Great location.

1) Very loud construction noise from roadworks just a few steps away. Each floor has 3 units: 2 face the front of the building and 1 faces the back. My travel companions had a unit facing the back and they said they did not hear the loud construction noise so I want to highlight that so you can reconcile the reviews from other guests. If you happen to have one of the two units upfront, then prepare for the jackhammer noise from right before 8am with the noise lasting through the day. I got a headache from the constant, loud jackhammer sound. See attached pictures so you can appreciate what I am referring to. 2) Elevator not working. See below. 3) Aircon leaking water onto the floor. See below.

Bonjour Je souhaite porter à votre attention des problématiques majeures vécues lors de notre séjour à l’appartement du 4 Calle de la Bolsa à Madrid, pour la période du 11 au 15 septembre 2026. Nous avions privilégié votre appartement en raison de la présence d’un ascenseur et de la localisation de votre appartement. L’ascenseur était brisé et n’a jamais été fonctionnel durant tout le séjour, ce qui a causé un problème majeur pour nous. Nous avons été obligée de monter deux grands escaliers ce qui, pour une personne à capacité réduite a été difficile. Ainsi, nous considérons que vous n’avez pas respecté les conditions de votre contrat avec nous. Nous n’avons jamais été informé de ce problème d’ascenseur. De plus, toute la section de la rue devant l’appartement était complètement en construction empêchant le taxi de nous déposer devant l’appartement, sans parler des inconvénients reliés au bruit . Pour ces raisons de non respect de votre contrat avec nous et parce que vous ne nous avez pas informé de ces deux problématiques, nous désirons vous demander un remboursement qui équivaut aux problèmes d’accessibilité et à la moindre qualité du bien que nous avons loué. Nous avons payé $2302,56 pour 4 nuits. Nous attendons votre réponse J.Lafond

La ubicación es muy buena, cercano a todo : caminando a plaza mayor y mercado de San Miguel entre otras.

El ascensor no funcionaba, para los turistas que llegan con equipaje realmente es muy complejo subir las escaleras. Vimos a varios bajar y subir A los pisos superiores con mucho esfuerzo , muchos tercera edad por lo que no están lan condiciones para el uso fácil. El extractor del baño no funcionaba y cada cierto tiempo salía un olor repelente. La puerta principal de acceso estaba con desperfectos, no cerraba , eso es algo inseguro ya que cualquiera puede ingresar libremente. Supuestamente para acceder es con una clave pero no fue así, ya que estaba atrofiada No hay personal a quien consultar cosas básicas como lo del ascensor. A las 20:00 horas hay un contenedor en la calle para depositar la basura, no siempre estuvo.

La magnifica ubicación muy proxima a la Plaza Mayor. La habitación como tal era comoda y amplia.

El portón que daba a la calle estaba dañado y no se podia cerrar (solo se podia arrimar). Esto, naturalmente, puede dar origen a serios problemas de seguridad; como el hecho de que un dia que debía salir temprano me encontrase a una persona de la calle durmiendo en plenas escaleras del edificio. El ascensor funcionó unicamente los dos primeros dias y luego se daño el resto de la semana. Las escaleras sumamente angostas tampoco ayudaban a subir y bajar el equipaje al no haber ascensor.

Ascenseur non fonctionnel : L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour, alors que notre appartement se trouvait au 4ᵉ étage. Cela a rendu l’accès à l’appartement particulièrement difficile, notamment avec les bagages. Sécurité de la résidence : La porte d’entrée de la résidence était souvent laissée ouverte. Le lendemain de notre arrivée, j’ai été surpris par la présence d’un homme dormant dans les escaliers, ce qui m’a fait peur et m’a donné un sentiment d’insécurité. Travaux à proximité : Des travaux étaient en cours devant la résidence, ce qui occasionnait des nuisances et rendait l’accès moins agréable. Lavabo de la cuisine : Le lavabo de la cuisine est très petit. L’eau éclabousse rapidement le sol, ce qui nécessite un nettoyage fréquent.

