Location was great, staff very friendly and accommodating.

The bed was as hard as a rock.

The staff were nice and the location is great. Not too far from anything and right by the river.

Está situado al lado de un club discoteca (con música y ruido muy fuerte hasta las 3:30 AM) no tiene insonorización. La cama tenia un colchón pésimo, muy duro y se sentían los resortes

Love how it was close to everything, nice and cheap and service was amazing.

The balcony wasn’t big enough and the beds were too hard, but we are very grateful to have stayed in such a great place.

Location was good but noicy.

The neighborhood was ventral, but very noicy at night. Not everybody speaks english well

Nothing at all we felt that the pictures saw in booking has nothing to do with the reality as the comments too.but we would like to adress the disposition of the manager to give solutions to our problems and try to make as feel good

In booking the ranking was 9.3 and in our opinion is a 5.0. The location closer to all pubs so we have loud music till 05:00 am. The air conditioner was not working properly so the room was hot all day and night. The bed that not have a comfortable box spring so it was hard and you feel the wooden structure of it. The shower of the bathroom was incide of the same space and it has no shower door neither a curtain so when you take a shower all the floor ends up wet so if you want to use the sink or toilet you will wet your feet. The swimming pool to small and not crean enough. The entrance to the hotel in a unpaved street. They gave you just one key for the room.so if you want to keep the air conditioner working and go out for a drink in the ground flor or to pick up the laundry this was not possible to be done

Legit... next door to a nightclub.... bring earplugs. I went and got some from the corner store, they were cheap but if you are a light sleeper you might want to think about a different place to stay. TV worked, but had no channels so sleeping with the tv on to drown out the noise is not an option. Even hooking up my firestick didnt work

Without doubt the best hotel I have ever visited in 40 years of travelling. I reshuffled my whole trip to stay longer . Absolutely off the scale . Don't bother surfing the web , just trust me .

Beds were terrible, springs digging into my back. Worst sleep in some time, especially disappointing for a place named "The Luxury". Beds felt like they would be found in "The Poverty".

О расположении и отеле. Отель внешне новый, симпатичный, с дизайном.

Но! Расположен в 10 метрах от ночного клуба со всеми шумовыми эффектами ночью. Если Вы поздно ложитесь, то ОК, если обычно - то будет громко. Это все что можно сказать об отеле, потому как нас туда не заселили, несмотря на бронирование за 1,5 месяц. Как компенсацию предложили "родственный" отель Siem Reap Center Hotel, два номера вместо одного семейного. Это ЖУТКАЯ помойка. Кровати с волосами в обоих номерах. Выдавали номера несколько раз, т.к. три предлагаемых номера были не убраны. Дело было в районе 20.00 уборщиков не было, поэтому открывали номера подряд и проверяли какие чистые в их понимании. Цена качество - удручающие.

Colazione non a buffet ed un pochino limitata nella quantità e nella scelta di dolce. Ma la cosa purtroppo tanto penalizzante per la struttura è la vicinanza ad una discoteca che ha musica altissima da mezzanotte alle 5 del mattino. È centrale e vicino a pub street ma questo non basta a compensare la problematica sopra citata e non descritta nelle precedenti recensioni. Piscina molto più piccola rispetto alle foto

Large and spacious rooms, very friendly and smiling staff, first-class service, great breakfast. Swimming in a pool helps to cool off at the end of the day.

The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. Everything you ask for, they do their best to get for you. the beds are okay, comfortable.

The hotel has every amenity you need, and you can easily walk to Pub Street in just 5 minutes. The room is very big, spacious, and extremely clean. There was a small issue with the hot water, but after informing the reception, they fixed it quickly without any problem and always with a warm smile!

There is nothing that I don’t like about this property. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and the location is excellent, with an easy walk to the Pub Street area.

The staff make this hotel worth it- they're friendly, personable, helpful, and made our trip very comfortable. This was luxury level service in beautiful surroundings and a short walk to everything. The rooms were fine, though I do wish we had more places to hang things up around the room so items could dry off. The AC was powerful so we did get cool at night. I am still thinking about the amazing massage! I loved our visit here.

Location, unless you want to party at the nightclub next door, don’t come here, the LOUD music until after 3:30am on a Monday and a Tuesday night unbearable. Especially if you are going to Angkor Wat, because they pick you up at 4:20am. The beautiful swimming pool in the photos, can’t be used because it is practically on the street and also the building next door is under construction.

Everything was really perfect. The staff, the food, the room, the hotel. The stay was exceptional; we will come back.

The shower should have a separation as it wets everywhere. Quite noisy with the music nearby at night and construction works early morning..

Sujing & Rica at the front desk were excellent! Extremely helpful, they were always ready to try and help out with suggestions of where to eat and what tours to go on. We also enjoyed the pool, which is small but beautiful. Our cocktails were made perfectly by the boy behind the bar.

I think breakfast should have been included in the price and more needs to be done to the restaurant area, as it is a bit dull. There is also a sun deck above the pool. I think it would be nice to have some plants and flowers around it, to make it more appealing.

Every detail from check in was amazing, a nice welcome drink from their super friendly staff, and check out what was on my bed when I walked into my room, how adorable is that?!? Beautiful Rotha was super helpful during my stay, arranging outings and she would always enquire when I returned as to how they were. The room was big, spacious and nice. The cleaners were fantastic, the location is amazing, around the corner from sok San road, heaps of bars, restaurants etc. And only a 3 Min walk to pub street so you can tick the generic tourist box.

My TV didn't have any channels, mind you I never complained to get it fixed bc I wasn't trying to watch it. Also no power point nearby to plug in a chrome cast. Again didn't bother me though.
