Reviewed Sep 2, 2026A very good stay. The location was the biggest plus — a convenient, easy distance to walk, which matters a great deal when you are going back and forth for prayers. The staff were very accommodating throughout. They responded to our messages before arrival, and when our arrival was delayed they were flexible and had everything ready for us when we got there late in the evening. That kind of service makes a real difference. Breakfast was also nice, with a good spread each morning. Overall a comfortable and well-run hotel, and I would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location was perfect. With small children and elderly parents the walking distance to masjid al nabawi was a 2 minute walk. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes for everyone. The AC was strong and brilliant especially in the August summer months when it is over 48 degrees ! Also there is a large shopping centre in the basement of the hotel which was a bonus to do our souvenir shopping. Most of all the view from our room was stunning. Would definitely come again and recommend.
