Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel qui était aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Nous avons pu profiter du transfert gratuit vers le centre-ville, de tarifs intéressants pour le transfert vers l’aéroport ainsi que de tarifs avantageux pour certaines excursions.

Nous avions une excursion très tôt et le personnel nous avait préparé des lunch box pour le petit déjeuner , jai adore ce geste venant de l'hôtel. La piscine et les décors sont incroyables.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, the room was alot bigger than we thought it would be, bathroom had a bath and a shower, direct access to the pool and the comfortable Sunloungers. The staff work so hard here keeping it absolutely spotless. Free water every day and room was cleaned every day too. Even robes and slippers. Great value for money. Oh and a free Tuktuk to pub street 5 till 9. Also breakfast is freshly cooked every day to order. We booked 3 nights and stayed for 9! Great place to relax after exploring Siem Reap.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated. The location is slightly far from the city center, but still manageable. However, we experienced some inconvenience with the air conditioning in Room P1, as it was not functioning properly. Additionally, we were placed in a connecting room on the third floor, which may not be ideal for all guests. We did enjoy a relaxing and pleasant time in the evening atmosphere. For further improvement, it would be great if the management could remove the broken chairs and table from the terrace, as maintaining these areas would enhance the overall impression of care and comfort

l’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre mais à pied 20 minutes c’est très bien, dans un endroit calme. entre 18h et 21h30 il a des tuktuk gratuit à disposition pour vous amener dans le centre. les chambres sont super, spacieuce, propre, très bien équipé et décoré. le petit déjeuner est super, un choix de plusieurs type, accompagné de café et jus. le personnel est vraiment au petit soin pour nous.

Vôbec sa neupratovalo, asi upratovali iba na požiadanie.

Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer außergewöhnliche groß. Frühstück und Kaffee war gut und ausreichend. Das Personal ist außergewöhnliche aufmerksam, spricht Englisch und ist sehr freundlich. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

The location was good for local attractions & the hotel provide a free tuk-tuk to Pub street which has bars& restaurants. The breakfast was very good.

No fridge in room, so couldn’t keep bottles of water cold.

Le lieu est très calme pour dormir, le personnel est très gentil. Le cadre est très joli. La piscine est agréable aussi. La chambre et la salle de bain sont extrêmement grands.

La climatisation de la chambre s'arrêtait toute seule toutes les 30 minutes, il fallait toujours la redémarrer, pas très pratique la nuit... Le problème a été signalé, il n'ont pas le résoudre.

Das Zimmer ist groß, sehr groß. Die Lage ist eher rustikal (das wollten wir ja) auf den Strassen vor dem Hotel werden an allen Tagen der Woche die verschiedensten Dinge angeboten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist nicht einwandfrei, (Preis-Leistung ist ok) leider war der Pool ziemlich kalt und dunkel. Ob im Pool Moskitos erzeugt werden ist nicht klar.

I like everything about this hotel. In particular, the room is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and sweet, and the place itself is super green, authentic Khmer sounds from outside, solid pool and shaded areas combine to create a very relaxing place to be. I stayed 7nights, spent many hours hanging out on the balcony, in the restaurant area, it’s very chill. And lots of good full size furniture. Wooden. And a sofa. Very comfy. Just hang out with a beer and watch the automatic mist sprayers watering the plants, listening to Cambodia doing its thing outside.

It’s great. Feels like home. WiFi is pretty good too.

It was amazing! The staffs are so friendly and nice with good services. The interior of the hotel was really nice with greenery inside which makes it feel refreshing and comfortable.

Everything was great: cleanliness, free Wi-Fi, location, friendly staff, and ongoing maintenance. The only minor downside was the presence of mosquitoes in the room. Other than that, it was a satisfying stay.

Great place, the staff gave my partner and me both Christmas gifts which was very kind. Our room was very nice and clean. The AC worked great and was very cold when the day was hot. The breakfast was very good.

Riesiges Zimmer im obersten Stock zu einem sensationellen Preis, große Terasse gleich daneben. Personal unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück a la Carte - aber immer etwas gutes gefunden.

Der Pool war leider leicht grün, aber hatten eigentlich keine Zeit dafür.

First of all the staff in the hotel is super friendly helpful and made our stay! The service quality was very good. The pool is nice, even if it looks „greenish“ it is very clean and has a great temperature. Pool towels are provided and changed daily. Beds are huge and very comfy.

