Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Staff were pleasant. The location was accessible for transportation, sightseeing tours, and shopping. The ensuite was clean. There was a quiet area and good Wifi. I did not access the laundry facility.
Three flights of stairs to women's quarters was extremely difficult. The ladder was difficult for a woman my age and no other bed was available. No choice for a bottom bunk was given at booking. I fell the first morning, trapping my arm in the handle and the injury resulted in severe bruising.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Never slept so well in a hostel - beds were very comfortable with a blackout privacy curtain on the bed, as well as plug and lockable box. Clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to securely store our bags before check in and after check out. Location is easily walkable from most parts of town
Bath mats were like a spongy plastic that I'm not sure are able to be cleaned properly. Shower in private bathroom wouldn't get hot in peak hours (but communal showers were fine so not a big deal). Our room was on the top floor which is quite lot of stairs as there is no elevator, not a big deal for us but might be an issue for some people

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026My stay was very good. My room was very clean and new and also the type of guests around looks great. I felt very safe and also there are surveillance cameras to ensure your safety. The common spaces are cool and the general cleaning it’s at very high standard. Locker at the end of the bed it’s very useful. The kitchen and the reception open 24/7 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi works well except in the basement/kitchen. Location near city center, not noisy and safe.
Unfortunately the kitchen it’s not a real kitchen only kettle, microwave, toaster and hoven. Some improvement - Have at least salt in the kitchen and more tools like scissors or cutting board - Some hostel events or some social activity

1. The window in room 9 is not complete, it lets in cold air because it leaves an open gap between the window and the bottom wall 2. We were asked to leave the social area next to the reception at midnight, we had work to do and could only go to finish work in the kitchen which was not ideal. 3. there was no power sockets in the kitchen 4. I don't think its ideal for people to socialize in the kitchen for hygiene purposes

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025The staff were very kind and helpful, and my room was clean and well maintained. The hostel is conveniently located, with easy access to buses for trips. As an experienced backpacker, I had no issue with the simple room setup (one coat hook and two chairs). However, for guests who are not used to staying in hostels, this might feel a bit uncomfortable. I find it important to mention this because my roommate, with whom I shared the room for one night, found the typical hostel conditions difficult. During the night and early morning, there can be some movement, and noise may come from the corridor or shared bathroom — even if everyone is being discreet and quiet. If someone is very sensitive to noise or expects complete silence, a different type of accommodation might be a better choice. Overall, this is a very good value-for-money hostel, especially for backpackers. I can definitely recommend it
One small downside was that there was no hot water during showering. .... + The pillow was extremely thin, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable, especially since there was a hard wooden locker box positioned near the head of the bed. The lockers are not really suitable for large backpacks, although I personally managed to work around this without major issues

The pillows on our beds were a bit too flat and didn't offer much support.
