Everything.. This was my 5th or 6th time that I stayed here. Quick access to haram, fabulous, welcoming staff. I always want Worth Elite 😌 Shopping and food also available at its doorstep. Worth Elite should consider having a loyalty/reward programme 😀

I stayed from 26th to 28th August 2026. The room was very good. We had rioms on 17th floor. We got clock tower view from the room. Rooms were very comfy. Service was good.

I was on 17th floor. The lift was taking very long to arrive. I understand it happens due to alot of guedts on all floors. But guests should keep 15 minutes to come down and go up to the room.

The bathroom was so small you couldn't move in the shower which was very uncomfortable.

​The soundproofing between the rooms was quite poor, so conversations and noise from neighboring rooms could easily be heard. This made the stay a bit noisy and reduced privacy.

Islam, Mansoor, Alamgir, and Ella were absolutely wonderful. They were all incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The hospitality was exceptional, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their friendly attitude and excellent service made the whole experience even better. A big thank you to all four of them!

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi , 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde , Kabe’ye çok yakın konumda, bakımlı ve temiz bir yer. resepsiyonu arandığınızda taleplerinize hemen cevap veriyor , oda da tv,kettle ve mini buzdolabı var , banyoda havlu,sabun diş fırçası ve tıraş bıçağı koymuşlar

Veldig dårlig service. Vi hadde en del bagasje som skulle fraktes ned til lobbyen ved utsjekk. Vi ba om hjelp flere ganger, uten hell. Til slutt måtte vi selv frakte ned våre egn bagasje. Det er ikke muligheter for noe transport i nærheten. Vi måpte gå med all vår bagasje i ca 5-10 min for taxi.

قرب الفندق من الحرم موظف الاستقبال الترحيب بنا وقت الوصول وسهوله وسرعه الوصول للغرفه وتقديم طبق من الفاكهه للترحيب الاطلاله المفتوحه على برج الساعه مباشره وجبل عمر نظافه الغرفه والتنظيف للغرف يوميا وأخص بالذكر سليم الفرش جديد ونظيف

ضيق الغرفه نوعا ما (غرفه رباعيه) ادى إلى عدم وجود مكان لوضع الحقائب وصغر حجم الدولاب أرضيه الغرفه غير مفروشه بالسجاد (سيراميك) ، يمكن ان يكون ليس عيبا عند البعض

The distance to the Haram, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent. Everything was great overall. My only suggestion would be to have a curtain in the washroom to prevent water from getting everywhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The staff were responsive when needed and were respectful and helpful. There is also a masjid inside the hotel so we could pray with HARAM imam inside hotel. The put our rooms next to each other which i'm grateful for.

Location was actually terrible. If first Adhan starts you cannot walk to the HARAM on time, you will just be 75% of the way if you walk really fast. Jummah is even terrible the security guards will put walls out before you even get half way forcing you to pray on the streets. Secondly, the rooms were tiny. There was no space to put our stuff. One small wardrobe didn't fit all our things in. If we bought food from outside you have to sit on your bed and eat. The beds were also tiny. Not even a standard single size bed. My kids were falling off from tossing and turning whilst sleeping. Thirdly, our sink was blocked. If two people used the sink, there was water floating in the sink which would go down really slowly. Unfortunately staff didn't think it was an issue. I would've expected them to atleast pour some drain unblocker or something but they didn't. 4th issue- The don't provide any milk with tea. So had to go buy a carnation milk from bin dawood. Normally other hotels atleast provide 5th issue - We couldnt get the ac to provide a regular cool temperature. It either got super cold or we had to turn it off and it would get super hot really quick. We all ended up getting sore throats from the constant temperature change. 6th issue - Even though there are 3 lifts it was hard to get it to just go to the floor you want. It would randomly stop at multiple floors even though no one is there. So the higher up you are is worser experience. 7th issue - If you took a taxi to do ziyarah sometimes security guards will block the road so we had to walk up from the end of the road. This is fustrating if you have little kids.

إقامة جميلة وتجربة موفقة 👍🏻 الفندق نظيف ومرتب، وموقعه ممتاز وقريب من الحرم، والوصول له مشيًا سهل. أشكر موظفي الاستقبال على حسن التعامل والاحترام والتعاون، كانوا خدومين جدًا وبشوشين. ملاحظتي الوحيدة أن عدد المصاعد قليل، وفي أوقات الزحمة الانتظار يأخذ وقت، وأتمنى يتم تحسين هذه النقطة. بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز وأنصح بالسكن فيه، وإن شاء الله لنا عودة مرة ثانية

Super goeie housekeeper Faysal en Hassan heel behulpzaam we voeldenn ons thuis. Kamer prima en op 3 min afstand van Kaba. Ook Abdülmecid was heel behulpzaam.

