При приезде и заселении сразу везут всех без исключения за территорию в заброшенное большое здание с видом на свалку и стройку! Далеко от моря, ужас!!! И если вы в шоке не стали заселяться и пешком отправились на ресепшен со скандалом и пару часов ожидания дадут всё-таки номер поближе в так называемым бунгало, тоже так себе условия. Все старое, замызганное. Через 2 дня уехали в другой отель. Еда как в столовке, мест не хватает. Еда в столовой, а напитки на улице 😂. Коктейли вообще не делают, хочешь- бери все обычные ингредиенты по стаканчикам и смешивай сам.
Черепаху не видели, и не мы одни. Все про неё говорят, а ни кто не видел. Якобы одна черепаха на все побережье. Хочет сегодня сюда приплывет, хочет в другие отели, каких здесь много и получше, а не захочет вообще никуда. Это как Лох-Несское чудовище..... Или как суслик ( суслика видишь? Нет. И я не вижу, а он есть😁) в общем отель не советую, есть рядом Shams получше и дешевле. Пожалели, что заехали, время потеряли

Reviewed Nov 22, 2025Die Anlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings ziemlich gut wenn man ein wenig ausspannen und schnorcheln, baden oder tauchen möchte. Die Riffs sind o.k. jedoch teilweise etwas angegriffen. Das Bettenhaus im Ressort gehört in die Kategorie „geht gar nicht(70er Flair)“. Nach kurzer Ansage gab‘s am nächsten Tag ein ordentliches Bungalow-Zimmer.. Essen (ausgewogen, abwechslungsreich u. landestypisch) und Außenbereich inklusive Hotelstrand ist angemessen. Die AI Getränke könnten etwas mehr „pep“ haben aber Bier und Ouzo, Gin, Whikey o. Rum mit Cola&Co ist schon trinkbar (mit oder ohne Eis). Eine Woche Urlaub verging in angenehmer, ruhiger Atmosphäre (Personal freundlich und manchmal bemüht) wie im Fluge.

Reviewed Nov 21, 2025Mycket bra frukost och bra mat överhuvudtaget. Fantastiskt läge vid en fin strand. Bra massage i området, litet gym, mini souvenirbutik och fler butiker på gatan utanför för shoppingsugna, dykfirma. Över lag mycket nöjd. En bra semester.
Väldigt lyhört i ekonomibyggnaden där vi bodde, annas ok.

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Der erste Eindruck der Lobby lässt das Eagles Paradise erstrahlen, der Rest der Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel gut organisiert aber wit mussten uns schon selber einen Überblick verschaffen was wie wo wann zu organisieren ist. Trotz liebevoll übersetztem Infoblatt muss man sich etwas durchschlagen.
Viele der Mitarbeitenden können etwas deutsch.
Der Strandabschnitt ist sauber und der Aufenthalt angenehm. Wir waren aber mehrheitlich abwesend da wir extern zum Tauchen unterwegs waren.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer in einem der älteren Gebäude was deutlich sichtbar war. Alles war funktional aber alt und teilweise eher mässig gewartet.
Am Buffet war trotz vorheriger absicherung zwar angeschrieben was in den Töpfen war, jedoch keinerlei Hinweise bezüglich Zutaten/ Allergenen oder ob Fleisch enthalten ist. Als ich mich dann meldete, wurde mit angeboten jeweils mit dem Koch die Runde zu machen und er erkläre mir dann alles, leider war er aber dann während den 4 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes gerade mal bei 2 Mahlzeiten anwesend...

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Tiene todo para pasar unos días relajado, la atención de la gente muy buena. La comida era abundante y variada, bien la limpieza. La playa era de las pocas que no se amarraban barcos en la costa lo cual te permitía ver el mar y nadar con buena profundidad.

personnel is very heartwarming.
i selected and most probably paid for a room with vista with 1 large bed and instead i received a sad room with 2 separated bed and even if i told them to replace the bed or at least to join them, they forgot.
furthermore maybe because it was beginning of summer season but some facilities look abandoned like basket court and "disco clun"
Perfect hotel and beach for family. Very quiet. Not too deep for swimming, and many sea turtles in shallow water. Rooms could be larger but this is not the main point with 30 degrees water and sun shining.
Note that the whole hotel is accessible with a wheel chair
Pastries could definitely be much better, this is the main weakness, but as per my experience its exactly the same wherever you stay in egypt

Definitely the quality of the cakes and bakery have to be improved. But its not worse than other hotels in egypt

the Staff and the animation team need to be improved
There was an alcoholic and non-alcoholic discussion in the reservation. Since we checked in at night, we went to our room with the stress of it, and then they fixed this problem.

