The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and I like it that they have place to eat on the top of the hotel .

There is nothing that I don’t like about this place. I would like to have more Khmer foods.

The staff was very attentive and professional specially the ones at the front desk. Gym is technogym and very well equipped. Breakfast was very good with khmer noodles made at the moment and egg specialties. Location right in the center.

The location of Koulen hotel is in the central, walkable to pub street and many night markets, restaurants and others. The room (quadraple) is very big with 2 king size beds, comfortable pillows and duvet. The hotel and room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if I am going to Siem Reap

The room is big with a very small TV, it would be nice if it is bigger. The housekeepers would remove all the towels without replacing them. I have to call reception to ask for towels everyday.

Hotel situato in posizione centrale, vicino al centro e a pub street. Camera comoda e spaziosa, nel complesso pulita; wifi funzionante. Ottima colazione a buffet con ampia scelta dal dolce al salato. Zona piscina confortevole e pulita. Staff cortese.

Poca attenzione nel ricambio asciugamani richiesto più volte nell'arco della giornata e ricambio prodotti bagno (come carta igienica).

Central location - with exceptional staff. Rooftop bar was delightful and very reasonably priced. Do a tour with Pheara - he is such a lovely person with lots of knowledge of the history. We will be back and will insist on Pheara for more tours.

We stayed here for 4 nights great location close to markets, restaurants and laundry facilities. Rooms very large and clean, breakfast was great as well as the pool area including the bar area. Staff are fantastic. Had one of the best aromatherapy massages in hotel spa I have ever had thank you Vanny 😁

Güzel ve büyük bir oteldi , şehrin tam merkezinde , Pub Street denilen yere 6-7 dk yürüme mesafesinde ki bu iyi bişey o bölgenin keşmekeşinden uzak , otel nispeten yeni sayılır , kahvaltı çok da biz Türklere uymasa da Asya halkı için çok zengin. Biz sadece omlet meyve ve sebze yedik. Oda satın alırken Delüxe alın arada 100-200 tl oynar günlükte çünkü diğer ucuz olanların camı iç kısma bakıyor be balkonsuz , delüx ler balkonlu ve cadde manzaralı .

Koridorlarda Asya da genel olduğu gibi garip koku var bir de kahvaltı biz Türklere hitap eder şekilde çeşit değil.

Excelente!!! Increhible,está justo en el centro. El hotel está impecable, las instalaciones limpísimas, la cama cómoda con dos almohadas una mas blanda otra mas dura. Todos los trabajadores atentos , amables, serviciales,… excelente. Tanto Pheara, Sambo , Siev Ing, Saphourd, las que limpian habitaciones, los del bar de la piscina, las de los masajes, los que abren las puertas al entrar y salir, me voy muy agradecida y contenta de escojer éste hotel.El desayuno el mejor de todos mis viajes, Excelente, aún siendo 4 estrellas es superior a muchos de 5, excelente!

Booking.com charged my debit card $178.44 twice. They assured me that I would receive a refund for the first unsuccessful booking due to a system error, but I have yet to receive it.

3泊したのですが唯一、２日目にお湯が出なくて、作業員さんが見に来てくれたものの、この日は結局お湯が出なかった。共用のお風呂があったので、事は足りましたけど。

Tout d abord, la qualité de l' hôtel et de ses équipements. L hôtel est récent et très bien entretenu. Ensuite, la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité du service apporté aux voyageurs. On se sent choyé, il y a beaucoup d attentions de l équipe. C'est très agréable d être accueilli avec autant de professionnalisme. Enfin, le petit petit déjeuner est de très grande qualité. La piscine et la salle de sport sont très bien également.

I really liked the staff, extremely polite and supportive. I have to specifically mention the spa lady who is amazing. I also, met the manager and he was so sincere in taking any form of feedback. I will surely return to this hotel. If you are travelling alone or with family, this is the place to stay as it has an amazing location. From the hotel, everything is in walking distance, be it markets, coffee shops or restaurants. It’s super safe and they care.

Amazing rooms, rooftop pools and breakfast

Chambre très spacieuse. La piscine est magnifique avec de grands espaces pour se reposer ainsi qu'un coin bar très joli. Salle de sport et salle de massage sont superbes ! Le coin SPA est super grand et très bien fourni (douche, toilette, coin pour se changer etc) Personnel très gentil et très serviable.

We loved our stay here. Very high end hotel with large rooms and incredible amenities. The staff are all so friendly and helpful - always provided valuable information without ever trying to force/upsell tours or transport. They made phone calls/enquires for us and even provided a packed breakfast when we were doing a sunrise tour! The pool is amazing with great food and drinks. Definitely recommend anyone who visits Siem Reap to stay here!

Новый отель, открылся в 2025 году. Номера большие, кондиционер работает отлично, кровати удобные, подушки разные на выбор. Завтрак - шведская линия, станция с омлетами и местной едой. Есить из чего выбрать, места много. На крыше 5-го этажа бассейн, бар, ресторан. У бассейна можно полежать в тени на шезлонгах, из бара заказать напитки. Персонал невероятно радушный, учтивый.

