Reviewed Sep 19, 2026the whole apartments and related requirements were great,, enjoyed may stay with family , very descent and near to all the rest. shops and services needed.
The only issue I don't like was that the path rooms were little compacted, also they need to provide more cleaning and room make-up sessions i styed in 3 bedroom apart. I'm not sure about other apartments,

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026The unit was clean and in very good condition. Furniture was new and comfortable and all working good. We didn't face any problem using and resting in our two bedrooms flat with family.
Soundproofing could be improved. GYM and swimming pool could be enhanced and improved.

We stayed for one full week and Room service is only twice a week although the daily rate was on the high side which was difficult for a family of 4. On the second day of our stay, there was no water in the apartment for about 6 hours

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026حجزت شقة من غرفتين لمدة أسبوع عن طريق Booking.com قبل حوالي ثلاثة أسابيع، واستلمت تأكيد الحجز بشكل رسمي، وكان الحجز لا يزال مؤكداً على الموقع ولم يتم إلغاؤه أو إبلاغي بأي مشكلة. وقبل موعد الوصول بيوم واحد فقط، تواصلت مع مكان الإقامة على الرقم الموجود في Booking، وفوجئت بإبلاغي بأن الحجز غير مؤكد لأنني لم أقم بتأكيده عبر WhatsApp، وأنهم في موسم الخريف يقومون بتغيير الأسعار. هذا الأمر غير مقبول إطلاقاً، فأنا قمت بالحجز بالطريقة الرسمية عن طريق Booking واستلمت تأكيداً للحجز، ولم يتم إبلاغي مسبقاً بضرورة اتخاذ أي إجراء إضافي عبر WhatsApp. بسبب هذا التصرف غير المسؤول، تعرضت لضغط وإرباك شديد واضطررت بشكل عاجل للبحث عن شقق مفروشة بديلة، خصوصاً أنني لا أستطيع تأجيل تذكرة السفر. من غير المعقول أن يتم رفض حجز مؤكد قبل يوم واحد فقط بسبب ارتفاع الأسعار أو بحجة عدم التواصل عبر WhatsApp، بينما الحجز ما زال ظاهراً كمؤكد على Booking. هذا تصرف غير مهني وغير محترم للعميل، وأطالب بالتحقيق في الموضوع واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب وتعويضي عن الضرر والتكاليف الإضافية التي تكبدتها نتيجة هذا التصرف.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026من افضل الشقق المفروشة في صلالة ، الشقة واسعة ونظيفة وقريبة من المطار وقريبة كافتيريا وقت الشاي ومحطة وقود ومغسلة سيارات ، وكل معدات الطبخ متوفرة في المطبخ ،والمواقف متوفره امام البناية وقريبة ، وفي انترنت لكل شقة وارسالها قوي، والتلفاز ذكي ، ومتوفر فالشقة مكواة ملابس مع الطاولة ، وتعامل الموظفين ماعليه كلام ممتاز ، خلاص اعتمدتها كل ما بزور صلالة بحجز عندهم 📍🫡

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025It was so clean, spacious rooms, bathroom, loving room. excellent kitchen, clean lift, swimming pool and gym. Many restaurants within walkable distance like The Cascade, The Chinese Cascade, Tea Time, Annapurna Restaurant, Silven Diamond, Sea Star, Arusuvai, Ballbeck Lebanese etc., Easy access to beaches, rental cars is located in the same building. car parkings, friendly staffs. Manager Mohamed and his team is so good.
You won't find a nameplate on this apartment other than the logo and the location map. However it is just next to the Kyriad Hotel.

All necessary facilities are available, and the top swimming pool was a hit with the kids—they had a wonderful time!

Bathroom Facilities are not available such as bath towels, hair dryer, etc. water problem daily morning. Reception desk person is not available to contact may be due to festival holidays. Booking.com contact details and Address is not right as it was not reachable.

Nothing like the photo posted, very small rooms. Photos are taken in 0.5x zoom, which makes the rooms look large in photos. The property handler agreed to provide rooms in top floor at the time of booking but later changed his words and told me that its not available eventhough it was free. Made me look like an idiot and had to agree to his terms because booking.com will charge me for last minute cancellation, i blame both central salalah and booking.com for such terms. I stayed three days and the water was coming in yellow color for first 2 days and they had no answer to it.
