La localización es extraordinaria.

El no tener ascensor y tener que subir al 4° piso con maletas.

It was really hard to get into the building, we would not have found the property only for the taxi driver. The road out front was all torn up and had heavy machines working. The unit was not what was advertised. The kitchen was upstairs and the sleeping, bathroom down 16 stairs. Very disappointing. Plus no complementary Tea or Coffee plus no shops close to buy any.

El emplazamiento muy céntrico, cerca del tren. El salón-comedor-cocina era amplio.

El sofá cama estaba roto, las dos noches fueron muy incomodas. El lavaplatos también estaba roto y no había estropajo para lavar los platos a mano. El cuarto de baño tenía suelo radiante con un calor excesivo que no podía ser regulado. En la cocina no había cucharillas. Pocos detalles en general.

La posizione era strategica

Pochissime stoviglie, a fatica siamo riusciti a cucinare, la lavastoviglie all' inizio non funzionava (poi è stata riparata) ma non avevamo la spugna per lavarle e nemmeno uno strofinaccio così abbiamo dovuto usare uno degli asciugamani. Il divano letto non rimaneva fissato e quindi dovevamo stare attenti che non si aprisse per non cadere. Inoltre era acceso in riscaldamento in bagno e non potevamo abbassarlo. Quindi l'appartamento era caldissimo... Troppo.

Il bagno che fa da corridoio tra due camere. Totale assenza di importanti elementi in cucina: tostapane, strofinaccio per le stoviglie, neppure sale, pepe e zucchero. Mancanza di ascensore e scale ripide Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli nei pressi dell'appartamento dal momento che ti disattivano il codice e il deposito più vicino lo proponevano a 2,5km.

Good location near tram/bus and taxi stop and many restaurants and bars nearby, in what appears to be an up market side of the city. Clean and spacious. Very quiet location.

The bathroom set up was a bit strange as it's set between kitchen/diner/lounge room and a bedroom. The temperature in the bathroom was excessively hot as there appears to be underfloor heating and there was nowhere obvious to control it. Great if it's winter, but not in a hot summer!

La posizione è abbastanza centrale, in linea di massima era più i meno pulito tranne il forno che oltre ad essere sporchissimo aveva ancora dentro la carta da forno usata e sporca utilizzata chissà quando

Le immagini sul sito non corrispondono al vero almeno per l’appartamento 210. Il bagno di passaggio fra la zona giorno e la camera ha il pavimento rialzato costantemente riscaldato anche in estate con fuori 25 gradi. Follia! Abbiamo chiesto in più modi di dirci come spegnere il riscaldamento, o di essere ricontatti ma nessuno ci ha mai risposto. La cucina è rotta e il frigo, inutilmente enorme, ammaccato e così vecchio da fare un rumore assordante soprattutto dovendo dormire in sala su uno scomodissimo divano. Prenotate altrove!

Great location close to center, apartment was big

There is no AC in the apartment so it was very hot inside, also the outside work made us wake up every day before 6am. It could be also a bit cleaner and better equipped

Having the toilet and bathroom between two rooms wasn't ideal. It was as if the corridor had been converted into a bathroom and toilet.

Great location and corner bakery.

The Road working by the window that woke us up with noise 7 in the morning. Smell of garbage on the ground floor in hot days.

Sovesofaen var litt hard og ligge på, det samme var hodeputene som med fordel kan skiftes ut. Skulle vært flere søppelposer tilgjengelig for bruk

La ubicación es perfecta.

La distribución del piso, tener el baño en el medio de las habitaciones y el salón En la habitación falta alguna mesita de noche y perchero.

Søppeldunkene i 1.etasjen må vaskes hyppigere. Luktet ikke i hele etasjen og opp trappeoppgangen.

Posizione centrale a pochi minuti a piedi da tutte le principali attrazioni.

I lavori stradali incluse le gru e camion sotto le finestre. Non sono stati particolarmente rumorosi ma sarebbe forse stato carino essere avvertiti.

Posizione, stanza, bagno e staff eccellenti

Noi eravamo al terzo piano e non c'era l'ascensore (non comodo con una bambina). Una piccolezza: purtroppo mancava il bagnoschiuma.

The location was very good

BEWARE: The Photos do not represent all the appartments. We expected a light airy room with big windows (as per photos) and were put in a roof appartment witout a view. We were offered another appartment, but it was no better (small windows to the back) The starwells were dirty and need paint. There was major construction (in July/August 2026) and we were not warned No discount was offered after complaints

Well located

There is a confusion as photos advertised are of the apartment and after you get there it’s a Studio. So basically I paid for something I didn’t get as a usual nobody is responsible either booking or the apartment company.

