Everything was perfect.We really enjoyed , everything about our stay—the sea, the pool, and the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ibrahim at the reception. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable.

The team was always smiling and ready to help. The food was fresh, tasty, and offered a huge variety. Starting the day with such a big and fresh selection was a treat The water areas and gardens were kept very neat and clean.

المكان فيه كل سبل الراحه. الموقع ممتاز .. التعامل غايه في الرحابه.. حصلي موقف ووجدت كل الناس متعاونه جدا خصوصا الأخوه على كافتيريا الشاطئ حاول المساعده بكل الإمكانيات المتاحه ولم ينهي الأمر حتى تم توصيلي للمختصين وتم معالجه الأمر. وايضا الاخوه في الاستقبال للأسف نسيت اسم الانسه الي كانت بتطمن علينا ولو كان في اي مشكله كانت بتيجي بنفسها للتأكد من حل المشكلة والاستاذ في الريسبشن كان مهما كثرت طلباتي كان لا يمل وكان بشوش جدا . وطبعا كل العاملين في البوفيه كانوا قمه في التعاون والبشاشه.. الله يوفق الجميع.. وشكرا إداره سفير

The beach is beautiful, the sea is calm, and the rooms themselves are clean. Unfortunately, these positive aspects are not enough to make up for the poor management, overpriced and low-quality food, poor service, and questionable reservation practices.

Our problems started from the moment we tried to book the room. When we called the hotel, they refused to tell us whether they had availability and asked us to make the reservation by email. They later replied that they were fully booked. However, when we checked Booking.com, there were plenty of rooms available, and we were able to book one instantly. On Booking.com, there was also no all-inclusive option available, only half board, which we booked. Yet, many guests (only Non-Egyptians!) at the hotel were on full-board or all-inclusive packages. This made the whole reservation process feel very questionable. We booked a sea-view room, but we were given a room on the ground floor with no sea view at all—only a partial view of the pool. When we complained, we were simply told that there were no other rooms available. We were also travelling with a baby and requested a baby crib. The first crib they brought us was broken. When we asked them to fix it, replace it, or remove it, the process became a complete nightmare. It took multiple phone calls, several visits to reception, and six different occasions where different staff members knocked on our door at different times, disturbing us, without actually solving the problem. In the end, it took two full days for the crib to be fixed. Throughout this entire process, it felt like no one knew what to do, who was responsible, or whom they should contact. This is a clear sign of very poor management. The hotel also seems clearly understaffed. You see the same employees working from early morning until midnight every day, and they look completely exhausted. As a result, the service often feels unfriendly whenever you ask for anything. Many times, requests are simply forgotten or neglected. The half-board option is a total waste of money. Breakfast and dinner have very little variety, and the food quality is far below what you would expect for the price.

تم تغيير الغرفة لعدم وجود غرفة مطلة علي البيسين بنفس مواصفات الغرفة التى تم حجزها من بوكينج مقبض باب الحمام لا يعمل بشكل صحيح و تم اصلاحه مرتين دون جدوى بعد ما اغلق على احد افراد الاسرة بداخله الطعام غير متنوع و كان غير جيد في يومين من الاقامة ... وتنويه هام بأن هناك نزلاء اجانب والفندق يسمح بالخمور و حرية الملابس

Everythinh went perfect bed, room, cleanliness, attention to details, restaurants, beach, everything except for items mentioned in the Cons section

serving liquors, it was never common in Matrouh This hotel is setting a new bad standard that may be followed by other hotels I avoid going to Hurghada & Sharm although facilities are much more advanced because of liquors and bad habits by tourists, hope this infection doesn't reach Matrouh. Also entertainment activities used to be family friendly, this year it is a belly dancer!!!!!!!!!

Staff are rude, location is really far, food was disappointing, staff are not helpful at all.

The beachfront was absolutely amazing, complemented by a wonderful outdoor pool. The animation team kept energy levels high and were very active throughout our stay. Additionally, the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and polite, and the water activities were a lot of fun. Food-wise, the Thursday night grill was definitely the best one.

On the downside, the overall food variety was very limited. Our check-in process was delayed, and the rooms were not delivered as promised, with one of them unfortunately being downgraded. Furthermore, the housekeeping service was poor on our first night, though it did improve after we raised a complaint.

性价比很低，没啥服务，什么都要收费，连一瓶水都不给，最恶心的是想买一个小的泡面，外面超市只要几埃镑 他们见人下菜碟，看我们是外国人张嘴就要150 这个行为太掉价了……

الفندق لطيف جدا الاستف لطيف ومتعاون الاكل نضيف وطعمه حلو شاطىء خاص وهادي مناسب للكبار والاطفال وحمامات سباحه وفريق ترفيه حبيته

مشكلته أنه بعيد نوعا ما عن وسط المدينه مناسب اكتر للاستجمام ومفيش تنوع كتير ف البوفيه

I booked room for 3 persons showed 2 beds and balacony but they gave me room with one double bed and very bad SOFA. Room was in the ground floor without balacony. Food was less than average.

Perfect staff attitude , Good location, Great beach but little shallow . Room is perfect & nice gesture to offer a free upgrade. Animation team doing their best. Hotel was a spot for tourists trips.