The pool was huge for a roof top pool, and almost cool! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great, good size and good facilities

The hotel messaged to tell me they could give me a better deal than grab getting to/from the airport, but their rates were definitely more than grab (I thought it seemed high so I used grab and it was less). The tour I booked with them also I could have got cheaper elsewhere and was told the driver would speak some English to explain where we were, he didnt. Breakfast was order what you want, but you were also bought a plate of bread products which I didn't want, a buffet does allow for you to choose, or add the bread stuff to the order list rather than just presenting it. I ordered a takeout breakfast for going to Angkor wat for the sunrise, was assured it would be vegetarian, and it wasn't. Little things but that's why it's a 9 and not a 10

Cobran por todo, en otros hoteles el agua del frigobar es gratis, pero aquí te lo cobran a 2.50$ (la botella pequeña claro). El buffet desayuno debería tener más opciones.

Wspaniały serwis- bardzo dobra obsługa na recepcji i nie tylko- bardzo sympatycznie. Fantastyczne masaże w spa po zwiedzaniu- polecam Vanny i bardzo dziękuję! Pokoje czyste, wszystko jest tak jak na zdjęciu, cicho. Miło spędza się czas na dachu w restauracji popołudniu.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were alway there to help no matter what the problem were and cannot say more about their service. The room was very comfortable and plenty of room to move about. The location is perfect as in a quite street and about 5-6min walk to Pub Street and to the local Market. A visit to 5th floor is a must for Happy Hour for cocktails and for the views. About the staff and management is that we has a medical emercengy which required hospital attention and there staff and manager were exteremly helpful in this sitaution always asking how treatmnet was going and asking if we needed any extra assistance. I did the Ankor Wat Tuk Tuk tour ( with guide) and be prepared for a lot of walking and travelling between places. We will be coming back to the hotel later in the year to finish our Cambodian tour as this is a great hotel for what we needed and the managre and staff make this hotel great

The sheets and towels were washed with high scented detergent which is not what we wanted to put our face on - but to the Hotels credit with negotiation we had these changed to Non- Scented

I recently stayed at Koulen Central Hotel in Cambodia and overall had a comfortable stay. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed had a lovely firm mattress which made sleeping very comfortable. The reception staff truly stood out they were absolutely amazing, always greeting me warmly every time I entered the lobby and making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. One big plus is the location. Right opposite the hotel is Amun Bar & Restaurant, which was excellent and ended up being my go-to place for meals during the rest of my stay.

Unfortunately, my experience with the staff upstairs by the pool was less positive. I often felt they were unwilling to provide service and there seemed to be a lack of common sense in the way I was approached. At times, I even felt questioned about whether I was actually a guest at the hotel, which was disappointing and unnecessary.

I think they were really busy but they cleaned our rooms and didn't replace the towels so we had no towels for 2 days. Big hotel with lots of guests so breakfast was hectic with children running around screaming like they were in a playground. Really nice place but too busy for us

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, à uma quadra da área central, lindo, amplo, perfumado na medida certa. O quarto é confortável e limpo. Café da manhã com opções asiáticas e ocidentais, com opções preparadas na hora, em ambiente espaçoso fechado e área externa. No dia em que acordamos cedo para ver o nascer do sol em Angkor Wat, recebemos uma box de café da manhã bastante completa, o que foi muito bem vindo. A área da cobertura é incrível e bem decorada e a comida do restaurante uma delicia. A equipe é extremamente gentil e atenciosa. Recomendo muito.

The aircon thermostat was set on 24 degrees but continued to operate down to 18 degrees. I reported this but was not corrected.

Day of checkin our took was not completely ready. True it was Khmer New Year & hotel was busy, but we did not receive bath towels until 7.30pm after 5 requests. And pillowcases arrived at 8pm. That is 5.5-6hrs after checkin. Given we had been on a sunrise tour and it was 40 degrees, meant a shower was a priority. So disappointing start to our 2day stay.

Location was good, near a big mini mart which we frequented alot to get water. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great - lots of room and not bunched in together. We never had a problem with finding seating like I have seen in previous comments. They provided a breakfast box for us (which we organised the evening before) for our early morning pick up to the temples. That was great and a good amount of food. We had the cheaper 'atrium' room and yes, they were dark (as other reviewers have said), but we found that didn't bother us. We previously stayed in bright and lots of window rooms on our trip and honestly, they were hot and so bright in the morning, that we preferred a darker room. Walking distance to Pub Street and markets. ATM's close by and money changer.

Noisy travelers talking in the hallways late at night, but that's not the hotels fault. Pool is warm/hot - but thats because it is hot (April) and not covered. But its still nice.

Empty and felt like a building site at times

The location is amazing as are the breakfast and the pool area. The main lobby and all common areas are very well appointed and stylish

The room is quite bare bone. Only the strict minimum. 3 hangers. Limited amenities small TV, limited channels. Great shower and bathroom area though. But it's like they focused so much on the common areas that they forgot the rooms. Also when you check out they inspect the room to make sure you didn't steal the very limited mini bar or amenities. They say it's to make sure you didn't forget anything but then admitted it's to make sure they don't forget to charge you anything. It's a bit insulting I must say
