No communication. My reservation "didnt exist" as room had technical issue so i was moved to another hotel 20 mins away (wrong side from where i wanted). Front of house left me for 15min to speak to manager who didnt even have grace to tell me in person.

Corner room was lovely. Bathroom was very posh. Dinner at rooftop restaurant was excellent

Location and style are lovely. It looks great.

The pillows are incredibly bad, like they were choosen by an interior designer but not tested for comfort. Both my wife and I ended up sleeping on makeshift pillows of towels. Reception said there were no other towel options. The room also had a weird automated toilet that made noise whenever someone went near it. I'd question the green credentials of a toilet that had a heated seat 24 hours around the clock. I don't think people want that. Buy some decent pillows and put in a normal toilet. Priorities are misjudged.

Lovely staff and well decorated

Tiny room the size of a cupboard - it had a single bed squeezed into a corner and it was so narrow my feet touched the wall. No wardrobe and the room was so small I couldn’t even open the door fully to enter. Couldn’t possibly recommend as it was 300 EUR for one night!

You have to ask for basic amenities you’d expect to find in a hotel. They have a room safe, shower caps, refill of complementary water, more than two hangers between two of you for three days, except you have to ask for these things. They also want you to tell them every day that you want your room serviced. One morning we queued for 15 minutes with people checking in and out with one member of staff on the desk to tell them that we wanted our room serviced. Unacceptably long waits at both dinner and breakfast, about 40 minutes to be served at breakfast on the morning we had breakfast there and nothing is self service so you couldn’t even help yourself to a coffee. Similar wait time before starter arrived at dinner and between starter and main.

Well appointed rooms. Location close to center. Staff were friendly and MORE than accommodating.

The decor of the hotel was lovely, and it was very clean.

I was overcharged on my credit card, and I have had to ring twice and email once to explain their mistake. I asked for the managers name, and emailed for his attention. I got an invoice as the reply. No dear sir madam, no signature. Concerning that the invoice was created on the day of my query. And doesn't reflect what my account is showing.

Everything, staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very nice.

I booked for 2 nights as a family member was in hospital, but only needed to stay for 1 night. There was no hesitation in refunding the second night in full. Highly recommend.

The wardrobe/storage was poor. The wardrobe doubled as a mirror for the bedroom but once clothes were hung the mirror was blocked so unable to use.

The previous guest had been smoking cigars in my room and the window didn't open. The team handled the situation well, it was not their fault and they moved me to a suite after the first night.

It was decorated very nicely, the food was incredible and the Japanese toilet was a bonus.

There was only a small spot to hang clothes.

Belle décoration, chambres très propres, lits confortables, bonne insonorisation, emplacement central. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Essentiellement, l'absence totale de place de rangement pour les vêtements, l'armoire ou les étagères totalement absentes; Les chambres sont par ailleurs petites, donc passer trois jours avec les valises ouvertes par terre ou sur le parvis de fenêtre a été bien désagréable. On a dû changer de chambre en raison d'une panne de courant et dans la deuxième il fallait se mettre carrément de biais pour pouvoir contourner le lit, en raison d'un espace très restreint. Le petit déjeuner, très bon par ailleurs, comprend un plat "principal", une boisson chaude et un verre de jus. Il n'y a pas de buffet et tout supplément est payant. Parfum d'ambiance dans le hall de l'hôtel, personnellement je n'apprécie pas l'odeur imposée de ces parfums de synthèse.

The single room was exactly what i need the night before an early flight. It's obviously a tiny room, but they make that super clear in the descriptor. Gorgeously fitted out, so cleverly done. Maybe the nicest hotel staff I've ever experienced.

Very convenient location. 10 min walk to city centre and 15 min walk to the aviva stadium. Nice local bars and restaurants on the next street over. Staff were amazing. The club on the ground floor and restaurant were great. Amazing breakfast.

Beautiful hotel and fabulous location. If you get a room which doesn't end in 14 you will love it! Unfortunately the box rooms were the same price as a lovely big room and were a bit of a shock!

No floor space, single bed, had to keep window blind down for privacy (which means being without natural light), wetroom style shower room was tiny and damp. No decent mirror (no room!).

