The worst staff and management in Sahel. I don’t recommend staying at all. Especially the way they talk to the clients very very cheap Egyptian way.

L'hotel è semplicemente unico, staff educato e disponibile, servizi che in pochi hotel ci è capitato di ritrovare. Cucina ottima in particolare la pizza davvero buona. The property is nice and clean. It is a beautiful hotel but they need to have better room service, and a pharmacy with a dr onboard. The area is still not equipped to accommodate tourists. You either arrive and never leave the hotel until the vacation is over, and they need to make sure the hotel entrance is known and have lights at night

The entrance is very dangerous. There is a train crossing with no stop sign. No lights on the roads. Had a horrible experience as the train almost crashed us while leaving the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Cleopatra and really enjoyed the overall experience. The hospitality was excellent, and the people were definitely one of the highlights of our stay — everyone was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the facilities were great. We also really enjoyed the food and the overall atmosphere of the place. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely be happy to come back again.

The only downside was that our building did not have an elevator, which can be inconvenient. Adding an elevator would definitely make the experience even more comfortable and complete.

We had a very pleasant stay. The reception and reservation teams were welcoming and helpful, and the staff throughout the hotel were genuinely wonderful, caring, and attentive. The resort has multiple pools, which was great. The beach was clean and beautiful, and the sea water was clear, which we enjoyed very much. On some days, the waves were quite high, but other than that, the beach experience was great.

The hotel could improve the overall atmosphere by incorporating more Egyptian-inspired music and entertainment shows. We also felt that the beach could have a more relaxing atmosphere, with quieter music and activities. The animation team could also be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the hotel was truly amazing and memorable. The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet, and somewhat isolated part of the North Coast, away from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation, this is definitely the place to be. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with soft sandy shores and wonderfully clear water. The rooms were impeccable—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The restaurant and buffet were also excellent, with delicious food and an impressive variety of choices to please every taste. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everywhere we went, we were greeted by extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive team members, always with a big smile on their faces. Their warmth and hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special mention must go to Mr. Ahmed Galal, who was exceptionally kind and attentive from the very beginning. He contacted us one day before our stay to make sure we did not need anything in particular and personally welcomed us at reception upon our arrival. Our original booking was for one sea-view room and one garden-view room, and he very generously arranged an upgrade for the garden-view room to a sea-view room. Throughout our stay, I noticed Mr. Galal moving around the premises, checking that everything was functioning perfectly and staying in constant contact with the staff, pointing out any areas that needed attention or repair. His dedication and genuine care for the guests and the hotel were truly remarkable. Thank you so much, Mr. Galal, and thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. We truly appreciated the hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness shown to us throughout our visit. We look forward to coming back again soon!

There are only a couple of areas that could perhaps be improved. There are many pools spread throughout the premises, presumably to ensure that they do not become crowded, but most of them are quite similar. It would be even better if some of the pools had different features or concepts to offer more variety. The entertainment and evening activities were also somewhat limited, with not many options available at night. That said, if your goal is to enjoy a quiet and peaceful vacation, this is hardly something to complain about.

A very special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Galal, the Reception Manager. He is an extremely decent, kind, and supportive person who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. His professionalism and genuine care made our experience truly amazing and memorable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We look forward to coming back again!

The only negative point was the animation team. They were quite noisy at times, and we felt that most of their attention and activities were directed toward foreign guests, while Egyptian guests were often overlooked.

The property was clean and well kept. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful, they have always checked in with us to ensure our stay was great. The all inclusive option included all meals with a great variety of food to choose from. The beach was one of the best beaches we went to in the north coast. They have a variety of pools for kids and adults. This is a very kids friendly establishment.

If you are coming on your own or using outside transportation, the GPS is not fully updated so it’s a bit hard to get to.

The rooms are spacious, the food is amazing and the hotel in general is perfect BUT the staff there has an attitude, misbehaving with the arabs and the foreigners. They serve with a bad attitude although we were taking the all- inclusive package. A lot of regulations for the snack timings and after these times its for charge. The staff needs to take a behavioral course to be able to act politely with the guests .

The staff there doesn’t behave well , they have a bad attitude.not welcoming . They serve food and drink with heavy hearts I was really shocked by the way they treat the guests ! Only few were good and behaving well

The property is amazing, huge and beautiful. You can simply stay in it and never go out.

I would like to thank all the staff members for their exceptional service,special thanks to the lifeguards for being extra attentive.The pools are amazing very very clean. Beachfront is really taken care of and the service is just exceptional The room was modern and luxurious with all the amenities available.Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety as well.Dinner Buffet was also really good. Lots of pool snacks available as well.I would like to thank the manager Mr Ahmed Galal for being very attentive and for always checking in if things were going well. Everything was seamless especially the check in and check out.We will definitely visit again.

The hotel has an excellent beach and great selection of swimming pools. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. We travelled with a baby and each night the hotel helped by washing is bottle and giving us warm milk.

The resort was amazing - the staff exceptional and made sure we were happy all time. They even created an Adults only sign for one of the pools when we complained that it was mentioned online but not available. The food was incredible in the buffet. And of course a special shout out to Mr Ahmed Galal for being a great host.

We spent 5 wonderful nights on an all-inclusive stay at Cleopatra Sidi Henish, and everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The service throughout the resort was exceptional—every staff member was genuinely friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options across all restaurants, making every meal enjoyable. The resort also offers beautiful swimming pools, a stunning beach, and a fantastic beach bar, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax. The animation team deserves special recognition for organizing fun activities and entertaining evening shows that kept guests engaged throughout the stay. The resort is large, well maintained, and has plenty of space to relax. The beach is beautiful, and when the weather is good, the water is crystal clear and beautiful. It has many swimming pools to enjoy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food offered a good variety, and overall we had a very enjoyable holiday.

