Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La localización es perfecta para disfrutar de la playa de Luquillo. En 2 minutos estás en la arena de la playa. La zona de piscina es muy bonita y el bufé de desayuno es muy completo.
Quizás la arquitectura del edificio y el entorno es un poco impersonal. Al estar junto a la carretera pierde encanto.

El hotel debe contemplar la cantidad de visitantes previo a un evento como el de modas. Estaba demasiado lleno, y no había espacio para el cambio de vestuario de las modelos. El calor fue otro factor debido a la demanda de tantas personas en el salón.

Teníamos una reserva con tres meses de antelacion, al llegar a los clientes se les informó que su habitación no estaba disponible (una habitación con dos camas dobles) y que a cambio les daban una habitación con un colchón en el suelo. La compensación por eso ofrecida a las clientas era 15 dólares sobre una reserva de unos 330.

I was disappointed and annoyed that there was no coin machine to change bills to do laundry. The front desk did not have and we were told to walk to the casino to change the bills to coins so we can use the laudry room machines.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Al llegar una hora de comenzado el inició checkinn aún las habitaciones no estaban listas, le indicamos que la promoción decía desde X hora y pensábamos que al llegar una hora después ya estuvieran listas las mismas. Rápido nos brindaron otra habitación, pero la inicialmente asignada poseia puerta a la piscina y la que terminamos usando no. Sentimos como que fue un degrado y no un upgrade. De habernoslo dicho hubieramos decidido si esperábamos o no, aparte de eso ninguna otra incomodidad con la estadía.

I went in may with my family and a receive a $25 discount for us to eat in the hotel restaurant. But when I went this weekend with my wife only, we receive just $15 discount. I think that when is 2 person or more it should start in $25 because the prices of the food are a bit hight.

El DJ es excelente lo disfrutamos mucho su repertorio es magnífico. Felicitenlo y sigan contratandolo. La cercanía a la playa fuimos y venimos caminando. El fácil acceso a la carretera principal y lugares de atracciones. Pensando volver para despedida de año.
Deben poner sombrillas en la área de la piscina. El sol estaba muy fuerte. Daba pena las personas buscando un poco de sombra.

Upon arriving in our room, the bathroom had a very strong sewer gas smell. A supervisor checked it out and moved us to a different room. The housekeeping staff that prepared the room should have noticed this issue so that the problem could have been fixed before assigning the room to guests.
