Quite accessable to the Prophet’s Mosque (pbuh). Breakfast most enjoyable

Good location. Walking distance to Masjid Nabi. Decent breakfast.

The 2-pin European sockets need upgrading to 3-pin like the rest of Saudi.

The hotel was neat and clean. Though its an old building so the furniture and bathroom fixtures are old. But overall the staff was courteous. Room and bathroom was very spacious.

Hair dryer was not working. And although it was steps away from masjid entrance but it was at the men's side. So I had to walk 15 to 18 mins to reach women prayer area.

Location is excellent, staff is very nice, breakfast is very good

Everything including breakfast (buffet), reception , parking , room , near to mosque etc

Room service for cleaning... request multiple times to the cleaning staff boy but they didn't come, finally call the reception lady and it was finally done 👍

This hotel is a complete waste of money. I had to call the reception for room cleaning after 4 nights, when the cleaner came he just changed the linens and left he didn’t even clean our rooms, our shower stuff were not changed including dental kits and towels. This hotel is outdated needs renovation. One of our showers sink was blocked and I told the cleaner and someone came the following day and fixed it. I had to call the reception the entire day for some spoons and plates and we received them the next day. I requested few hours late check out and they would charge me around $600, the receptionists are not helpful at all when it comes to early check in and late check out particularly the female receptionist. The breakfast was ok. I have paid 3 times more than it worths. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. There are other nice hotels nearby which provide excellent services so do some research about other hotels in the area before you make reservation in this hotel.

I didn’t like the delivery of services by the receptionists

Excellent location and cleanliness

Everything

The location was fantastic. Less than 6 minute walk to masjid al nabawi. The staffs are amazing. I will give the staffs 10/10 for their excellent customer services. The breakfast was first class. I have not had such superb breakfast in a long time, not even in the 5* hotels. I will give 10/10 for breakfast. But the hotel need a lot of work. The interior in the rooms looks very old and very tired. Carpet needs replacing, the walls need repainting for a more brighter look. The bed frames are absolutely tattered and need changing. This hotel has a lot of potential. It could easily be a 5* if what I mentioned above is taken care of.

Good location near to the Mosque

Breakfast in the morning The chef made food as per our request : for those customers have diets I personally appreciated .

Location is very good but only for men. Women staying at this property have to walk a lot to reach their praying section. Staff at the restaurant specially Mr. Hammad, Mr. Barkat and Chet Tauqeer are extremely welcoming and made us feel very special every morning. Also, the rooms are very spacious. Mostly hotels in Medina never have such big rooms. The property is next to the Al Safiya Museum

Rooms are a bit dark

over all all good

The location was perfect. The room was clean, quite and comfortable. The break fast was excellent with a lot of varieties and special thanks to IRFAN for his excellent service, very polite, attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again

Very disappointing experience – Not recommended This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is extremely old and poorly maintained, and the overall condition does not meet the standards expected from a hotel that welcomes paying guests. The check-in experience was particularly disappointing. We were already waiting to check in, and despite arriving before another guest, we were left waiting. Approximately two hours later, another guest who arrived after us was immediately assisted and checked in. What made the situation even more frustrating was the attitude and lack of assistance from the receptionist on duty. The female receptionist working at the Front Desk on 28 August 2026 at approximately 13:15 was not helpful, did not demonstrate a welcoming attitude, and did not appear to make any genuine effort to resolve the situation or properly explain the reason for the delay. A hotel reception should be the first point of contact with the guest, and the check-in experience should be professional, fair, welcoming, and efficient. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met during our arrival. It was especially disappointing to see a guest who arrived significantly later being served immediately while we continued waiting. Regardless of the guest's nationality, every guest should be treated fairly and according to the same professional service standards. The issue is the apparent inconsistency in service and the lack of proper communication with guests who were already waiting. The condition of the property, combined with the poor check-in experience and unhelpful front desk service, has completely changed my impression of this hotel. This will definitely be my last time choosing this hotel for a stay. I would not recommend it to others and strongly suggest that management review the Front Office procedures, staff attitude, guest handling, and check-in process. Overall: Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

Location. Nice staffs. Super clean.

Very understandable staffs.

Everything was fantastic, Alhamdulillah. Awesome!!!

They should make a little exception for early check-in because sometimes it's not the customer's fault but the travel itinerary.

Staff was Amazing , Managment and Reception team, breakfast, Location, Concierge Service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, situated close to Roza-e-Rasool (saw). The property was extremely clean, and the breakfast was quite good as well.

Do not recommend: The hotel is old and badly needs refurbishment. The photos must be from years ago as the rooms look nothing like the photos. They are misrepresenting the hotel by using photos from years ago when it was new. The hotel is dusty, dirty stained carpets, old air conditioning units which are unfit for use. They made me and my children ill. We ended up leaving this hotel as the dust and dirt from the carpets and air-conditioning was making us ill. They tried to make us pay a £200 penalty for leaving early although it was their fault for mis selling. We complained to IHG and the penalty was removed, however we would never have booked this hotel if we had known how dirty it is. For this price you can stay in a much nicer hotel, it's completely overpriced. The only good thing about the hotel is the breakfast and the breakfast staff.

Konumu güzel. Odalar temizdi.

Best location 3 to 5 minutes walk from Prophet's SAAW mosque. Decent buffet breakfast menu.

Guest relation officer was forthcoming.

The response from the staff against any queri. It was very prompt.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. Everything—from the room to the services—was absolutely flawless. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Yazid and Nirdin at the front desk. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warm welcome, professionalism, and incredible helpfulness stood out the most. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you are looking for top-notch service and a perfect getaway, look no further. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Rooms were not cleaned on arrival. Washroom was not very good and breakfast was very ordinary and tasteless

Very disappointing breakfast. Poor quality, limited variety, and not worth the price.

Our overall stay experience was amazing, neat and tidy large enough rooms. Breakfast buffet had lot of varieties which adds on value for money. Excellent support and hospitality services by one of the dine in Staff named Barkath. Close to Masjid-e-nabawwi Door No 365 and other local amenities.