The room was a bit cramped,.the bathroom room was OK, could do with a shower curtain as the water goes all over the bathroom

The rate was good compared to other hotels in the same street. The hotel was close to haram and within walking distance

The elevators experience was horrible. There were only 2 elevators available for the guests which caused long waiting. The room was small and there was no shower box, so whenever taking a shower the water was all over the place .

الانترنت ممتاز والنظافه الموقع واضح فقط مشي 10 دقايق للوصول للحرم يوجد لولو هايبر ماركت ومطاعم تبعد 6 دقايق في جبل عمر آلاء ومنو مثل آلاء كل الشكر لها 🌷

1-الاصنصيرات 3 بالدور حجمهم صغير يكفي 4 لي 5 اشخاص وعادي جدا الانتظار قبل الصلاة فقط يكون 20 دقيقه لذلك اضطر للنزول بالدرج علماً بأن الفندق 21 دور فلمن يوصلني full نتيجة صغر حجم المساحه. 2-صوت ازعاج من الخارج نتيجة هدم البنايه المجاوره للفندق كما هو موضح بالصوره 3-لايوجد مطبخ او مطعم داخل الفندق وتحته بقاله ومطعم شاورما وكيتا لا يوصل 4-الستاره جداً خفيفه طبقتها لذلك لا تحجب الا شيئ بسيط من ضوء الشمس كونها طبقه واحده 5-ياليت الموظفين يقتدون ب الاء وحرصها انا 3 مرات قبل يوم الخروج وبنفس يوم الخروج اتصلت مرتين 7،30 و9 ص وبلغت الاستقبال عندي قطار بسجل خروج متأخر تمام اتفاجأ وانا نايمه يتصل الموظف 1،35 الظهر !!! يعني انا مبلغه مسبقا و3 مرات واوقات متفرقه

الفندق جدا نظيف مافي روائح أبدا رغم وجود مطاعم تحت وجدا قريب من الحرم وطريق واضح وسهل وقريب من كل شي أسواق ومطاعم صيدليات كافيهات وايضاً قريب من برج الساعة

Outstanding service from top to bottom! The reception desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially the lady duty manager. The front door guard was also amazing—always smiling and proactive in helping guests. As for the room, it was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Room service was highly responsive whenever needed. I stayed in room 1301 on the 13th floor and can confidently say that all the staff from the ground level up are doing a fantastic job.

The only minor issue was that on the M (Mezzanine) floor, the noise coming from the reception area was quite audible. This proved to be a bit distracting and disruptive, especially when trying to perform Salah (prayers).

Everything especially the lady at the reception and the guard at the door. There greetings were excellent and body gestures were too comfortable for the guests.

M had bo sound barrier from the reception that's why you could hear the reception even during salah time.

The hotel is clean,i got room with view clock tower and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants and food shops nearby. The Al Haram is also within walking distance, taking around 10 minutes on foot.very nice experience.

للأسف العمال دخلوا الغرفه وانا موجود في الحرم ونضفوها الحمد لله لكن بدون ما احد يستأذني الحمد لله مفيش اي مفقودات العمال ممتازين لكن الموقف نفسه غريب ومرفوض المفروض يكون فيه تواصل مع العميل قبل فتح غرفته

One of the main drawbacks is that the room was very small and cramped. Also, the number of elevators is not sufficient for the number of floors and guests, so we had to wait for a very long time to use the elevators, especially during peak hours.

الفندق ممتاز جدًا وقيمة مقابل السعر بصراحة. كل شيء كان ممتاز، والموظفين جميعًا بشوشين ومحترمين جدًا، وبالأخص الأستاذ عبد المجيد، جزاه الله خيرًا على حسن تعامله واهتمامه. بصراحة الفندق يستاهل الـ تقييم الممتاز وأكثر، وتجربتي كانت ممتازة جدًا، وإن شاء الله أكرر الإقامة فيه مرة تانية. أنصح به وبشدة.

Hotel Stay Review First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to all the hotel staff for their warm welcome, professionalism, and continuous assistance throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize the Duty Manager, Ms. Alla, for her exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. From the moment of arrival, she was extremely welcoming, caring, and always ready to assist with any request. Her professionalism and ability to manage and coordinate the team smoothly were truly impressive and contributed greatly to making my stay more pleasant. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the Security Manager, Mr. Ahmed Shalby, for his kindness, professionalism, and respectful manner. His friendly attitude and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, while my experience with the staff was excellent, I was somewhat disappointed with certain aspects of the hotel itself. In particular, I found the rooms to be smaller than expected. The lobby also felt quite limited in size, and even the elevators were noticeably small. These aspects affected the overall comfort and impression of the property.

Police stopping taxi half a mile from the hotel and telling passengers to walk with luggage. Also, shower flooding the floor and wetting the entire bathroom.
