمرها عامين وكان لديه أولاد صغار يلعبون كل مكان في المكان وإزعاج وعدم اهتمام للأسف المكان غير مطابق تماما لما تم عرضه في موقع بوكينج المكان ليس ٣ نجوم كما تم عرضه علي موقع بوكينج ولا يرقي حتي اي مكان نصف نجمه وهذه مسئوليه بوكينج الغرف سيئة جدا جدا جدا ولا ترقي حتي الي أسم غرفه المكان غير نظيف تماما لا يوجد مكان لتناول الاطعمه لا يوجد اي خدمات بجانب المكان صاحب المكان المصري اسمه سيد العربي رجل غير صادق ولا يعرف كيف يتعامل مع العملاء وصحاب المكان سيد العربي قال انه لديك شريك آخر وأنهم سيوافقون علي طلب الالغاء ولكنه غدر بنا ولم يتم استرجاع المبلغ هذا كله مسئولية بوكينج ويجب عليكم التعويض شكرا

لم نقيم أصلا لان المكان لا يصلح للاقامه وتركنا المكان وذهبنا رغم ان صاحب المكان وعدنا برد قيمة الحجز لكنه خلف وعده

مكان بعيد عن المدينة والخدمات ، وغير نظيف ، والصور مختلفة تماما عن الواقع

The staff was very kind and available for anything: we had a late dinner at the bar of the hotel, and they provided takeaway breakfasts in boxes. We did not spend much time in the hotel because we were traveling, but the common area is very nice. Our room was huge with comfortable beds.

The area is not very beautiful, but practical for a travel stop between Marsa Alam and Luxor, or Aswan. Our room interior was a quite old.

اسوء فندق في التاربخ مافيه مصعد ولا انترنت وقديم ومتهالك

I did like the spaceous of the apartment, very Bašić decorated, But still ok for the money we payed. The stuff were lovely and the Chef came to hotel Just for US to make US some lunch.

Not the location showing on booking.com maps. I decided for this apartment as it supposed to be right on the Beach. But when we arrived there it wasnt the right place. Than we got sent another taxi to bring US to the actual property, which is in the middle of construction site. Was very dissapointed!

Le personnel : le manager très aidant, le cuisiner efficace, le personnel de service plein de bonne volonté. Les chambres avec salon-kitchenette et salle de bains spacieux.

L'entretien de l'équipement doit être amélioré, notamment en ce qui concerne la plomberie et les huisseries.

Staff was great, especially when we had issues with the tourist escort. They allowed us to stay extra without charge and supported us when needed.

The pool wasn’t clean enough to swim in.

l'accoglienza da parte dei due gestori è stata ottima, persone gentili, sorridenti, discrete ed educate. In particolare il gestore dell'hotel ci ha aiutate molto dandoci consigli sul posto, informazioni sulle attività, e ha tutelato la nostra sicurezza. Ha chiamato per noi la compagnia di bus per accertarsi dell'orario, e ci ha accompagnati personalmente alla stazione dei gobus la mattina presto. Ci ha aiutato davvero tanto a gestire un problema e si è accertato che partissimo, così come si è accertato ogni giorno che stessimo bene. È molto più importante sentirsi accolti dalle persone che pernottare in un resort di turismo di massa. Consiglio per la cordialità disinteressata

Era poi lontano dal mare di quel che pensavo ma errore unicamente mio non aver controllato bene gli accessi alla spiaggia. In ogni modo il gestore sa dare indicazioni anche sulle spiagge libere della zona

Le gérant était vraiment sympa et faisait vraiment tout pour nous aider Hôtel simple, mais on s'y sentait bien La chambre très grande avec un coin salon Le wifi marchait, mais panne d'internet, par contre on captait la 4g C'est pas cher

Pas d'accès aux plages (que des ressorts avec plage privée) Safaga, vraiment aucun intérêt. L'entourage de l'hôtel, chemin en terre couvert de détritus (comme partout à safaga)

Just one night on a journey south, but my balcony had the moon over the sea and then the sun in the morning. Quiet, spacious, kettle, and a fridge.