Del alojamiento, absolutamente nada

Vayamos por orden: - Desde el día del checkin (domingo a mediodía) hasta la mañana del checkout (jueves), no funcionó el único ascensor del edificio en ningún, y lo reitero para que quede muy claro. No ha sido algo puntual. El propio personal de limpieza nos dijo que eso era lo habitual, añadiendo que en realidad "ocurría siempre". Subir y bajar 3 plantas varias veces al día, con maletas incluidas, se ha convertido en un ejercicio inaceptable, diría que incluso denunciable. Hemos metido los movimientos solo de escaleras y en estos 4 días realizamos 16 kilómetros de uso. - El pasado martes en horario de tarde, bajando por obligación la citada escalera, nos encontramos en medio de ella, a un indigente, totalmente orinado y cubriendo su rostro con una camiseta, durmiendo en los escalones que separan la planta 1 y 2. -El piso aún estando ordenado, tenía hormigas en baño, cocina y habitación. - Las escaleras huelen constantemente a lejía y orina, una mezcla impropia de un alojamiento, y mucho menos de este precio. - Parece normal que se cuelan indigentes, drogadictos y borrachos en un edificio que también tiene estropeada la cerradura, dejando fuera de servicio el código de acceso y siempre tiene la puerta abierta, las 24 horas. - Para colmo, nadie nos informó previamente d que hay obras importantes y muy ruidosas en la misma puerta del alojamiento, algo que sin duda deja a las claras lo que importa el cliente a esta empresa que dejo claro, no solo no recomendaré, sino que haré lo posible por divulgar en los medios de comunicación en los que trabajo, que mejor escoger un cartón y una buena esquina.

The washing machine didn’t work when I first arrived, was in contact for 3 hours until 10pm at night to be told have to wait for someone to attend between 9 and 5pm the next day -24/7 assistance is via text only on WhatsApp, someone will not attend the property outside of 9-5PM. Again no communication the following day if someone had attended, I messaged at 12PM asking for an update which they said they fixed the washing machine but now there was no hot water and to move me to another room. When I came back to the room to gather my belongings I walked in and stood on a screw left on the floor from maintenance fixing the washing machine. There was also a screw left on the floor on the bathroom. I waited an hour for the other room to be prepared, while trying to organise some form of refund for the inconvenience and injuring myself from standing on the screw, I got 10% for the one night and 20% for the night before. Still awaiting to receive the refund. The invoice sent to me amounts did not reflect so also waiting for this to be corrected. Overall the communication from this business has been appalling, I have had to initiate contact with them for a resolution each time which is usually a debate trying to get through to the automated bot system. I sent an email of my concerns with the room to get an automated check in email, no acknowledgement of the issues with the property. Again I asked for this to be forwarded on to the manager, still waiting to receive any confirmation or acknowledgement it has been received. For your own safety, peace of mind and money go somewhere else than here, not worth the headache

el departamento me resulto muy chico , si bien era lo que habia alquilado pensé que las dimensiones eran mayores. si bien éramos dos personas es como que me falto espacio. todo muy junto.

La inseguridad, la puerta del edificio rota ,el del apartamento deberían de poner pestillo para más seguridad ,los de la calle se meten a dormir en la escalera.todo estas incidencias lo reporte directamente con el alojamiento con fotos incluidas.el baño sucio con pelos .El sofá de la habitación 201 ni se podía sentar .hablando con las trabajadoras ya informaron de todo eso .y siguen sin poner solucion

Recomiendo cerrar la puerta del edificio, una mañana nos encontramos un homeless adentro del edificio, en la escalera al lado del departamento .

A localização é ótima, mesmo ao lado da Plaza Mayor, e por conseguinte com acessos rápidos e a transportes. No interior, encontramos todas as comodidades, num ambiente acolhedor com uma decoração neutra. O detalhe das toalhas de banho, das cápsulas de café e saquetas de chá demonstra que nos queriam acolher bem, apesar de não existir qualquer contacto presencial. Encontrámos uma funcionária a quem efetuamos um pedido, e fomos acolhidos com muita simpatia e disponibilidade. Ponto positivo para a organização no check in, facultar códigos, check out, em que tudo correu na perfeição!

A falta de luz natural. Contudo, para o tempo que passámos no quarto, não teve qualquer impacto na nossa estadia.

Location and apartment

Front Street door was unable to be locked, which resulted in a homeless person sleeping in stairs well for 2 out of 4 nights. Lift not working, had to manually open lift door to let guests out of lift.

La experiencia con el apartamento en general fue buena, es pequeña y acogedora con cocinita y sobre todo por la ubicación, que es excelente, ya que se encuentra en el centro de Madrid (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via...etc).

