Staff at the reception on arrival treated us like a piece of sh*t, he was very rude. Although, the manager apologised for his unruly behaviour. The kitchen was also dirty and there wasn’t variety of food for breakfast. Staff doesn’t pick calls and I had to go to reception over and over again.

The rooms was very modern and clean, felt more like a 3 or 4 star hotel. The staff was helpful and approachable, and were happy to help with requests. The price was affordable and definitely worth it.

The location was a bit of a problem - although only being a 10 to 15 min walk to the Haram, there is a brief section which is a incline which makes the walk difficult when going to the Haram.

Esta es la tercera vez que me alojo en el hotel Nassamat, y me voy con ganas de volver. Este es un hotel excelente en relación calidad-precio. Es muy limpio, con un personal excelente y una ubicación muy cercana al Masjid Al Haram, que facilitará mucho tu estancia. El desayuno es impecable, con un personal de la sala muy cercano y que te ayuda en todo lo que puede. Estoy seguro de que volveré a Nassamat, mi hotel favorito para hacer mi Umrah. Un agradecimiento especial al señor Salah, que desde la administración del hotel nos ayudó en nuestro check out y facilitó todo el proceso. Sois los mejores!

Nous avons séjourné à l’Nassamat Hotel Mekka et avons été pleinement satisfaits de notre expérience. Les chambres sont très confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Le service est irréprochable, et surtout, le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Que ce soit à la réception, au petit déjeuner avec les personnes qui le préparent et les serveurs, ou encore les agents d’entretien, chacun contribue à rendre le séjour agréable. Nous souhaitons adresser une mention spéciale à Mohamed Helal, qui s’occupait de notre chambre. C’est un jeune homme très professionnel, toujours disponible, et grâce à lui, notre chambre était constamment impeccable. À chaque demande, le ménage était effectué avec soin et perfection. Nous remercions chaleureusement toute l’équipe de l’hôtel et recommandons vivement cet établissement.

The house keeping and service was top notch, Ziyad was making sure we was stocked up on all toiletrie essentials and towels every day. The location on maps says 28min approx, but really it's only around 10 mins walk. Overall amazing experience and would definitely book again

Golf arabası yada servis gibi hizmetler eklenirse çok daha tercih edilen bir otel olur. Akşam yemeği tercih ediyorsanız akşam yemeği yok, odaya restaurant bölümünden fast food tarzı ürünler sipariş edebiliyorsunuz (Pizza, hamburger, makarna vs.) Ucretleri dışarısı ile aynı. Oda servis ücreti 5 riyal.

⭐ 1/5 – One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had I booked Nasamat Makkah Hotel for 4 nights, but the experience was so poor that I had to leave after only one night and move to another hotel. First of all, the location is very misleading if you are booking this hotel to be close to Masjid al-Haram. It may look close on the map, but in reality you have to deal with a very steep uphill walk to reach the Haram. For elderly people, families with children, anyone with mobility problems, or anyone who is not physically very fit, this can be extremely difficult, especially in Makkah’s heat. Taxis were charging me around 15–30 SAR each way depending on demand, which adds considerably to the cost of staying here. The customer service and room service were basically zero. Whenever I asked for help, staff seemed to push the responsibility to somebody else. I was repeatedly told, “We will send someone,” but nobody arrived. There was also no proper doorbell/service response when assistance was needed. Most concerning of all, I reported what appeared to be an electrical fitting/line hanging loose from the wall/switch area in my room. I considered this a potential safety issue, yet after reporting it, no one came to properly deal with it. I have photos of the condition. Eventually I decided that I could not continue staying here, despite having paid for four nights, and checked out after the first night. I would strongly advise people—especially families, elderly pilgrims and anyone travelling primarily to visit Masjid al-Haram—to think very carefully before booking this hotel. For the price being charged, there are much better options in Makkah. Some hotels that are further away even provide regular shuttle or golf-cart-style transport towards the Haram, while here I felt I was paying a considerable amount of money and receiving extremely poor service. Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

The hotel is comfortable for my liking

They clean the room without changing the bedsheets,and I noticed my room was swept once in nine days I spent.they do clean the room but they don't sweep and they don't change the bedsheets.

Väldigt bra ställe med väldigt nära till Al-Haram. Det finns en lutning när man ska gå till Al-Haram men tar man vägen genom Anjum hotellet blir det nära tar ungefär 10 minuter. Mycket med apotek,resturanger och affärer runtom. Rummet var rent och mysigt med väldigt bra varierande frukost

Väldigt packat boende med många gruppresande. Personalen var trevliga men verkade ej ha tid för en. Mycket högt ljud vissa dagar med många resande och väldigt mycket olaglig försäljning av kläder utanför hotellet på gatan av resande.

