Esmerada atención a toda hora. Perfecto para visitas de corta estancia.
Siem Reap es pequeño y abarrotado. El hotel queda algo escondido.
This was an incredible stay The staff are incredibly kind and so attentive can’t do enough for you ! The pool area and loungers were super relaxing The room was spacious nice and lovely balcony area Smart tv Fast WiFi Tea coffee making facilities Very close by to main attractions Feeling very relaxed and recharged after this stay
Only recommendation that I would suggest is to update the spa room as we had received treatments at the hotel and was just two beds in the room - I.e no music playing throughout the treatment felt awkward , bright lights , no pictures on wall or candles/mists etc would improve the overall experience of it
Clean, comfortable rooms; exceptionally kind staff; excellent service, affordable laundry, good location; beautiful pool, free wifi. Overall a wonderful stay with great value.
Having stayed in several Siem Reap hotels, this one stands out as the best. European‑style beds, strong AC, a good work desk, and genuinely kind staff make it perfect.
Warming welcome, comfortable rooms with attentive staff and excellent service, tour arrangements, convenient location. The pool, though chilly, was stunning making the stay both delightful and truly memorable.
A hotel with quiet location and not far from the city activities with just a few minutes walk. Free wifi, good breakfast , helpful staff, beautiful swimming pool to relax.
Convenient location with a few steps to night market and evening life, beautiful designed hotel, especially restaurant by the swimming pool. Friendly staff service with smile, high speed free WiFi, they have tour arrangements transportation too.
First arrival with greeting, attentive staff, charming hotel, spacious and cozy room, free wifi, inviting pool and restaurant, calm atmosphere, unforgettable stay, delightful experience.
A beautiful designed hotel with location close to city activities. Helpful staff, spacious rooms, complemented sunset view room we had over the nice and quiet pool. Recommend to arrange a private tour with the hotel was fantastic with professional tour guide driver.
Welcome with smile, friendly staff, well-managed hotel with spacious rooms, relaxing pool and bar, varied dining to choose, and free Wi-Fi. Lovely stay!
Clean, well-managed hotel with spacious rooms, attentive staff, lovely pool and bar, varied breakfast, quality dining options, and reliable Wi-Fi throughout for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean, spacious rooms with excellent showers. Breakfast was decent, but the freshly prepared omelet stood out as exceptional. The inviting pool and pleasant dining area, with prices that remain very reasonable.
The rooms were pristine and offered great comfort, while the staff distinguished themselves with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Every aspect of the service was exceptional. Laundry was handled swiftly, with dependable quality at a very reasonable price, and the location proved to be absolutely perfect.
I’ve stayed at several hotels in Siem Reap, and this is the best. Comfortable European‑style bed, practical desk, strong AC, genuinely warm staff—perfect for restful nights, says a British nomad.
First impression receptionist smile with warm welcome. They intend to help for everything you need. Nice food, beautiful pool, nice and quiet room, we have a confort stay.
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful swimming pool, good night, and nice room. Recommend!
So impressed. They are so helpful about my laundry service and tour arrangement. Lovely people lovely hotel
New property with helpful staff, clean room, beautiful swimming pool by the restaurant.
A quiet atmosphere but in the city center of DACO hotel with just a few-minute walk to the downtown. Brilliant design, friendly staff, free wifi, nice room and nice swimming pool. We have a good stay. Recommend
Absolutely recommend to visit DACO Hotel. From welcoming check in and escort to the nice room they offered free upgrade. Lovely pool, brilliant design restaurant with tasty food. We loved the spa massage in our room. Thank for service.
Friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, inviting pool and dining area, fair prices. Overall a comfortable, enjoyed our stay.
Modern design, helpful staff, quiet atmosphere, lovely swimming pool, and restaurant. High speed WiFi, we loved it!
Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, nice room and bathroom with separate shower. Inviting pool and dining area, reasonable prices, safe location in town with a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars, decent breakfast with fantastic omelet, though pool slightly cold for adults.
Beautiful hotel with swimming pool, spotless rooms, and central location away from noisy bars just a few minutes walk, and sure for peaceful sleep. Offers convenient transfers service to Angkor Wat sunrise and tour, making it ideal for both relaxation and sightseeing in Siem Reap."
Another gem hiding in Siem Reap. First impression of their hotel design at the lobby, restaurant. Staff with smile, beautiful room, oh they free upgrade my room to over looking swimming pool, yeah nice pool, free wifi. We should stay longer.
Like a tiny premium hotel you should come to stay. Cultural design hotel with a restaurant, and lovely swimming pool. Just sometimes feel quiet isolation from other but within walking for a several minutes to the Pub-street.
Another memory, quiet, beautiful pool, nice staff, and good food. Staff always read to help, especially transportation arrangements. Recommend!