Sin embargo, la seguridad del edificio deja bastante que desear y es un aspecto que deberían mejorar urgentemente. La puerta de entrada de la portería estaba rota, por lo que podía acceder cualquier persona a las escaleras del edificio. De las tres noches que estuvimos, en dos ocasiones encontramos a una persona durmiendo en las escaleras, lo que nos provocó un buen susto y una sensación de inseguridad. Además, las puertas del apartamento no tienen mirilla ni un cerrojo de seguridad adicional por dentro, algo que considero importante para sentirse tranquilo durante la estancia. También hay una pegatina en el cartel de afuera del edificio del apartamento que deberían de quitar. Por otro lado, durante las tres noches únicamente nos dejaron una bolsa de basura, algo insuficiente para una estancia de varios días, las lamparitas de las mesitas de noche no iban, el sillón estaba manchado y los cojines no encajaban bien, imposible sentarnos en el sillon Espero que tomen nota para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes. El departamento se encuentra en una ubicación excepcional, además estaba muy limpio y es cómodo. La cocina muy bien equipada ya que consta con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar. Lo recomiendo plenamente

Jack hammering right on doorstep of building, no early check in (even though form submitted early) for at least one of the three rooms we booked to get out of the heat, had to buy toilet paper as ran out.

La posizione è centralissima, praticamente a Puerta del Sol. Le maggiori zone di interesse come Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor, Mercado di San Miguel, Palacio Real sono a 5-10 min a piedi, infatti, non c'è stato bisogno di prendere la metro. L'appartamento ha veramente tutto, fono per i capelli, lavatrice, stendino, macchinetta per il caffè, ferro da stiro ecc. Inoltre, per qualsiasi problema o dubbio, i ragazzi che gestiscono da remoto l'appartamento rispondono nel giro di pochi minuti.

Casa comodissima al centro di Madrid, pulita e ottimamente attrezzata. Assolutamente consigliata.

Категорично не ми допадна начина на комуникация, защото като задаваш въпроси се изпращаха едни и същи отговори. Апартаментът е малък, в което няма нищо лошо, но не знам защо има толкова голяма маса, която отнема много от пространството. Диванът, на който аз спах изпбшо не беше удобед, защото е с пружини и бяха на “вълни”

Bright, clean, well appointed with small kitchen and even a washing machine. Location a short walk from Puerta del Sol is good, and it's tucked into a quieter side street so not much noise from the city. The bed was comfortable, the little balcony was a nice bonus. Highly recommended.

Nothing - great place to stay!

Central location and immaculately clean with everything we needed. Air con was fab after a hot day sight seeing in the city.

The external door to the apartments was not secure and so on one morning we had to step over a homeless man who was asleep on the internal stairs inside of the apartment block and would not move. We did let them know but the door was not fixed prior to us leaving due to it being a weekend stay… The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable with large gaps in so the mattress fell through and my husband and son did not have a great sleep.

Σε φανταστική τοποθεσία ακριβώς στο κέντρο όλα τα αξιοθέατα είναι με τα πόδια 3-5 λεπτά , πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές , καλή τιμή για το συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα . Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους . Δεν νομίζω με αυτό τα λεφτά να βρείτε καλύτερο .

Τίποτα δεν υπήρχε που να είχα θέμα , αν θα έπρεπε κάτι να πω θα ήταν μόνο για το ασανσέρ που κάπου έβρισκε και απλά φοβόντουσαν τα παιδιά μου και απ έξω από την πόρτα βάλτε μια μικρή πινακιδουλα για την πρώτη φορά που έρχετε ο επισκέπτης να βλέπει ότι είναι εκεί μέσα τα διαμερίσματα .

I liked WhatsApp Hotline which was very helpful to get sorted out queries in fast mode, thank you for it. I stayed in Spain for 8 nights and it is only apartment where all household items for food/beevrage was for 4 people and kettle provided, The washing powder for clothes and garbage bags - well-done.

if daily garbage will be collected say from the corridor by the established time. then for dring washed clothes - hanging device- where to place it - small room to set it

Perfect location 3 minutes from Sol Square. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. The communication with the tram was excellent and with the app it's really easy to get your door codes, the wifi was pretty good.

The lift didnt work for the first two days, which is a struggle when you have heavy luggage. Locating the front door took some time, which isnt ideal in a busy city.

We had a great stay, the apt is lovely and the bed is super comfortable. It's right in the centre of Madrid, just off Plaza del Sol.

Está súper cerca de todo y es muy bonito, camas cómodas y baño también.

La máquina expendedora muchas veces no servía y se tragaba las monedas. El aire acondicionado de nuestras habitación nunca sirvió, lo reportamos con servicio al cliente por whatsapp y nadie nos resolvió nada. Al igual que con la mini nevera, el freezer no servía y se derritieron unos helados que compramos. (Era pleno verano en ola de calor y no teníamos ni aire acondicionado ni nevera)

Perfect location. Close to Sol station and walking distance to everything in central Madrid. The flat had everything we could possibly need.

