The room was super clean and had everything I could have wanted and it was really close to the coach station which was a bonus. The tea selection was an extra nice touch.

Everything was great the only small thing was the tap and sink in the bathroom was a bit small so it was hard to fill up a water bottle.

Quality fixtures and fittings. Clean and close to the town and the racecourse.

Unfortunately, the apartment was a duplex which we didn’t realise. My husband has knee problems and he struggled with the stairs. This was our only problem. Maybe we missed something when booking where it said duplex but all the pictures appeared to be one floored units.

All excellent. Very comfortable, excellent location and perfect for our short stay with the paid for parking a minute away. Nicely supplied with coffee, tea, milk and water.

No smiling welcome from a human. Just a soulless stream of messages, a door code and yet another bloody app to download. Sure there was a 'courtesy call' possibly from somewhere where salaries are low. I guess this is the depressingly 'modern' way....And no response to a message I sent on arrival...there was also, surprisingly a cracked with a hole in it. For an otherwise perfect place, we were surprised at that oversight.

The property was clean and kept clean by the very hard working staff. The location was perfectly situated and within a 5 minute walk to the High Street shopping and the bus stops.

The photos were very misleading and we booked on the basis that we would have a mezzanine, bath and space to enjoy! On arrival the. He kin was pushed back from the advertised 3pm to 4pm to then come we were in an attic space in a room nothing like the photographs portrayed. The photos needed to be reviewed and we were disappointed and it took the edge off stay for sure.

Fabulous location, very central. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed. Lovely bar just on the corner nearby and close to some fantastic restaurants.

Little bit of noise - sounded like room next door’s bathroom fan left on all night maybe? There was a white noise machine in the room… which helped.

It was very convenient and close to everything. Great cafe across street for beautiful breakfast. 10% discount for Crescent Townhouse guests. Staff very helpful & friendly. Good email feedback. Beds very comfortable & almost everything in room that was needed for a comfortable stay.

They forgot to put some nice biscuits for a cup tea/coffee. Would be a nice little touch!

The apartment was conveniently located, close to many shops and nice restaurant. It was very clean, with modern facilities and easy check-in process.

The on-site manager Roy was very helpful. Great location. Our room was clean, smart and very well equipped. There is a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge - very nice! There are no cooking facilities, but we had a cupboard of basic kitchen equipment, suitable for preparing a cold meal. I wish I’d known about this in advance.

Very frustrating communications prior to check-in. Maybe too few staff? Absurd number of emails (15), in tiny font, also a text message and a voice mail. Tardy response to phone calls. Difficult app asking unnecessary questions about me and my partner. I vowed never to use this hotel chain again.

Centrally located to the Town Centre.

No lift. Our room was on the 3rd floor and some of the stairways were difficult to navigate with luggage.

I struggled with the stairs. It might be worth having the ability to say when you book if you need a lower floor room as I have a disability and did find it difficult. I should have called before.

I liked the city centre location and the close by parking, very easy and reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the overall comfort of the room was good, we liked the bath in the bedroom, and the shower was hot and powerful. Water and milk in the fridge was a nice touch

The air con kept switching itself off, not ideal on one of the hottest weeks of the year! We tried a hard reset and multiple tries on and off and eventually it seemed to stay on (after around an hour). The customer service once checked in was non-existent! I had a phone call from Mansley and 3-4 emails in the run up to checking in (slightly OTT). I asked on the phone about a late check out, I was told to send a request through the app once checked in. I did this as instructed in the evening once we had settled. As we were only staying one night I thought someone would let me know before the morning came. I tried again later in the evening, still nothing on the app. I followed up with an email on the morning of check out and no-one ever replied. The lack of customer service really let the stay down. We also had to wash all of the cutlery before we used it as it had dried food on it. There was a lot of noise in the building, whoever was above us was stomping around from about 6:30am, I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it did keep me awake.

The constant courtesty phone calls after booking were annoying when you are at work. Having to download an app is unnecessary and over complicated. The downstairs living space could be more comfortable. It feels like you're sat in a waiting room

This is NOT an apartment, so not even a microwave. It is a room and is very small. No 10 is on noisy corner. Everything in the bathroom was wobbly: so taps, toilet flush and everything in shower need tightening up.

It’s a lovely room. Very comfy and stylish. Staff responded to noisy neighbours really well - allowing me to send voice notes of what I could hear. They gave me earplugs and went to investigate.

It’s not their fault but the neighbours were mega noisy. It’s also called serviced apartments but I only had a fridge and a coffee machine (alongside usual amenities), I wouldn’t call it an apartment.

Great location and very easy to check in and staff were very friendly.

There were a few issues, these were rectified quickly but they did impact our stay.

Modern, very clean, lively taste. All need catered for - gorgeous coffee machine. Hand held clothes steamer, hairdryer. Lovely toiletries. Mauricio was really friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. V good value. Bedroom is a mezzanine bedroom and the kitchen and bathroom Are downstairs. Very impressive to stay

The decor was nice.