Ein paar kleine Ausstattungselemente vermisst: Zimmersafe, im Bad eigene Zahnputzgläser & (idealerweise beleuchtbarer) Schminkspiegel, tägliches Zimnerservice nur auf Bestellung (was wir prompt einen Tag vergessen hatten und erst bemerkten als wir abends zurück aufs Zimmer kamen) -> sollte besser im Voraus aktiv erfragt und gebucht werden können

Great location, beautifully decorated, loved the restaurant, great food and ambiance.

Only thing we didn’t like is that we had to request housekeeping, otherwise beds would not have been made, not provided fresh towels and the food trays would have sat in the room over night. Unlike other hotels we stayed where they had 2 daily services. In the am to freshen up the room and turn down service.

I’m so sorry as the hotel is lovely but there are a couple of things; I had a standard room, the furnishings are gorgeous but it was too small to manage suitcase and luggage unfortunately. The bed seemed too short (?) vs the width. The spa pool was disappointing as it’s small and it’s outside. Unfortunately to mention this but I have stayed in much more reasonably priced accommodation with better comfort.

Second stay at the Leinster. Beautifully decorated and well located. Quiet location but yet close to town. We didn't eat there this time but food previously was excellent. Great mini-bar and additional room items.

€50 charge for late check-out; that really annoyed me and consequently I am unlikely to return. Rooms really are quite small and beds are not that great. The Japanese toilet has a mind of its own - opens and shuts whenever it please at any time of the day/night. Staff are curt and not particularly welcoming or helpful.

Loved the room and location. Loved the decor and breakfast was great. Rooftop views fab.

Friendly and clean. We had a group lunch and it was very well done. Breakfast was excellent. Also they have single bedrooms that are small but fine for one person who doesn’t want to pay the full rate.

The top floor restaurant was a highlight. Beautiful space surrounded by windows. Food was excellent and staff delightful.

Beautiful cosy hotel, in a quiet scenic location near the parks and great for walking into the city. The staff especially at reception were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxuriously furnished and very clean.

The staff and rooms were lovely! Perfect location just outside of the noise zone but close enough to walk to most things!

The shower drain was very slow, I had to watch the drain to make sure I didn’t flood the bathroom. The rooms were very modern but the next upgrade suggestion is double-panes windows.

Located within close walking distance of all the sites on our itinerary, it was in a quieter, scenic area without the congestion and loud noise of a more centrally located hotel. The decor was lovely and felt fresh. The restaurant served wonderful food and drinks. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

While my standard room was spacious compared to other properties at a similar price point, the large bed made it rather tight. It was perfect for one person w/ small luggage. Street noise (I was on 2nd floor) was still audible -something I think double-paned windows would do a great deal to remedy.

Everything was great. Hotel room was clean and beatiful, there was everything needed. Breakfast was of a good quality.

Canteen gets busy and the waiters can forget about what you ordered. This happened to me and this is the only reason why I reduced my rating.

What a little gem. The service everywhere I went was excellent (front desk, breakfast, bar). The room was small, but so well appointed, that it was my cozy place to come back to at the end of the day. Great location - I walked everywhere.

The rooms were well appointed, with every amenity you could want. Robes and slippers, a heated toilet seat! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had plenty of space as well as natural light. Breakfast was excellent at the hotel restaurant, but there are other places close by if you want something else. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived early. They worked hard to get our room ready so we could rest.

You did need to use transportation to get to the attractions, such as Dublin Castle and Guiness Storehouse. However, the bus routes were easy to navigate and inexpensive. Still worth it!

Beautiful hotel in a good location. I had booked the Nook which was tiny but cute. Because of an issue with the bathroom lights I was quickly given the closest unoccupied room which I think was actually a Superior and very nice. Comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, well-stocked mini bar. I had a great stay and am grateful to the staff for dealing with this so pleasantly.

The room was rather chilly and the control panel for the air con was not exactly intuitive. To be fair though, I didn’t raise this with staff and just snuggled up in the lovely bed. The bathrobes were flimsy and ridiculously small. I didn’t like that I got quite a few messages through the booking app in the months leading up to my stay with promotions for special offers and the chains new hotel in Berlin. In my opinion the messages in booking are supposed to be for communication regarding my reservation, not to spam me with other offers.

Gorgeous interiors, well sized rooms and a 10-15min to Grafton Street. The staff were so helpful with any requests we had. We were able to avail of an early check in and late check out for a small charge
