Desayuno poco variado. Cuando llegamos había como 20 niños haciendo mucho ruido en la piscina. Calle muy cercana a zona de fiestas con ruido.

I've been to the Sakaban several times. The staff, the location are excellent. Restaurants, and places to shop are all around. It has good toiletries, very clean, and with nice wood. The beds are comfy, and excellent value for your money.

Hotel ma swoje lata i nadaje się do liftingu ale to nie ma znaczenia.Personel rewelacja jeszcze w żadnych hotelu nie spotkałem się z tak miłymi i życzliwymi ludźmi.We wszystkim pomogą.Szczególne podziękowania dla Pana od tuktuka który nas obwoził po Angkor Wat przez dwa dni.Śniadania wystarczające,pokoje duże,łóżka wygodne.Najmocniejszy punkt mały basen otoczony zielenią piękne miejsce gdzie można odpocząć i schłodzić się po zwiedzaniu w upalne dni.

The Sakaban is one of my favorite hotels in Siem Reap. I've been here several times, and extend each time. It has a great location; a few minutes walk to the town, and with nice rooms, and comfy beds. It's excellent value for the money, and great staff

The location and the staff. Affordable and efficient laundry service. Staff were attentive and informative.

AC faulty. Keep turning off the whole time and was weak times. The room felt like a sauna to us. Old towels and not enough ( only one medium towel per person, no hand or face towels). Only one power point available for changing our devices and located in the bathroom. The other power point in the room was connected to the fridge. Only one pillow provided per person. Amenities were not restocked ( only one small had soap provided for a four night stay). The bathroom in the lobby didn’t have toilet paper.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel; you definitely have to choose it. Not only for its location and facilities, but also for the unique and wonderful service from its staff, who are 100% dedicated to their work. They made an exception for me and saved me breakfast after I arrived from Angkor Wat, having just watched the sunrise. Sunny, the receptionist who checked me in, gave me a great explanation about the temples and the area, and every single member of the staff made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. L’albergo è bello e pulito. Rimane in una zona dove dall’altra parte delle strada ci sono i bar dove fanno karaoke (ci sono ragazze allegre) servono da bere e un po’ caotico. Chiedete una stanza interna. Il personale è super gentile e organizza anche tour privati, contrattate il prezzo!

Gli ospiti maleducati che facevano schiamazzare i bambini in piscina alle 7 di mattina. Poi non ho capito ma alle 4 di notte è partita una canzone. Non so se era da un karaoke o no. Ma questo non è colpa dell’hotel ovviamente

Great location, Good price for green season , Room clean and very helpful staff , especially the girl at front desk in the evening.

The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel was also centrally located. All of the people at breakfast were also kind and accommodating.

The air conditioner could have been a bit stronger. I was fortunate enough to get a larger room but the air conditioners capacity was the same as a smaller rooms which meant it took a while for the room to get cool but once it was I was very comfortable. I would suggest that as equipment gets old and needs to be replaced did they get to slightly larger compressors for the larger rooms to allow for more efficient Cooling.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sollt mal renoviert werden In manchen Zimmern ist es nicht möglich, den charter zu nutzen Nicht Behinderten gerecht. An Treppen teilweise keinen Handlauf .

I loved staying at this hotel. It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I really liked the décor when i walked in. Met with lovely smile when i checked in. Room was specious. I particularly liked the balcony overlooking the street where you can see daily life. I needed a few things for my room such as a few more coat hangers and a tv, these were all sorted out very quickly. The staff were excellent particularly Sky and Tieri who were extremely helpful with my questions. My stay was for 10 days

As i was at the front there was one night out of 10 which the bar over the road was a little noisy but overall the noise level was absolutely fine. This is Asia after all. Every street has a 'hum' wherever you go whether it be thailand, Vietnam or Cambodia. There was really nothing that i didn't like, everything was great.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο , δίπλα στην pub street , έχει ωραία εστιατόρια πολύ κοντά , το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό , μας κανόνισαν εκδρομές , το πρωινό έχει πολύ νόστιμη ομελέτα !!!

Pas grand chose à part la cuisine même si il fallait attendre ½ pour une salade

Cet hôtel mérite une bonne rénovation, baie vitrée non hermétique et très difficile à fermer, pas d’ascenseur alors qu’il y a plusieurs étages, les voilages sont déchirés, les serviettes sont plus qu’usées, pas de coffre-fort. Dommage car avec la décoration de l’entrée qui est superbe on est très surpris par le reste. Par contre le personnel génial.

Amazing stay - easy to arrange everything and helpful staff. From airport pick up to check out everything was easy and helpful, which is actually something a lot of places don’t do anymore. We got picked up from the airport, which is needed really. We had a super cute anniversary set up on our bed. It’s a clean room and great location. It was a bit noisy at night, but that wasn’t shocking. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good. Coffee wasn’t great, but enough places to go for that. The AC was good and pool was nice. It’s a bit old rooms, but nothing took away from that.

