Inside ok. But outside hotel conditions very poor. Can't except madina hotels outside that poor. Never ever going again

It was a good experience. The place is really nice clean and quiet the only problem was it was bit far from Haram a good 25 minutes walk. Overall its was good.

Really nice place to stay, location is perfect and is really close to masjid e nabwi. Staff was really helpful too. Really good for the price you pay. Definitely will stay here again if I get the chance!

The hotel is located in a residential area about a 15-minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi. While some reviews mentioned the neighbourhood being dirty, I personally didn’t find it a major issue. It felt just as safe as other areas of Madinah. Quba Road is only a few minutes away, and there's a nice shopping area nearby where you can find reasonably priced items—just be sure to negotiate, or you may overpay. The hotel itself is clean. However, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. The manager was unfriendly and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience. There was no effort to check on our comfort or needs during the stay. We booked a room for four people for six nights, but only received: 2 tea bags 2 sachets of coffee 2 towels 1 toilet roll A few bottles of water There was no cleaning service or change of bed linens during our entire stay. Unfortunately, based on the poor service and lack of basic hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel.

The property is well-furnished, tidy, and quiet. I would say the interior of the hotel is excellent, though the exterior doesn't reflect the same quality. There are also several good-value restaurants and shops nearby. Although it’s a bit far from Masjid Nabawi (about a 15-minute walk), the hotel’s pricing is good when compared to others.

Nice hotel and close to main areas

Quite close to masjid and nabawi with only a 15 mins walk which is great considering the price. Overall, the room was nice and clean with ample space.

Great place to stay !

The property is very new, no front desk but the staff is always available. One problem we faced when we first got, no board, no hotel name. The shopkeeper in front of the hotel was very helpful getting us in touch with the hotel staff. But over all very beautiful experience and convenient place. Loved it

This place was TERRIBLE I found bedbugs, cockroaches, and other bugs simply walking around the hotel. I asked for them to move me which they did and found the same exact thing happened. We ended up leaving and not even staying a night

After more than one week of stay,our room was never cleaned. Absolutely no service and it took several attempts to find the location to get to the hotel. They must provide better directions for the guests to arrive.

Be careful booking this property. They don’t exist at the location, and never answer their phones. Cowboys!

In a walking distance from Prophet's Mosque (7-10min). Inside renovation has been done very well with spacious rooms. However, if you have a car getting in there and find a decent parking spot can be a bit of hassle. They however did help with it. If you are without a car and want a good value for money and be able to commute by foot to Haram then its advisable to book.

It is a nice and cozy hotel near haram. Value for money 10/10.

The house authority is not a human being.he is a devil. He stopped water supplies at 11.45 am whereas our check out time was at 12 pm. I request you to unlist the house.actuallky this is not legal hotel .

Great budget hotel fairly close to the haram.

Very nice. Apartment was clean, staff was helpful. Is definitely locsted in a porr neigh orhood but a word to the western readers, poor here does not mean "sketch", or danverous at all. There are stray csts outside andnkids playing in thr dead of night. I thurrohjly enjoyed the 3rd world atmosphere that allowed me tk be inmersed in the culture of real people without feeling unsafe at all..i would bring my kids to this neighbkobood in dead of night without. Second thought.

The property itself is excellent value and has all the facilities one can expect. It's situated in a busy area full of shops . No issues buying food or groceries. Very clean nice functional room with lift excess . Difficult to find as in a busy small street....

The pictures aren’t as described. Didn’t show the outside of the property. Very getto neighborhood. Very cheap not enough toilet paper or towels. Wouldn’t give us extra towels when we asked.very rude . Probably wort $30 basically just a roof over your head. We had booked for three days but left early in the morning because we arrived late

Our stay in this hotel was a mixed experience. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds, which made for a good night’s sleep. However, the bathroom was just okay,it could have been better. The shower pressure was weak, and the entire bathroom was a wet room, which sometimes felt sticky and unpleasant. The building doesn’t seem to have been purpose-built as a hotel, but to be fair, the staff are doing their best to maintain it. The lobby and overall interior smelled lovely, which was a nice touch. However, one of the biggest frustrations was the entrance gate, which often didn’t work unless given a hard push. Adding to the confusion, there was no sign or board indicating that this was a hotel, making it difficult for taxis and visitors to locate. The surrounding area was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. It felt more like a scrapyard than a hotel district, with broken-down vans, abandoned cars, and large skips overflowing with rubbish right outside. Every taxi driver we met was surprised we were staying there. It’s a real shame because the hotel is only about a 12-minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, but unfortunately, it happens to be in the least appealing part of the area. Overall, while the hotel itself was decent in terms of comfort and cleanliness, the location and some maintenance issues made the experience less enjoyable. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay close to the Haram and can overlook the surroundings, it’ll do the job.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is not suitable for anyone with families and it felt unsafe and was advised by locals that this is not a safe location nor was it clean or welcoming.never book this hotel, you will only end up regetting it. I booked alternative accomodation and was refused a refund or even communication

It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend staying here with family. The location is great, with nearby restaurants and just a 10-15 minute walk to Haram. A special thanks to Talib for his care and support!