The evening entertainment could be improved.

The service was exceptional, especially Mr. Galal and Mr. Mohsen, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even though we were not the easiest guests at the resort. Thanks to their kindness, professionalism, and dedication, we left feeling very happy and well taken care of.

If you are driving to the resort yourself, I would recommend calling the hotel before arrival, as the location can be a bit difficult to find. The hotel staff are very helpful and will gladly guide you with the directions to make sure you arrive without any problems.

As someone who travels to Egypt every year and been across multiple resort destinations; i.e Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada, Gouna, Marassi, New Alamein… Cleopatra Sidi Heneish Resort is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at in Egypt. From the moment we arrived till we left our experience was amazing. Previous reviews mention Mr Ahmad Galal who definitley lives up to his name and hospitable service, however, the whole team at Cleoptra Sidi Heneish are exceptional. Starting with the reception team, to the waiters, life guards and any other staff members, they provide a top tier service. I would highly recommend this resort to couples and families. Make sure you go for the all inclusive package because the food is also outstanding! A Massive Thank you to the whole team.

5 star hotel, great service and quality of food, you feel like you are at a 5 star hotel in sharm ir hurghada only with sahel beach. They aslo make sure you have evrything you jeed all the time, starting the day before arrival when the front desk manager Mr. Ahmed Galal reached out to inquire about check in time and make sure we have the accurate hotel location.

The resort is very large, so guests need to walk quite a lot, which can be challenging for families with children. Although buggy service is available upon request, I recommend increasing the number of buggies so they are more readily available without having to call and wait. The food offers a great variety and is generally of good quality. However, I believe it would be even better to focus slightly more on quality rather than offering such a large selection. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be one of the best in the area. The two main aspects that would make a significant difference are hygiene and room cleaning, which could be improved with greater attention to detail, and the management of towels and beach seating. Many guests reserve sunbeds by leaving towels for long periods while spending time at the pools or restaurants, leaving the beach chairs occupied but unused. A clearer policy and better enforcement would make the experience much fairer for everyone.

What I liked most about my stay was the spacious and comfortable room, which made the experience very relaxing. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping standards were excellent throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing significant that I disliked about my stay. Overall, everything was excellent. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the public restrooms, as they could be maintained more consistently.

La struttura è molto bella curata e pulita. Anche la colazione e la cena sono state molto prestigiose. Servizio spa e le piscine con i loro servizi. Il personale del posto sempre attento e gentile.

L animazione decisamente deludente in quanto incapace di coinvolgere e intrattenere . Intrattenimento molto base e sembrava “buttato lì “; Decisamente noiosa la sera. Nb: siamo arrivati in aeroporto e non abbiamo trovato nessuno a prenderci in quanto avevamo prenotato senza tour operator. Chiamato L hotel mi hanno chiesto per un taxi 100 euro!!! Ovviamente ho rifiutato e ci siamo rivolti a un taxi locale per la cifra di 12 euro. Ho fatto comunque notare la cosa appena arrivato.

My wife left her eye glasses in the reception toilet for 10 min and it was stolen and unfortunately although the suspects were filmed in the camera the security of the hotel couldnt do anything about it , so becareful because if u are on the beach or any oublic area in the hotel and someone took any of ur stuff most probably it wont be coming back , it is partially myvfault as i thought i ak ina premium hotel with premium security , but i wont be feeling safe and wont come back again

The staff was so supportive and excellent from the kitchen to the pool to the cleaners. The food was balanced in terms of timing and something for everyone. The gelato, pasta and pizza is a must to have as a snack most days !!!!

Guests were sometimes rude to staff or bossy. It would be great to have some water tubes for borrowing but not a must. A little far from Cairo, would be great to have a shuttle bus.

Mi hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito della stanza con aperitivo di benvenuto. Ismaele è sempre stato gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Il giorno della partenza ci ha perfino fatto fare una pizza al momento da asporto. Il mini dance serale davvero ben organizzato e divertente x i bambini, le maestre erano tutte molto gentili in particolare la manager molto brava, solo che l'aria bambini era molto isolata da tutto il resto.

Gli orari tra il ristorante lago , il bistrot e Alaska non erano strutturati bene, ad esempio se si perdeva la colazione al lago bisognava aspettare l'apertura alle 11 dell'alaska che chiudeva alle 5pm. Nella zona mare non vi era un servizio ristoro vicino. Ma sono sicura che staranno provvedendo a miglioramenti visto i lavori di ammodernamento che stavano facendo in alcune zone del resort.

La struttura è bellissima, ma il vero punto di forza è lo staff. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Un grazie speciale al sig.Ahmed Galal che ci ha accolti nel migliore dei modi. Gli avevo riferito che avremmo soggiornato per festeggiare il compleanno di mia mamma e ci ha fatto trovare torta e decorazioni! E in più ci ha fatto gratuitamente l'upgrade nella Suite. Molto bravi anche gli autisti che ci accompagnavano in un posto all'altro all'interno del resort.

Thr staff were awesome, helpful n polite. Mr. Ahmad Galal went out of his way to make our stay memorable as it was my hubby's birthday. Every single person we interacted with was great. Room was spacious, properly furnished. TV screen is wide, had bein so we were able to watch FIFA 2026 matches. Bathrooms, towels bedding were squeaky clean.

Restaurant food. Portions were tiny when we ordered room service.
