We loved this place, rooms were clean and comzy. Staff was friendly. There is also a nice rooftop balcony with medina and sea view, where you can see the sunsets.

Non mi era piaciuto un piccolo dettaglio che ho poi risolto insieme alla ragazza dell’accoglienza.

Un Dar raffinato, elegante, con camera spaziosa e silenziosa, dentro la Medina e a pochi metri dal parcheggio esterno. Molto pulito, personale cordialissimo e gentile, una colazione buonissima e abbondante a base di omelette pane crêpes caffè latte ed altre leccornie! Rapporto qualità prezzo equilibrato, un posto che consigliamo vivamente a tutti i viaggiatori!

Dar Hammamet est une magnifique maison d’hôtes qui offre une architecture authentique à beaucoup de charme. L’établissement est impeccablement propre et idéalement situé au cœur de la médina de Hammamet. Le personnel est très gentil et l’accueil est chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. Je vous recommande vivement la Suite Royale, qui est tout simplement magnifique ! Mention spéciale également au rooftop, qui offre une très belle vue sur la médina et la mer : un véritable plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous avons également eu la chance de profiter du hammam que nous avons adoré.

This guest house was extremely disappointing and significantly overpriced for what was provided. The toilet in our room was broken. We reported it, but instead of fixing it promptly, we were given multiple excuses and it was never properly resolved. The towels also did not appear clean, which was unacceptable. The property advertises itself as a guest house and hammam, yet the hammam was not functioning and could not be used at all. It was one of the reasons we chose this property, so this felt very misleading. For the price we paid, the value was extremely poor. Communication and service were equally frustrating. No one we encountered could communicate with us in English. The manager said she would meet us but never showed up. When we raised legitimate concerns, there was little effort to resolve them. The attitude was not customer-oriented and made us feel that once payment had been collected, our experience no longer mattered. The traditional architecture has some charm, but it does not compensate for broken facilities, questionable cleanliness, an unavailable hammam, poor communication, and inadequate service. This was a one-time experience for us. We definitely would not return and cannot recommend it, especially at this price.

The hotel is well located in the center of the Medina. The room was small and the hammam not working. The breakfast was ok. Compared with the rest of the cities in Tunisia it is expensive

It’s very central, inside the beautiful Medina part. You leave and after 5 min walk you reach the beach and other attractions around! The Dar itself has beautiful interior and very very clean. The room we booked was a bit narrow, but for 1-2 nights stay it’s pretty enough.

Ci hanno detto che il pos non funzionava poi magicamente quando gli abbiamo detto che avevamo solo la carta ha iniziato a funzionare, ci hanno chiesto 12 dinari a persona per la tassa di soggiorno (nelle altre 4 strutture dove abbiamo alloggiato, compresa un’altra vicino non c’è lì hanno chiesti ) esclusivamente in moneta e la ragazza non aveva il giusto resto per cui si è tenuta altri 4 dinari (poca roba ma è il gesto )

Alojamiento sumamente acogedor con una arquitectura y decoración que reflejan la cultura local. Buen desayuno y un terraza con muy buenas vistas. Ubicación ideal dentro de la medina y a pasos del mar.

El tamaño de la habitación que nos tocó era mínimo, no teníamos donde poner las valijas. Una de ellas la acomodamos en el baño.

L’endroit est magique, on voit que tout est fait avec amour dans chaque coin de la maison Une mention spéciale pour la propreté impeccable du logement (zero fautes vraiment !) et l’accueil chaleureux Une expérience très authentique au milieu des ruelles de la Médina

L'emplacement de la maison au cœur de la Médina de Hammamet est idéal et idyllique. Un gros coup de cœur pour l'authenticité, le calme, la propreté des lieux et alentours, la proximité de la plage, et de toutes commodités. Le personnel est accueillant et discret. Montez sur le toit pour admirer cette vue imprenable sur la mer et la Médina! Un très bon petit déjeuner nous a été servi.

Die Lage war super - Taxi kommt nur bis zur Stadtmauerr - von dort aus nicht mehr weit zum Gasthaus mitten in der Medina. Personal hat mir ein Video gesendet, das quasi als Wegbeschreibung galt - das war eine Super-idee, da daß der bestmögliche Weg ist durch die Altstadt zu leiten. Personal super, Frühstück super, alles top - ich war sehr zufrieden.

