Staff was absolutely lovely! :) Kudos to the Dino, the bartender at the pool bar.

Super Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig. Äusserst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Gepächsdeponierung möglich. Überwachtes Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Näher.

es ging aus der beschreibung nicht hervor, dass die gesamten fenster im room 101 keinen ausblick haben — alle gingen in schächte — man wusste nicht ob tag oder nacht ist. sehr deprimierend und nicht zu empfehlen. ich würde das zimmer nie so buchen. es muss aus der beschreibung hervorgehen, dann kann man selbst enstscheiden ob man das in kauf nimmt.

הצוות מקסים ממש, תמיד נכונים וזמינים לעזור בכל מה שצריך. מי שלוקח ארוחת בוקר זו ארוחה במסעדת בנדיקט וטעים שם ממש והשירות שם מדהים והכי שווה שאפשר לאכול עד השעה 16:00 המנקה הייתה מדהימה ולא רק שניקתה טוב גם הייתה מארגנת לפי הצרכים שלנו וכל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו, אישה ממש טובה כאילו היינו הבנות שלה. הם שומרים על האורחים 24 שעות. הם ממש הקפידו שיהיה שקט בלילות שהאורחים ישנו ללא רעש.

המגבות תמיד היו מלוכלכות והיה להם ריח נוראי זה היה הדבר שהכי הרס לנו וחבל... המיקום טוב אבל לא הכי מרכזי.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was very convenient that there were places to store our bags when we arrived early.

The access to the train station and the central areas. The breakfast was great! Staff was friendly.

The homeless people and drug dealing around the area. I didn’t feel safe a few steps away from property. But the property itself was great. Oh, and the pool was a bit dingy.

We expected to be able to use Benedict’s for breakfast but only allowed to have buffet breakfast by pool which was disappointing as not what we expected when booking hotel.

Having a pool was definitely a plus in the European summer heat. Conveniently located to shops, sight seeing tour busses, main attractions and shopping. Room was spacious and comfortable.

I had no issues with this property. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant for breakfast served very yummy food.

The location was good, very near the train station and the room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were brilliant, especially the douche. The rooftop pool was lovely, with a stunning view over the city and the Acropolis. The cleaners were accommodating and allowed us time to settle in before cleaning our rooms, and the breakfast staff were very nice and separated my son's food when he wanted all the components separately.

There could have been a wider variety of food options, especially some more kids options for breakfast.

בריכת הגג כייפית מאד והמלון ממוקם הליכה קצרה מהמרכז, גם ממש בכניסה למלון יש בנדיקט שזה אחלה לארוחות בוקר. הצוות של המלון מאד נחמד ועוזר כשצריך, המיקום אחלה במרחק הליכה קצרה מכל הדברים המרכזיים. החדרים מאד גדולים אבל בתמונות נראו קצת יותר מפנקים. בגדול ממליצה תמורה טובה עבור המחיר

Bohuzel lokalita je plna bezdomovcu, fetaku a prostitutek. Ale na druhou stranu si nas vubec nevsimali. Necitili jsme se v nebezpeci. Ale po pulnoci bych se venku uz bala.

• Hotelzimmer OHNE TAGESLICHT Beim Öffnen sämtlicher Fenster blickt man auf Mauern beziehungsweise in Schächte. Der klägliche Versuch, dies durch das Aufhängen von Plakaten mit Abbildungen, griechischer Götter der Mythologie zu kaschieren, hilft hier leider auch nicht viel…. Leider musste den ganzen Tag das Licht brennen, und man hatte stets den Eindruck, es sei Abend. Der Bitte um ein anderes Zimmer wurde leider nicht nachgekommen, da das Hotel wohl ausgebucht war…. • Es handelt sich wohl auch nicht gerade um die feinste LAGE Athens… Das Bild der Nachbarschaft ist geprägt von OBDACHLOSEN, JUNKIES und PROSTITUIERTEN… • zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches wurde ein Frühstück à la carte geboten. Leider war das kleine Restaurant des Hotels, in dem dieses serviert wurde, zu jeder Uhrzeit gnadenlos überfüllt… Man musste warten, bis man als fünfköpfige Familie einen Sitzplatz hatte, und insgesamt ging es sehr laut und ungemütlich zu…. • Der Pool ist für die Größe des Hotels ebenfalls etwas klein dimensioniert. Und auch die Sitzplätze und Liegeplätze am Pool sind eher knapp bemessen….

Las instalaciones eran muy cómodas. La habitación súper amplia y muy limpia. También está muy cerca de los principales atractivos de Atenas.

Quizás la ubicación que tiene ya que hay muchos indigentes. El olor con el calor de las calles colindantes no es agradable.

