Emplacement génial, au beau milieu des restaurants et de l’ambiance de Flic en Flac. Attention c’était l’hiver austral (août) sans doute différent en été avec le discothèque. Très bon accueil et personne présente sur site toute la nuit, qui nous a même aidé lors de notre départ à 6:00 pour l’aéroport

Unfortunately I couldn't sleep for 2 nights as I was mislead about the entertainment downstairs at the Restaurant. I asked the staff at Reception about the entertainment but was told that the loud music was until 2300 hrs. It went until 0200 am on Friday and Saturday night. If u want to make a discotheque, do it soundproof or do the rooms soundproof

Very nice apartment with view on the beach and so close to nice restaurants. Modern set up in very spacious rooms. Good atmosphere. The maintenance team were very nice.

The noise from the band playing in the courtyard on a week day and disco night on the next day until 3am. The bed had quite a hard mattress for me. We also need more utensils in the kitchen. A complimentary bottle of water would have been nice on arrival too.

The studio was clean, spacious and situated in an excellent location. There are multiple options for various kinds of dining close to the studio. The position of the studio is just in front of the main area of the Flic-en Flac beach.

Worst experience from the reception desk ever ! I have never experienced such a bad room service anywhere. After reaching the studio in morning at about 8am we found nobody in the reception desk. After calling multiple times nobody responded by phone. Then desperately I tried to find somebody and got a truck driver in the premises who took me to the door of one of the persons responsible to stay in reception. He could do nothing for us for an early check in. And we strolled in the beach for three hours. Then tried again coming to the reception and met another lady who managed for early entry in room. The room service is horrible. You have to message by whatsapp at least 24 hours before for a room service or anything you need. NOBODY RECEIVES ANY PHONE CALL IN THE RECEPTION. IF THERE IS ANY MEDICAL EMERGENCY YOU WILL FIND NOBODY TO ATEEND OR CALL A DOCTOR OR ARRANGE FOR A TRANSFER TO ANY MEDICAL FACILiTY. They will never change your towels unless you tell to do so. They took our beach towels and did not replace it by another. The rope of the main curtain came out during pulling the curtain down. After messaging, even after 48 hours the curtain remained in the same position on the main door and nobody attended to fix it. To sum up, this is a VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING QUALITY OF ROOM SERVICE FROM THE PART OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE STUDIO.

L'endroit est idéalement situé. Le personnel bien que parlant uniquement anglais est serviable et professionnel. Heureusement que le réceptionniste était là, professionnel et réactif, et que l'on a pu trouver une solution à mon problème.

Je n'ai pas pu y séjourner. Le logement proposé ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos, j'ai donc décidé de quitter le logement sans même y dormir. Meuble abimé, chambre non lumineuse, forte odeur d'humidité, équipement fonctionnel mais non représentatif des photos, terrasse donnant sur un mur et non sur une vue mer.

Chambre aveugle, clim hs, prises de courant incompatibles avec nos plugs Européen, pas de miroir plein pieds pour s'habiller, 3 ampoules hs, quantité de savon contingentee : pour nuit ou 4, c'est la même quantité, le nenage n'est fait que si on le commande 24h en amont... Bref, les apparts sont grands, le personnel est agréable et le resultat est un mauvais produits : comment en arrive t'on à ce résultat ? Les patrons devraient s'interroger.

The location was very good as the beach was just on the other side and there were also many restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and the facilities provided inside were just enough for me and my husband. We had a great stay.

The only thing we didn't like was the noise in front of the building and fortunately our room was at the back. Also the shower was broken.

Excellent location literally opposite the beautiful beach and very easy walk to some lovely restaurants. Nothing was a bother to the staff.. very helpful.

It could be very noisy til quite late.. but the New Year celebrations were ongoing so all in good fun!

El baño olía a desagüe. No había ventanas al exterior. Se escucha mucho ruido de la calle, aunque a nosotros no nos afectó.

The staff was extremely nice and really helpful. The place is clean & the WiFi was good. There's a bar and restaurant downstairs & the food is decent. There's a lot of movement in & around Flic en Flac, if you look like vibes this is definitely your place.

Die Lage ist perfekt: Luftlinie 50 m zum Strand. Im Hinterhof Parkplätze. Man kann auf dem Weg zurück vom Morgenbad für wenige MURs ein Streetfood-Frühstück kaufen. Das Angebot ist insgesamt so reichhaltig, dass man keines der äußerst empfehlenswerten Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung wirklich braucht, um satt zu werden. Wer aber zu europäischen Preisen gerne lecker und stilvoll esen möchte, geht in beiden Richtungen der Coastal Road nicht weiter sls jeweils 250 m und hat gefühlt 20 Gaststätten gesehen. Pardon, die beiden auf dem Hotel-Gelände gelegenen habe ich nicht besucht, aber dafür auf dem Heimweg allabendlich die hauseigene Bar. Ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Da hier meistens über den Lärm im Innenhof des Gebäudes gemeckert wird: es gab keinen! - nicht einmal an Silvester!!! Wobei das mauritische Neujahrsfest 2.1. andauert, auch wenn die meisten Partylöw:innen dann nur noch groggy sind. An dieser Stelle in Tipp für geräuschempfindliche Reisende: auf jeden Fall die Zimmer 109, 110, 209 und 210 liegen nach hinten raus! Fragt danach!

Il faudrait mettre un rideau entre la chambre et la salle de bain pour occulter le jour.