Daß es ein Passwort für einfach alles gibt - das ist nicht besonders sicher.

The location in the Medina was very convenient. Right by the water also and convenient to many restaurants. The breakfast was small but good. The room was tiny, but modern and very clean. I liked that I could use the kitchen microwave.

Communication was difficult. No one spoke any English and some staff seemed to not be totally fluent in French. BUT they were friendly. I would have been helpful for a staff to meet me at the entrance to the Medina, because the dar was difficult to find down the winding streets.

The most charming place in the old medina of Hammamet. Excellent service and perfection everywhere you look. One night was not enough!

- Nous avons eu des cafards dans notre chambre. Le personnel a accepté de nous changer de chambre. Cependant le problème concerne je pense l'établissement au global car nous en avons retrouvé pleins par terre dans le couloir de l'entrée un soir en rentrant. - La douche de notre deuxième chambre n'est vraiment pas pratique (pas de pommeau de douche). Pas pratique quand on veut se rincer avec si peu de pression. - Notre chambre n'a pas été faite l'avant dernier jour alors que nous l'avions precisé à l'aide du panneau vert

Juste le hammam qui est en panne

Seul hotel vraiment au coeur de la vieille médina d'hammamet donc emplacement privilégié. Calme mais attention car près d'une mosquée donc appel à la prière.

Quand nous sommes arrivés la dame de l'acceuil a écrasé devant nous un énorme cafard et la propreté du linge de lit est à revoir

Bellissima struttura nel centro della medina di Hammamet, in stile arabo / andaluso, con una bella terrazza sulla città. La colazione tipica è stata molto abbondante e varia. Sicuramente consigliata per un soggiorno.

All'arrivo era presente un grosso scarafaggio nella doccia (oltre ad un altro presente sulle scale di ingresso). Alla richiesta al personale di intervenire, mi è stato detto di provvedere in autonomia con un repellente che avrei trovato nella sala comune. Per una struttura con questa qualità, mi sarei atteso un supporto diverso.

Localização: B&B bonito e charmoso , no centro da medina.

Alguns detalhes da "suíte Royal" necessitam manutenção, como assento do vaso sanitário estava quebrado e cortinas caindo. Não conseguimos ver TV, falta instruções. Café da manhã precisa melhorar. Impressão: mau gerenciamento.

Struttura recente in stile locale all'interno della medina, per cui molto comoda per visitare Hammamet. Colazione molto buona e fresca.

Di fatto si affitta un posto per dormire con colazione. Non c'è nessun tipo di servizio alberghiero: non c'è reception a nessun orario, ci siamo dovuti fare noi il letto, la camera non è stata rifatta e in totale si ha a disposizione un solo asciugamano per doccia e tutto il resto. Si tratta di una sistemazione ideale per una notte di passaggio ad Hammamet ma non per un soggiorno.

Замечательный отель, идеальное месторасположения, находиться в центре старой медины. Так как медина очень маленькая по размеру, потеряться просто невозможно. Заказали трансфер из аэропорта Тунис-Карфаген до отеля, водитель встретил в аэропорту и проводил до самых дверей отеля. Обязательно свяжитесь заранее с отелем и узнайте код от входной двери, иначе вы не попадете во внутренний дворик, территория отеля закрыта от посторонних. прекрасный завтрак по утрам в очень уютном пространстве. Хорошие номера, есть батареи, особенно важно когда вы путешествуете весной. Единственный минус, очень холодные мраморные полы, лучше приехать с тапочками. Невероятно комфортная кровать, уютный дворик, прекрасный вид с крыши!

Really enjoyed my stay at this lovely guest house in the middle of the medina. I stayed in thr single room which is small but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, but most of all the staff were brilliant. Emna was very kind and organised a lovely day out to Zaghouan for me. Will definitely stay again!

La struttura è al centro della Medina e in perfetto stile Medina. Ogni angolo dell'edificio rispecchia la cultura e lo stile tunisino. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sono state gentilissime e super disponibili a darci ogni informazione di cui avevamo bisogno. La colazione è abbondante e veramente molto buona. Ci hanno salutato con tanto affetto, eravamo molto dispiaciuti di lasciarci. Consigliatissimo.

Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole nella Suite. La struttura è fantastica, estremamente curata nei dettagli, con un’oggettistica ricercata e finiture di grande gusto che rendono l’ambiente accogliente e raffinato. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità, e posizione perfetta, nel cuore della medina, comodissima per muoversi e vivere appieno l’atmosfera del posto. Unico piccolo rammarico: non siamo riusciti a provare l’hammam/spa perché già al completo, quindi non possiamo esprimere un giudizio su questo servizio. Nel complesso, struttura assolutamente consigliata!

piccolo suggerimento, più che una critica: a colazione sarebbe perfetto prevedere anche yogurt neutri (non solo alla frutta), da abbinare magari a frutta secca. Sarebbe davvero il tocco finale per renderla impeccabile.

Struttura ben rifinita e funzionale, considerando che è nel cuore della Medina. Ristrutturata e pulita.

Una colazione curata, probabilmente la scarsa affluenza di turisti nel periodo l'ha resa un pò meno ricca rispetto a come descritta nelle recensioni. Abbiamo trovato il letto non fatto. A disposizione c'era tutto l'occorrente! Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti.

Casa tradizionale nel cuore della medina. Pulizia, cortesia ottima colazione servita in ambiente raffinato. manager molto gentile e competente.

La struttura nel complesso è molto carina, comoda poiché dentro la medina e la colazione è buona e abbondante.

La nostra stanza era piccola, in bagno parte delle luci non funzionavano, la doccia schizzava da tutte le parti perché il soffione attaccato al soffitto era pieno di calcare, quindi l'acqua non riusciva ad uscire da tutti i buchi, col risultato che ne usciva poca e in varie direzioni. Per il costo del pernottamento (130 euro a notte), a nostro parere la stanza non era adeguata.

Me gustó todo. La ubicacion es perfecta, esta precioso, la cama comodisima, y el desayuno excesivo y muy rico. Un sitio encantador, de 10 indiscutible. Tuvimos la suerte de estar solos y en todo el Riad y pudimos curiosear todas las habitaciones...si una era bonita, la otra mas aun. Mi consejo es que si puedes, elijas una superior. La nuestra estaba muy bien, pero es que el resto son de pelicula. Agradecer la acogida de Enma y la sonrisa infinita de la chica que nos dió los desayunos . Un sitio para volver.

A beautiful Dar situated in the walls of Hammamet Médina. Lots of free parking outside the walls. Manager Emma was very pleasant and informative. Upon request we received an upgrade from a double room with shower to the Royal Suite to compensate for the closure of the hammam and sauna during our stay. The Royal Suite is very beautiful with a separate living room and private outside courtyard with small table and chairs. It has the same small bathroom of the other room but does boast a bath spa tub in the bedroom. There is no kettle in the room but we could access the kitchen to make tea. The Dar also has a shared lounge, breakfast area and roof top deck. The towels and linens are decent quality. The bed is comfortable, hairdryer supplied. The heating worked well and could use the AC unit for circulation. The wifi is excellent; each room has its own connection. Daily housekeeping is offered. Breakfast is available from 8am. There was nothing open in the Médina for dinner in mid November but just outside the walls and across the street were lots of options as well as a grocery store.

WhatsApp the Dar before you arrive to get check-in information otherwise you will look like a crazed street person trying to break in. When we arrived there was no one here even though we had indicated on the reservation our time of arrival. Fortunately I had data so could send a WhatsApp, from which I received the door code. Then still had to wait a short time for someone to come and check us into the room, etc. The phone numbers provided on the booking.com reservation are not WhatsApp numbers for this Dar, we had to find it on the web. We were informed during check in that the hammam and sauna would be closed during our two night stay. This was very disappointing as was the reason we booked this expensive Dar. The manager did kindly agree to a room upgrade as compensation for this inconvenience which we did appreciate. Breakfast was good and enough but other than bottled lemon drink and packaged yogurt there was no fresh or even dried fruit, and the same uninspired omelet with processed cheese slice. And exactly the same both mornings. I would expect better for this Dar’s daily accommodation rate.