Amazing, modern room with very comfy beds. We had a suite and it had fridge and extra sofa bed. Great to have two separate living spaces. Pool gorgeous with excellent views. It’s cold (water) but a welcome relief from the heat. All staff are so helpful and they are very responsive to the what’s app. Breakfast good. It’s not a buffet but they were able to adapt for kids

Maybe the location. Although it’s a great central location and close to plaka, tube - just be aware of homeless people on streets and can feel a little iunsafe - we list folk taxis when late which was fine!

Les instal.lacions del hotel estan molt bé. Les instal.lacions son modernes i ben arreglades, la piscina es realment excepcional tot i que no hi ha gaire espai per poder estar al voltant. L'esmorçar es elaborat i de bona qualitat, el cafè realment bo. El personal es atent i amable. Varem reservar 2 habitacions, i una d'elles a la Planta 7 tenia vistes excepcionals a l'Acropolis... En canvi, l'altra era interior i una mica decepcionant sense vistes al carrer

El mes destacable negativament i que realment em sorpren no haver llegit s cap ressenya es el barri on es troba ubicat. Es absolutament terrible, ple de drogadictes... Vem trobar molts espais plens de xeringues, terrible! Anavem amb nens petits i va ser horrible. Absolutament desaconsellable per families, a no ser que vagis amb taxi i no creuis ni el carrer, o nomes surtis de dia ... Anavem amb metro a tot arreu, i de dia cap problema... Ara be quan arribavem a la nit, era un espectacle de drogues.

Hôtel entièrement refait à neuf, avec une chambre de qualité, joliment décorée et très agréable. La piscine sur le rooftop est un vrai plus, avec un espace très sympa pour se détendre. Le brunch au restaurant était également une bonne expérience, avec une ambiance agréable. Globalement, une très bonne adresse pour profiter d’un hôtel moderne et confortable.

Seul bémol : le quartier autour de l’hôtel est un peu à l’abandon, ce qui contraste avec le standing et la rénovation de l’établissement.

Ens ha agradat molt la piscina i les instal·lacions comunes. El Pícnic de l’esmorzar era molt bo.

No ens va agradar gens que l’habitació no tingués claror, que l’esmorzar no fos buffet lliure i que el pícnic de l’esmorzar fossin 4 bosses extra, anant a l’aeroport. La ubicació està força bé, però el barri és força brut!

Lokalita a blízkost všeho na jedničku. Problém bylo v počtu bezdomovců a povalečů v okolí, za to hotel nemůže,ale kazí to dojem celého okolí.

Everything was great, the pool is a little small, but it is great to have it anyway, especially during the super hot days. I was a little scared reading the reviews abouth the neigbourhood, but this was not my first time in Athens, so nothing really surprised me, that is the vibe of the city and you just hate it or love it. We are travelling with 4yo btw and also spend time outside the hotel during the night - no issues at all.

Hotel a 20 min andando del centro, muy nuevo y con piscina en la parte superior vistas al Acrópolis. Habitaciones muy nuevas y super cómodas.

Hay que vigilar, hay bastantes drogatictos en la calle de atrás del hotel. Se puede ir andando por la mañana hasta el centro (pasas por delante del hotel y no te los cruzas) prestando atención.No pasear por allí por la noche.

The staff were super helpful and represented the venue very professionally Breakfast food is great but victim of own success quite busy and a little stressful .

The pool was closed on one of our nights which also meant roof top bar was closed but we were provided complimentary breakfast and drinks as compensation. Cannot think they didn’t already know about leaking shower try and huge clump of long dark hair under foot was not pleasant.

To no fault of the Hotel, but there were street walkers and a lot of drug activities around the area, but the hotel was nice and the location to all of the historic sites as well as the red bus route was amazing and Zara is 4 minutes away 💃🏾💃🏾

La piscine sur le toit avec le vue sur l'acropole, la situation de l'hôtel proche station métro Omonia, le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse, le petit déjeuner à la carte avec un très bon café latte, la chambre 405 spacieuse à la décoration simple mais de bons goûts.

Le seul petit bémol c'est la douche de la chambre 405 les joints à refaire d'urgence cela gache un peu l' expérience et mettre le même parfum pour le shampoing, le gel douche et le savon pour se laver les mains ( lavande, thé et fleurs blanches cela fait un étrange mélange.

La struttura è molto bella. Le camere hanno un bel design e sono anche molto confortevoli.

The hotel was in a relatively convenient location. The hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast at Benedict, the restaurant located on the hotel premises, was delicious.