Inside of the Hotel was excellent- clean , new & fresh! But outside was bad, as it’s in a back unclean street, very hard to find the address/location. If you are not bothered by back & unclean streets , then it’s a good place to stay….! Oh ya cheap & good takeaway food nearby…!

The hotel has no signs, but once found hotel, inside it was great. Booked a room for 3 people, but left items inside of 2 people, such as 2 towels, 2 cups, 2 shower gels and so on. The room and toilet were great. The room could do with a safe and a night light. Could also do with a sign you put outside door requesting for the room to be cleaned. Its about 12-14 minutes walk to Haram. The area around has nice food places. We enjoyed staying in there and would use the hotel again.

Don’t waste your money scamming people, don’t go there

Unique place. There is no board outside making it a little difficult to find. Location is in a residential area which ia not very clean from outside but once you are inside, it is extremely clean and well kept. Worth the buck if you are in Madina for a quick stay.

The property is very clean. Staff are very courteous and helpful. I suggest they put up a sign with the hotel’s name on it.

This is the bad experience in my life the hotel have no toilet tissue so ugly hotel it’s look like a to poor and no one here to help you no water no tissue my mom my sister and I stay they give 2 towal. I regret when I go there see the place, and location is very bad as well.

Conveniently located near Haram, restaurants and shopping areas. Property is very clean and staff very friendly. Value for money is excellent, recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced, fairly clean and close to Masjid Nabwi around 10-15 minutes walk.

In general my stay was good but I faced few unpleasant incidents which caused me to give it an average rating. When I arrived in the morning I didnt know where to go because on website it says you’ll get the checkin info 24hr before arrival but unfortunately I didn’t get any email or update regarding the address/checkin despite calls and messages. When arrived 4:30 airport, was calling but no response. When I get to the destination there was no hotel name or billboard nothing to find the hotel I didn’t know where to go as it was my first time travelling Saudi Arabia for umrah purpose. I tried to call the number few times but response. Then I had problem with shower hot water but later it was fixed. Thanks for that. Overall it could have been much better but unfortunately due to lack of customer service response and help I would rate it average. Average in hope that they can improve their service in the future. Other than that, it was near masjid Nabawi nice walking distance.

Not enough warm water for the shower, the area abit creepy but still near to the Haram 10-12 min walking. Otherwise it was very clean.

This is not suitable for families with children or elderly, the area feels very unsafe.

Only stayed a couple of hours at this hotel, the location was a big shock to us was horrible area but nice people all around, the room was clean the checking in was fast, this hotel is far from the prophet mosque dont bother to stay here.

It was very hard to find the place. All the taxi drivers at the airport did not recognize the name of the hotel. Ultimately we found a driver who is willing to take us to the hotel using GPS. When we arrived to the hotel, there was no signs outside the hotel. It was located in a poor residential area. We asked for direction to the hotel from local people who helped us find the place. We knocked at the door and the inside looked totally different than the ouside. The inside was very clean and renovated. It seems that it is a renovated house. It has basic stuff. No food/restaurants. There are shops close by. There is no reception desk. There is one employee who seems to do it all. It is walkable distance to the haram but not very close. If you are looking for a basic place to spend the night and be able to walk to the haram, then this will work.

This is a guest house, not a hotel. I didn’t think it was worth it for the price.

It is very quit place. WiFi has weak security, avoid using it. Looks like hotel in the hood. Overall service was good. The smells like rusted sever pipes.

Around 10 min walk from Masjid Nabawi. Facilities inside the property were excellent, very clean and spacious. Fridge, Kettle, AC, TV all available. The area where the hotel is located is safe but currently in need of development. However it is 1 or 2min walk from the large market area where all shops and restaurants are located.

The area around the hotel was dirty, there was a dead cat under a car parked to the left side of the entrance and had a very bad odor.

The pictures on the website look good but the area is bad , unsafe to walk , garbage around the building , very frustrating comparing what I saw before I booking , there is no reception it is just a building ,the staff were good and the room was decent and clean , and the hotel from inside was ok but the surrounding area was the worst it would more fair to have pictures on of surrounding area

Not happy with the room. The hotel has no board, and the area of the hotel is not recommended for the families to stay in my personal view. The hotel has no reception except one person can meet and greet you. This hotel looks like a hostel and maybe suitable for bachelors, not for families. Though families are living there. The bathroom was smelly and not cleaned well.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, very hard to find, trash chutes all around, sometimes full of trash, not safe for a woman to walk around by herself, I would not recommend this property to anyone, but the room itself is not bad, but the cleaning was never done and I was there for 3 days.

Never sent me instructions to check-in. The website description of the property being close to the haram is false. There is no one to let you check in and they sent an email last minute asking to reach via WhatsApp. They never provided the WhatsApp number and no way to reach them