Breakfast for veggie or vegan is possible but a little basic. Unfortunately we were put in a room with a different room category, than we originally booked but we were compensated in the end

Nous avons passé 5 nuits ici lors de notre séjour à Siem Reap. L'établissement est propre et bien équipé. Oui il peut y avoir quelques feuilles sur les transats et dans la piscine malgré le nettoyage régulier.. Les feuilles des arbres tombent à cette saison... on n a pas trouvé cela dérangeant! La chambre était nettoyée à notre demande avec serviettes propres renouvelées a chaque demande. Un service de massage sur place qui vient directement réaliser le massage dans votre chambre. Un petit déjeuner varié pour répondre aux souhaits de chacun. Et surtout un personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable. Nous avons notamment beaucoup de sympathie pour les deux jeunes serveurs, un au petit déjeuner et un au dinner qui on était adorable et compréhensif malgré notre anglais parfois approximatif...( merci de leur transmettre) Rien à dire. Très bon moment ! Or kun 🙏

The room was so spacious and comfortable, with great facilities! Clean and tastefully decorated, an absolute pleasure to stretch out in. So nice to be received with a complimentary fruit plate waiting for me. The outside area was gorgeous, with lots of different places to sit. Staff were very pleasant.

The fan in the bathroom is in a hole in the wall, meaning it was an absolute highway for mosquitoes -- there were so many mosquitoes in the bathroom that I had to constantly keep the door closed so they wouldn't enter the bedroom. Also, when cleaning, the staff leaves the room door open -- so even more mosquitoes come in. Staff served me meat with breakfast multiple times, though I told them I'm vegetarian and asked for no meat.

All the meals l had there were well priced and delicious. Nothing was too hard for the staff and they were very accommodating to my requests. They were all a pleasure to deal with.

What l didn’t like was leaving, l wish l could have stayed a lot longer.

The staff were divine, we arrived at 5am and since the room was free they let us get in. They were always smiling, very polite and helpful. The pool is lovely and pleasant restaurant.

Only thing is that it is a 10-15 minute walk from restaurants or shops. But if you want to be away from the party streets, this is a great place.

nice little hotel with a decent pool and facilities but what really makes it great is the staff. they even invited us to there staff party and were so hospitable! the staff make this hotel 5 stars and we can’t thank them enough for how nice they were too us.

There is good and friendly staff. There is a free taxi in the evening. The food is tasty (included breakfast and restaurant at all). But. There is bad internet. It worked with a lot of problems. There are a lot of geckos at the territory, in the room and etc. The room was dirty, like it needs renovation, because the walls are broken. The water is dirty in shower. The pool was broken some days when we came, and it was a bit dirty after fixed. There was noisy in the morning sometimes. So, as summary: good staff and food, but all other things are bad.

The mattress was a bit hard. The room was clean but not perfectly and due to the fact that is near to trees there were some insects inside.

The staff are so lovely! The girl at reception for me multiple tuk tuks and was always ready to help. The good staff are lovely too. This is a little far from the main pub street but that was already mentioned and I was happy with it, the tuk tuk is only $1 each way and is always quick and easy to get! The bed was too hard for me. This is pretty standard in Asia I know but still hard. Pool needed cleaning. Didn’t swim as it didn’t look clean enough

- good location just out of the main town, in the middle of a local market. - staff were very helpful and attentive - free shuttle into the town after 6pm - 4 choices for breakfast - very large , clean, modern and comfortable room

The room we had upstairs (R12) had 2 enormous beds that were very firm and comfortable. It was clean and very satisfactory. We left before breakfast, so can't comment on the food. There were swing seats out front which made it nice to sit outside.

The first room they offered us was downstairs and smelled so strongly of lemon air freshener that I almost gagged. I refused the room and they told me they might not have another room, so I said I would find another hotel. It was really unbearable. They decided to give us a much bigger room upstairs which smelled fine.

Location was great, off the beaten path. Staff was super friendly and answered questions with a smile.

If not for the bed, I would rate it higher. For my wife and I, the bed was far too hard (almost like sleeping on the floor). I recommend investing into some mattress pads.

I've loved the room, it was really big and everything was perfect in it and it feels like you are in a small oasis, the staff is also very helpful, they even allowed as for a late checkout. Just next to it there is a local market and pub Street is a 20 minute walk

The staff is nice, the rooms are big, the pool is not very clean...

When checking in they were giving us a different room than we booked. After telling them that they gave us the room D8. First night we found one cockroach. The second night, the AC stopped working at 2am, at 10am they changed the room to D6, and that they we found 3 or 4 more cockroaches. They didn't do anything about that. After all these issues, they wanted to charge us 2$ for a broken glass. When we asked for a refund for the night without AC then, they decided not to charge us for the glass.

It was a wonderful stay. Stuff was extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant offered delicious food. Highly recommended!

Hugh size room and bed for standard room.

Location is somewhat hard for parking, not big enough to accommodate everyone, it’s in a small back street. But owner seem to be cautious and stay on the look out over night for the all customer cars. Washroom has some issue with smell and hard to flush, it seem like gas from toilet or pipe but owner was make aware and he seem very concern and most likely will rectify it for next customers

It's beautiful and has a lot of space. It has a reasonable price. It's perfect for a family to go on a trip and stay there for a few nights.