Très joli hôtel, personnel très accueillant et situé près de la fameuse pub street pour faire la fête dans une ambiance de folie jusqu'au bout de la nuit. La piscine est superbe et bien chaude, les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Je recommande

La coupure d'électricité le premier soir à cause de la pluie lors de notre arrivée mais ça n'a pas duré, heureusement lol

Bien placé, bel hôtel avec chambre spacieuse, personnel très professionnel et agréable, jolie piscine, petit déjeuner très bon.

L environnement de l hôtel est un peu bruyant (bars), mais avec des boules quiès c était parfait

Cet établissement est parfait et doté d'un cadre magnifique. Le personnel est adorable, serviable et d'une extrême gentillesse. Les chambres sont décorés avec goût et très propres. Le petit-déjeuner est un buffet varié avec choix asiatique et occidental (pain de mie, minis viennoiseries, fruits frais) Très bien situé, très proche du centre de Siem Reap et des rues touristiques. Je recommande à 100%.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. They were very efficient, pleasant and able to multitask. They can be relied upon for transport, tours and all your needs (even a minor health issue). Breakfast was good also!

The bathroom looks a bit tired and could do with some touches.

unfortunately I couldn’t sleep for 8 days out of 8: many bars (loud music) in front of the hotel, prayers via loudspeakers starting at 5:00 am for 2 hours, same in the evening, furthermore screaming adults & kids at the pool area, people tramping over the wooden staircase, barking dogs. I know that most of that is not in the hands of the hotel and still I‘ll be there for holiday & relaxing but couldn’t

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good location, within walking distance to market and night life by the river. Helped us organise a half day tour to Angkor Wat. Reliable, friendly and safe.

No lift but staff offered to help with luggage. No TV which was an unusual but pleasant change. Communication to guests who booked tours would be appreciated either via a printed, handwritten or WhatsApp notice and confirmation. Breakfast was limited but suffice for a quick snack before start of the day

The pool is a great feature. Breakfasts are excellent - I loved the changing buffet menu.

Proximity to loud music and night life. The noise carries a bit unfortunately, into the rooms. Luckily, we were pretty tired each night, so we got to sleep fairly quickly.

No much choice for breakfast.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff, restaurants close to the hotel were significantly cheaper than in pub street area and plenty of choice. Nice to have a pool to cool down in after visiting the temples.

Gaps around the doors meant mosquitoes could come in so we slept under own our mosquito nets just in case.

El personal muy amable y la habitacion comoda

Estaba situado en una calle de garitos que estaba hasta las 3 de la mañana con muchísimo ruido, si quieres tranquilidad quizá no es el sitio. En los 3 dias que estuvimos no tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha a pesar de que lo comenramos mas de 3 veces al personal.

Дружелюбный персонал, идеальное расположение отеля, просторный номер, красивый холл, вкусный сытный завтрак.

Заказали самый дорогой номер (люкс), чтобы было максимально комфортно, но номер оказался на первом этаже крайний с видом из окна в бетонный забор, балкон также выходил практически сразу в балкон номера напротив. Я люблю свет и солнце, но пришлось жить все 3 дня с полностью зашторенными окнами(

La chambre était assez catastrophique et a vraiment besoin d'un bon rafraichissement et surtout de réparations !! Lavabo sale et robinet qui tenait a peine debout, port de l'armoire bringuebalante Il manquait une serviette de bain et zéro petite serviette Piscine petite et très peu de transats, les photos sont très flatteuses

Zelfs in een land waar service en vriendelijkheid op een hoog niveau liggen was dit uitzonderlijk goed. Het ontbijt was goed, de overige maaltijden ook. De kaart daarvoor was wel wat beperkt en vergeleken met sommige restaurants wat prijziger, maar nog altijd goedkoop. De kamers waren prima. De locatie vlak bij het centrum was heel handig en van de levendige straat waaraan het hotel ligt hadden we binnen geen last. De receptie is goed geïnformeerd over de mogelijke toeristische uitstapjes en transport in de omgeving en kan het regelen of behulpzaam zijn.

Posizione, pulizia e gentilezza. L hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale vicino a ristoranti e negozi. La colazione era buona con diverse opzioni. Possibilità di usare sia la piscina che fare i massaggi a un ottimo prezzo.

Staff was excellent, helping us with the needs at the hotel and to plan our daytrips. Pool was clean but a bit on the small side. Fist we had a super nice room at the street side, which was too noisy for us as the hotel is located right in front of several bars. They relocated us to a less nice but much quiter room. Happy hour is a nice addition.

The bathroom sometimes had a weird smell.