Location was great. Clean towels and beading.

The dishwasher is not secured properly and is falling out and also the toilet is not secured properly. In all of the rooms there are boogers on the walls. Also in the bathroom you can spot the mold by the sink. In shower the tile is broken and water is not flowing away properly. The bathroom is located between both rooms so you need to walk though it which might be an inconvenient. Since you need to sleep on the pullout couch, it was almost broken and was not pleasant to sleep on. The dining table is on its lats lifeline. In the apartment there was a noticeable lack of airflow and it was hard to keep windows open since they are broken.

Good location, short distance to Nationaltheateret trains.

The room was a bit hot, and because we have a child we could not leave the windows open while we were there so there was no way to cool down the temperature in the room for us.

À l’extérieur des travaux dans la rue, qui nous ont réveillé le matin. Pas d’ascenseur … 4eme étage

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική και γενικά το διαμέρισμα πολύ άνετο ως χώρος.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σοφίτα όπου ένιωθες πολλή ζέστη με κλειστά παραθυρα, ενώ υπήρχε διαθέσιμος μόνο ένας μικρός ανεμιστήρας. Όταν επικοινώνησα με μήνυμα με τον διαχειριστή ενημερώθηκα πως υπάρχει ένα σύστημα εξαερισμού για το οποίο δεν υπήρχαν οδηγίες στο κατάλυμα από πριν για να γνωρίζω με την άφιξη μας για ενεργοποίηση του.

The apartment itself was clean and had a good kitchen and bathroom. We only looked at it briefly.

We couldn’t access the property because of construction, and there was no place to unload our suitcases or park our vehicle. We walked through the construction to the building and discovered the hallway and stairwell inside were absolutely filthy! Furthermore, the sofa bed that was supposed to sleep 2 people was only big enough for one. This place was so bad that we did not stay and moved to a hotel instead.

The location is perfect, near to tourist spots

It is noisy during our stay, the road is under renovation.

L appartamento è per 2/3 persone non per 4 . A testimonianza di questo il numero di stoviglie presenti e attrezzature per cucinare . Divano letto in soggiorno per una persona non per due . Mancanza oscuranti nei lucernari sopra il divano letto . Cuscini e piumoni dentro il divano letto sporchi macchiati . Scarico lavandino non funzionante Doccia con porta che non chiude con allagamento seguente . Mancanza spazi di appoggio . Wi fi assente . Bagno che si trova in posizione non funzionale di passaggio tra due camere da letto . Stanza situata ala camera 420 quindi sottotetto con temperatura elevata e con mancanza di aria condizionata o di un ventilatore funzionante . Terzo piano senza ascensore Con scale strette e con presenza di bidoni all interno della rampa con odori forti nelle scale .

Ren og pæn lejlighed med god belysning. Rigtig gode senge. Lå godt ift. offentligt transport og indkøb

Varmt - men det var pga. hedebølge. Der var en stor ventilator/elvifte i lejligheden som vi havde glæde af.

Good location, room is big and clean.

Disappointing stay. We paid for 4 people for a room but got a sofa bed with an extension that wouldn't stay connected. The host didn’t mention the heavy construction outside for a new tram rail. Workers start loud noise early in the morning, and trash trucks wake you up before 7:00 AM and bring in trash smells (except weekends). Since it’s summer, we had to choose between sleeping in a suffocatingly hot room or dealing with intense street noise. Windows are not possible to stay open if there is a wind blowing because the facility/ hook is broken.

La casa era grande

Mobili vecchi e in parte anche rotti (il divano era bucato). Non c’era il bagnoschiuma per la doccia. Struttura che lascia a desiderare…

Ubicación inmejorable, cerca al transporte público. Metro , palacio real y centro.cama cómoda. Nos toco una habitación en el último piso sin ascensor y sin Aire acondicionado y amablemente nos la cambiaron.

Tiene muy poca luz, si bien es cierto en el día la luz natural es bastante en la noche falta luz.

C'è una scala molto ripida che porta a una cantina riadattata come camera da letto. Manca il minimo per gestire cucina e bagno, mancano i portasciugamani, una mensola in doccia, un panno da cucina, la tv non ha canali programmati, un radiatore non funziona, i letti sono scomodi, uno ha una leggera pendenza laterale. C'è una sola bottiglia di sapone liquido sui due piani. Insomma, manca l'occhio del padrone, ci vuole poco a rendere l'appartamento accogliente, così sembra un frigorifero vuoto.