The true measure of a provider is often how they respond when things go wrong. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment was located directly above a popular music venue hosting a licensed event that continued until 3:00am! As a result, we were subjected to loud music, noise from revellers, and significant vibration throughout the night. This was entirely at odds with the website's descriptions of a stay in Cheltenham's "historic Conservation Area" offering "boutique comfort" and a "restful night's sleep." In the early hours, we contacted the apartment operator to ask what was happening and when the disturbance would end. We were told they were aware of noise issues but could not say when it would stop and advised us to speak to reception in the morning. It was evidently no surprise to the person we spoke to in the morning who referred the matter to management. After checking out, we received a call from a manager who again acknowledged the issue and promised to investigate. However, no follow-up came and our subsequent emails were completely ignored. What was most disappointing was that the operator was well aware of the likelihood of disturbance but did not warn guests before arrival. When the issue arose, there was no prompt attempt to take responsibility or resolve matters, despite the source of the problem being clear. The operator eventually apologised and provided a refund. However, this only occurred after an honest review of our experience was published. By contrast, Booking.com, although only an intermediary, was far more proactive and responsive when contacted. Potential guests should approach this location with caution. Based on our experience, significant factors that could affect your stay may not be disclosed in advance. Hopefully, by highlighting these issues, future visitors will be able to make a more informed decision.

We were on the top floor. There’s no lift so it was 6 staircases and 60 steps. The last staircase was really narrow. If you’re not fit avoid the top floor

I had a great stay at crescent place by mansley. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large bed, comfortable chairs, complimentary bottled water, and a large TV. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall, I had an enjoyable stay, but there were a few maintenance issues that could be addressed. The tap was missing the cap indicating the hot water setting, and the toilet was missing a protective cover cap. Additionally, the shower head appeared to require some attention and maintenance. Addressing these minor issues would help improve the overall guest experience.

Excellent communication and support in checking in. Great location and beautifully appointed. The app and code delivery made our stay so easy. My husband was so happy to discover real cold milk for his coffee supplied in the fridge! 😁The little touches made such a lovely overnight stay. No carpet and beautifully clean. I didn’t sneeze or cough once; as a sufferer of multiple allergies I had the best sleep in an apartment EVER! I need this bed at home! We are really looking forward to staying again this Friday. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The top floor was a a bit of a hike but we did get our steps in for the day!

I had the furthest room, CP14, which was a bit of a drag with no lift. There is a warning about this before you book, so be aware. It's manageable if you're normally fit. (59 steps, 16 right angle bends, 6 doors)

We loved the view from the bed in the morning. It was a very comfortable stay. The location was fabulous for exploring the centre of Cheltenham and getting to some of the Cotswold villages. The surprise robes and slippers were good and milk on arrival

A very comfortable property very well located in central Cheltenham with cafes and restaurants on the doorstop. Great to have some real milk in the fridge on arrival.

It didn’t bother us but there are no staff in the property and you do everything through the app (so no door keys). This might not suit everyone.

Op goede locatie gelegen. In cheltenham vlakbij restaurants en winkels en goed centraal om de Cotswolds te bezoeken. Kamer is netjes ingericht.

De geluidsisolatie is erg slecht. Wij hadden de pech dat er boven ons iemand zat die om 6 uur al wakker was en rond ging lopen, meubels verschuiven etc. Dat hoorde je enorm goed waardoor slapen er niet meer in zat. Na een paar dagen maar gemeld bij de host. Die nam dit goed op en heeft direct net de persoon contact op genomen, waarna dit de dag later een stuk minder overlast gaf.

Great location. Good information provided for check-in and parking. Couldn't open safe but made phonecall and very pleasant guy came within a few minutes to fix it. Plentiful supply of hot water. Shower was excellent. Towels replenished as needed. Good coffee machine. Good Bluetooth speaker.

Cool at times in the room. Followed information on the App for adjusting heating but didn't seem to work. Taps in sink wobbly! Didnt cause a problem but needs fixing.

The room was very clean, spacious and decor was lovely. Bathroom was great with underfloor heating and excellent shower. Having fridge and milk waiting inside was very welcome.

Only drawback for us was lack of soundproofing between second and third floor above. Noisy footsteps did disturb us about two in the morning.

Property was clean with all necessary amenities. The location was absolutely perfect, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Staff was very friendly and the room was very cosy and comfortable.

My only critique (and I’m really nitpicking) is that the placement of the tv upstairs near the bed isn’t ideal. Would be better if it pulls out and can be angled. Otherwise an excellent property!!

Do not waist your money!!!!!!, Warning!! they allow gusts to play music at full volume from midday till 5am. Even when asking they did nothing about it. Guests can bring in other people as it's not monitored no security at night. If you have young kids do not book this place. No lift either and they don't you untill you book it. Don't bother booking an upgrade either as you will waist your money and just get whatever room they want to give you. I booked a deluxe room big windows space etc and checked day before that's the room I was getting, but I didn't get that. I got a very small room with brick outlook so not natural light. Coffee machine didn't work, fridge was broken. There is no one to ask, only telephone numbers and they just passed you around. Despite asking to be moved to my upgrade room that was available they wouldn't do it so was stuck for 3 daysas it's all key pad numbers no door cards. Be warned ⚠️ you will not get what you pay for, you will not get support and you will not get any response or help if needed.

Well appointed accommodation, really central. Clean and comfortable. Heated bathroom floor and effective heating/cooling in the room.

Just to note that there is no lift and the stairs are quite narrow up to the top, so be mindful if you have heavy or large luggage. A couple of bedside lamps would be a great addition.

Absolutely loved the room! And the location was so close to everything it was amazing. The room was clean and very spacious, I appreciated the stocked up coffee area and really loved the heated floors in the bathroom! and LOVED the code entry, made the stay so so easy with being able to not worry about loosing a keycard etc, the check in and app worked wonders aswell.

There wasn't anything to dislike if being honest. There was only 1 small bottle of water in the fridge, with 2 of us staying that didn't work.
