N1001 Gran vista Downtown Santo Domingo RD

Property has an excellent location for short Uber rides or walks to dining, shopping, and night life. Property does need some maintenance work however. There were cockrouches in the bathrooms. Online pictures show it to be a lot nicer then reality.

Close to the malls and restaurants

Too much noise outside, street is always very busy with traffic, reception staff seemed very incompetent and slow.

Beautiful place everything nice and organized.

It has a roach infestation must keep your luggage in the car must bring your own towels cause they look dirty.

The location was good, the apartment cute and the owner was very nice and available to answer all my questions.

I didn’t get much hot water I to shower.

Great location

N/A

Have issues with the shower, only 4 towels, no towel paper.

I liked that the property was in the center of the city in close distance to everything. The pool area was nice rooms were a decent size.

I didn’t like that there was issues with water leakage coming from the ceiling and paint was peeling off the ceiling. Balcony door locks were broken. TVs didn’t connect to any streaming apps. The shower floor would always get wet because the shower would send water everywhere.

I like the location of the stay close to mall, stores, and restaurants and how modern the rooms are very spacious.

The bed could little more comfortable but overall very good will stay again.

cute little apartment in great location. place was very cute. love the decorations. nice pool. clean building.

it was very small. but it was perfect to sleep.