Food quality should be improved whether in breakfast or dinner .

Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι σχετικά καλό μπροστά σε παραλία αλλά τα νερά δεν είναι καθαρά, γιατί δίπλα υπάρχει ένα εργοστάσιο. Το φαγητό είναι μέτριας ποιότητας και το εστιατόριο δεν είναι καλά οργανωμένο. Όταν είναι ώρα φαγητού ,επικρατεί χάος και πολλά πεσμένα φαγητά κάτω. Το νερό στις βρύσες των δωματίων είναι κιτρινο-βρωμικο. Η καθαρίστρια, μέχρι την τρίτη μέρα της διαμονής μας δεν είχε εμφανιστεί στο δωμάτιο καθόλου. Υπήρχε μόνο ένα χαρτί τουαλέτας από την αρχή. Όταν την τριτη μέρα είπαμε στην καθαρίστρια να καθαρίσει το δωμάτιο και να αλλάξει πετσέτες,δεν το είχε κάνει όταν γυρίσαμε από τη θάλασσα το απόγευμα. Το μικρό μαγαζάκι μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο είναι πάρα πολύ ακριβό και το αναφέραμε σε υπεύθυνο του ξενοδοχείου για υπερτίμηση προϊόντων. Τέλος, έκαναν λάθος στο ποσό της κράτησης και μας ζήτησαν επιπλέον ένα ποσό σε λίρες αιγυπτιακές ,αφού είχαμε πληρώσει με κάρτα κατά την άφιξη μας. Το θέμα αυτό δεν έχει διευθετηθεί ακόμη,αν και έχουν περάσει δύο εβδομάδες από τοτε.

Staff is very nice and friendly, hotel location and special beach is nice and quiet safe for kids swimming, .my family room facing the beach made a good mood for my family.

Some points need improvement but are not affecting the overall rating, such as Restaurants are not bad but still need to be more organised and clean. the room was cleaned, but the maintenance team needs to check the water leak on the false ceiling. Also, pest control needs more effort ., but generally, it was a good staying

Wi-Fi很差，全程无法连接。工作人员响应很慢，打电话跟前台要两双拖鞋催了四遍还是隔了两三个小时才送过来。早晚餐种类虽多 但不太适合亚洲人，因为大部分是面包甜点，还非常甜，很难吃。

It is just a decent average hotel with just the minimum basic facilities. - Beach is definitely clean but the water is just still with grass that is quite annoying. - Breakfast is quite good and dinner is good however does not offer that much variety - Rooms are very clean and staff is very polite and friendly - Decent pool (not very big) and has a small area for kids

- Half board is the only option for Egyptians (could not see a full board option and it is very expensive to add after checking in) - Overall, it is good.

It was not on the real beach , one side of the hotel had problems but they fixed it by giving us a very nice room upgrade ( we where very happy ) the food was fresh but limited choice, its very far from all.

Everything is more than perfect starting from the breathtaking location, welcoming staff, delicious food, and the cleanliness is on point. It really felt like home, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. The receptionists especially Youmna and Anhar are very cooperative and welcoming and the restaurant staff are very well trained.

Traumhaftes Hotel, sehr schön und großzügig eingerichtet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen, ob Frühstück oder Abendessen, war eines der besten, die ich in Ägypten gegessen habe. Strand- und Poolanlage sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

酒店设施完善，装修很有质感，房间很大，还配置了沙发凳子。房间里大大的阳台可以直接看海，风景一绝。热水量非常充足，洗澡非常方便。员工都很热情，主动拎包，微笑服务，让人觉得很舒心。再来马特鲁还会继续入住的。

基本没有不满意的，就是可能附近没有饭店，自驾出行会比较好，还有就是酒店看出去是个海湾，但是也很美了。

Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious rooms with nice furniture, great staff, and a fantastic breakfast. The private beach is on a lagoon, not the open sea. This was the only slight minus for me, but it's definitely a big advantage if you're traveling with little kids. Great hotel overall!

Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Uns hat es aber gut gefallen. Der Blick über den Pool zur Lagune ist sehr schön, das Meer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels wunderbar türkisfarben. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

In direkter Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Fabrik, diese wohl optisch als auch akustisch präsent ist. Das WLAN war sehr schlecht.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was clean and beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel

c’est un hôtel très bien tenu. Le manager s’efforce de tirer le meilleur de son personnel. Il a certainement reçu une très bonne formation initiale car dès l’arrivée on reçoit un accueil très professionnel, les valises ont une étiquette. Les clients ont un petit bracelet, les bagages sont emportés dans les chambres comme si c’était la plus naturelle des choses alors que nous sommes en Égypte la cuisine est correcte Nous avons de nouveau fait étape pour déjeuner en revenant de SIWA vers Alexandrie

你在看这家酒店评论的时候说明你已经有所选择了，虽然这家酒店不在市区，但其幽静的环境，宽敞的客房，整洁的周围比市区那些战损房好多了

离马特鲁的景点海滩很近，房间面积大，清洁也做的可以，酒店有海滩，景色不错，很有性价比了

早餐比较简单，再丰富一些就更好了
