Holiday Inn Jeddah Corniche by IHG

The rooms are cozy and spacious at the same time. The location is great.

Cleanliness and staff and Dinner

Swimming pool timing, It should b open for 24 hours..

Very Good Supportive Staff Breakfast was awesome. Overall - very good stay

Need at least 24 hrs stay for one day payment. Was asked to pay half the charges to stay upto evening. Check in was about 9 pm Left around 6 pm Was charged for 1.5 days stay That was an extra burden.. Requested not to charge but was told - systtem is like this only. Anyway, if they give one day extra on this groud for next trip. We'll try to re visit the property again. Thanks

Very old hotel a lot of items not working

Staff responses are very low, no actions taken from their side

Wonderful stay from start to finish! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable; the bed alone made me want to extend my trip. The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. What really stood out was the staff, every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything about our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service, I'll definitely be booking again on my next visit!

The speed of wifi and the force of water in shower could be better.

I like that they having Arabic coffee available in the lobby/reception area, as it would be a nice touch for guests. The breakfast was good overall

I was not satisfied with the service. It was quite slow, and when I called to request something extra, such as a blanket or assistance to make me more comfortable, the phone was often not answered. I hope the hotel can improve the response time and service, as this would make the stay much more comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel cleanliness was immaculate.

It isn’t very close to the corniche and the swimming pool is very small!

No nonsense , clean, location, staff , restaurants

Approach to bldg is weird, otherwise nothing to dislike about for the price asked

I liked the cleanliness of the place, the quiet atmosphere, and the staff service.

What I didn't like was the delay in check-in, but they resolved the issue quickly.

Clean, and service The food was delicious The staff were nice and very cooperative

It was good overall.

I loved the room itself very very comfortable spacious and modern feel looking. The staff are friendly and very accommodating

The location is far from any corniche landmarks or points and I would not book this again if I plan spend sometime on the corniche as it is on the very edge of the corniche and you cant see the sea or any views from most of the hotel rooms. Even the sea view rooms are very far from the sea. The underground parking is a mess. The lines do not fit my hyundai accent which is a very small car. When parked and touching the barrier from the front my car still protrudes to the driveway. It is very tight and narrow as well and not well designed for any modern cars.

nice cozy place

swimming pool was very small and water was low. room desk chair is not stable.
