Viroth's Villa

The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and attentive to detail. They helped organise an amazing tour of Angkor Wat. I loved the hotel design and food at the restaurant and bar was delicious. Location was very good.

Nothing

The place was cozy, surrounded by lovely greenery and felt like a home away from home. Room was spacious, pool was great and location was close to many spots. The staff was great and helped us organise all the tours over the 3 days. Best thing was being greeted with ice cold towels every time we returned back to hotel after the heat.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible, completely defined by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From the moment we arrived, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. Throughout our stay, the staff anticipated our needs before we even asked. They were consistently polite, professional, and genuinely warm.A special thanks to the team for making our trip so memorable. It is rare to find this level of consistent excellence in customer service. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a flawless experience!

The staff service and friendliness were EXCEPTIONAL

Wifey wasn’t impressed with the hemmed-in small “pool” which only had sun till early afternoon but otherwise the place was perfect

I dont know from where to start :) Siem Reap was such a magical place to me and my stay at Viroth's made the experience more unforgettable :) Responsive and attentive staff, clean room, peaceful facility and nice breakfast. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable at their place. Even though I arrived late after 8 pm, they arranged my trip to Angkor Wat for the next morning, prepared a breakfast to take with me to the site and even provided mosquito repellent :) I caught the sunrise at Angkor Wat that morning. The TukTuk driver they arranged helped me to visit every single site in the area for three days. They prepared a takeaway coffee and pastry for me every morning. I was exhausted and spent a full day in my room to rest after three-days of non-stop site discovering. The room and ambience of the hotel served for this very well, and I'd already pull up my all energy by the evening :) I saw, many people complained about the alacart menu for the breakfast; but I found it well, especially for food safety. Siem Reap, especially in March and April, is very very hot and humid. You wouldn't want a buffet stain in the heat. Also, an open buffet would kill the ambience as well. The eating area is next to the pool and very cozy. No one needs that cold resort kind of atmosphere. In addition, I found their approach more environmental friendly, not wasteful and more sustainable. Whatever you order is served fresh. I recommend the dinner as well :) Many many thanks to Viroth's staff for making me feel safe comfortable during my stay. Warm greetings from Turkey :)

All the staff were incredibly caring, and we truly felt looked after throughout our time there. During our stay, an unexpected family emergency came up, so we had to leave the property earlier than planned. Actually, we are in transit. Our situation was handled in a fast, caring professional manner. Special thanks to the reception team—you are the stars! We hope to visit again soon.

Nothing.

We stay in Viroth’s Hotel, as V. villa was close to a construction by the dates. It is very nice, modern, comfortable hotel. Swimming pool amazing and great drinks and food. The staff the best! They provide a great service. Every time you arrived or left the hotel, they provide fresh towels to refresh your hands, also with mosquito spray. As our tour was an early pick up, they organize a breakfast box, with delicious food. Great location

Everything! This hotel is without doubt one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. And not sure I will ever find another hotel as stunningly beautiful. The location is excellent The staff are exceptional. I would like to thank every single staff member from the person on the door who gave you wet towels when you come back and mosquito spray when you leave the hotel in the evening. To the concierge who remembered all of our names (we are a party of six) To the bar staff who served us amazing drinks and a beautiful breakfast To the staff who clean the room which was immaculate and tidied our clothes. To the gardeners who kept the pool area clean and plants beautifully well kept. A truly magical experience

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel would recommend staying

The staff are wonderful

The bed

We stayed for 6 days to explore the Angkor Archaeological Park and Viroth's Villa was a great choice for several reasons: - Quiet location that is also very close to all amenities - markets, 7eleven, pharmacy, gym, cafes, restaurants, all within few minutes of walking - Very attentive staff, making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible - Tastefully decorated in collaboration with nearby art gallery - Air conditioned, comfy beds - Lovely reception area / pool to chill out and have snack / drinks, if you didn't feel like exploring the city

The staff were amazing from the door person to reception to the restaurant/bar. We were treated so well for 3 days! The location was perfect- 5 min walk to main area but yet quiet and away from the noise of the main streets. Breakfast was very good and the cocktails were excellent! This hotel has great ambiance!

Everything , especially the fantastic staff.