Temizlik görevlileri çok nazik davranışlılar. Özellikle Halal isimli görevliye tam puan..

All was good I asked to not clean my room and Halal Allah responded to my request with good smile Thank you all staff

The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable! It is not that far from Haram it is a bit uphill (8-10 minutes walk through Anjum hotel) but you can always get a taxi across the road for 5 Rials to take you to Haram. Especially for the winter season is a great choice.

Die einzigen positiven Aspekte: Das Reinigungspersonal im 4. Stock hat seine Arbeit ordentlich gemacht, und das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Ich habe letztes Jahr in diesem Hotel übernachtet und eine positive Bewertung hinterlassen. Leider kann ich das diesmal nicht guten Gewissens tun. Es war jeden Tag sehr laut – auf der Straße, auf dem Flur und in den Nachbarzimmern. Die meisten Gäste stammen aus Nigeria; sie versammeln sich ständig auf dem Flur und packen bis spät in die Nacht hinein ihre Pakete. Zudem belegen sie durchgehend den Rezeptionsbereich, sodass man dort keine Sitzgelegenheit findet. Einer der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sollte dringend einen Kurs darüber besuchen, wie man mit Hotelgästen spricht. Um zum „Haram“ zu gelangen, muss man eine sehr stark befahrene und gefährliche Straße überqueren; man muss dabei jederzeit extrem vorsichtig sein!

لاشيء. كانت هذه المرة غرفتي في طابق منخفض ومغلقة عن الشارع. لكن لا بأس.

The food is too poor , there is no fresh milk , no fresh juice all is powder juice , the crosson and other pastries were old and dry not fresh , boiled egg was old , nothing was fresh apart from the cooked egg . When I complained to the restraunts manager he stated to me that its an economy hotel desite I paid 1978 SR for 4 nights which is very disappointing., there is one staff to do the luggage service so you have to wait as well as you have to wait for room service for long time. The restraunt manager has an excuse to use the power milk , he stated the liquid fresh milk is expensive Room is small المطعم سئ ، لايوجد اكل فرش باستثناء البيض المقلي ،، لايوجد حليب طازج ، حليب بدرة فقط ، لايوجد عصير فرش كل العصائر عبارة عن بدرة مخلوطة ، الكروسون والفطائر ناشفة ليست فرش ،، البيض المسلوق ليس فرش وبارد ، الفول كان بارد ، عندما اشكيت لمدير المطعم كان تبريره انه فندق اقتصادي وانه الحليب السائل مكلف بالرغم اني دفعت 1978 ريال ل اربع ايام , خدمة العفش والغرف ليست بالمستوى المطلوب ، موظف واحد فقط يقوم باجراءات العفش وعليك الانتظار لفترة ارى انها طويلة لخدمة العفش والغرف , الغرف ضيقة

Hotel was clean and wel managed and at reasonable distance from Haram.

We booked two kingBed rooms at same price but when we landed one assigned room was good it has decent space, a chair and table set and good bathroom. While the other room was just enough to accomodate the bed there was not even walking space after putting up luggage on floor. The bath room was just a 3x4 ft corner with shower installed over the commode. Electric cattle was not working and it was rusty inside.

Everything was ok except shower stall has no curtains and during shower water was spraying all around the bathroom which is economically not good for the hotel because water damages the cooking seeping water through the cracks. Also A/C unit has to work hard to dry the water. House keeping we're very helpful.

Kahvaltı salonunda ağır bir yemek kokusu var dı her kahvaltı ya gittimizde bütün gün mutfakta kızartma yapmışsız gibi koku üzerimize siniyordu. Kahvaltı seçenekleri farklı toplumlara da hitap ettiği için Türk ve çocuklu aile olarak yiyecek birşeyler bulabildik. Hotel yeni ama çalışanların temizlik seviyesi o hotele yakışmıyor kötü. Mescid-i harama 12 Kabe'ye 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde bir rampa çıkış ve iniş şeklinde booking yüksek puanlarlı beni şarşırtı ama yinede bölge şartlarında kalınmayacak bir hotel değil. Kat görevlisi arkadaş denk geldikçe booking yüksek puan konusunda bizden talepte bulundu.

