The food was delicious. The location is great.close to Cleopatra bath and the salt caves were in the same street.

They should put sunbeds instead of the chairs that they have to deploy and remove everyday

The hotel is one of the better properties with a beautiful section of beach. The staff are wonderful, which is what I find everywhere in Egypt.

The restaurant is modest and didn’t serve wine by the glass. The beach area was very busy at times with many jet skis coming and going.

Services, location it was great, friendly staff always willing to assist.

I have no complaints, all was great.

Everything was perfect, except the road construction around the hotel. We have suffered much to park our car or to get in the hotel. Other than that I loved the hotel, staff, food, and the beach.

The road construction around the hotel made us so nervous that we couldn’t easily get in the hotel or even park our car.

I recently stayed at this facility and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The ventilation was poor throughout the facility, including the bathroom, and the elevator was malfunctioning, randomly opening and closing doors without control, which was quite alarming. Additionally, the fire safety equipment in the room was painted over and inaccessible, which is a major concern. The WiFi was also very poor. During breakfast, I was surprised to see a warning notice asking guests not to take food outside their rooms, with threats of billing them for any items taken. I also found it unusual that I was asked to pay for water while dining. As a seasoned hotel customer with over 45 years of experience, I've never encountered such unprofessional hospitality. While I understand that guests should pay for extras, there's a certain level of service and respect that's expected. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of those expectations, and I attribute it to the management and policies in place.

The beach and the room are very good.

Very cheap coffee (Nescafe machine) on breakfast. I expected real coffee especially that the prices are not low. Music should be limited to the lobby and restaurant but not to be heard from my room. Very annoying.

The staff were very pleasant to deal with and food quality is nice though selection size was limited.

The resort has maintenance and upkeep issues. Water in taps is having pressure issues. It also randomly comes down brown in color.

The fact that the entire surroundings, practically the entire neighborhood, were under major construction and repair: dust, difficult terrain, inaccessible to taxis or any public transport , and hammering and clanging noises all night in the street. Our room was facing the street, not the sea, and we were not forwarned about the major inconvenience.

The view of the cleanness, was very good.

Nothing was negative about our stay except for the WIFI that wasn’t working due to the work by the city out side the hotel

The view was amazing; the room size and comfort elements; the breakfast was rich and tasty; the beach was right in front; the bar and its options for drinks; nice terrace in front of beach; there is a mosquito net at the window

At breakfast they do not give water (only juice); the coffee is not tasty; the spa prices are exaggerated; the lunch and dinner was set menu and couldn't chose what you wanted as items from menu (i didn't have lunch and dinner in the end); they don't offer support for taxi/transfer to bus station; the room was smelling like paint but if you keep the window open all the time it is fine

Noisy environment around, street dogs, windows are not sound proof. Buffet breakfast was basic. In the middle of the night reception waked me up to ask me if I called for help!!!!

The WiFi is really poor, can not connect to the internet in the room.

The hotel is closed to a beach and the room view is very nice. The staff of the property shows good hospitality, especially Ahmed Abdelrahman, he shared us his personal hotspot to let us book a taxi and also called the driver in Arabic to make sure the drive can find the right place.
