Excellent location, good facility, clean and cozy

The location of the hotel was fantastic, the room was charming and had everything I needed. I found the tea kettle not working and they replaced it very quickly! The hosts were easily accommodating when we needed to store our luggage and answered questions very quickly prior to our stay.

It was a bit hot during our stay, but not to the fault of the hosts and only the unfortunate timing of the weather. They had placed a fan in the room which came in very handy!

Clean and tidy, excellent hosts. Easy check in and check out. All the facilities needed.

Market on the street outside on Sunday morning, woke up super early by the stalls being set up. Takes nothing off the room it’s self; the room was lovely just wish I had have known this in advance as I would have requested a room on the back of the house.

The breakfast was not included with this property. We paid 5lbs per day for the two of us to ( not each) to was a few minutes to the other property to make breakfast in the open kitchen and generous dinning area. The food was simple but adequate. We met some interesting travelers at breakfast. The apartment was very attractive, nicer in person than pictures. I really liked the bathroom facilities. The location was very central and we walked to the Castle/museum as well as to several excursion meet ups, and of course the over abundance of restaurants. We really liked the small private outside terrace for eating ( or drying a few clothes). Uber eats delivered in less than 10 minutes to that location. Excellent value for the price!

It was a little small, and my husband found the bed too hard ( not me!) Also we were in an unusual heat wave and there was no AC. Our room was ground floor and not so hot. But when we kept the door open for some breeze- the loud roosting pigeons kept us up all night. Very quiet when the door was closed.

Location great, was able to walk everywhere. Room had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

Overlooked the grotty house next door, not your fault I know! One of the neighbours had a drum kit and liked to practice in the evening. This didnt affect our sleeping though.

Excellent breakfast at a good price available 200 yards away at another associated accommodation property. Bed was comfortable, shower very efficient, location near Cardiff city centre, and the property itself next to the River Taff, with the Principality Stadium looming over on the other side of the river, and the glorious Bute Park only 10 minutes walk away.

Ground floor was slightly noisy but from people outside the accommodation. Worth requesting a room away from street if you’re a light sleeper

The location is good right near the centre of Cardiff and opposite the Millenium Stadium. It was clean and comfortable and there is a good little market on the river side on Sundays.

We stayed in Coach House room 4 which is quite difficult to access with your bags. There is a microwave but no real cooking facilities.

Only thing I would note is that the weather was incredibly warm and the apartment had one small window which opened so it trapped all the heat. Would suggest as dan is needed during the summer months

It was super central but quiet, it had everything you’d need for a stay, checkin worked like a charm, communication was perfect& the shower is amazing:)

Excellent location, initially clean room, quick and response on WhatsApp, and good facilities in the suite.

On the second day, we were out of the suite while it was being cleaned. When we returned, there was a strong smell of rubbish in the room, and the suite was full of fruit flies. The bin was empty, and there was no fruit or food left in the room, so we could not understand where they had come from. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved by them, so we had to clean the entire floor ourselves with disinfectant wipes and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get rid of the flies. It is possible that the rubbish bin or a rubbish bag had come into contact with the floor while the suite was being cleaned. The mattress was also in poor condition and needs to be replaced.

It was in a great location, so close to the Train Station, Stadium directly over the road, and a short walk into the centre. Took a taxi ride into Cardiff Bay not too far at all.

As the weather was hot, it was a little warm in the apartment, maybe a small fan needed.

Zeer centraal gelegen tegenover het millennium stadion, de rivier de Taff ligt voor de studio. Ook goed gelegen ten opzichte van het oude centrum. Studio is zeer netjes, schoon en verzorgd. Kleine keuken aanwezig. Geen oven of fornuis maar wel een magnetron. Op zondag ligt de boerenmarkt voor de deur. Echt een aanrader, want (perfecte h)eerlijke producten.

Perfect location, very good accommodation, you have everything you need. Everything is close by, including pubs, restaurants, and beautiful places to walk.

The whole experience of booking with Central properties was wonderful and efficient and the room was so perfect for me traveling on my own. It was new and fresh and exceptionally clean and I had everything I needed and more, thank you for a very beautifully designed little space.

Wir hätten uns gewünscht, informiert zu werden, dass die Mülleimer täglich geleert werden. Als wir am Abend nach Hause kamen und das festgestellt haben, war es schon ein kleiner Schock.

Nothing everything was perfect..

Lovely old property refurbished to a high standard. Great location, small but central and quiet and only 5min walk to station, shops etc having the terrace was great.

Could do with a few hooks for hanging or some drawers. Having the tables and chairs for the other studios and flats right outside the bedroom window, so a blind for privacy would be nice, without having to keep the curtains closed and room constantly dark.

The location is excellent! It is exceptionally clean! The owners are very helpful and kind! Everything was lovely and in good repair! We will definitely stay there again!

When on vacation, it is nice to have check out at noon, rather than 10:30 AM.

It was a great location from which I could easily walk to sites or catch transportation. It was spotlessly clean and though small, had everything I needed. Maid service is provided daily for towels and general clean-up. Having the convenience of a kitchenette is fantastic. Although I did not meet the owners, all conversations were answered promptly via the online booking I used and entry and exit instructions were easy to follow.