الفندق اجمل من الصور ، جميل جدًا ونظيف وواضح انه كل شي جديد من اثاث وديكور اول مادخلت الريحة الجميلة استقبلتنا والغرفة مفتوح التكييف شي جمييل صراحة يستحق 5 نجوم ويعتبر قريب من الحرم تقريبا 10 دقايق مشي ، ندخل من جهة توسعة الملك عبدالله الله يرحمه الافطار لذيذ جدًا ومنوع حبيته مرة

Ein besonderer Dank geht an Meister Fathi für seine freundliche Unterstützung sowie an Mahamad Halal vom Zimmerservice für seinen tollen Service. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! آلموقع والنظافة وسرعة الدخول

Ailede odası olarak çok iyi bir aile odası vardı. Odanın bir tanesi de iki kişilik yatak diğer odada 3 tane tekli yatak vardı. Ayrı ayrı banyoları ayrı ayrı televizyonları ayrı ayrı buzdolapları vardı. 1+1 ev gibi düşünebilirsiniz çok rahattı temiz bir otel yeni bir otel. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Banyolarında duşakabin olmamasından dolayı sürekli tek pas yapabiliyorsunuz. Benim için fazla bir sıkıntı değil açıkçası. Kahvaltısı kimine göre iyi kimine göre kötü. Klasik Türk kahvaltı sevenler için yumurta da var tereyağı da var ekmek de var domates salatalık omlet.

هاذا الفندق أصبح وجهتي الدائمة عند زيارتي لمكة المكرمة. كانت إقامة رائعة و ممتازة على كل المستويات.

Ich möchte meine absolute Begeisterung über meinen Aufenthalt im Nasamat Makkah Hotel zum Ausdruck bringen. Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht weit übertroffen, und ich bin ehrlich gesagt sehr positiv überrascht von den herausragenden Leistungen, die hier geboten werden. Bereits bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich von dem äußerst zuvorkommenden und professionellen Mitarbeiter, Herrn Nawaf, extrem herzlich empfangen. Sein exzellenter Service vermittelte sofort den Eindruck eines erstklassigen und hochangesehenen Hotels. Er wählte für mich und meine Familie eine wunderbare Suite aus, die nicht nur groß, geräumig und makellos sauber ist, sondern auch einen atemberaubenden Blick bietet. Dafür gebührt Herrn Nawaf mein herzlicher und besonderer Dank! Die Liebe zum Detail ist im gesamten Hotel spürbar, insbesondere in Bezug auf die tadellose Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Das Zimmer roch fantastisch, die Beleuchtung war angenehm, die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, und das WLAN war rasend schnell. Auch die Möbel wirken brandneu und extrem gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der erstklassige Zimmerservice, bei dem mein Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt wurde. Sogar die Hotelleitung hat mich persönlich angerufen, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit ist – ein beispielhafter Kundenservice! Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels in Mekka, die ich im Laufe der Jahre ausprobiert habe, ist dieses Hotel absolut herausragend und steht den direkt am Haram gelegenen Hotels in nichts nach. Ich und meine gesamte Familie haben diese Zeit unglaublich genossen. Besonders meine liebe Mutter war überglücklich, was auch mich unendlich gefreut hat. Jedes Detail, von der perfekten Ausstattung über die gemütliche Atmosphäre bis hin zum tiefen, erholsamen Schlaf, war schlichtweg perfekt. Zudem ist die Lage ideal: Man erreicht den Haram bequem in etwa 10 Gehminuten. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden – alles war rundum exzellent.

My recent stay at Nasmahat Makkah Hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards advertised. The room I was given had multiple issues from the moment I checked in: a cockroach in the room, an unusable commode layout, constant noise(new room replaced on request after a delay) that made it very difficult to rest, and unprofessional behaviour from staff when I reported these problems. The situation became so bad that I had no choice but to check out a full day earlier than planned and book another hotel at a higher price just to have a clean and comfortable room. Despite clearly explaining all of this, the hotel refused to provide a full refund and did not even refund the night I did not stay at the property. Booking.com provided only SAR 72.16 in booking.com credit, which doesn’t come close to covering the financial loss or the inconvenience caused. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had, and the lack of accountability from both the hotel and the management made it even worse. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking here. Booking.com customer service is terrible so far.

Tesisin temizliğini ve gerekli olacakların zamanında elimize ulaşmasını sevdim.

Sevmediğim şey, çamaşır makinesi olmaması ve çamaşırların ücret karşılığı yıkanması, bu konudaki eksikliği giderirlerse ve yemek konusunda çeşitliliği artırırlarsa çok iyi olur özellikle kahvaltı.
