Reviewed Sep 19, 2026החדרים קומפקטיים. נקי מאוד. קפה, הכל חדש ומזמין. מיטה נוחה ונעימה. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת וטעימה מאוד. השירות מצוין. היה לנו נהדר. לזמר הגבוה מביננו, המקלחת היתה קצת קטנה, אבל המיטה היתה מספיק ארוכה ונוחה. המרפסת נהדרת והגן שההקמתם מקסים. ישנו לילה אחד בעקבות העבודה שהיתה לנו והיה ביקור נהדר. נמליץ הלאה.

למעשה זה מלון דירות ולא מלון כפי שרשום. ארוחת בוקר רשום טובה בפועל מוגשת לחדר כשאין בחדר היכן לשבת לאכול. אין קבלה הכל דרך הנחיות ואיש קשר בטלפון. המיטה רחוקה 30 סמ מהקיר. מעלית לא עבדה בשבת.מזרון קשה.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026L'emplacement est bon, mais il ya une construction bruyante en face et beaucoup de traffic, donc nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrace. La chambre est grande, et l'air conditionné fonctionne.
Une personne devrait etre la pour donner les clefs et pour la sortie, c'est incroyable de n'avoir personne à qui demander quoi que ce soit ! (un plan de la ville, ou se trouve le cafe le plus proche, etc...) Le pire est de n'avoir aucun personnel à disposition et sans chip israelienne vous etes perdu! Cet hotel convient a des jeunes habitués aux Air BnB , ce n'est pas un hotel, d'ailleurs il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage de la chambre. La salle de bain est tres petite et il n'y a pas de commode pour les habits.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The hotel is very well-located in the Carmel area of Haifa. It is a nice renovated building on one of the most beautiful streets in Haifa, worth a walk to see the incredible views of the bay, and to see the Ba'hai temple gardens from above. The promenade is close by.
Please note that you can hear the nearby road, so if hearing cars is an issue for you, ask for a room in the back of the building.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026I asked for a room *not* facing the street. I got the room facing the street, they moved me per my request after one night. They were responsive.
It's a beautiful historical building, but they put some black separations on the balconies to divide it between adjacent rooms. These separations are conspicuously unaesthetic from the outside. That is very pity. The entrance hall door should have been password protected from the outside, but it wasn't, anyone could enter. This did not add to the feeling of security.

היו שיבושים בקליטה בטלפונים. תחילה, כשנכנסנו לחדר היה ריח כימי חזק, כנראה אחרי ניקיון חלונות לכיוון של כביש ואין בידוד רעשים מספיק

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026המיטות היו נוחות מאד, מזרונים באיכות הגבוהה ביותר. הקשר עם המנהל בוואצאפ יעיל מאד- קיבלנו מענה מיידי לבקשה שהיתה לנו. הכניסה למיתחם היתה יעילה - עם קוד ומפתח - הכל היה ברור. המיקום מעולה - קרוב לטיילת לואי , לכניסה לגנים הבהאיים, ומרחק הליכה ממרכז הכרמל - הלכנו ברגל לסינמטק
החדר שהיינו בו בקומת קרקע וקדמי- קרוב מאד לכביש, המרפסת החיצונית רועשת גם בלילה, ולא היתה שימושית עבורנו. כשסוגרים את הדלת ומפעילים מזגן - יש שקט מוחלט. החדר עצמו אטום לרעשים, ושנת הלילה שלנו היתה נהדרת. פתקית לעצמי - לבקש קומה גבוהה ועורפית בפעם הבאה.

המיטה לא כל כך נוחה. מזרון מפוצל וקשה. לא היה לנו שירות נקיון חדרים בין יום ליום. אין פקידיי קבלה או באופן כללי נציג מטעם המלון שנראה לעין במתחם, קצת מרגיש שאין למי לפנות במקרה הצורך.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025עיצוב יפה, חשבו על כל הפרטים הקטנים, נעים ונקי בסהכ. היתה תקלה במזגן כנראה בגלל מזג האוויר הסוער, אבל ההנהלה והצוות הגיבו במהירות לתלונה שלנו , סיפקו לנו בינתיים מפזר חום ומאוד השתדלו לתקן את התקלה בהקדם האפשרי. תוך כמה שעות הבעיה נפתרה.