We loved this hotel! It’s modern, clean and in a great location - close to everything but still quiet. The breakfast each morning was good (skip the evening menu, there’s plenty of amazing restaurants around for better value) and the pool was lovely. Since there are so few rooms in the hotel the pool was never too busy. We also made use of the Spa and each got a wonderful massage. The room was bright and spacious - we were upgraded on arrival which was greatly appreciated, leaving us with a great view of the pool. We used their airport collection service where the driver was waiting with water and cold towels. All of the staff were fantastic, every single person we interacted with was so pleasant and we were greeted each time we returned with the offer of a cold towel.

While there was nothing we disliked a better TV system would have been appreciated in the room. The TV was quite small and only had a small selection of channels ( no smart tv)

Viroth’s Villas is all about style. Without a doubt, our most enjoyable stay in all of Cambodia. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and effortlessly stylish. The pool area is pure class, while the dining and lounge spaces showcase a timeless mid-century aesthetic that gives the whole property a unique charm. Food and drinks were excellent throughout our stay. We especially loved enjoying cocktails by the pool and in the lounge. A standout touch was the breakfast hamper prepared for our 5am Angkor Wat visit, thoughtful and perfectly executed. While the architecture and design are stunning, the true highlight is the people. The staff are simply exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Returning from any outing to a refreshing cold towel and friendly conversation made every day feel special. We absolutely loved our stay at Viroth’s Villas and can’t wait to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Nothing

Dream place to stay with fabulous staff.

We loved everything

Excellent stay at Viroth, really outstanding staff. Felt like home and treated with respect and consideration. Thank you for making my visit to Cambodia remarkable.

Everything was perfect

Small, friendly, groovy, comfortable, clean, well located, well appointed, staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble

Could do with some more drinking water in the room

Très joli établissement, dans le centre. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné.

Alles super !

Spotlessly clean, everything worked, fast wifi with strong signal, great attention to detail. Location could not have been better. Superb management team, well-trained staff most of whom spoke very clear English, everyone very FRIENDLY and also helpful. Very good bed with fresh linens, bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides, excellent shower with hot water, enclosed wc/toilet with door. Good lighting and AC unit with remote control located above door so it did not blow directly on the bed. Situated on a relatively quiet side street only half a block from the river, central, desirable location for foreigners in Siem Reap. Peaceful ambience, wonderful clean swimming pool was large enough to swim short laps, fabulous breakfast with lots of choices, including eggs, bacon, sausage if you wished cooked to order each day, fresh fruit, toast with real butter, croissants, fried noodles or noodle soup, etc. Comfortable lounge area, good bartenders with nice happy hour wtih buy one get a second one for free each evening. International cable TV available including CNN, BBC Asia, CNBC, DW in English. Front desk very helpful in arranging transportation and hiring tour guide with printed out information on prices for various tours and transportation services.

A few members of the staff were occasionally difficult to understand due to challenges with pronunciation.

Everything especialy the crew was great. Room was huge and very comfortable.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Breakfast was an à la carte buffet, meaning we could order as many dishes as we liked — and our son happily sampled them all, several times in one meal! The packed breakfast prepared for our sunrise tour of Angkor Wat was exceptional and exceeded our expectations in every way. Viroth’s Villa felt more intimate than the main hotel, tucked away on a quiet street yet just minutes from everything. The staff were wonderfully warm, attentive, and genuinely delightful.

The only — and I really do mean only — minor drawback was the cost of the airport transfer arranged through the hotel. We paid $75 for the trip from SAI to the hotel, whereas the return trip to SAI, booked via Booking.com’s taxi service, cost just $28. That said, our stay was so wonderful overall that I mention this purely for the hotel’s consideration — we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

The staff. We felt so special and welcome every time we left or returned to the Villa.

We liked it but Breakfast could have been a little more interesting.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we were picked up to the moment we left, we have enjoyed excellent service, an amazing hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a balcony and pool views. Breakfast is à la carte and if you go to Angkor early a breakfast box provided. We could not have wished for anything more.

Nothing

Great central location, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms although nowhere to put suitcases off the floor. Would however stay again.

Super friendly and attentive staff. They greet you with ice cold towels and when you exit they offer to spray you with organic mosquito repellent. All staff were so smiley. Great team 😊

Love the staff at Viroths villas. They are so friendly and super attentive. The location is fab. Easy walking distance to the market, pub street and other sights A la carte breakfast is a great idea, no waste and food cooked fresh do etc you! Loved the happy hour cocktails! Cold towels and mozzie spray every time you enter or leave! The rooms are very comfortable.

Nothing….. maybe slightly warmer pool but I guess that depends on the time of year!