Reviewed May 25, 2023Nice quiet hotel, not many people, free and clean beach, a lot of free spaces there, which means you don't have to wake up early to book a place. Not many kids around, very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very good and friendly, especially animators. Maybe rooms are old fashioned and not that fancy, but I enjoyed the stay a lot. Meals fantastic, it's impossible to resist eating everything, seriously. Cafeteria is cleaned very well, they have quite strict standards of cleaning. The sea is great for snorkeling. It was a really good stay
The hotel is a little bit far away from Hurghada and it has quite high prices for some trips, so try to find it online. You'll also need a sim-card with internet, don't try to use it in hotel, it's bot working

Reviewed May 22, 2023The best thing about this hotel was the turtle that came there to feed on sea grass. Room service. The ordinary staff was very kind. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping. Sufficient selection of food, but it could have been more seasoned.
Reception staff and hotel management. Beware of this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for two main reasons. The first is that when booking, the hotel stated on the Booking pages that one free date change is possible. However, if you wanted to change the date through your reservation in Booking, it was not possible. It was only possible through the hotel reception, which illegally charged a higher price than the hotel stated in the given date on the booking pages (the price in the second term was the same as in the first term). Fortunately, the difference in price was refunded to us through Booking. I consider it an attempt to rob us. The second serious thing to watch out for is ALL INCLUSIVE services. The hotel offers room bookings with prices listed for ALL INCLUSIVE services, which for clients around the world also means locally produced alcoholic beverages. When booking this room, nothing else was mentioned on the Booking. In the hotel's special requirements, it was only stated that the room price "promotion" is only for citizens and residents of Egypt and is based on SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE (does not include locally produced alcoholic beverages). Despite the fact that we were not citizens of Egypt, but foreign tourists, and we purchased a room with the indicated ALL INCLUSIVE service, and the room was not even listed as a special offer on the Booking, the staff at the reception gave us yellow wristbands, which included only SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICES without locally produced alcoholic beverages. I consider it a fraud on the clientele. It was not possible to come to an agreement with the management at the reception and when we contacted the hotel officially through Booking to give us an opinion on this, we have not received any response from them until today. These are the two main reasons why I do not recommend this hotel.

The beach is sandy and clean.
The restaurant outdoor area and bar is enjoyable.
The facility was much older than expected that it needs complete renovation, else the rest was very good.
Adding more variety to the meals would be better, however it was okay and the staff were very friendly.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2023We spent almost three weeks in this hotel and we enjoyed every single day. The stuff was amazing from reception (we changed the room on arrival with no problem, no extra cash in passport how its common in Egypt), waiters (they were very lovely and always smile), chefs (they prepared extra meal for me upon request of my husband and it was delicious), cleaners (they kept our room and all surroundings clean at all times), gardeners (so much greenery around, very pleasing to walk around), animation team (they made interesting program but they were not pushy if you did not want to participate, great), even the beach sellers were very polite and respectful.... and I could go on. The hotel is a bit older but therefore great. Location is very quiet, beach is amazing.
The gym is not good at all but it made us swim a lot.

We lived in a big hotel building, the rooms there are really old, but spacy. The windows make noise by windy weather. And the most unpleasant - in front of the building there is a huge generator, that they are turning on "in case of emergency". It happens rather often, especially disturbing at night, as it is very loud.
The conditions of the territory are mostly sad (flower beds are an ecxeption, they are pretty)

Reviewed Feb 27, 2023Taken into consideration that this hotel is a budget alternative, the food and service in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. You got what you needed, not more not less, everything clean and proper.
For my wife and me all was good, but our daughter received unwanted attention from the staff on a daily basis, from obvious flirting when ordering services, to ass grabbing and invites to their appartement at night. A highly unprofessional approach that seemed to be condoned by the management as there were several examples that staff and former staff were romantically involved with the guests.

I found a lizard in the room as soon as I got in. The rooms and furniture are very old. The shower is not clean. The facilities and services are not worth what I paid and this place is not a resort.

first of all this hotel suppose a 4 star but its deserve 2 stars only .a very old small room , the safety deposit box was locked during my stay no solution even after calling reception more than one time , no service at the beach for drinks and food only one place for beverages beside the restaurant , limited variety & very very low quality of tasteless food , same dishes for diner and lunch , no AC in the only restaurant , no snacks within the all inclusive stay , stuff was very rude. i think this hotel opened in 1980 and no renovation happened since .