Needs improvement

I spent 15 days at this property. I was already in touch with the front desk before arriving, and Tatyana was friendly from the start. Check-in went smoothly. The room I had was very large, with a living room, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. The room was in perfect condition. I asked for a room at the back because I hate late-night noise, and on weekends, Mauritians are used to partying, so the main road gets very noisy with the music. Unfortunately, the property can't do anything about this, as it's the same everywhere on the island, but you can request a room that doesn't face the main road before your stay. There's an Indian guy who always stays at night; he's always very kind and helpful, even when I asked for a towel at midnight; he brought it to me with a smile. He's a good guy, and you'll never feel alone. The property also has free parking, which is closed at night for security reasons. I had a wonderful time and can't wait to return. I thank Tatyana again for always being kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs. I hope O'beach continues to grow, become more popular, and continue to welcome many more guests. The location is superb and the Units clean, modern, and well equipped. The Staff are super friendly with a Night Manager that always gos the extra mile. A great choice!

You need to book hte cleaning one day in advance, but you can't book on sunday--- so if you arrive on saturday you need to wait until tuesday to have the room cleaned The kitchen is not a real kitchen: no microwave nor any cooking tool

j’ai passé 12 jours, super face à la mer, et vue sur la mer l’appartement propre et moderne les femmes de menage, très gentilles, à la réception, réactives, souriantes le monsieur de garde de nuit, au top en bas, il y a 2 restaurants + un bar et encore une fois superbe accueil, convivialité, bonne humeur je me suis sentie bien et en sécurité et l’emplacement est idéal, à pied, tu as tout à proximité, les resto, la plage, les commerces tel que carrefour, faire du change, pharmacie etc..

Le fait que la TV soit dans le salon plutôt que dans la chambre. La piscine qui est plutôt une pataugeoire et collée au restaurant.

Finitions inadaptées : meubles branlants, lampes ne fonctionnent pas, pas de tables de chevet, pas d'endroits pour mettre à sécher le linge... Pas facile d'aérer la chambre / manque luminosité. Ménage à revoir : manque de sac poubelle, housse de coussins non renouvelées, quand on sort on a les pieds dans une flaque d'eau suite l'arrosage des plantes...

La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable, complétée par une localisation parfaite, à proximité immédiate de la plage et des lieux de restauration.

Cet hébergement souffre d'un environnement bruyant, d'une absence de vue sur l'extérieur et d'une TV inutilisable sans abonnement de streaming ; de plus, il n'y a pas de transats pour se détendre, et la piscine sur la terrasse est directement la vue des deux restaurants, garantissant une totale absence d'intimité pour les baigneurs.

A fuir , odeur de friture, mal façon, fuite d eau, mais alors le pire musique boîte de nuit en dessous de l appart hôtel horrible si vous chercher la tranquillité. Bref horrible sauf si vous êtes des gros fêtard

We stayed here for a total of 10 days, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Flic en Flac Beach on the Coastal Road — close to everything yet still peaceful and relaxing. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The entertainment was brilliant and added to the overall experience — we genuinely enjoyed every evening. There’s really nothing bad to say at all. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mauritius. We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, very close to the beach and nice restaurants. Rooms are very spacious, modern and recently redone.

Their bio reads a party residence during the weekend and a peaceful retreat during the week. This is far from true. The bar on the ground floor played very very loud music and karoake EVERY night until 11pm even when there was no one in the bar. We had to move to one of the back rooms after the second night cause we could not sleep or hear each other talk due to the noise. The weekend there was a " Moctober fest" and we could hear the music even 50m away in the back room. They really have to do something about the noise, if it wasnt for that they would get a lot more bookings and much higher ratings.

The music from the bar below was deafening. We caught the ‘Moctober festival’ and the music was so loud we could barely communicate in our flat. During the week days the karaoke went on until late. The music below the flats made restful evenings impossible.

There's a TV in the luving room. A TV in the bedroom would have been great. Mamagement should consider providing a washing machine and electric iron.

Great location, we highly recommend staying here! The host was very accommodating and helpful. The room was really nice, great facilities, great amenities. There is a restaurant & pool downstairs, and the hotel is very close to lots of other nice restaurants and the beach. We wish we could have stayed here longer!

Location, location, location

The hotel is very good! The room exceeded our expectations—a large balcony with transparent railings and ocean views, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and dishes. The hotel warned us in advance about construction work on weekdays, but we didn't even hear it. There is a bar and two restaurants downstairs, and music was always playing, but it didn't disturb our sleep because they closed at 10 p.m. (several times at 11 p.m.). There are also many cafes nearby. The beach is across the street, and the sunsets are amazing! Special thanks to the administrator Bipin! He is a professional and a very good person. He always helped us with all our requests. He was always ready to help. Our flight home was late in the evening, and the hotel management allowed us to stay late because it was a public holiday, the reception was closed, and we had nowhere to leave our suitcases. That was very nice!

Wszystko w porządku. Apartament zgodny z opisem, położony naprzeciwko plaży. Było w nim czysto. Dobre WiFi. Ogromny taras z miejscami do wypoczynku. Po zarezerwowaniu dostałem informację, że jest przeprowadzany remont na ostatnim piętrze. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało. Meldowaliśmy się po godzinach pracy recepcji więc wskazówki dostaliśmy przez wiadomość booking. Ktoś z obsługi kontaktował się też z nami przez whatsapp aby potwierdzić czy wszystko u nas ok. Polecam ten obiekt

Jedna mała uwaga. W apartamencie nie ma suszarki, żelazka ani deski. Być może są dostępne przez recepcję.