Friendly staff Good, clean, comfortable room East walking to the river and Pub Street Good location for exploring Angkor Wat

Nothing

We had the most memorable stay at Viroth's Villa - a small boutique Villa with beautiful gardens. Everything was amazing - staff, breakfast, rooms, pool. Location was perfect quiet but only a short walk to city centre and river. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again team for your amazing service! Cocktails were delish and we tried a few !

the space design is super, feels like an heaven of peace after long day exploring the temples

The location, facilities, staff, serive, room we cannot fault. We 100% HIGHLY recommend and would absoulutely stay again. The staff are super attentive, excellent location, very safe and quiet. We are so grateful to all the team at Viroths Villa and hope to see you again. 🥰

Nothing all was perfect

The location - easy walk to town!! The mid century design - it’s just such a gorgeous place!

Loved it all!

The staff were amazing - kind, friendly and so accomodating. The hotel is architecturally beautiful and the furnishings and decorating is contemporary.

Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful hotel, tastefully decorated and immaculate with the friendliest of staff, could not ask for a better experience. The location is perfect, in a quiet street across the river from the bustling pub street quarter. During our stay we visited another booking.com listing with a comparable price and the difference was enormous - very grateful we made the right choice.

Loved this hotel! Extremely kind staff, perfect location, lovely mid-century modern decoration, very good breakfast. Highly recommended!

Exceptional hotel with attentive service. Very stylish hotel with lovely pool. We loved our stay and will come back.

Location was perfect, breakfast always top-notch, room and shower were all clean. Staff were very kind

Vaya.

Grandios Design Energie feeling staff Special top class

Breakfast very simple

Everything was exceptional, from the seamless welcoming arrival, to the relaxing comfortable stay and support planning activities to make our trip memorable. All of the staff were fantastic and I would highly recommend staying at Viroth’s Villa.

Nothing

The lobby area and pool was beautiful, our room was upgraded for free which was nice, it had a lovely vibe and was open yet cosy. The breakfast that was included was perfect, the staff could not do enough for you.

The staff was incredible! Very accommodating, always available, and just really went out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable here They did manage to arrange for my wife to use the swimming pool and the fitness center at their sister hotel.

One evening, I let the staff know there was no toilet paper in the public bathroom – and the next morning there still wasn’t any. Viroths hotel, the sister facility, has the fitness center, and probably a nicer pool

Everything was perfect- service was over the top, good breakfast a la carte, perfect location with multiple options for restaurants and cafe around and amazing decoration

Clean and spacious, nice bar / restaurant are by the pool, lovely pool, every member of staff super friendly helpful and professional with good recommendations. I really enjoyed my stay. The food was also excellent - better than a 5 star rated nearby restaurant that I went to.

All good

The staff were very friendly, I loved the a la carte breakfast, cooked to order, plenty of choice, staff prayed mosquito spray on us before leaving for a walk. It’s a salt water pool, we didn’t use it. Close to shops. 9 min drive to Angkor Wat

The place is located pretty central. Surrounded by greenery and has a mini pool. We were picked up from the bus station in a vintage car - a good gesture which was highly appreciated.

One issue we had was with the insects inside the room. On one of the days, we were surprised to see the bed occupied by a giant lizard. The hotel staff helped to remove the lizard, but were annoyed when we asked them to change the sheets.

We stayed for the second time in this well curated hotel within two years. What a fantastic boutique hotel. Everything is done with a spirit of perfection. Wonderful design with many small details very well done. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. We feel at home. We are definitely coming back.🙏💫🫶

From the moment you walked in the door you knew that this was going to be a great stay. We were welcomed with Drinks and a Cold Towel. All of the staff were wonderful and so helpful with cold towels every time we came back from a hot walk down to spraying us for mosquitoes when going out at night. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was also great. The pool was awesome as well and the hotel had a great ambiance with all of the plants and art objects (art deco) everywhere. Our bedroom looked out on to the pool was big as well as the large deck with both chairs and a lounger on it. The hotel was in a great part of Siem Reap close to the river and also some really good restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend the hotel if staying in Siem Reap and we will be back again next year.

Nothing.

Great location, staff were amazing and so accommodating!

Building work going on next to the property and it was very loud at times. The staff were very supportive and tried to accommodate where possible.

Super friendly staff, great facilities. Stylish and comfortable

We loved our stay at Viroth’s Villa. Clean, comfortable, stylish rooms. Lovely pool and dining area for breakfast. Great location in the heart of Siem Reap. To top all of this off all the staff were absolutely lovely! Very welcoming and friendly, they really made us feel at home. Thank you team.