I wished I could have checked in a little early (1 hr) but I understand the need to operate on a timeline.

Het appartement zat aan de voorkant van het huis, dus we hadden een mooi uitzicht op de rivier en het stadion. Het zag er allemaal netjes en schoon uit. Ondanks het feit dat je niet kunt koken is er wel een magnetron/oven, een broosrooster, een waterkoker en een koffiezetapparaat. Het bed was goed en de douche erg fijn.

Een paar kleine dingetjes die we misten: We kregen maar 1 handdoek per persoon. 1 extra was fijner geweest. En goed om te weten dat je niet kunt koken in het appartement. Er is wel een oven of magnetron, dus je kunt zaken opwarmen. Het was warm doen wij er waren, de kamer heeft geen airco. Wel stond er een ventilator, maar het bleef warm.

We were disappointed that we were not advised in advance that maintenance staff would need access via our room until they had arrived. Communication with the hosts over this matter wasn’t great. While a small fan was available, it wasn’t particularly effective and the apartment didn’t have aircon unfortunately. But to be fair - the owners cannot control the weather - it was a super hot during our stay.

Well-designed, modern studio. Location was perfect. Close to train/bus station and also attractions such as Cardiff Castle, Bute Park and shopping area.

It was v warm when we stayed so had to keep windows open so it was quite noisy at night/early morning. Our room looked out onto the street and the noise from traffic, sea gulls and market setting up across the street on Sunday morning and the heat made it difficult to sleep. It would be great if owners could provide fans during hot weather.

Well-equipped, very clean, and in a good location.

Only a few minutes from the station and city centre, on remarkably quiet street with Principality Stadium across river. Well-equipped modern apartment with microwave, fridge, sink etc. Clean. Loads of sockets all with USB. Very clever and efficient key system to give access. Modern fit out with good ensuite. We had room 9 on first floor. Quiet fan provided but as the room is East facing the sun only came in in the morning and even in the third heatwave of the year, by judicious use of curtains and open windows we kept it cool enough. Charlie is the perfect host offering very quick and positive response to any query and going out of his way to help.

Mattress was a bit sagging at edges where previous occupants had probably sat.

The apartment is really modern ( exactly like the pictures ) we loved our stay there. It had a lovely balcony with table and chairs in the sun (all day)which we used every day during our stay as it was sunny. We also liked the self check-in and out. The staff were really helpful and checked in with us to replace towels, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. every day. It was our first apartment stay and we would definitely do it again. Great having Netflix too.

The mattress was uncomfortable.

Locatie was perfect, dicht bij het centrum maar wel rustig. Het appartement was prettig ingericht en comfortabel.

Voor het zelf bereiden van je maaltijd moest je wel inventief zijn want er waren maar twee kleine pannetjes, een steelpannetje en klein koekepannetje. Wel een oven en magnetron.

Central Studios was exactly what we were looking for. A great location, clean room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom and comfy bed. The room was a tad small but it was done so nicely that we were comfortable for our two night stay.

The room was beautiful, very nicely done. The bathroom was gorgeous. The location of the property was ideal for central Cardiff. Just a great place.

The pillows were a bit hard for my liking.

The location was perfect, with easy walking to the city center, yet in a quiet area. The fixtures are all new, and the property was very clean. We enjoyed the patio spaces as well. Street parking was not an issue. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

The spaces for storing luggage and clothing were small. Automatic lighting was both convenient and annoying at times.

We enjoyed the breakfast on the second day.

Not enough hooks or space to hang things. Not mad about the shower.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is excellent – only about a 10-minute walk to Cardiff city centre, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The towels, soap, and shampoo were all of outstanding quality, which made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for everyday use. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly simple and fast thanks to the automatic key system. Everything was well organised and hassle-free. Our host was amazing – very helpful, friendly, and provided the best recommendations for places to visit and things to do in Cardiff. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again! 😊💎

Great location to central Cardiff - walkable to train station, restaurants, castle and arcades. Nice space. Easy check-in.

Thin walls - can hear doors opening/closing. Not a huge deal but not ideal

Beautiful well-appointed room, immaculately clean, comfortable bed, great location. Couldn't have asked for nicer accommodation, it was great!

There was some noise from outside when we stayed - people walking past shouting at night. But I think that's inevitable in such a central location.

An absolutely perfect stay in Cardiff! Honestly so beautiful, the bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing!! Super close to the train station and most major attractions! The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

It’s a walk up… not a problem if your luggage isn’t heavy/bulky.

No sweeping or cleaning of outside areas (staircase, patios). Poor heating regulation. Kitchen very essentially equipped. Bad access to light switches.

Proximity to the amenities and town centre.

The location was perfect and everything was easy to find thanks to the clear directions and great communication from the host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, and I could tell a lot of thought went into the details. I also had a great night’s sleep, the street was quiet and the double doors to the hallway blocked out any noise.

The only small issue that I experienced was that there was not hot water when I went for a shower in the afternoon, so I ended up having a cold shower before my event. Aside from that everything was excellent