Modern, clean, comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and a good bathroom and shower. V quiet with no street or neighbouring rooms noise. Will recommend to friends and family. Great communication too.

The only downside was the lift wasn’t working for the first 2 days but that was temporary and the engineers did come every day

I can say everything was perfect. Communication with staff was easy and helpful. Check-in as well as check-out were clear and easy as digital experience. Location is really excellent, close to all attractions by foot. Our particular apartment (501) was also quiet and no noise was comming from the street.

The accommodation met all our expectations. Great attention had been given to the small details throughout the apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect and within easy walking distance of most of the city's main attractions.

Air conditioning during a heat wave was amazing. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Madrid, close to Sol, a short walk to Plaza Mayor, grocery stores around the corner. Just a great place to stay.

Overall, it was good. Location is very convenient and apartment is well equipped and quite clean.

It was very noisy due to the construction work directly beneath the windows. Even at night, there was significant noise from loud music and people outside. There were also many homeless individuals gathered near the entrance to the building, which made the overall experience uncomfortable.

La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene un pequeño balcón y es luminoso. Bien equipado.

Que a mitad de nuestra estancia nos comunicaron qué iban a entrar a hacer un mantenimiento de wifi, y aunque no estuviéramos podían entrar igual con su personal, haciéndose responsables. Creo que esas cosas deben hacerlas cuando los departamentos están desocupados. El lavarropas funciona, pero no nos dejaron pastillas ni jabón para usarlo y no centrifuga bien (no lavar el.ultimo dia!)

Konumu çok iyi, hem Puerta del Sol hem Plaza Mayor gibi önemli merkezlere dakikalar uzaklıkta. Bulması da kolaydı. Tüm ekipmanlar yeni ve temizdi. Tüm temel ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Giriş kodu da sorunsuz çalıştı.

Yatak beklediğimizden küçüktü. Asansör biraz sarsılarak çalışıyordu. Check-out saatinin 11.00 olması bence biraz erkendi.

Habia obras en toda la calle y nadie nos ha informado de ello. No hemos podido ni salir a la terraza ni abrir ventanas por el ruido y polvo

The location was perfect, near all facilities and the main attractions. We stayed only for two nights and we didn't use the kitchen at all, but it was well equipped.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and small for two people.

The location was great and the apartment very clean. Washing machine and other features all worked well.

The elevator kept jerking and bumping the sides of the lift shaft which felt unsafe.

Excelente localização, perto de tudo. O acesso às chaves foi bem simples e o apartamento é limpo e novo. As janelas são grossas, o que ajuda a abafar o barulho da rua. Tem máquina de lavar roupa, o que é ótimo se você vai passar bastante tempo viajando.

Foi tudo muito bom, mas, para quem tem problemas com barulho, havia um inquilino no apartamento de cima que andava batendo os calcanhares bem forte durante a madrugada. Então, não se esqueçam dos protetores auriculares. O apartamento em que ficamos não tinha muita luz natural também, mas se você vai ficar o dia fora, não faz muita diferença.

Recomendado, Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo, limpio, electrodomésticos en buen estado.

Fantastic location, elevator with our luggage was a big bonus. Great shower and air conditioning. Modern furnishings, great to have a coffee machine and storage for clothes etc.

Not a criticism- but you have to hunt for an electric socket to plug anything in in the kitchen area - we put the coffee machine on the wee table and it worked for us.

It was a relatively large size compared to most places I stayed. Especially the shower.

Tiene muy buena ubicación y es fácil de acceder con las claves. Con aspecto de ser todo nuevo, estaba todo muy bien cuidado, limpio y con una decoración muy bonita. Personalmente me gustó que el baño fuera espacioso. Eramos 4 y usamos el sofá cama, muy cómodo, lo de compartir un baño pasando por todo el piso era organizarse y tener confianza. Contenta con el alojamiento.

Lo único que eche en falta fue un sitio donde escurrir los platos mojados y un trapo para limpiar la encimera o la mesa.

L’emplacement était parfait. On a tout pu faire à pied ou presque, sinon le métro à Sol était à 4 minutes. L’appartement 501 était grand, lumineux et bien décoré. La salle de bains a été rénovée récemment, on ne s’attendait pas à si grand dans la vieille ville.