Unica pecca è il bagno, che fa anche corridoio tra le camere,va bene l’appartamento per 2 persone che si può gestire il bagno come si deve ;noi eravamo in 4 (2 per camera)e dovevamo annunciare chi usa il bagno…consiglio l’appartamento per 2 persone

Huippu sijainti rauhallisella kadulla, kuitenkin vain muutaman minuutin päässä ratikka/bussipysäkiltä, ravintoloista ja ruokakaupoista. Siisti huoneisto.

Ovikoodi alkoi toimia vasta n. klo 16.10. Vuodesohvan mekanismi oli rikki. Paistinpannu oli naarmuuntunut käyttökelvottomaksi. Aterimia ei ollut kaikille. Asunnon pohjakuva olisi ollut hyödyllinen varatessa: makuuhuoneeseen piti kulkea kylpyhuoneen läpi, mikä oli vähän epämukavaa.

Stayed for 3 nights 4 days The apartment was super close to the Nationaltheatret station, not far to walk into the city. The key code came an hour or so before checking and worked really well so I didn't have to remember to bring a key card or key The apartment itself was perfect for her trip, the kitchen has everything and even washing machine in the bathroom, the shower worked and there was wardrobe with hangers. The TV had Netflix/ Prime etc and that was fine The bins are on the way out and I didn't have a problem dropping bags off after I left I would definitely stay again and could easily stay there for a longer trip

Schön zentral. Die Möglichkeiten zu viert aber in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern zu schlafen. Die Fußbodenheizung war toll im Bad.

Die Duschtür ist nicht dafür gedacht geöffnet zu werden. Das Schlafsofa ist viel zu schmal für zwei Personen und war nicht bezogen. Die Küchenutensilien wirkten nicht ganz sauber. Keine Verriegelung der Wohnungstür von innen möglich.

We booked an apartment with 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds but only got one sofa bed. Did not get any satisfaction or help for this issue from host

Läget nära kommunikationer och matbutiker. Tyst. Möjligheten att förvara mat i kylskåp och laga egen mat. Bra badrum. Huset saknade hiss men vår lägenhet låg bara några trappsteg upp.

Lång trappa ner till sovrummet i källarplan som inte var så hemtrevligt. Sängarna lite smala men ok.

Buena ubicación,

Pregunté si era tranquilo y no me comentaron que estaba toda la calle levantada con obras, que empezaban pronto a hacer ruido, Además llegar y salir con las maletas fue una aventura. La limpieza era deficiente, la cocina no tenía equipamiento ninguno, ni un paño de cocina , Faltaban sábanas y fundas de almohada para el sofá , las pedí y me dijeron que me arreglara con lo que había, Tuve que usar fundas de edredón y enrollarlas en la almohada. No había indicación alguna ni tan siquiera un cartel con la clave del WiFI, Pregunté si había escaleras y me dijeron que no pero sí que había y además incómodas, Las ventanas estaban sucias, y las cortinas no las tapaban del todo por lo que la luz nos despertaba a las 4 de la mañana . Francamente decepcionante, el apartamento tiene potencial si se cuida un poco

Nothing

They gave you a pass code to enter the building and the room. The pass code didn't worked on entering the room. We called them and they said "There is nothing we can do, we don't have any technician on the field". So they moved us another facility which is not walking distance (and far) from city center. Their solution is really poor and i do not reccommend this facility and any other facility related with "Forenom" chains.

Blind did not work / high temperature under the roof / no elevator

top location, very nice and beautiful neighborhood, was big and spacious enough to accommodate a family of 4

no elevator so it was a surprise to us with a suitcase, cleanliness was not the best, immediately realized some crumbs on the bathroom floor and some of the surfaces we touched in the kitchen were dirty, especially the drawer handles, which had most likely been handled with greasy or food-stained hands, and this grease had hardened and remained on them which wasn't nice to realize, sofa bed was uncomfortable and the single beds in the other room were small for us as tall people, bathroom missed some essential amenities like a shampoo holder in the shower cabin and a mop to dry the floors after a shower as the shower cabin is pretty small and bathroom can get wet

Great location near the street car/bus lines. Very nice space. Very clean. WIFI login and password on back of router. Did not see anything written amywhere else. Thankfully our teenage daughter was with and figured it out. There is construction in from of building hower no work was being done while there.

L'immeuble est agréable et plutôt bien isolé. Le chauffage au sol dans la salle de bain est un atout non négligeable.

Les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas au logement obtenu. Le logement était plus petit que prévu. Le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas....