Không gian sạch sẽ , thoáng mát , nhân viên phục vụ chu đáo , hòa đồng vui tính , đồ ăn ngon , wifi mạnh ^^ sẽ quay lại lần nữa nếu đi du lịch Cambodia lần tới
Nice hotel, clean, essential nice position downtown Siem Reap
A great place to stay in Siem Reap!
Staff personnel is stellar in every department. Pleasant quiet surroundings along with extremely well maintained trees, flowers grounds. Interior is immaculate, and everything in the room works properly and is good quality. Linens pillows are super clean and nice. AC is a super cooling efficient unit. The breakfast buffet is fresh & delicious as well as items off the menu. The dining area, by the pool, has ample room and seating. My stay this time was my 2nd and is my favorite Hotel in Siem Reap. EXceptional Value.
All good...everything
Design, location, the room
Water pressure in the shower
Room very big and new facilities, I like bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and always assist what's I have request and have question.
Very nice breakfast just extra charge 7$ with big a ala carte menu for selection.
Very nice and big rooms
This was my second stay here. The first time was in February for my birthday—I came to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat and stayed here for the first time. I was truly impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Chann Mey. Everyone was kind, reliable, and always smiling. That experience left such a strong impression that I chose to stay here again for the last night of this trip. This time I saw some new staff members, but they were just as friendly. I was especially happy that Ms. Chann Mey still remembered me. I think my room may have been upgraded—if so, thank you so much for that. I originally planned to stay longer, but due to tightening border restrictions between Cambodia and Thailand, I decided to leave early by air and could only stay one night. Siem Reap is my favorite place in the world. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll stay here again. The hotel is beautifully clean. I’ve stayed at five or six other places in Siem Reap, but this one is always spotless. The building is new, and the staff constantly keep everything, including the pool, in perfect condition.
None! I saw some reviews mention the distance and mosque sounds, but honestly—no problem at all. About 10 min walk to Pub Street, or under $1 by Grab. Never woke up from any noise (and I’m a light sleeper). Loved walking through the Muslim neighborhood—really added to the vibe. Stayed here twice. Says it all.
I live room design and swimming pool
Not in crowded area that’s nice
seen swim pool have leaves drop from tree
Always a nice place, 8-10 min waking distance to pub street, but far enough to be peaceful. Comfortable bed, beautiful swimming pool. Great price.
The hotel was beautiful, serene, and very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and gracious. The hotel restaurant served the best food I had, the whole month that I was in Siem Reap. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I really could not have asked for anything more. I would like to give a positive mention to Chann Mey, and Chanty. but really, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will most definitely stay at this hotel again, hopefully for a longer stay, next time.
no negatives.
Clean and spacious room, great value for money, 10 minutes by walk from the old market, quiet area allowing to sleep like a log, friendly staff (they allowed me by to check out 2 hours later free of charge)
It offered remarkable value for money, particularly for a solo traveler. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the bathroom in my room, which boasted a spacious shower area and fresh, soft towels that were replaced daily. The hotel is ideally situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, bistros, and bike or scooter rental options. While many visitors prefer to stay near the pub street, I find it to be an overrated area filled with tourist traps. This location, however, offers so much more. There are plenty of fresh fruit stands and delicious street food. For breakfast, I recommend trying Wat Else Café or The Source Café. If you're a yoga enthusiast, consider taking a class at either the Reservoir Hotel or Baby Elephant Hotel. Everything is within walking distance, but I particularly enjoyed renting a simple city bicycle. For those interested in local art and supporting local artists, I suggest visiting the Made in Cambodia market, where you can find Mon Chear linocuts and Channa Watercolors.
The hotel is situated near a halal slaughterhouse, which can create an uncomfortable feeling when witnessing the animals being transported. As a vegetarian, this was not the best location for me. It saddened me every time a truck arrived full and departed empty or stood still, packed with animals.
Value for money is good. Daily cleaning is just too basic. Just making the bedsheets straight. Breakfast is too basic. 10min walk from good restaurants.
I liked everything except the food
Food isn't good
Beautiful large and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice pool, good value for money
Sometimes in the pool area a bit smelly from the neighborhood (not the fault of the hotel though), the pool music started very early at 7 am and woke us up
Location and room quality
The breakfast
Nice location and bit away from the crowded pub street.
Cleaness was a issue staffs was very good but neatness was a big issue.
Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Just needed somewhere quiet away from the husttle and bustle of SR. This hotel was good standard in qwuiet location yet only a short distance from the centre.
Nothing. It met out needs completely.
The property is very nice, great staff , rooms are big and very clean however the area is a distance from restaurants and markets,a bit of walking to pub street area.
Lovely pool, clean and conformable.