لا شيئ ابداً كل حاجة قديمة جداً وغبار وتراب والمكان بعيد وداخل مناطق نائية والطريق اليه صعب وطريق ترابي ولا يوجد اسنسير سلم متحرك فقط مسؤول الفندق محترم غير هذا كل شيئ كان سيئ جداً جداً جداً

كل شيئ غير جيد ابداً ونادم على التجربة ولاكني اطررت

The staff are friendly, very helpful and there are many restaurants just 150 meters away from the hotel. Is good place to stay who’s coming by ferry put up one night there. Good WiFi.

Sayed est son accueil chaleureux ! Il nous a aidé pour tout ! Endroit calme !

Sayed (le gérant) est une personne remarquable. Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit en arrivant tard et en partant très tôt et Sayed nous a conseillé et aidé pour trouver des solutions afin de continuer notre voyage. Il nous a également trouvé des solutions économiques pour la semaine suivante.

The location was good and the apartment was big, it was nice to have a living room and a bedroom separate, a place to unwind after a day of diving. Blue Aqua diving center is 7min walking away and cheap! The host was very nice and “at your service “ like he says.

I really wanted to give more points to this hotel but I also have to be honest with other fellow travellers as I also like reading real reviews . The kitchen had cooking utensils but not hob so not sure what was the point of having pots . The fridge needs replacement, the door wouldn’t close unless doing some weird movement. The shower in the bathroom had pressure but it was literally gone every 20sec, then again pressure then again gone, pretty annoying. The whole bathroom needs a redo. There was a foul smell coming from the toilet as the toilet itself was not sealed to the floor and water was coming out creating a very bad smell. we complained to the host and asked to change rooms but he said it was full of when it felt like we were the only ones tbh. however , he solved the problem that same morning by bringing a guy and sealing the toilet bowl but it needs a long term solution, it was much less smelly but still some.

La calidad del Personal tanto de Sayed como el Staff fue como sentirse en casa. Nos ayudo a solucionar un inconveniente ajeno al hotel, siendo de gran ayuda y solucionando el problema. Gran cercania a los servicios. Zona muy segura. Recomendable 100%

Solo para conocimiento, el Pin de Ubicacion marca sobre la playa (no es la correcta) y el Hotel se encuentra a 50 mts de la Estacion de Policia sobre una calle paralela a la Avenida Principal.

The best people I've met in Egypt are hosting this place. I got so much help I didn't even know I needed. Stay out of the resorts and choose this local option.

Das Hotel ist eine einzige Baustelle, das "Deluxe-Zimmer" verwohnt, dreckig, das Bad eine Katastrophe, in dem wir nicht duschen mochten. Der Eigentümer selbst rief aus Kairo an und war selbst etwas erstaunt, das es gebucht wurde. Wir fliegen seit vielen Jahren nach Ägypten, aber so schlimm haben wir noch kein Hotel erlebt!

Saïd is a fantastic host, he really took care of us during our stay. He was very kind and helpful and even offered us a ride into town. At the end of our stay he did not even want a tip. We had to practicly force him to take it :-) His restaurant was under construction because he was renovating it. We got an elaborate breakfast served at our room. We had to leave early (6am) but he didn't mind serving breakfast at 5:30am. Thank you Saïd!

Breakfast is very good. The kitchen is very good.Staff are wonderful.

On request they made all what we wanted and needed, also with the dinner to organise a dessert that we wanted. Room was recently updated and comfortable. Hotel representative was very helpfull and nice.

There were some updates and refurbishments going on which is actual a disturbance but for sure for the future it will be positive.

Sejour très agréable au calme et à l'écart de la ville. Petite balade ds le désert très apprécié au couché du soleil. Chambre confortable et spacieuse, dîner et petit de qualité
