Villa Phoenicia

Stedet er fantastisk og meget roligt – perfekt for dem, der ønsker privatliv og fred. De smukke farver, den flotte indretning og stedets renlighed gjorde opholdet endnu bedre. Villaens beliggenhed er rigtig god, tæt på stranden, den gamle bymidte og promenaden. Morgenmaden var helt fantastisk, varieret og elegant. Vi vil gerne takke villaens manager, Sahabi, for hans store opmærksomhed og for altid at være hjælpsom med vejledning og gode råd. Hvis jeg vender tilbage til Hammamet, vil jeg helt sikkert vælge at bo her igen. Mvh.Ghada&Asaad Danmark 🇩🇰💞

La hospitalidad de Sahbi, hace la estancia muy agradable. Siempre atento a cada detalle. Es un gran profesional y a la vez cercano y amable.

No ha habido nada que tengamos que detallar en este punto, la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Cada detalle de la casa cuidado, muy limpio y agradable. El desayuno casero variado y muy rico. No podemos quejarnos por nada.

Everything met our expectations.

The property was a luxurious Tunisian villa. Beautiful and well maintained. It felt like a second home. Our host Sahbi, treated us like family - we could (should) have stayed a week more......

Posizione ottima, struttura molto curata. Camera e bagno grandi, letto comodo, enorme terrazza. La struttura è molto bella, ma è Sabi il manager che la gestisce che la rende ottima … Sabi personalizza giornalmente la colazione… ottime le pesche con le mandorle fresche,la bevanda per dissetare …e i dolci ai datteri e quelli al sesamo, il pane tunisino….grazie per i consigli e le chiacchierate…torneremo!

Wonderful place. The villa is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from both the beach and the town center. There is also parking available. The host is always accessible, ready to help and happy to provide great recommendations on places to visit and things to see. I highly recommend staying here.

The guest house is clean and beautiful in a great location for walking to the beach or the Medina. There are restaurants close by for lunch and dinner. The breakfast served is plentiful and tasty. Sahbi is so helpful and friendly and the owners of the guest house say hello, open their house to guests, and even made a delicious cake.

I was the only guest staying at this time of year. I would have enjoyed meeting other travelers.

I travelled alone and felt safe and cared for at all times. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive and always made sure everything was perfect during my stay. They were also genuinely concerned about my safety throughout the entire trip, which I deeply appreciated. The house exceeded all my expectations. Besides being beautiful and very comfortable, everything is impeccably clean and extremely well maintained. Sahbi is also an amazing cook, so every meal became an experience in itself. They even allowed me to stay later before my flight and helped me arrange a safe taxi to the airport, which I truly appreciated. Hammamet is a very beautiful destination, but Villa Phoenicia is absolutely incredible. Highly recommended.

Splendida struttura a pochi passi dal mare e dalla Medina. Stanze accoglienti e pulizia impeccabile. Ottima colazione preparata con cura e diversa ogni mattina. Un grazie particolare a Sahbi per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità. Torneremo sicuramente.

Tout. La villa est sublime, la chambre pareil. Et le sourire et l’hospitalité de l’hôte rendent encore le plus le séjour inoubliable.

Tout est parfait. L’hôte est très accueillant, les petits déjeuners sont très bons et la maison est située à 2min à pied de la plage. Mille mercis :)

Jako rodzina dużo podróżujemy po różnych krajach, ale po raz pierwszy spotkaliśmy się z tak niezwykle ciepłym i serdecznym przyjęciem, jak u gospodarza Sahbi. Wynajęte dwa apartamenty były idealnie czyste, codziennie starannie sprzątane. Gospodarz dbał o nas pod każdym względem — od komfortu noclegu, po szczegóły, które sprawiają, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Śniadania przygotowywane przez Sahbi były fantastyczne – każdego dnia inne, świeże i pełne lokalnych smaków. Atmosfera, jaką tworzy gospodarz, sprawia, że pobyt tutaj to nie tylko nocleg, ale wyjątkowe doświadczenie, w którym czuć prawdziwą gościnność. To miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia wszystkim, którzy cenią czystość, świetną lokalizację i indywidualne podejście do gościa. W czasie pobytu masz wrażenie, że odwiedzasz przyjaciela, który szczerze cieszy się z Twojej obecności, troszczy się o każdy szczegół i robi wszystko, aby Twój pobyt był wyjątkowy. Na pewno wrócimy w to miejsce, bo takiej gościnności i atmosfery nie można zapomnieć !!!

La Villa Phoenicia est une maison d'hôte exceptionnelle, plus qu'un simple logement, on s'y sent encore mieux que chez soi ! La maison est d'une propreté impeccable, le patio est très agréable et très joli avec ses arbres, ses fleurs et ses herbes aromatiques. Les chambres sont impeccables et la literie est parfaite. La Villa se trouve en plein centre de Hammameth, à deux pas de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied de la médina et du fort, mais une fois à l'intérieur vous vous trouvez dans un havre de paix. Sahbi est un hôte incroyable qui redonne tout son sens au mot hospitalité. Si vous faites un tour à Hammamet, ne cherchez plus, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Merci encore Sahbi pour cette parenthèse enchantée, au plaisir de revenir !

Servicen var helt fantastisk - man blev så väl bemött av Sahbi som arbetade där och som hjälpte till med allt man kunde behöva. Supergod frukost och jag fick även en frukostpåse när jag skulle iväg på en tidig dagstur.

Villa Phoenicia is a tranquil, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing bed and breakfast just a block from the beach in the Hamptons of Tunisia. It’s difficult to recount all of its charms - there are so many. Your experience here will be similar to that of a Michelin starred restaurant like Blue Hill at Stone Barns, or the French Laundry… it is a place where every tiny detail of your stay is accounted for from the moment you arrive.

Staying at this villa felt like a true holiday experience in a stunning setting. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, with clean and spacious rooms, a super comfortable bed, and beautiful gardens that contribute to the peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to bars, bistros, and great restaurants. What truly made my stay exceptional was the wonderful host, Sahbi. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, regularly checking in to see if I needed anything and offering thoughtful assistance, such as fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations. The breakfast was a highlight—amazingly creative and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Absolutely nothing!

Everything was wonderful. A perfect location, a block from the beach, and a few minutes from the Medina and good restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, the best in Tunisia. The room was clean and comfortable, the house absolutely beautiful and the gardens lovely. And I can't say enough about how wonderfully the host, Sahbi, cared for me. He went above and beyond, helping me with luggage, recommending restaurants, and making sure I had what I needed at all times. I booked 3 extra days here I loved it so much.

Incredibly stay with a gorgeous Italian couple from Milan who host for the summer months. They prepared a beautiful sit down breakfast each morning and were really helpful. They let us take a shower after a beach day even though we had already checked out!

Exceptional place, run by the loveliest Italian couple I have ever met 😍 Sparkling clean, fantastic decoration, superb location and exceptional service. My preferred place in Hammamet.

Nearby streets are a bit noisy till very late at night.. though nothing really can be done about it.

The villa was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. It was near everything (a few minute walk to the beach and a few more to shops, etc.), but it was very quiet. However, Sabhi, the host, was by far the best part. Kind, thoughtful, and also wonderful at preparing meals!

The place feel like you are in paradise, even much better than photos. The breakfast was very good with variety from day to day. Sahbi bey is super friendly and always makes sure that you feel comfortable and you have everything you want. The room was extra clean and the bed is quite comfortable to sleep. I also had a small balcony which was very cozy to hang out during the day when it is very warm.