Nothing.
Great place to stay even if the neighbourhood has some people bitching about it. A Moslem precinct so why would you be surprised to hear the call to prayer. Great staff and very helpful. Room was very good. Superb value for money (well, for what I paid ). I'll stay there again
nothing
Location is perfect: 5-7 min walk to pub street and old market. But at same time very quiet place because of located a bit away from main road. Room was perfectly clean and had everything you need for comfortable stay.
The young lady in bar need to learn how to make coffee
Everything was excellent. The Staff, room. And prize. Veryy low like for this kind And level of hotel. If I go to Kamboja again I will take this hotel for sure 🙂🙂🙂
Big room
We arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready. There was 3 adults in a room but only 2 bath towels. No hand towels. No shower rug so the floor got wet. We had to leave for the airport at 6.45am. When down for breakfast at 6.15am and there was no breakfast even though they said breakfast starts at 6am. I have what's app messaged the manager but he still hasn't replied.
Super friendly staff, spacious room and everything very clean. Best accomodation Inhad during my Vietnam and Cambodia travels. highly recommended!!
The hotel is a bit outside the center so you can not just easily walk around but it's just a 5-10 minutes Tuk Tuk ride (~1$) to get to center
This was a great place to stay for $20. It’s not far from Pub Street and the Riverside Night Market. The place was clean, the room was really nice and had the amenities needed. Only dings were lukewarm water at best when showering, no tv set up at the time and spotty wifi. Otherwise, the place is absolutely worth $20 U.S. a night. I would stay again.
Staff were very helpful and friendly! Nice big room. Would recommend!
Friendly staff and great location.
We should have had 20% off food and drinks. Sadly we didn't receive this.
The manager Bobby such nice guy so helpful accommodating does everything possible make sure you have perfect stay Would stay here again 10000%
Nothing
We traveled & stayed here with a family of 11 and everyone was happy with the stay. Although if there is any hiccups during our stay the staffs do their best to ensure we enjoy our stay. In specific would mention the staff by the name Mr Bobby he did a great job.
They could improve on their breakfast menu & presentation.
The room was very comfortable and the AC worked great as the temperatures were extremely hot. The staff were attentive and kind always going the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The pool was clean and in wonderful condition.
Nothing
The rooms are clean and staff are very kind and helpful esp. Bobby. Grateful that I was upgraded to Deluxe Double Room so more space! :) They helped us booked our tour guides too and van with driver to bring us to tourists spots. I would recommend to my friends and would love to come back again. :)
Just a minor one to make it perfect - please do something to get rid of the houseflies in the open dining. Though guests can opt to eat in the airconditioned dining room or request to have the breakfast delivered in the room. Other than that overall experience is really great!
I was thoroughly impressed by its beauty and the exceptional service. The check-in process was particularly thoughtful and delicate, with the staff taking the time to explain everything, including the Angkor Wat circuits. They also offer convenient tour booking options. The food at the hotel is delicious. I enjoyed one or two meals per day at the hotel's restaurant, and the staff were always flawless in their service.
Room and Cleanliness Issues Upon ordering a pizza, my room was overrun by ants. Despite being moved to another room, the ants returned. I had to relocate a second time and take extra precautions to avoid further infestations. Additionally, I was bitten by bed bugs and found spider webs in multiple locations. The exterior walls were covered with lizards, one of which even entered my room, making it impossible to use the balcony at night. The hotel's exchange rate was 4400 Cambodian riel per US dollar, compared to the standard 4000 riel elsewhere. Combined with already inflated prices, this felt exploitative. Laundry, meals, and services were significantly more expensive than in the city (For instance, laundry services were $4 per kilogram at the hotel compared to $1 per 5 kilograms in the city. Meals were nearly $10 each at the hotel, whereas similar meals in town were significantly cheaper. Manicure and pedicure services were $20 at the hotel, yet only $5 in the city). I understand hotel prices are more expensive per se... but 4x the price... meh, that's just exploitative. The heat in Siem Reap is intense, and the hotel did not provide air conditioning outside the rooms. The restaurant, reception, and other areas were uncomfortably hot, with temperatures reaching 42-45°C. The hotel's location in the Muslim quarter means you will hear the call to prayer regularly. Additionally, if you do not have a pool view room, your window overlooks a market area where I often saw skinny cows being beaten into tiny trucks—a distressing sight. The hotel was eerily empty during my stay. I was often the only person at the restaurant and pool. On one night of my 10-night stay, I noticed only two rooms with lights on, which was quite unsettling.
Amazing property on the outskirts of the main part of town! The pool is amazing, rooms are great staff is absolutely amazing. If you’d like to go into town a Grab tuktuk is only $1 to get anywhere.
Nothing, everything was great!