The cleanliness of the room probably wasn’t quite up to standard. There was a fabric headboard next to the bed, and both my friend and I are allergic to dust, so we suffered quite badly from allergies while staying in the room. The bed also wasn’t particularly comfortable. When we asked for an additional blanket so we wouldn’t have to share one, we were given a sheet and a thin blanket separately, which we had to put together ourselves. It was quite thin and not very comfortable. In addition, we were staying on a high floor, but the road noise at night was still extremely loud. We could hear motorcycles, ambulances, and fireworks throughout the night. That said, we ultimately decided to leave the hotel because of the issues that were affecting our stay, and the staff were extremely kind and understanding. They even agreed to refund us for the nights we didn’t stay, even though they weren’t obligated to do so, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel, and I believe the things that bothered me were probably more specific to my personal sensitivities and preferences rather than issues that would necessarily affect every guest.

Lo peor es la ubicación, en una zona cerca del centro, en la que sin tener ningún problema, no parece la más segura.

מיקום זוועתי. מפחיד, מלא חסרי בית ומסוממים. רחוק 20 דק הליכה מהאזור המרכזי וגם מלווה בהליכה לא נעימה. החדר אמנם היה מרווח אבל ללא מרפסת ועם נוף לפיר פנימי וחשוך. ממש לא ממליצה.

The property was located close to eating establishments, places to shop, the metro, and historical landmarks. Matina, the night time receptionist was so incredible. She suggested restaurants and some great tours. She was definitely a highlight on our trip.

Although the location was good for good choices, shopping, and sightseeing, it was a dicey area with homeless people dumpster diving, urinating in public spaces , and drunks wandering the street.

We found this hotel to be excellent in many ways. The staff were friendly , helpful and went out of their way to help us with restaurant recommendations and any request we had. Our room was clean and well appointed with lots of coffee, tea etc. The pool was great to visit after a long walking day with lots of chairs and shade. The best part of our stay was the excellent breakfast. Having traveled alot - this was the best breakfast we have ever had. The food was tasty and portions were very generous. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, und das Frühstück ist gut und lecker. Auf dem Dach des Hotels befinden sich ein Pool und eine Bar – ein wirklich schöner Ort mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war, dass sich das Zimmer nicht vollständig abdunkeln ließ. Die Verdunkelungsvorhänge sind zu kurz, sodass eine Seite immer unbedeckt bleibt und Licht ins Zimmer fällt.

Large room with enough space for the whole family, location „ok“ to walk to the main areas of Athens. Good proximity to Omonia Square. Rooms are modern and very clean. Staff was friendly and value for money really good. Pool area is small but really nice to relax in the afternoon.

The neighborhood is really bad. At the mainstreet no problem at all to walk, also during the night but strongly recommended to not go into any side streets. We always felt safe but you see and feel that neighborhood is not good with Junkies and a few prostitutes around. Every Taxi Driver also shared the comment „not a good place“. But again, safe at the main street, safe inside the hotel and value for money really good.

Das Hotel ist halbwegs modern und das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Die Zimmer entsprachen der Beschreibung, allerdings gibt es den Akropolis-Blick nur vom Balkon. Das Frühstück á la Carte war in Ordnung, das Personal auch hier sehr nett.

Die Sauberkeit war in vielen Bereichen nicht optimal. Der Pool und Bar-Bereich wenig einladend und wurde von unseren Kindern daher nicht genutzt. Trübes Wasser, keine Handtücher, verdreckte Fenster. Die bekanntermaßen problematische Lage am Omonoia-Platz sollte man nicht unterschätzen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Städten mag das nicht so viel schlimmer sein, es gibt aber so viele schönere Ecken in Athen.

Preis-Leistung war super und vor allem das Frühstück war richtig gut.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer direkt auf die stark befahrene Kreuzung. Ohne Ohrenstöpsel kaum möglich zu schlafen.

Der Pool mit Blick auf die Akropolis ! Die Zimmer waren auch sehr schön eingerichtet und das gesamte Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück a la Carte war klasse.

Viele Obdachlose um das Hotel herum. Abends ist es nicht angenehm, dort vorbeizulaufen.

The property isn’t in a good area We had two taxi drivers on our way there tell us not to walk around the area because of how dangerous it was….

The location of the hotel was a little bit problematic. It has a very good location for transport, but it is very unpleasant to walk around the hotel, specially with young kids. We are a family that like to walk with our young kids, and the area around the hotel is not suitable for that.

Breakfast service can be slower in some hours - be patient. Rooftop bar can be improved. Its very limited and not well decorated.

The hotel was perfect. Great location, modern, clean, great swimming pool with a view of the Acropolis, pool bar & gym. Breakfast was delicious, don’t skip it! It was a great getaway in Athens, central enough to come back to during the day and take a dip in the pool between all the sightseeing and when you need a break from walking in the sun. And always a 10-30min walk away from awesome restaurants. It’s 4 min walk from a relatively connected underground station. I can definitely recommend !
