Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms of reasonable space and cleanliness of both room and bathroom. Has a separate and covered safe car parking, service and hospitality of staff. Near to ( approx. 2km ) to Mahalingam swami koil and Govindapuram Vittal temples.
No wardrobe or any other facility for storing clothes in one of the bedrooms. Also the bathroom for 1 bedroom is not attached. Absence of these in 1 room is uncomfortable when travelling with family.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2025Rooms are super. We were 2+2. Separate bed rooms were there clean and tidy. Heater, A/c, fans were there. Kitchen also is there. However we did not use. Food if provided it will complete the circle of hospitality. Overall a value for money. Approach road is narrow but near to main road.

location was Abit far around 20km from kumbakonam. No elevator available. Not recommended for temple visit as the location is far from city. Otherwise nothing to be issued.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2024Location is a bit inside off the main road, struggled a bit to locate it - Instructions could be clearer. The infrastructure is good. The facilities are fine. Parking is on the street , but it is a dead end , hence there is no issue
Staff on duty needs some polish in behaviour. A "bed" tea was provided without asking for and then they charged for it - If they had to charge, prior information would have been a bit of a shock reducer. Simple things matter - it is not about the cost , if you can afford the rent , you can afford the tea as well !!

Reviewed Dec 3, 2024The owner of the property was very helpful. Was flexible in check in timings. Provided additional kitchen facilities to cater to our needs. The famous sitarama Vilas restaurant is just 5 ms away from the location. The owner recommended logistics provider is very good and charges very reasonably. Very calm and comfortable place to stay with family.
